BREAKING: Top GA Officials Will Explain Why They Bought Unverifiable Voting System That Violates Georgia Law

As petitioners from Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA) go back to court next Monday, September 20th seeking a Fulton County ballot inspection, another VoterGA election petition will require a legal response at the end of that week from the top Georgia officials. Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State (SOS) Brad Raffensperger and Attorney General Chris Carr will be required to explain why the state bought an unverifiable voting system that a federal court found in violation of Georgia laws.

In late August, VoterGA and State Rep. Philip Singleton filed a legal petition against the State of Georgia to immediatelyand permanently ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 Ballot Marking Device (BMD) system from the state. Georgia’s Democracy Suite 5.5A (GA) system accumulates votes hidden in QR (Quick Response) codes that cannot be read by the voters and are thus unverifiable to them. Kemp, Raffensperger and Carr have now been served as shown on the docket and are required to respond to the petition by the end of next week.

Georgia law requires a voting system to “…print an elector verifiable paper ballotand to “…produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.” A federal court has already found that Georgia electors instead “…vote on a system that does none of those things.” Thus, any use of the system violates two Georgia statutes. [O.C.G.A. § 21-2-2(7.1); O.C.G.A. § 21-2-300(a)(2)]

That conclusion did not originate with VoterGA or Rep. Singleton. It came directly from the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia in an October 11, 2020 Order for the case known as Curling v. Raffensperger. In making that notable conclusion, Judge Amy Totenberg reviewed what may be the most extensive compilation of evidence ever presented in a Georgia election case. The conclusion is on Page 81 of the October 11, 2020 Order. Judge Totenberg begins by explaining the related Georgia laws:

“Georgia’s Election Code mandates the use of the BMD system as the uniform mode of voting for all in-person voters in federal and statewide elections. The statutory provisions mandate voting on electronic ballot markers that:

(1) use electronic technology to independently and privately mark a paper ballot at the direction of an elector, interpret ballot selections, communicate such interpretation for elector verification, and print an elector verifiable paper ballot; and
(2) produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.”

She then found: “Plaintiffs and other voters who wish to vote in-person are required to vote on a system that does none of those things.”

Judge Totenberg further outlined the supporting evidence:

“Rather, the evidence shows that the Dominion BMD system does not produce a voter-verifiable paper ballot or a paper ballot marked with the voter’s choices in a format readable by the voter because the votes are tabulated solely from the unreadable QR code. Thus, under Georgia’s mandatory voting system for voting at the polls voters must cast a BMD generated ballot tabulated using a computer-generated barcode that has the potential to contain information regarding their voter choices that does not match what they enter on the BMD (as reflected in the written text summary), or could cause a precinct scanner to improperly tabulate their votes.”

The court published these conclusions just three weeks before the general election. That November 3rd 2020 election, now the most controversial in Georgia history, was conducted on a voting system that had already been found to violate Georgia laws.

Although the case is still active, Judge Totenberg has yet to order relief. Thus, VoterGA and Rep. Singleton will press the Fulton County Superior Court for that relief. Either court could now order the relief that many Georgians are seeking. That is to permanently ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system from further use in Georgia.

If that relief sounds improbable, consider similar relief has already been granted before in Georgia during 2019. Then, Judge Totenberg banned the paperless Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) system Georgia used largely on the same grounds that are before the courts now: unverifiability. Her August 15, 2019 Order, the first of two scathing 150-page rulings, was an indictment of the SOS office that she found “not credible.”

That conclusion came after the SOS office erased election data on the central election server in the Center for Election Systems at Kennesaw State University in 2017. After being informed their server was breeched, the office under former SOS Brian Kemp did not investigate the breech and mitigate the risk but instead, erased the server data and then claimed that was standard procedure in a superficial two-page summary. A VoterGA audit report exposes the cover-up involving that incident and on Page 70 of her 2019 order Judge Totenberg reaches a conclusion similar to the VoterGA report:

“Given the entire course of events described here, the Defendants’ contention that the servers were simply ‘repurposed’ and not intentionally destroyed or wiped is flatly not credible.”

The credibility of the SOS office is now being severely challenged again especially since the petition identifies a variety of forewarnings the office had about unverifiable voting systems:
  • VoterGA recommendations to the Secure, Accurate, Fair Election Commission (SAFE) warned that any new system must tabulate human readable vote marks that can be verified by the voter;
  • Many citizens testified for hand marked paper ballots and voter verifiability before the Safe Commission and hearings for HB316, the bill that created the November, 2020 election disaster;
  • VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito and Madison Forum President Michael Opitz warned Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger about the unverifiability of QR coded voting systems when he was a runoff candidate in 2018.
Raffensperger did not heed the warnings and purchased the Dominion system for over $100 million in 2019.

January 6 Political Prisoner In DC’s Gitmo Witnesses Attempted Murder of Fellow Patriot By Correction Officer

By Jim Hoft
Published September 17, 2021 at 7:35am

Ronald Sandlin, a Jan. 6 political prisoner in Washington D.C reached out to the Gateway Pundit to tell his story. He was confined for 6 months for his alleged involvement on January 6th and was denied bond.

He was arrested on January 28th at the District of Nevada, 22 days after the setup happened. His charges include: Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers; Civil Disorder; Obstruction of an Official Proceeding; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds; Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds; Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building; Impeding Passage Through the Capitol Grounds or Buildings; Act of Physical Violence in the Capitol Grounds or Buildings; Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

Like the other political prisoners, he was not charged with insurrection.

A status conference is set for this coming September 28 and a jury trial is set for December 6, 2021.

Here is an excerpt from his email to the Gateway Pundit:
“My name is Ronald Sandlin and I’m a political prisoner in D.C.’s Gitmo because of my alleged involvement in the Jan 6th incident. I’m reaching out to you because you and your publication align with my values.

I’ve witnessed the aftermath of the correction officers nearly beating a man to death and I’ve also endured solitary confinement for 6 months. The prosecutor Jessica Arco said I should be denied bond because I’m a Mexican American and could “flea to Mexico” even though I have no ties to Mexico and don’t even speak Spanish.

I would like to have my voice heard not only about the truth of Jan 6th but about the awful conditions the 33 of the detained patriots have been facing. I’m willing and open to doing an interview. I also have a Give Send Go fundraiser where I’m raising money for my legal fees and expenses.” (As of this writing, we haven’t receive a response yet from Mr. Sandlin to schedule an interview.)
Sandlin mentioned on his GiveSendGo that he witnessed an attempted murder of a fellow Jan. 6er who was simply trying to organize a Bible study for fellow patriots.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported this incident where a guy named Ryan Samsel, was awakened by a correctional officer, his hands zip-tied, then walked to an unoccupied cell and was brutally beaten by the officer. Then Ryan Samsel lost an eye in the beating. You can read the rest of his story here: DC Correctional Officers Brutally Beat Jan. 6 US Capitol Protester, Zip-Tie His Hands, Fracture His Skull, Blind Him in One Eye

More from Sandlin’s GiveSendGo campaign:
Ronnie Sandlin a protestor at the mostly peaceful Jan 6th political rally has been languishing in solitary confinement for over 7 months. Ronnie has been threatened with physical violence was even thrown in “the hole” (a section of the jail reserved for violent prisoners) which he described as “sleeping in a disgusting truck stop bathroom” for simply questioning a correction officer.

Ronnie also witnessed the attempted murder of a fellow Jan 6er who was simply trying to organize a Bible study for fellow patriots. The correction officer yelled “I hate ya’ll white people and your honky religion” before zip tying his hands and then violently beating him nearly to death. This man is still suffering from a broken jaw, blindness, and brain damage. The corrupt D.C. jail claims this attack never happened and he injured himself. The warden has since been fired after that incident.

Ronnie was denied bond because the prosecutor Jessica Arco said that because Ronnie is a Mexican-American he should be denied bond because he could “flea to Mexico” Ronnie Is a full legal US citizen and has no ties to Mexico. Ronnie said this is the most racist thing he’s ever experienced which is ironic because the media and the FBI is trying to promulgate the false narrative that Jan 6ers are racists.

The prosecutor has offered Ronnie a 6 year plea deal for minor charges that his lawyer said he should only receive probation for if we weren’t dealing with a politically biased judicial system. This is following a year of Antifa and BLM terrorists looting, burning down cities, murdering and terrorizing communities around America only to have their charges dropped. This is also following the Brett Kavanaugh SCOTUS hearing where left-wing protestors stormed the capitol and did what Jan 6ers did, yet were called “an important part of Democracy”.

