How do you explain the phenomenon from the 2020 Presidential referred to as the ‘Drop and Roll’?

To date, no one can provide a reasonable explanation of the anomaly uncovered in the 2020 Presidential Election referred to as the Drop and Roll.

Last year following the 2020 presidential election we uncovered data that made no sense – the results were impossible. We called these observations across many states, the ‘Drop and Roll‘. We summarized our observations in multiple state results from the 2020 Presidential Election in the following video:

We still haven’t received an adequate response for the Drop and Roll.

We did later correct the numbers in Virginia but it did not change our assertion.

Last year TGP was ‘fact-checked’ on the ‘Drop and Roll’, but the explanation fell flat on a number of levels. Here is what was provided from one ‘fact-checker’ and our rebuttal.

1627594527813.png

(Note that these ‘fact checkers’ are often wrong or use baseless claims to support their arguments. Their job appears not to get to the truth, but to attack an article that receives much attention, often using their own bias as their support.)

The response from the above ‘fact-checker’ fell flat. There was no reasonable explanation for the drops in these states other than to say with COVID these votes were related to absentee ballots which all voted for Joe Biden. This was an assumption and a quick pass on the issue. How do these people know these ballot drops that appeared in the swing states, all at around 4am on November 4th were related to absentee ballots and why, in some cases, were the votes all for Biden?

One expert said the probability of this happening across multiple states was basically impossible.

1627594594466.png

So today we announce that we are offering a reward of $10,000 to the first person who can explain the garbage returns from the 2020 election results in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or Georgia referenced in the “drop and roll”video. Contestants must explain which ballots apply to the recorded line entry for each state in the New York Times/Edison election data feed used last year to record the up-to-date results for each state. By providing this information we can then confirm or deny the accuracy of the 2020 presidential election.

We welcome all participants,

Please send your entry to TGP: tips@thegatewaypundit.com

Pollak: Nancy Pelosi Has Politicized the Capitol Police

The U.S. Capitol Police have the important job of protecting our elected representatives, and the legislative complex itself. It is a heavy responsibility, one that is constantly tested against hecklers, protesters, rioters, and terrorists.

They are the physical guardians of democracy.

It is therefore crucial that the Capitol Police, even more than other police forces, be seen as above politics. Yet Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is politicizing the Capitol Police into a partisan Praetorian Guard.

On Thursday, the Capitol Police issued a memorandum indicating that they would arrest individuals, vaccinated or not, who did not wear a mask on Capitol Grounds. They were ordered to take this step by the House leadership (without objection by the Senate leadership, now also controlled by Democrats). The order was a response to Republicans who refused to comply with a mask order the day before. It is also a harsher penalty than any that would be enforced anywhere else in the country.

Earlier this week, several members of the Capitol Police testified at Pelosi’s one-sided inquiry into the January 6 riot. One of them, Officer Harry Dunn, has extreme anti-Trump opinions and cheered on left-wing Black Lives Matter riots last summer. Pelosi handpicked the witnesses, barring other officers with different views from testifying, over the objections of the Capitol Police union itself. Dunn also repeated the lie that Officer Brian Sicknick died because of the riot (he died from a stroke).

And earlier this month, the Capitol Police announced that they were opening field offices in California and Florida — about as far as possible from the Capitol, within the continental United States — to investigate threats against lawmakers, as if existing law enforcement and intelligence services were insufficient. It is not clear that the Capitol Police have jurisdiction outside the Capitol; regardless, Pelosi has created the impression of having her own personal nationwide police and intelligence service.

Ironically, as Democrats in cities across the country defund their police departments, promising residents besieged by violent crime that mental health professionals and investments in poor communities are an acceptably substitute, the Democrats have found one police force to love. It is the police force that Pelosi is turning into her own private security force, just as tyrants have done throughout the centuries, from Imperial Rome to the Communist Bloc. The damage will not easily be undone.

Auditors Finish Counting Ballots In Arizona's Maricopa County

THURSDAY, JUL 29, 2021 - 12:44 PM
Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times,

Auditors in Arizona’s largest county on Wednesday finished a third count of ballots and will shift to compiling a draft report on the audit results.

Workers overseen by retired auditor Randy Pullen, a former Arizona Republican Party chair, completed the third count at the Wesley Bolin Building on the Arizona State Fairgrounds in Phoenix, according to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann.
“The physical tabulation of the ballots are complete and are being returned to Maricopa County tomorrow,” Fann told The Epoch Times via email.
The data gathered by the auditors will now be taken to their labs for analysis.
Teams led by Florida-based Cyber Ninjas last month finished an initial hand tally of the nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in the 2020 election.