Ronnie needs your help to fight tyranny and a corrupt DOJ. He will be using the funds for legal fees. Every dollar you give is a slap in the face to the CCP against the Marxist takeover of our country. If you can’t donate pray for Ronnie and his fellow patriots and share this with your loved ones.

We, at Gateway Pundit, find this a fitting moment to announce to our readers that we finally launched www.AmericanGULAG.org, an informational site about the more than six hundred and thirty (630) people Joe Biden continues to imprison and persecute, largely for entering a public building on January 6, 2021.

Along with Ronald Sandlin and other political prisoners in DC, let us all help and pray for their safety and for their freedom.

The Gateway Pundit launched www.AmericanGULAG.org, an informational site about the more than six hundred and thirty (630) people Joe Biden continues to imprison and persecute, largely for entering a public building on January 6, 2021.

The overwhelming majority of Biden’s January 6th political prisoners are peaceful patriots, mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, sisters and brothers whose crime was walking into a public building to protest. The emerging totalitarian uniparty decided to weaponize the Department of Injustice and persecute Donald Trump/America First/anti-oligarchy supporters.

gulag-cover.jpg

Gateway Pundit’s AmericanGULAG.org site features enormous amounts of information on each of the prisoners and will be updated on continuing basis, providing opportunities to donate to the prisoners’ legal funds, their lawsuits, where and how to send them letters of encouragement, and news articles about their situation.

At 11:15 a.m. ET, American Gulag Editor John Burns and Assistant Editor Cara Castronuovo joined Steve Bannon on The War Room to discuss how the website hopes to make a difference by bringing awareness to and justice for the largest number of American political prisoners in US history.

John and Cara were exceptional.

This is well worth your time.

Protest for jailed Capitol rioters: Police ready this time
The Associated Press

The Associated Press

Allies of Donald Trump are mounting a Saturday rally at the U.S. Capitol, aimed at supporting protesters now in jail on charges from the Jan. 6 insurrection

Protest for jailed Capitol rioters: Police ready this timeBy COLLEEN LONG, MICHAEL BALSAMO and MICHAEL KUNZELMANAssociated PressThe Associated PressWASHINGTON
WASHINGTON (AP) — Burned before, Capitol Police say they are taking no chances as they prepare for a Saturday rally at the U.S. Capitol in support of rioters imprisoned after the violent Jan. 6 insurrection.

Though it is unclear how big the rally will be, the Capitol Police and Metropolitan Police Department are fully activating in an effort to avoid a repeat of the pre-inauguration attack.

Under-prepared police were overwhelmed as hundreds of President Donald Trump’s supporters broke into the Capitol and interrupted the certification of Joe Biden’s victory.

Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger said at a news conference Friday it was difficult to say whether threats of violence at the event are credible, but he said that “chatter” online and elsewhere has been similar to intelligence that was missed in January.

A permit for the protest allows 700 people.

Manger said he believes the most likely possibility for for violence Saturday will involve clashes between the protesters and counter-protesters who may show up.

“We’re not going to tolerate violence, and we will not tolerate criminal behavior of any kind,” Manger said. “The American public and members of Congress have an expectation that we protect the Capitol. And I am confident that the plan we have in place will meet that expectation.”

After multiple missteps in January, law enforcement is out in full force. The fence around the Capitol is back up, temporarily. Police are preparing for the possibility that some demonstrators may arrive with weapons. The D.C. police department is at the ready, and U.S. Capitol Police have requested assistance from nearby law enforcement agencies.

The rally, organized by former Trump campaign strategist Matt Braynard, is aimed at supporting what the rally’s organizers call the “political prisoners” of the Jan. 6 insurrection — about 60 people held behind bars out of the more than 600 charged in the deadly riot. It’s the latest attempt to downplay and deny the January violence.

Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger, one of two Republicans serving on a House committee investigating the January attacks, said he supports the aggressive law enforcement efforts.

“Hopefully the overreaction of law enforcement is actually the thing that can keep this from getting out of hand,” Kinzinger said in an interview Thursday. He predicted that people will criticize the effort if the protest is small and nonviolent, “but that’s what needs to happen because January 6th obviously was an underreaction and it escalated.”

Intelligence collected ahead of Saturday’s rally has suggested that extremist groups such as the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers will turn up. But some prominent members of the groups have sworn they aren’t going and have told others not to attend. Far-right online chatter has been generally tame, and Republican lawmakers are downplaying the event.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin approved a request for about 100 members of the D.C. National Guard to be stationed at a city armory near the Capitol, to be called if needed as backup for other law enforcement agencies. They will primarily protect the Capitol building and congressional offices. They’ll be without firearms, but will be equipped with batons and protective vests for self-defense.

Meanwhile, a Homeland Security intelligence report warned of social media posts that discussed possibly storming the Capitol the night before the rally. One user also “commented on kidnapping an identified member of Congress,” the document said, though the lawmaker wasn’t identified by name in the report. No lawmakers were expected to be in the building Saturday, as Congress is out of session.

“Other references to violence identified on social media include discussions of using the rally to target local Jewish institutions, elected officials, and ‘liberal churches,'” the intelligence report said.

Many commenters on online platforms popular with the far right like Telegram disavowed the rally, saying they believed law enforcement was promoting the event to entrap Trump supporters. Some urged their followers not to attend what they said was a “false flag” event they believed was secretly organized by the FBI.

At the same time, however, some commenters continued to promote rallies planned for Saturday in cities and state capitals across the country.

In a notice to House members this week, Sergeant at Arms William Walker urged lawmakers to stay away from the Capitol complex on Saturday. And lawmakers who supported Trump’s efforts to overturn his election defeat distanced themselves from the event.

“I don’t know what it is,” said Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said when asked about the rally.

Trump is still using his platform as the most popular leader in the GOP to express sympathy for those who were arrested and continue spreading election misinformation. In a statement Thursday, he said: “Our hearts and minds are with the people being persecuted so unfairly relating to the January 6th protest concerning the Rigged Presidential Election.”

The Associated Press reviewed hundreds of court and jail records for the Capitol riot defendants to uncover how many were being detained and found about 60 held in federal custody awaiting trial or sentencing hearings. Federal officials are still looking for other suspects who could also wind up behind bars. Just Friday, a judge ordered the pretrial detention of a Pennsylvania woman who contends the court doesn’t have jurisdiction over her.

At least 30 are jailed in Washington. The rest are locked up in facilities across the country. They have said they are being treated unfairly, and one defendant said he was beaten.

Federal authorities have identified several of those detained as extremist group leaders, members or associates, including nine defendants linked to the Proud Boys and three connected to the antigovernment Oath Keepers. Dozens are charged with conspiring to mount coordinated attacks on the Capitol to block Congress from certifying the 2020 Electoral College vote, among the most serious of the charges.

Some jailed defendants are charged with assaulting police officers, others will making violent threats. A few were freed after their arrests but subsequently detained again, accused of violating release conditions.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has set standards for judges to apply in deciding whether to jail a Capitol riot defendant. A three-judge panel of the appeals court ruled in March that rioters accused of assaulting officers, breaking through windows, doors and barricades, or playing leadership roles in the attack were in “a different category of dangerousness” than those who merely cheered on the violence or entered the building after it was breached.

Confessions of a voter fraud: I was a master at fixing mail-in ballots

Jon Levine
August 29, 2020 5:24pm
Update

A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.

Mail-in ballots have become the latest flashpoint in the 2020 elections. While President Trump and the GOP warn of widespread manipulation of the absentee vote that will swell with COVID polling restrictions, many Democrats and their media allies have dismissed such concerns as unfounded.

But the political insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he fears prosecution, said fraud is more the rule than the exception. His dirty work has taken him through the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Paterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken and Hudson County and his fingerprints can be found in local legislative, mayoral and congressional races across the Garden State. Some of the biggest names and highest office holders in New Jersey have benefited from his tricks, according to campaign records The Post reviewed.

“An election that is swayed by 500 votes, 1,000 votes — it can make a difference,” the tipster said. “It could be enough to flip states.”

The whisteblower — whose identity, rap sheet and long history working as a consultant to various campaigns were confirmed by The Post — says he not only changed ballots himself over the years, but led teams of fraudsters and mentored at least 20 operatives in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania — a critical 2020 swing state.

“There is no race in New Jersey — from city council to United States Senate — that we haven’t worked on,” the tipster said. “I worked on a fire commissioner’s race in Burlington County. The smaller the race, the easier it is to do.”

A Bernie Sanders die-hard with no horse in the presidential race, he said he felt compelled to come forward in the hope that states would act now to fix the glaring security problems present in mail-in ballots.