The third set of numbers was needed because the initial recount and the number Maricopa County reported didn’t match, Fann said earlier this month.

Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors has repeatedly attacked the auditors and Jack Sellers, the chairman of the board, saying that the methods used were “flawed” and would “produce incorrect results.”

In the third count, workers led by Pullen only tabulated the number of ballots, instead of marking down some or all of the votes like auditors and the county did.

The third count was done on the advice of the Arizona Senate Republicans’ attorney, according to Fann.

The completion of the physical audit work comes after days of tension between Cyber Ninjas and Ken Bennett, a former Republican secretary of state tapped by Fann to serve as the state Senate’s audit liaison.

(L-R) Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the firm leading Arizona’s vote audit in Maricopa County, gives testimony on preliminary findings at a Senate hearing, sitting beside Arizona Senate audit liason Ken Bennett, and Ben Cotton, the founder of digital security firm called CyFIR LLC, in Phoenix, Ariz., on July 16, 2021. (Allan Stein/Epoch Times)

Bennett said Monday that he was considering stepping down after being blocked from the audit following his sharing of some of the auditors’ findings with outside analysts, casting doubt on whether the third count was done independent of Cyber Ninjas. On Wednesday, he told radio host James Harris he would resign later in the day.
“I do remain locked out of the audit and as such, it’s impossible for me to really function as the liaison,” he said.
Bennett did not respond to a request for comment. He later told the Arizona Mirror that he had reached a deal with Fann to remain as the liaison.

Arizona Sen. Warren Petersen (L), and Arizona Senate President Karen Fann (R) hear testimony during a hearing on the Maricopa county audit on July 15 in Phoenix, Arizona. (Allan Stein/Epoch Times)

While speaking to Harris, Bennett remained open to helping examine the draft report and final report, but said he would only do so if he had access to the source data and any other information used to produce the report.
“I can’t just come in at the last minute and be asked to endorse something I can’t be a part of really building the way it needs to be built,” he added.
Fann told The Epoch Times in an email that senators do not have access to the numbers the auditors have tallied.
“We should not be looking over their shoulder, telling them how to do their job or asking for premature information. When the audit is complete, then they will need to provide us with all their proof and documentation of their results,” she said.
She also said in a statement that it was irresponsible of Bennett to disclose how many ballots were in some of the boxes to a trio of analysts who have repeatedly disparaged the audit.

But she said Bennett would “be involved and a vital part of the draft and final reports to ensure their accuracy with his knowledge and contributions throughout the audit process.”

The completion also came after the Department of Justice issued a new warning against audits like the one conducted in Arizona, and after Arizona senators subpoenaed the county and Dominion Voting Systems—whose machines the county uses to run elections—for more election-related data, including administrative passwords for the machines.

Both county officials and Dominion have refused to hand over more information, despite a judge ruling in February the initial subpoenas issued last year lawful.

Without the additional data, the final report will be incomplete, state Sen. Warren Peterson, a Republican, told a hearing in mid-July.

“We sincerely hope Maricopa County will produce the missing documents and information we have requested for the audit to be complete and finalized. The voters deserve to know their votes are safe, secure, and legally counted,” Fann said.

BREAKING: DC Detention Facility LOCKS Members Of Congress Out Of Prison, Accusations Of ‘Trespassing’

BREAKING: DC Detention Facility LOCKS Members Of Congress Out Of Prison, Accusations Of ‘Trespassing’

The DC Detention Facility has refused to let Representatives Paul Gosar, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, and Louie Gohmert tour the prison and is accusing the members of Congress of trespassing. The prison has now locked the representatives out of the building. An attorney who arrived with the members of Congress has also been barred from speaking to his client.

The DC Detention Facility, where January 6 detainees are being held, has refused to allow Representatives Paul Gosar, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, and Louie Gohmert to tour the facility to see how the inmates are being treated amid reports of torturous, inhumane treatment. The facility received a letter last week informing them that the Representatives would be coming by to tour the prison, but received no response. When the Representatives attempted to tour the facility, they were accused of trespassing and seemingly threatened with arrest.

While inside, the warden lied to the Representatives, saying that a superintendent was outside waiting to speak to them. When the members of Congress walked out to speak to the supposed superintendent, the doors were locked behind them. The prison is a public building and the Representatives had arrived during business hours. Despite this, the members of Congress have been literally locked out of the jail. An attorney who arrived alongside the Representatives has also been prevented from seeing his client.