“This is a real thing,” he said. “And there is going to be a f–king war coming November 3rd over this stuff … If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”

Mail-in voting can be complicated — tough enough that 84,000 New Yorkers had their mailed votes thrown out in the June 23 Democratic presidential primary for incorrectly filling them out.

But for political pros, they’re a piece of cake. In New Jersey, for example, it begins with a blank mail-in ballot delivered to a registered voter in a large envelope. Inside the packet is a return envelope, a “certificate of mail in voter” which the voter must sign, and the ballot itself.

That’s when the election-rigger springs into action.

Phony ballots
The ballot has no specific security features — like a stamp or a watermark — so the insider said he would just make his own ballots.

“I just put [the ballot] through the copy machine and it comes out the same way,” the insider said.

But the return envelopes are “more secure than the ballot. You could never recreate the envelope,” he said. So they had to be collected from real voters.

He would have his operatives fan out, going house to house, convincing voters to let them mail completed ballots on their behalf as a public service. The fraudster and his minions would then take the sealed envelopes home and hold them over boiling water.

“You have to steam it to loosen the glue,” said the insider.

He then would remove the real ballot, place the counterfeit ballot inside the signed certificate, and reseal the envelope.

“Five minutes per ballot tops,” said the insider.

The insider said he took care not to stuff the fake ballots into just a few public mailboxes, but sprinkle them around town. That way he avoided the attention that foiled a sloppy voter-fraud operation in a Paterson, NJ, city council race this year, where 900 ballots were found in just three mailboxes.

“If they had spread them in all different mailboxes, nothing would have happened,” the insider said.

Inside jobs
The tipster said sometimes postal employees are in on the scam.

“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he’s working in Bedminster or some Republican stronghold … He can take those [filled-out] ballots, and knowing 95% are going to a Republican, he can just throw those in the garbage.”

election stock

In some cases, mail carriers were members of his “work crew,” and would sift ballots from the mail and hand them over to the operative.

In 2017, more than 500 mail-in ballots in New York City never arrived to the Board of Elections for races that November — leaving hundreds disenfranchised. They eventually were discovered in April 2018. “For some undetermined reason, some baskets of mail that were bound to the New York City Board of Elections were put off to the side at the Brooklyn processing facility,” city elections boss Michael Ryan said at the time of discovery.

Nursing homes
Hitting up assisted-living facilities and “helping” the elderly fill out their absentee ballots was a gold mine of votes, the insider said.

“There are nursing homes where the nurse is actually a paid operative. And they go room by room by room to these old people who still want to feel like they’re relevant,” said the whistleblower. “[They] literally fill it out for them.”

The insider pointed to former Jersey City Mayor Gerald McCann, who was sued in 2007 after a razor-thin victory for a local school board seat for allegedly tricking “incompetent … and ill” residents of nursing homes into casting ballots for him. McCann denied it, though he did admit to assisting some nursing home residents with absentee ballot applications.

Voter impersonation
When all else failed, the insider would send operatives to vote live in polling stations, particularly in states like New Jersey and New York that do not require voter ID. Pennsylvania, also for the most part, does not.

The best targets were registered voters who routinely skip presidential or municipal elections — information which is publicly available.

“You fill out these index cards with that person’s name and district and you go around the city and say, ‘You’re going to be him, you’re going to be him,'” the insider said of how he dispatched his teams of dirty-tricksters.

At the polling place, the fake voter would sign in, “get on line and … vote,” the insider said. The impostors would simply recreate the signature that already appears in the voter roll as best they could. In the rare instance that a real voter had already signed in and cast a ballot, the impersonator would just chalk it up to an innocent mistake and bolt.

Bribing voters
The tipster said New Jersey homeless shelters offered a nearly inexhaustible pool of reliable — buyable — voters.

“They get to register where they live in and they go to the polls and vote,” he said, laughing at the roughly $174 per vote Mike Bloomberg spent to win his third mayoral term. He said he could have delivered the same result at a 70 percent discount — like when Frank “Pupie” Raia, a real estate developer and Hoboken nabob, was convicted last year on federal charges for paying low-income residents 50 bucks a pop to vote how he wanted during a 2013 municipal election.

Organizationally, the tipster said, his voter-fraud schemes in the Garden State and elsewhere resembled Mafia organizations, with a boss (usually the campaign manager) handing off the day-to-day managing of the mob soldiers to the underboss (him). The actual candidate was usually kept in the dark deliberately so they could maintain “plausible deniability.”

With mail-in ballots, partisans from both parties hash out and count ballots at the local board of elections — debating which ballots make the cut and which need to be thrown out because of irregularities.

The insider said any ballots offered up by him or his operation would come with a bent corner along the voter certificate — which contains the voter signature — so Democratic Board of Election counters would know the fix was in and not to object.

“It doesn’t stay bent, but you can tell it’s been bent,” the tipster said. “Until the [certificate] is approved, the ballot doesn’t matter. They don’t get to see the ballot unless they approve the [certificate.]”

“I invented bending corners,” the insider boasted, saying once the fixed ballots were mixed in with the normal ones, the bed was made. “Once a ballot is opened, it’s an anonymous ballot.”

While federal law warns of prison sentences of up to five years, busted voter frauds have seen far less punishment. While in 2018 a Texas woman was sentenced to five years, an Arizona man busted for voting twice in the mail was given just three years’ probation. A study by the conservative Heritage Foundation found more than 1,000 instances of documented voter fraud in the United States, almost all of which occurred over the last 20 years.

“There is nothing new about these techniques,” said Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at Heritage who manages their election law reform initiative. “Everything he’s talking about is perfectly possible.“

The city Board of Elections declined to answer Post questions on ballot security.

(VIDEO) PA State Senator Doug Mastriano On Election Subpoenas: “We’re Still Nowhere Closer To An Audit Than We Were Last November.”

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 17, 2021 at 6:28pm
AAC6D5F0-2C36-44DF-865F-E011FF61BF9E.jpeg

On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania senate issued lackluster subpoenas for election evidence that failed to include ballots or machines used in the 2020 election.

The Gateway Pundit reported this fact as it leaves many wondering what the point of this audit is.

1631922495212.png

WJAC reported that Corman said not to even consider this a recount. Apparently, it is just a review of the system but that still begs the question, why didn’t they subpoena the machines?

1631922449364.png

This audit is led by Pennsylvania Senate President Jake Corman, and the Gateway Pundit has reported on Corman’s efforts to stall the audit for months now. President Trump even put his name on blast in June for failing to act on his promises days after Senator Mastriano led a delegation to Arizona.

1631922400237.png

Jake Corman has fired Doug Mastriano’s staff and removed him from his committee, falsely claiming that Cris Dush was spearheading efforts and that Mastriano had stepped down. With a heavy heart, Mastriano responded saying that he has not and will not retreat.

1631922355691.png

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers describes Mastriano as a “high-integrity intellect”, and his Ph.D. In history gives him a vast understanding of our Nation’s history along with its greatness. He is not interested in playing politics like RINO Jake Corman.

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson spoke to Senator Mastriano who said the audit is a dog and pony show at this point.
Conradson: so I know that you weren’t just leading the Pennsylvania delegation down to the Arizona audit in June, you were leading the nation, you were leading all the delegations because Pennsylvania was the first. So what happened to your leadership role in the audit, since June?

Mastriano: So, as everyone knows they kicked off on November 25th of last year. We were the first state to do an in person hearing on what happened on November 3 and it was great to see Pennsylvania finally leading in a positive direction after so many years of lagging behind. The irony is today of course it’s Constitution Day. On this day in 1787 in Philadelphia, the Constitution was signed and as Benjamin Franklin came out there was a throng of people outside of Philadelphia and this lady, Mrs. Powell yelled to him Well Mr. Franklin, what do we have a monarchy or Republic, and he said a Republic, if you can keep it. Those words are coming down to us today. So we did a hearing, November, and then of course, I’m facing lots of obstacles trying to get a forensic audit, like Arizona is doing/did in our state. So finally, on July 7, well, as you mentioned, lead the Pennsylvania delegation down to Arizona and I’m like, “This needs to happen back in Pennsylvania” met with quite a bit of resistance as you can imagine from the swamp, some people call a sewer, whatever. And then, on July 7, I issued, as a chair of a standing committee with U.S. Constitutional authority under Article One, Section Four, one, to issue letters to three counties, asking them to comply with a full forensic investigation and audit. And they all defaulted to a subpoena, was lined up to vote on a subpoena in August, on August 6. Right before we sun shined it, all a sudden I’m getting calls from the committee members saying that the President of the Senate, Senator Jake Corman called behind my back to the Republican committee members asked them not to do it, basically it was canceled. And it wasn’t. I work through whatever issues that supposedly had at the time and then had another date picked for a vote and I was told that it would be stripped of my committee chair and lose my staff if I move forward. We move forward, but I was never able to get a vote on the subpoenas because Senator Corman stripped me of my committee chair and removed my staff in Harrisburg, and this is the kind of politics of course that people around the nation are sick of. That’s the kind of thing that led to this catastrophe of voting fraud last year, this is a reason why so many states aren’t moving forward, but God bless Arizona. And that’s what we’re facing here.