Yesterday, the Representatives held a press conference outside of the Department of Justice regarding the mistreatment and abuse of January 6 detainees. The conference was interrupted by leftist agitators who showed up with whistles and a large flatbed truck that played loud music.

Speaking exclusively with National File, Congressman Gosar spoke out against the indefinite detainment of January 6 prisoners, slammed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s partisan January 6 Select Committee, and suggested that the FBI-sponsored alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Governor is “proof in the pudding” that undercover federal actors likely infiltrated the pro-Trump crowd on January 6 to sabotage the peaceful protest.

This story is developing.

BREAKING: AZ Audit’s 3rd Paper Recount Officially Complete, Ballots Loaded Up and Sent Back to County; ROUTERS STILL AWOL

By Julian Conradson

The Arizona Audit officially completed the third paper recount that was being conducted by the Senate on Wednesday. The process was extremely thorough with multiple counts of the same ballots to eliminate any doubt about the numbers when the final results are released.

Earlier this morning, pallets of votes were loaded into trucks and hauled back to the custody of Maricopa County. The paper ballots, notably, included very detailed chain of custody documentation, something the state failed to provide.

It only took about 3 hours to clear out the entire area of ballots with the last truck leaving at around 11:30.

Audit spokesman Randy Pullen said that they are on to the next phase of the process, putting together the final report, which is expected sometime in mid-August but could come as late as the end of the month. The entire process has been repeatedly delayed by partisan Maricopa county elections officials that have refused to cooperate and have attempted to obstruct auditors throughout the entire process.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has also refused to comply for months with subpoenas that require them to turn over routers and passwords that were used in the 2020 election. They are also required to provide the missing chain of custody documentation that was never delivered to the auditors.

This missing equipment and data is crucial to completing the final report. Arizona Senate President Karen Fann just issued two additional subpoenas earlier this week, one to Dominion Voting Systems and the other to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and COMMANDED that officials appear in front of the Senate if the materials aren’t produced by August 2nd.

1627620092935.png

The audit has already found multiple discrepancies and questionable acts by officials who were involved in the November election. Some of the revelations include the 74,000 ballots that were received back with no record of them ever being sent; multiple voter registration violations; incorrect paper types; no folds or creases in some ballots; and duplicate ballots without matching serial numbers. Any additional revelations will simply be icing on the cake.

Donald Trump lost by less than 10,500 votes in the state of AZ, this audit should be completed already.

No wonder Twitter banned all of the Audit War Room accounts, these people are terrified.

Adding another unscrupulous layer to everything, TGP’s Joe Hoft recently revealed extremely questionable ties between the Communist Chinese and the Chairman of the Maricopa County’s Board, Jack Sellers. Could the CCP be who these boot-lickers answer to?

1627620019455.png

The partisan-hacks, like Jack Sellers and Katie Hobbs, who run the elections offices in AZ need to be held accountable to the people, not some Marxist authoritarian or Chinese thug. If they don’t comply with the most recent round of subpoenas – they should be JAILED.

Until we can achieve that, supporters of election integrity need to call their State Legislators and demand they support a resolution to hold the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt for noncompliance.
Paul Boyer: (602) 693-3989, 602-926-4173 Email: PBOYER@AZleg.gov
Michelle Ugenti-Rita: (602) 926-4480 Email: MUGENTI-RITA@AZleg.gov

The highly-anticipated results of the Arizona audit should be THE CATALYST that exposes the stolen election and that takes all of these sellout Marxists down once and for all.

Today on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pandemic, Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem, who is running for AZ Secretary of State, said that if Maricopa County Board of Elections does not turn over election routers, spunk logs, and other equipment subpoenaed by the State Senate, the issue would be turned over to the AZ Attorney General and equipment could very well be seized within the next 30 days.

Decertification of the 2020 election results by the AZ legislature is also strong possibility.

“AZ AG Mark Brnovich has this authority and he knows it,” declared Finchem.
Finchem also again pointed out that under the U.S. Constitution, states have the authority to run their own elections.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) took to the House floor (without a mask) and implied that our own government was behind the Jan. 6 false flag attacks on the US Capitol.
Rep. Matt Gaetz: “…the 14,000 hours of tape could also show us who was animating that violence. Whether they were connected in any way, directed any way – by federal agencies. It raises great suspicion that we are unable to get access to this information as members of Congress.”
Of course, Matt Gaetz is on to something.

Video released by Bobby Powell showed violent hoodlums in all black smashing windows, damaging the US Capitol — but Wray FBI refuses to look for them.

And Black-clad goons were also the first ones up the steps to smash windows at the US Capitol that day.

This was a setup.