Conradson:
That’s right. So last month, you issued a response to a statement by Senator Jake Corman where he falsely claimed that Cris Dush led the investigation from the beginning, and he also said that you retreated from the investigation. You responded by saying, you haven’t and will not back down. So what can you even do now that he’s fired all your staff and remove you have your chairmanship.

Mastriano: The irony of a career politician, and you know when he gave a speech on the floor of the Senate in January, you know, since he was elected as president he talked about, “I’ve been part of this institution for four decades”. I’m like, man it’s a long time, 21 years of Daddy as a senator and 22 years that he has been in dad’s seat. So we have a dynasty, 43 years of Corman dynasty and I don’t think that’s the sort of things that our founding fathers envisioned as they signed the Constitution on this day in Philadelphia in 1787. So what am I doing now obviously it’s holding me accountable. And, you know, I’ll support any endeavor because you know what my friend, the only thing that matters is let’s get the forensic investigation done. It can’t be a sampling, can’t be a recount, it has to be what you saw firsthand there. You know the scientific approach looking at the ballot to see if the ballots are legit or not and these games going on, kicking the ball, you know down the line here dragging it out is what we’re seeing now. And so right now, we’ve made no headway in doing a forensic investigation. There was a vote on subpoenas Wednesday. It’s a list of 17 items. I’m looking around for the list basically it’s asking for a lot of information, it’s already publicly available to the Senate and to the public out there. So it’s an exercise in futility. A forensic investigation, the audit doesn’t begin until we get the ballots from the counties and the voting logs, anything else directly affiliated with that. And so we’re beyond a month now since Senator Corman, saw it in his infinite wisdom to strip me and my committee chair and that we’re still nowhere closer to an audit than we were last November.

Conradson:
They didn’t even subpoena the ballots or the machines so why do you think they didn’t ask for any supporting evidence of the 2020 election?

Mastriano: I’m speculating because obviously, they’re not conferring with me here but I think it’s an endeavor. I listen to the words and Orwellian doublespeak, the bottom line is just to drag it out, to keep the Trump supporters off their backs, make it look like they’re doing something when really this is not moving us forward any closer to the goal than we need to be.

Conradson: So, you think it’s a turtle dog and pony show?

Mastriano: At this point, yeah.

Conradson:
So what’s the next, what’s the next step what can the voters of Pennsylvania actually do to make something really happen? Because I know everyone’s tired of just sitting around and waiting.

Mastriano: Yeah, yeah, it’s just as I am, you know if I could lay out one thing. So, you know, I issue the letters, I give the Counties three weeks to respond, I basically give them until the 31st of July to respond, a couple more days than three weeks. And then the week after I had planned on doing a voting session and as I already mentioned, you know, Senator Corman called My members told them not to come to any voting session that was going to be sunshine the next day for Pennsylvania law, as well locked me out of committee hearing rooms so I couldn’t even hold a vote if I, you know, went out on my own as I did in July, you know against his wishes. And that’s just the epitome of fraud. So, as we entered, August, we’re like a month, past where the subpoenas were due, people start asking me, heck they asked me for weeks. “Okay. Doug, where are the subpoenas?” and I’m like you know I’m trying to get together, trying to coordinate people’s calendars and what you didn’t know is that I was working behind the scenes with leadership in the Senate, Republican leadership I didn’t want to do this, evidently. And so that’s why I made a decision on the 20th of August to pull the curtain back. So you’re asking me where the subpoenas are, ask Senator Corman, because he’s the guy holding up the show and I just laid out with what I’ve been dealing with here the previous month. So since then, you know, they came out, he came out with a statement saying we’re gonna move forward subpoenas you know within a week, and we’re now a month on, and we’re no closer. The subpoenas that were issued on Wednesday have nothing to do with actually getting the audit done. And so I can’t tell you what the holdup is other than a lack of desire and a lack of will to do what the people want.

Conradson: So, what, what can the people do.

Mastriano: Contact Senator Corman and respectfully, but firmly asked him to get the ballots and think of that, we need the ballots. That is step one, step two are the machines. Simple as that.

on this day in 1787 Constitution was signed. It’s our job to keep this republic, Arizona, God bless you and I pray Pennsylvania will follow suit. Thank you,
Corman has not served but mooched off of the taxpayer in the Pennsylvania Senate since 1999, following his father who held this seat from 1977 to 1998.

This guy knows nothing but political games like this.

Arizona is the model and these subpoenas need to be corrected.

(VIDEO) AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers – AZ Audit Report: “We Are Happy Warriors! WE WANT OUR COUNTRY BACK!” – Maricopa County Meeting TODAY @ 4:45 P.M. RE: Election Subpoenas

EZAZ.org & FreedomWorks Rally To Stop The Spending

Last night, Patriots in Phoenix, Arizona rallied outside of U.S. Senator Mark Kelly’s office in protest of excessive government spending.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers stood up to rally the troops in preparation for the Arizona audit results to be released next Friday.

1631923368384.png

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is running out of time to comply with the Arizona Attorney General’s order, or face losing millions of dollars in state shared revenues.

They have scheduled a last-minute special meeting to discuss possible action regarding election subpoena, compliance, and litigation, today at 4:45 p.m. (Arizona).

1631923322278.png
The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke to Senator Rogers about the Supervisors and the pre-router finalization of the audit report.

Once the County complies with subpoenas for routers, Splunk logs, access keys, etc. we will likely see another report.
Conradson: The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, meeting tomorrow. Do you expect them to comply with the subpoenas?

Rogers: I sure hope they do. I heard it was an executive session which means it’s not open to the public. I don’t know if that’s correct or that’s changed but this is what happens when people try to run from the truth.

Conradson: So what are you expecting next Friday with the results? Is it going to be as groundbreaking as they say, is it going to shock the world?

Rogers: Well I hope that it shows complete, and unflinching truth, because this is what our nation has hungered for this is what the left has distracted us from.

And I have every confidence that because we’ve taken so long, and because we’ve been so precise, and so legally minded that what comes out next Friday, I have been told, is a product that we can be very proud of.

Conradson: All right, so we have a little get-together last night…

Rogers: We did, a family reunion!

Conradson: Pretty much a family reunion where we were not celebrating the audit results, but celebrating the end of this audit, celebrating the completion of this historic process. The left is losing their mind over that event that we had. What do you say to people who are trying to give us crap?

Rogers: We are happy warriors! We want our country back! All these people came to this audit, they got babysitters for their kids. They took their annual vacation to work in the audit, free of charge. The stories I heard last night were just absolutely heartwarming and it’s because they love their country, and I heard that one of the attorneys lived in his truck in the parking lot at the audit for the entire time! Think about that level of dedication. We were all last night united. We sang God Bless America. We prayed, we were united, and that’s what we need in our country, and that is beautiful. And that’s what I celebrate and embrace and you know what the left can’t take that away from us. They like to be sad and depressed, not we, we are happy warriors, because we know that we are doing the right thing to get our country back. And there are more of us than there are of them.

Conradson: One more time, how many signatures have you gotten on your petition to decertify this fraudulent election?

Rogers: We’re shooting for a million to have before the 24th of September, and I believe we are past 900,000. So I want you to go if you haven’t yet to Wendyrogers.org and sign the national petition to decertify the 2020 presidential election. Be known, be heard. Go on record, Wendyrogers.org.
Wendy Rogers announced today that her petition has reached over 934,000 signatures and it has now almost reached the goal of one MILLION signatures.

1631923265688.png

The Maricopa County Board of supervisors is expected to make a decision on whether or not to comply today at 4:45 p.m. (Arizona).

This meeting will be live-streamed to the public.

Rogers told The Gateway Pundit last week that all criminal wrongdoing exposed next Friday will be referred to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

1631923203411.png

If they do not comply, this should be even more evidence against them.

Mark Brnovich is running for U.S. Senate to represent Arizona and he will need to make the right decision for the voters.

HUGE: President Trump Sends Letter to Corrupt Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger Respectfully Requesting He Address Known Invalid Votes in the 2020 Election

By Joe Hoft

Georgia-Brad-Raffensperger.jpg

President Trump has respectfully requested today that Georgia’s Secretary of State adjust the results in the 2020 election to account for illegible votes counted in the election.