EXCLUSIVE: Second Eye-Witness Steps Forward — CONFIRMS Capitol Hill Police Killed Trump Supporter Rosanne Boyland Then Attacked Those Who Tried to Save Her (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published July 30, 2021 at 1:40pm

Earlier this month Trump supporter and activist Philip Anderson confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that Capitol Police killed Trump supporter Rosanne Boyland on January 6.

Philip knows this because he was next to her when she died. He was holding her hand. And Philip nearly died himself.

Activist Philip Anderson spoke with The Gateway Pundit about the Jan. 6 protests at the US Capitol and how the Capitol police murdered Rosanne Boyland and nearly took his life too.

This was an amazing eyewitness report that has been ignored by the fake news media because it does not fit their narrative. A black Trump supporter was gassed with clouds of pepper spray, pushed down, and then nearly trampled to death as police officers continued to push people on top of a pile outside the US Capitol.

Anderson described how Rosanne Boyland was the first woman killed by Capitol police that day.

Ashli Babbitt was the second woman killed by Capitol Hill police.

philip-anderson-2.jpg

This photo shows Philip Anderson nearly unconscious being dragged away by Trump supporters after being crushed under a pile on Jan. 6. Roseanne Boylan was next to him when she died.

The Gateway Pundit spoke with Philip Anderson earlier this month — six months after the Jan. 6 protests and rally.

Philip Anderson fell and was being smothered as police officers continued to push Trump supporters on top of him. Philip told The Gateway Pundit how he was holding Rosanne’s hand when she died.

Philip posted this on social media before his account was taken down.

Now This–

Today we have a second eye-witness to Rosanne Boyland’s death by Capitol Police.

jan-6-protest-t.jpg

TGP reader who wishes to remain anonymous sent this email to us today.

After reading your article about Rosanne Boyland’s death, and the gentleman’s (Philip Anderson) comments on it, I believe I have some to add to that story, since me and 2 others carried Ms. Boyland’s seemingly lifeless body to the double doors while the cops were pepper spraying us and hitting us with their baton… for WHAT??? Trying to save her life???

And a bunch more… Careless police actions, pushing people down on the stairs, people almost suffocating, etc…

Military looking youngsters advancing through the crowd (crowd that was packed like sardines) towards the doors and NEVER coming back???

I still have flashbacks, nightmares, PTSD over it…

Just wanted to tell you, it wasn’t like most of the media wants people to believe, what politicians want people to believe..

Those military-looking kids (I’m almost positive they were Antifa) were really aggressive wanting to break the windows etc, some REAL Trump supporters (specifically there was a lady who almost got in a fistfight with them) tried to stop them saying “This is not what we’re here for, that’s trespassing”…. then, like I said it above, those youngsters disappeared, I’m sure went inside with the police’s help (and never come back) while the cops were tear-gassing us/others…

I was there simply to observe and express my God & Constitution given rights (not to destroy, hurt anyone or occupy!) about a wrongful election… and we were set up!

Sorry for rambling/ranting… I’m STILL upset over the whole thing
Later this morning we spoke with T.

He confirmed to us that the Capitol Hill police killed Rosanne Boyland and then attacked the people who tried to save her with pepper-spray and sticks.

What the hell is wrong with these people?

Here is our discussion.

Pennsylvania Counties Tioga and Philadelphia Decline Participation in Senate Committee’s Forensic Election Audit

By Jim Hoft
Published July 30, 2021 at 3:42pm

In early July Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano announced he was initiating a full forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election on several Pennsylvania counties.

1627694368516.png

This news obviously shook the corrupt Democrat state leaders in Pennsylvania.

Late Friday the Pennsylvania Department of State issued a directive prohibiting county election boards from cooperating with the Senate’s election audit.

According to the directive from the Secretary of State’s office:
▪ Elections officials may not turn over election material to third parties.
▪ Any equipment turned over to a third party cannot be used again in an election.
▪ The state will not reimburse counties for the cost of replacement equipment.

Senator Doug Mastriano later posted a video response to the overreach by the Secretary of State.

Mastriano gave the three counties until July 31 to respond. On Thursday little Tioga County declined to participate in the audit. The commissioners explained that their decision saying it was made because they need new voting machines paid for and delivered within three weeks.

And on Friday Democrats in Philadelphia, where they locked GOP observers out of the counting room for several days, also refused to participate in the forensic audit.

How weak.

CBS Local reported:

A rural Pennsylvania county formally declined to participate in a “forensic investigation” of the state’s 2020 presidential election sought by backers of former President Donald Trump, dealing another blow Thursday to prospects for a months-long spectacle of the kind playing out in Arizona.
The three commissioners in Republican-controlled Tioga County had said two weeks ago that they would not allow third-party access to the county’s voting machines for fear of seeing them decertified by the state just weeks before preparations must begin for November’s election.