President Trump respectfully requested today that Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, adjust the results in the state’s 2020 Election results for a list of known ballots that are invalid due to not having the proper chain of custody documentation required by law.

Corrupt governor Brian Kemp is cc’d in the letter.

Here is a portion of the President’s message:
Enclosed is a report of 43,000 Absentee Ballot Votes Counted in DeKalb County that violated the Chain of Custody rules, making them invalid. I would respectfully request that your department check this and, if true, along with many other claims of voter fraud and voter irregularities, start the process of decertifying the Election, or whatever the correct legal remedy is, and announce the true winner. As stated to you previously, the number of false and/or irregular votes is far greater than needed to change the Georgia election result…

The President’s spokeswoman Liz Harrington shared the following on Twitter:

1631923734333.png1631923797011.png

On Monday a hearing in Georgia will be held where concerned patriots will provide to the judge rationale for requesting the actual ballots under review in Fulton County. This group will provide a list of ballots they have found issues with. The fact that President Trump provides a list of 43,000 invalid ballots in the state, provides an indication of what may be provided to the court on Monday.

Raffensperger and his gang did all they could to steal the election in Georgia from President Trump and the American people.

Next step is to put Raffensperger in jail.

FIREWORKS: Next Week Will Be Explosive – Indications Mounting that Both Arizona and Georgia 2020 Valid Election Results May Move These States to Trump NEXT WEEK

By Joe Hoft
Published September 17, 2021 at 5:30pm

Kaboom goes the fireworks!
Tonight the President of the United States, Donald Trump, sent a letter to Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger requesting he invalidate 43,000 ballots included in the 2020 Election which are missing the legally required chain of custody documentation. This information likely comes from an ongoing case in Georgia that will go to court next week.

1631924170606.png

We also know that Arizona is scheduling releasing results of their audit next Friday and we have been told the amount of fraud in that state will be significant. We already know that per a review of passionate citizens that a canvassing shows that over 300,000 ballots in Arizona were counted in error. The crooks in Arizona didn’t like this exercise as well.

1631924027271.png

Next week the result of the audit of Maricopa County will be released and significant fraud is expected to be uncovered.

Here is the point –

Based on these two events – it is likely both Arizona and Georgia will have enough evidence of fraudulent counts of ballots in the 2020 Election to flip these states to the Donald Trump column – NEXT WEEK.

[COMMENT: I personaly think the most you will get is a decertification by the states. Likely, there can be no "flip" because of the alleged destruction of ballots that could have been for either candidate in the eyes of the law. That will make Biden/Kamala illegitimate and Pelosi will step in as interim President - unless the findings also decertify the Representatives and Senators from that state and the Dems no longer have a majority.

It wouldl be pretty unstable in the interim who Commander in Chief and in the aftermath as all Biden's EOs become void. It will also draw into question bills that were passed and signed.

Will a new election in these states need to take place? Seems like it. If the CA recall is any measure, there will just be a repeat cheat Wish it could be a flip. ]

Part 2: TGP’s John Burns and Cara Castronuova Talk American Gulag on the Bannon War Room (VIDEO)

Trump continues to push Georgia's Raffensperger, Kemp to decertify 2020 election results
Raffensperger and Kemp have been frequent targets of the former president since the 2020 election

Updated: September 17, 2021 - 1:36pm

Months after President Joe Biden was sworn into office, former President Trump continues to challenge the result of the 2020 election.

On Friday, Trump sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger that included a report of 43,000 Absentee Ballot Votes counted in DeKalb County that violated the chain of custody rules implemented to ensure fraud is minimized.

There have been ample reports of fraudulent and irregular voting that took place in Georgia, particularly in the greater Atlanta area during the nearly one-year since the election, yet few answers pertaining to 2020 have been delivered, despite the passage by the Georgia legislature of an election-overhaul package that attempts to ensure safe and secure elections moving forward.

"As stated to you previously, the number of false and/or irregular votes is far great than need to change the Georgia election result. People do not understand you (Raffensperger) and Governor Brian Kemp adamantly refuse to acknowledge the now proven facts, and fight so hard that the election truth [sic] not be told," Trump wrote.

Trump requests that Raffensperger, whose office, for months, has been overwhelmed by reports and evidence of fraud occurring during the November 2020 election, investigate his claim and "if true ... start the process of decertifying the Election, or whatever the correct legal remedy is, and announce the winner."

Referring to the secretary's persistent defense of the integrity of the election's outcome in Georgia, Trump writes, "You (Raffensperger) and Governor Kemp are doing a tremendous disservice to the Great State of Georgia, and to our Nation – which is systematically being destroyed by an illegitimate president and his administration.

He also said: "The truth must be allowed to come out."

While all this is being done three days later they can be marched one at a time into the state senate in chains and questioned one at a time but not with any of them being in the senate chamber at the same time.

HUGE WIN For Arizona Senate: CyberNinjas WILL Access The Routers As Requested – Questions WILL Be Answered

Maricopa County has agreed to settle with the Arizona Senate and allow them to perform a joint-led audit of the County routers, Splunk logs, and dominion software.

This means that the 1487 complaint filed by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli worked, forcing the county to comply with the Senate’s original and ongoing request for router access, on sight at the County buildings.

It was unclear exactly what the settlement meant earlier upon announcement and it was unclear how this was a win for the Senate.

1631996359728.png

The County spin-doctors were sure to remove The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson from the presser so that they could provide narratives and questions to the establishment media to make this appear a loss for the Senate.

A7AC88DA-EFBA-4CCC-8579-929BDB6F8BD8-scaled.jpeg

County Employees Spoon-Feed Narratives After Removing Conradson From Presser

CyberNinjas will still be allowed to command the router access and make sure all questions are answered correctly.

Doug Logan requested this months ago telling the County that if they’re not comfortable with CyberNinjas taking the routers, then someone else can do it and CyberNinjas will closely watch.

Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli told us that because there is now a third party involved in this investigation and the election materials do not need to be moved, it will preserve the chain of custody and evidence. This will ensure the case is locked tight.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann shared this tweet, claiming victory.
Fann: HUGE win for the Az Senate today! Maricopa settlement gives us all the data needed to complete the review of the routers & splunk log to the most comprehensive election audit in history. We got everything we need and more. Maricopa County goes home with its tail between its legs
1631996302152.png

President Fann told The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson how this joint process will be run.

Former Arizona State Rep. John Shadegg will act as a middleman and provide oversight to ensure the evidence is secure.
Fann: Shadegg is the arbitrator. He will hire a couple of IT experts who will actually do the “hands on “ and CN will tell and ask them everything they need to know.

Conradson:
Do you trust Shadegg to do the job right?

Fann: Yes.

Conradson: Did the supervisors pick Shadegg or did you do a joint vetting process?

Fann: We jointly agreed

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers also confirmed their win and shared the conditions of the agreement.
Rogers: Summary: We won. They dropped their $2.8 meaningless claim for the machine replacement. We get the routers and spunk logs. Cyber Ninjas has full access. Maricopa caved.

1631996057083.png

The County will drop its claims against the Senate for replacement equipment and delivery of the ballots.

The Arizona audit report will be released next Friday and this will raise many new questions. CyberNinjas will find answers with router access.

1631996148658.png

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers told us that all evidence of criminal wrongdoing will be referred to the Attorney General’s office.

Senator Sonny Borrelli said that the Attorney General will be responsible for looking into why the Maricopa County Supervisors refused to comply, in violation of the law, until now.

Both CyberNinjas and The Arizona Senate are satisfied with the County’s cooperation.

This is a victory for the first full forensic election audit in history.

“FAILED LEADERSHIP – Will Cause Us To Pay Dearly” – Soros-Funded Maricopa County Sheriff Disturbed By County Cooperation

Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone is not happy about Maricopa County’s cooperation with the Senate audit investigation.

The Gateway Pundit reported that this settlement is a huge win for the Arizona Senate because this is what they have been asking for since the beginning.

1631996958536.png

The Arizona Senate and CyberNinjas are satisfied with this and therefore, Soros-funded Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone is not having it.

He released a statement where he accused the Supervisors of “failed leadership” that “will cause us to pay dearly.
Penzone: The failed leadership and agenda based politics have not promoted transparency, they have only deteriorated the democratic process. Leadership means doing what is right even when it is difficult. This compromise does not represent a healthy outcome It sets a precedent that will cause us to pay dearly due to political agendas and a lack of courage and conviction by a few.

1631996863898.png

They will pay dearly if this was not “the most secure election in our Nation’s history”.

This further shows that this was a win for our voting rights. What is Penzone afraid of?

Soros-funded Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has stayed silent on the matter so far but she did tweet hours before the hearing, welcoming all of our “new citizens” and marketing that “conspiracy theories” are jeopardizing their right to vote.

Is she talking about the floods of new illegal immigrants that the Biden regime has welcomed into our country?

Hobbs:
Happy Constitution and Citizenship Day! Today, we recognize the enduring strength of our democracy, and we celebrate the immigrants and new citizens that have reinvigorated our country over generations.
As lies and conspiracy theories about our elections continue to run rampant, let’s all take a moment to reflect on the threat to our democracy, and resolve to elect leaders who will uphold and defend it. That’s my promise to every Arizonan.
1631996815828.png

What will be her response to this audit victory?

This was a win for American voting rights and the radical left is terrified.

Mike Lindell Running Tests On Alabama’s Voter List — After Meeting With Governor And Secretary Of State

By ProTrumpNews Staff
Published September 18, 2021 at 9:40am

Good news for election integrity.

Mike Lindell recently met with Alabama Governor Kate Ivey and Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill for around 3 and a half hours.

He will now be able to run tests on Alabama’s voting list.

From AL.com:
MyPillow founder and Donald Trump adviser Mike Lindell plans to conduct “tests” on Alabama’s voter rolls after purchasing the list, said Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill, who along with Gov. Kay Ivey met with Lindell on Friday.

Lindell, the founder and CEO of MyPillow who is Trump’s main attack dog in the former president’s battle contending the 2020 presidential election was stolen, is going to comb through the list of Alabama voters to determine whether the state has any ineligible people on it, including deceased residents.
Merrill said he doesn’t expect Lindell to find evidence that Alabama’s voter list, which is available for purchase by anyone, is tainted.
“We know we don’t put people on the voter rolls unless they’re qualified to be on the voter rolls,” the secretary of state told AL.com.
John Merrill said that he believes Alabama’s “election administration is the best in the nation.”

Merrill touted the meeting on Twitter and said that Lindell was “very impressed” by Alabama’s efforts to have a safe and secure election.

1631998441982.png

There is a heavy police presence at the US Capitol on Saturday in anticipation of a rally in support of the January 6 political prisoners.

Demonstrators will show support for the January 6 political prisoners on Saturday.

Hundreds of non-violent Trump supporters are currently in jail awaiting trial for walking through the Capitol on January 6.

Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger told reporters on Monday said he put up the fence because he wasn’t taking any chances.

Maricopa County Security Removes TGP’s Conradson From Backroom Presser: “This Is A Private Meeting” – Only Vetted, Bootlickers Allowed Inside (VIDEO)

County Employees Spoon-Feed Narratives After Removing Conradson From Presser
Yesterday, The Arizona Senate forced Maricopa County to show their hand and cooperate with the Senate audit investigation.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors held a special meeting yesterday regarding lawful senate subpoenas, to announce the decision that has been made.

1632001725132.png

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson attempted to gain access to the special presser for special media, where he was informed that he was not allowed inside. The officials then added that Jordan was “not a real journalist”.

Journalists that criticize Maricopa County are not legitimate.

All of the rest of the bootlickers were allowed in.

The presser was held behind closed doors.

After being allowed inside of the building for almost half an hour, Conradson was confronted by somebody who did not want Conradson there, because he is not a spoon-fed narrative writer.

When asking for a press credential, the unnamed County employee said that the meeting was “private”.
Employee: Jordan, you’re more than welcome to leave and watch on YouTube, just like everybody else.

Conradson: I’m with the media. what do you mean?

Employee: You’re not invited to this. This is a private meeting.

Conradson: Only invited media?

Employee: Correct.

Conradson: Only vetted, handpicked media?

Employee: Correct.

Conradson: So I can’t exercise my first amendment?

Employee: I know you’re recording me.

Conradson: Yeah, I am recording you and I’m just asking…

Employee: Are you going to leave? This is a private meeting.

Conradson: I understand that but they are elected officials and I am a reporter. I’m trying to report the news and get the truth.

Employee: No, you’re not and you don’t work for a legitimate news organization so I’m going to ask you to leave one more time.
Legitimate news means that they can trust you to cover for them.

The employee then refused to give his name to Conradson.

Why is Maricopa County so against transparency?

They were serving the narrative on a golden platter and Conradson was denied a seat at the table.

It Was a Setup: More Press, Police and “Undercover” Agents in Ray-Bans than Protesters at J-6 Rally in Washington DC

By Jim Hoft
Published September 18, 2021 at 2:07pm

Trump was right.

President Trump told supporters the Justice for J-6 rally was a set-up.

Populists and Trump supporters feared it would be another calamity where Antifa and unnamed FBI agents would infiltrate the crowd and trigger-happy Capitol Hill police officers would gun down young women.

So the turnout was sparse.

We all support the Jan. 6 political prisoners. We just didn’t want to get set up by the government or shot by Capitol Police to prove it.

On Saturday there were more police, reporters and undercover intelligence agents than protesters in Washington DC.

Here are some scenes from the rally today.

This doesn’t look suspicious at all.

Maricopa County Supervisors Refuse To Turn Over Router, Agrees To Settle With Special Master Oversight

AGREEMENT AVOIDS FINANCIAL CATASTROPHE
September 17, 2021 ADI Staff Reporter

maricopa county supervisors

PHOENIX, AZ – The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted on Friday evening to settle with the Arizona Senate, agreeing to the appointment by the court of a Special Master to handle questions involving the County’s routers as part of the audit of the 2020 general election.

“Under threat of losing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue sharing, today Maricopa County settled with the State Senate, a victory for election integrity and the Arizona taxpayer,” said Senate President Karen Fann. “The agreement set up a Special Master paid for by the County, who will get the answers to questions the Senate has concerning the routers and splunk logs used in the 2020 Election. Former Congressman John Shadegg will serve as the Special Master working with the computer technology experts.”
1632003520773.png

“The Senate will finally get the answers to the questions asked for in the subpoenas issued to the County months ago,” continued Sen. Fann. “In addition, the County has agreed to drop its Notice of Claim of $2.8 million to replace election equipment delivered to the Senate as required in the January subpoena. Experts have told us there is nothing that has been compromised or damaged by the audit, and the Secretary of State failed to follow procedures regarding the decertifying the machines. There is no reason taxpayers should be on the hook for purchasing the necessary new election equipment.”

Fann said she looks “forward to getting our final questions answered and wrapping up the review of the election in Maricopa County.”

The Senate had subpoenaed the routers as part of its audit of the County’s controversial handling of the 2020 General Election.

In late August, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, in response to a complaint filed by Senator Sonny Borrelli, has determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena.

The Arizona Attorney General’s Office (AGO) notified the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that if they failed to resolve the violation within 30 days, the AGO, in accordance with state law, would notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold state revenue from Maricopa County until MCBOS complies.

Over 40 percent of the county’s $1.6 billion general fund revenues was at risk. With as much as $676 million on the line, the supervisors had little choice but to settle.

When the Board of Supervisors refused to comply earlier this year, the Court ruled the subpoenas did not violate the separation of powers principles, and producing subpoenaed materials would not violate confidentiality. The majority of the Board of Supervisors publicly welcomed that decision after it came out and chose not to appeal. however, they have been intransigent on the subject of the routers.

Borelli filed a “SB 1487” complaint at the suggestion of attorney Alex Kolodin. The complaint was filed under A.R.S. § 41-194.01, which authorizes any legislator to request the Attorney General investigate a county or city alleged to be in violation of state law.

Correction: This article erroneously noted that the vote of the supervisors was unanimous. Supervisor Gallardo voted no.

Tonight the President of the United States, Donald Trump, sent a letter to Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger requesting he invalidate 43,000 ballots included in the 2020 Election which are missing the legally required chain of custody documentation.
Can they identify “those” ballots, no just a quantity? You can’t fix a vote count if you can’t identify those actual votes.

North Carolina Judges Strike Down Voter ID Law, Claiming It's Racist

SATURDAY, SEP 18, 2021 - 02:30 PM
Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times,

Two North Carolina judges on Friday struck down a law that required identification to vote, alleging it “was enacted with the unconstitutional intent to discriminate against African American voters.”

The law was enacted in violation of the Equal Protection Clause in North Carolina’s Constitution, the majority of the panel said. The clause says that nobody shall be denied equal protection of the laws nor shall anybody be subjected to discrimination by the state due to race.

Defendants, including North Carolina House Speaker Timothy Moore, failed to show that racial discrimination was not a substantial or motivating factor behind enactment of the law, Superior Court Judges Michael O’Foghludha and Vince Rozier Jr., both Democrats, wrote in a 102-page ruling permanently blocking the measure.
“Other, less restrictive voter ID laws would have sufficed to achieve the legitimate nonracial purposes of implementing the constitutional amendment requiring voter ID, deterring fraud, or enhancing voter confidence,” they said.
The law in question, Senate Bill 824, was enacted after a majority of voters in North Carolina approved it as a constitutional amendment in 2018. Before that, the Republican-controlled state legislature passed the bill and overrode a veto from North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, a Democrat.

According to previous court rulings, plaintiffs challenging a law in the state must show that discrimination was a “motivating factor” in passing a law, the pair of judges said in their majority decision. That puts the burden on defendants to prove that the law “would have been enacted without this factor,” they added, quoting from a North Carolina Court of Appeals ruling from last year, Holmes v. Moore.

Jabari Holmes and five other voters in the state sued over the law on the same day the legislature overrode Cooper’s veto, noting that a previous voter identification requirement was invalidated by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit because it was alleged to be intentionally racially discriminatory, in a decision upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The bill “unconstitutionally and unjustifiably burdens the right to vote of Plaintiffs and similarly situated registered, qualified North Carolina voters who lack acceptable photo ID when they go to the polls and are subject to a complex process to vote,” the group of voters said in their complaint.
Moore and other defendants charged that the suit should be dismissed because, they said, the law did not violate the state Constitution.

Judge Nathaniel Poovey, third judge on the panel, offered a dissenting opinion in which he highlighted how the law was approved by the voters of the state.
“Presenting some form of identification is a task we must perform quite frequently in everyday life. Adding more familiarity to the process of casting a vote increases the level of certainty in the electoral process. And doing so by requiring the presentation of photographic identification ensures each person offering to vote is who they proclaim to be, thereby increasing confidence in the outcome of each election,” Poovey, a Republican, said.

The evidence showed that “no registered voter in this State will be precluded from voting by the identification requirements in this law,” he added.
The Southern Coalition for Social Justice, which represents the plaintiffs in the case, said in a statement that the ruling “Is a testament to the overwhelming evidence, including compelling stories of disenfranchisement from voters themselves, which highlighted how the state’s Republican-controlled legislature undeniably implemented this legislation to maintain its power by targeting voters of color.”

Sam Hayes, general counsel for Moore, the North Carolina House speaker, said in a statement that “Once again, liberal judges have defied the will of North Carolinians on election integrity.”
“This fight is far from over. We look forward to appealing this partisan ruling on behalf of the people of North Carolina,” he added.
Two other lawsuits against the bill are also being considered by courts. A federal suit brought by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is set to go on trial in January 2022; a separate suit brought on the state level by the association is awaiting a decision on appeal to the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Capitol Police Detain Man With A Gun At ‘Justice For J6’ Rally, Turns Out He’s ‘Undercover Law Enforcement’

Capitol Police surrounded a mask man at the “Justice for J6” rally that was reportedly armed with a firearm. The man told police where the gun was and they pulled out his law enforcement badge.

He identified himself as undercover law enforcement. The man replied “I’m just here” when asked if he was an undercover law enforcement. There is no confirmation that this man was on-duty law enforcement. Capitol Police extracted the masked man from the event without disarming or handcuffing him.

The ‘Justice for J6’ event was hosted by Look Ahead America. The organization is run by former Republican analyst Matt Braynard. Their stated mission is “to register, educate, and enfranchise these disaffected citizens and ensure that their voices are not just heard but heeded and that the American Dream becomes their dream again.” The event was created in response to hundred of Trump supporters in prison awaiting their trial date for walking through the U.S. Capitol on January 6th. There were more press and law enforcement at this event than protestors.

Dern tootin. Without the concept of one human one vote maintained, your vote and will of the majority are worthless.

It should be appealed simply on the basis of the political underpinnings of the deciding judiciary who apparently confuse "right to vote" with "right to majority rule."

Without proof of person you get into the situation where man's most base instincts become what rules him - which thoroughly torpedoes the assent of the governed, and thereby undermines any kind of power that is elected.

“For the Very First Time You’re Really Going to See How Sick this System is that We Call Our Election and Voting System” – Jovan Pulitzer Gives Terrific Interview on Upcoming Arizona Audit Results

By Joe Hoft
Published September 18, 2021 at 7:45pm
Jovan-Pulitzer-1.jpg

Jovan Pulitzer gave an excellent interview yesterday on the morning radio show ‘Tomorrow’s News Today’ with Joe Hoft at St. Louis Real Talk radio station 93.3.

Pulitzer is the first pundit after the 2020 election to encourage Americans to focus on the ballots. His ideas and arguments surrounding forensically auditing the ballots in the election made sense. He argued that the ballots were tangible assets that could be provided in a court of law and that and deficiencies in paper, ink, counts, folds, layouts or other areas could easily be identified and explained in court. For example, absentee ballots that don’t have folds, never made it through the mail. Items like this are easily identified and isolated as invalid.

We encouraged President Trump to order these forensic audits across the states where he suddenly lost early in the morning of November 4th. It didn’t happen.

However, the patriots in Arizona did believe in Pulitzer’s argument and they fought for a forensic audit in Arizona and the Senate eventually obliged. This Friday the results of this exercise are expected.

Pulitzer was on with Joe Hoft and his co-host Kell Brazil on the morning radio show ‘Tomorrow’s News Today’ at St. Louis Real Talk radio station 93.3 on Friday. The interview was very entertaining but also there were numerous bits of information for listeners.

Pulitzer shared:
I think you need to prepare for the reality it’s going to be big. That’s item one.
You’re going to want to pay attention to if the Senate for any reason left any findings out. That’s going to be important and you’re going to want to know that.
You’re going to want to ask that question. Somtimes it’s not about what is in, it’s about what didn’t make it in, for whatever reason. Not that this is going to happen.
I still believe it’s going to be monumental. I believe it’s the first time history that the American people or the people of the world, this is the first time this has ever occurred…
…So for the very first time you’re really going to see how sick this system is that we call our election and voting system. It’s about as efficient as a 1980’s fax machine. And you’re going to look at it and go wow why didn’t we do anything with it, and they’re going to try to say well that’s not really what it looks like and that’s not really what it is and that’s not how it happened.

And as long as you understand that the media does have a horse in this game and their game is to tell you you’re an idiot and you’re a conspiracy theorist. As long as you can put that aside and believe with your own eyes and if you can understand how it’s done, which I’m trying to teach people how it’s done, here it is or whatever, then your eyes are open and when your eyes are open they’ll never be shut again.

That’s what this drill and exercise is and that’s why this is the most important time in history to be alive…
Next Pulitzer described what you can do and then he shared this when the issue of a Californian identifying a voting discrepancy was raised:
You know what’s interesting, you’re responsible for that. Did you know that? Not that you made the ballots, but the Gateway Pundit’s responsible for it because you did an interview with me. I taught people how to recalibration. What to look for in a ballot, and now you have smart voters all over the state of California before the election sending us photos of their ballots. You’ve made a difference in the history of people by teaching them to look at their ballots. For the first time in history people were smart enough to really look at that instrument that was sent to them and identify all the ways it was crooked.
Pulitzer then talked about your rights being violated under equal rights under the law. The remaining interview was exceptional and hopeful and honest. “We save the country, we save the world.”

What’s Going On? Arizona Recently Processed 673,000 Voter Identities with the Social Security Administration – 58% Had NO MATCH FOUND

By Jim Hoft
Published September 19, 2021 at 7:30am

In the last 10 weeks, Arizona has checked the voter registration credentials with the Social Security Administration (SSA) on 673,560 applicants.

This is a massive volume considering most States including Arizona typically process around 2,500 a month.
They’ve processed more identities in the last 2 months than they’ve done in the last 9 years combined. Is someone scrubbing a database, or auditing “Federal Only” voters?

During “new voter registration” States are to verify the driver’s license number against their own MVD database. Only in situations where no driver’s license can be provided should the State check their identity through the Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) interface provided by the SSA. The 43 States that participate provide the last 4 of the SS#, the applicant’s name, and DOB. The interface responds if a match was, or was not found, if they are deceased, and so on.

This entire HAVV Excel dataset can be downloaded here from the SSA.

image001.jpg

“No Match” was found on 58% of the voters submitted by Arizona over the last 10 weeks.

A whopping 393,017 did not have a match out of the 673,560.
In fact, Arizona weekly processing has one of the highest Non Match percentages in the country, typically between 50%-65%. In most other States this ratio is from 15%-25%.

In the first week of July, Arizona jumped from processing 500-600 a week, to a massive 70,000 a week. This volume stopped on September 10th and is now back down to a few hundred.

Starting in February both Texas and Kansas were also processing large volumes each week, between 30,000 to 55,000. This also stopped and went back to normal volumes in June. These are checks on older voter registration applications because this volume far exceeds new voter applications.

So what is going on here?

The image below shows the only 3 voter registrations systems in Arizona and many of the interfaces. This includes Maricopa’s VRAS sytem, the Pima County system, and the State-based system called AVID used by all other counties. The HAVV Interface processes data through the MVD. Because of this, it’s unclear which of these 3 voter registration systems, or possibly a commercial service, is pushing this massive amount of ID verification requests to the SSA.

This appears it’s possible this may have been related to the audit investigation.

az-voter-registration.jpg

Below are the weekly transactions for the past two years of voter identity processing by Arizona. Rarely do they ever exceed a few hundred requests a week, until July of 2021.

(VIDEO) AZ Senate President Karen Fann on Maricopa County Agreement: “It’s A Huge Win For Us – We Needed Data So We Could Finish the Audit”

By Jordan Conradson
Published September 19, 2021 at 4:30pm

The Arizona Senate and Maricopa County reached a settlement over the subpoenas for routers, Splunk logs, and administrative access to elections systems.

The Gateway Pundit reported that this was a win for the Senate because they will have router and Splunk log access, that will answer all of the questions that have been raised. A joint style audit of the routers was originally proposed by Doug Logan months ago to settle the County’s artificial concerns of law enforcement data exposure.

The County’s refusal to accept this solution previously shows that they were hiding something. Senate President Karen Fann has assured us that auditors will be able to find out if they made any changes to the software, since then.

They played their meeting in the classic way, attacking the Senate and misleading the public to believe that it was a win for the County.

Later, Maricopa County Sheriff Penzone ripped the Supervisors for their “failed leadership”, saying this move will cause them all to “pay dearly”

The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson Spoke to Senate President Karen Fann last night, during the Freedom & Family Constitution celebration in Queen Creek, Arizona.
Conradson: So, you, Senator Sonny Borrelli, Senator Wendy Rogers, Senator Peterson, you all say that this settlement with the County yesterday was a win. A lot of people think otherwise, can you explain how it’s a win?

Fann: Yeah, it’s a huge win for us. So remember we have been for months, trying to get access to the routers and the Splunk logs and a few of the other things.

We were successful in getting some stuff on the subpoena but they’ve been holding these out for months. And the reason why we needed, we need the data from them, we need the information so we can finish the audit. Luckily we tried to work with them, but Senator Borrelli filed the 1487 A few weeks ago. Our Attorney General Mark Brnovich, he rendered an opinion that said that we are in the right and that he also believes that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors was in violation of statute 1487 and gave him a deadline to turn everything over. So, a couple of days ago they reached out to us and said, Would you consider talking a settlement with us? And we said, depends on what it is. So they came to us and they said look, our main concern is we just don’t want the auditors actually touching the routers. But were willing to work with you on that…

So they called and asked if we would consider settling with them and we said, let us know what your proposal is and they came back and they said, we just, we’re not comfortable with the auditors or other people you know actually touching the routers. So what they had offered is we will appoint a special master, who is an official, a special master, who has the credentials and will be independent and will pick two…

And the special master will be picking two independent IT professional companies, and what we will do is, our auditors and his folks, they will all give the special master all the things that we need. Our questions what we need where we need it from, and those IT people aren’t going to be the ones that will extrapolate all that information for us, so we will get all that information so we can see if we can get this audit finished. People want the audit finished, we’ve got to get this done.

Conradson: So, what do you say to those who say this isn’t because the auditors are not actually receiving the routers, they’re getting access to them?

Fann: So, it’s so in the question that you just had about, you know what about the ones that say you aren’t really receiving the routers, we don’t have to have the routers physically. As long as we can get the information from those routers that we want. We actually offered this a couple of months ago. The auditor said look, if you’re not comfortable bringing the routers to us, will come to you at MCTEC, and your people can be sitting right there, and then we will just be right there next to them and we can do the same thing. The Board of Supervisors refused. This could have been done again months ago, but now here we are after court case, after everything else. Now we’re finally going to get the information, and, and then in addition to that they also said we’ll drop that $2.8 million claim against you, and here’s the real sweet thing about it is, this is only to settle the 1487. We still have 100% full control and full ability to do anything we want. So if we need something else tomorrow. If we don’t think that they’re being aboveboard with us, we can issue another subpoena tomorrow and we’ll start this all over if we need to, but at least it got them off the dime, and maybe we can actually now get this thing done.

Conradson:
How was Shadegg chosen?

Fann: John Shadegg was one of the names that were put forward and yes we jointly agreed to him. For those of you who may not know John Shadegg, most of us have known him for many decades. He was a congressman for over 15 years, he is an attorney, he took Jon Kyl’s seat. He has been a well respected man for many decades around here, he’s an Arizona guy. We believe that he will be an excellent one. Now there’s been questions about, oh well you know he did some work for Hickman’s Farm. You know what everybody’s done work for everybody around here, and I will tell you that just because he did some stuff representing Hickman Farm a few years ago, doesn’t mean that he’s not qualified and capable and will be fair and unbiased, he’s great. And so we’re happy with it.

Conradson: What will the joint audit look like, visually? What will looking over the shoulder look like?

Fann: What will happen is Congressman Shadegg will pick the IT experts, we will, and we say we, I mean the auditors that would be Doug Logan and Ben Cotton and Randy Pullen. They will give them all the questions and tell them exactly what we want…

A couple of professional IT experts, and then letting us know who they are and making sure everybody’s okay with them, and then CyberNinjas, Ben Cotton, everybody that’s involved with this, they will give John, all of the information that they need, tell us what we need, where we need it from, the backup documentation, if we need screenshots whatever we need. That’s what we’ll do, he will give that to the IT people, they will extrapolate all of that information for us, and turn that over to us so we can take all of that data and apply it to the audit,

Conradson: And so will we be able to see if they’ve deleted anything over the past nine months?

Fann: we should be able to but I’m, what I’m going to tell you, well the answer is yes I should rephrase that. Yes, but I can’t go into a lot of details right now about what is in the audit report. But there’s going to be an entire section on that in the report.

Conradson: And then, so, another, another thing I heard, a benefit, it’s going to preserve the chain of custody, and it’s also going to preserve the evidence. Can you elaborate more on how that’s gonna help?

Fann: Yes correctly, because that was the what was part of the issue that we had said before was what they were more concerned about, is the chain of custody, and with those routers, make sure that, you know, nobody was monkeying with them. That’s why we offered months ago to go to them we said, don’t move the routers. In fact, we offered to do the entire audit there, I told the supervisors, let’s do this together. Let’s do it at your facilities, don’t move the ballots, keep everything exactly where it is. Let’s do this together, and they originally said, That’s a great idea. We’ll do it and then they went into an executive session and came out and said, now, we’re gonna do our own, and then that’s when they picked Pro V&V and SLI who are not forensic auditors, so therefore, we had to go get our own do our own.

Conradson: And then another concern I was hearing is that we’re not going to be able to tell another country, perhaps China interfered with the election.

Fann: It’s not necessary but unnecessarily true, and those are things I’m not allowed to discuss right.

Conradson: Okay, and then so, was this a compromise for the Senate?

Fann: No. It was a big win for the Senate, because not only are we getting all of the data and information we’ve been looking for, for the past what four or five, six months, we get that they dropped the 2.3 million. And as I said, we still have total control we still can subpoena everything we want. And remember, when this is all done, we’re handing all this over to the Attorney General’s Office. We will keep our data and we will do whatever we need to pass more laws and to fix the problems we have in election laws and Attorney General Mark Brnovich, he’s going to be in charge of doing the investigative side, to see where people didn’t follow the rules, and let him do the criminal side of it.

Later, President Fann assured us that they would be getting access to the Splunk logs.

Dominion administrative passwords will likely need to be subpoenaed again and Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich could finally open a criminal investigation.

The Arizona audit report will be presented to the public at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24.

Rarely do they ever exceed a few hundred requests a week, until July of 2021.
July of 2021 is when the promises of "we'll release the results of the audit" began.

Looking like CyberNinjas got their contract expanded. Sometimes this is done "verbally" and is understood to be "Time & Material."

We all wondered why the delays were added to delay, even after leaving the Arizona Convention Center was closed and a preliminary Audit result was published on July 15.

Confirmation through the SSA of the Audit Results?