In a Thursday letter to Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano, the commissioners declined his request “at this time” because they need new voting machines paid for and delivered within three weeks…

…On July 7, Mastriano sent letters to Philadelphia and York and Tioga counties with a sweeping request for access to documents, information and equipment, giving them until this Saturday to formulate a plan to comply, under threat of a subpoena.

The state’s top elections official, an appointee of Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, promptly told counties that the state would decertify any election equipment that is subject to any such third-party access, rendering it useless in an election.

BREAKING: Wisconsin Speaker Vos Gives Former Judge More Authority But Still Won’t Call for a Forensic Audit of 2020 Election Like Arizona’s

By Joe Hoft
Published July 30, 2021 at 5:59pm
Wisc-Fraud-600x586.jpg

Speaker Vos won’t permit the ballots from the 2020 Election to be forensically audited. Instead of standing up for the Constitution and his oath of office, he kowtows to his friends Rence Priebus and Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney.

In November, a couple of days after the election, the Republican House Speaker in Wisconsin ordered a committee to look into fraudulent votes in the election a few days prior. Nothing happened as a result. It was a head fake.

1627694834640.png
In December the Republican Speaker of Wisconsin’s House set up a public hearing to discuss the results of the 2020 Election in Wisconsin. Tens of thousands of ballots (140,000) dropped for Biden in the morning of November 4th. There was no legitimate explanation for this but the state certified the election anyways.

This hearing from the Republican speaker meant nothing. Nothing happened as a result and the state certified the election for Biden with these unexplained votes included. Biden was given the state by 20,000 votes.

1627694898785.png

Then in March, the Wisconsin Assembly ordered an audit of the results in Wisconsin – to be performed by the state auditors. But this will never catch the fraud. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

The state auditors are grossly unqualified to do what was done in Arizona.

1627694970465.png

Then Speaker Vos announced he’s hiring three retired cops to look into the 2020 Election. They too will never address the fraud in the 2020 Election. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

1627695050224.png

President Trump knows how to get to the results in Wisconsin as do the many people from Wisconsin who read TGP. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

1627695111406.png

We warned the state and Vos about the fact that only a forensic audit would address invalid audits included in the election.

1627695199363.png

Then the Speaker announced he was going to hire a former Supreme Court Justice in the state to oversee the bogus work created to date in the state. To get to the fraud you have to perform a forensic audit of all the votes.

1627695269762.png

Today Speaker Vos announced he would give more authority to the former Wisconsin Supreme Court Judge who is not investigating the election for Vos.

The investigation into Wisconsin’s presidential election could take longer than expected. As Assembly Speaker Robin Vos named a ‘Special Counsel’ Friday, he also announced his team is altering plans in the independent investigation into the 2020 presidential election.
Vos is still unable to call for a forensic audit of the 2020 Election in Wisconsin like what was just completed in Arizona. What is wrong with this guy? The whole state wants to know the truth and Vos keeps preventing it from being know.

There will be no forensic audit of any ballots in the 2020 election in Wisconsin. Wisconsin will have to live with the results. Speaker Vos cares more about his friends (i.e. Paul Ryan) than the Constitution and getting to the truth of the 2020 Election.

EXCLUSIVE from Arizona Rep. Mark Finchem: The Post-Federalist America

By Joe Hoft
Published July 30, 2021 at 6:45pm
Mark-Finchem-1.jpg

Guest post by Rep. Mark Finchem

Post-Federalist America

Have you stopped to ask yourself why the military-industrial complex, the financial-industrial complex, the education-industrial complex, and in fact every major private sector power group has come to favor the Hamiltonian version of a national government over the Jeffersonian federalism version? It’s really a very simple answer, accumulation of power favors the powerful, never mind that whole consent of the governed thing. The framers of our nation saw first hand the disastrous effect that consolidation of power could do and the threat to individual liberty that it posed around the world; most wanted none of it.

But some clung onto the lust for power, which put them in direct conflict with those who believed that distributed power —states rights with discrete, enumerated national government powers for the common defense— was the secrete to protecting freedom while growing a new nation.

The seeds of post-federalism were sewn early in the history of our country. One of the earliest manifestations of what has today become the all-out power-grab by our out of control national government was, “[W]hen Hamilton introduced his bill to establish a national bank, Jefferson, speaking for those who believed in states’ rights, argued that the Constitution expressly enumerated all the powers belonging to the federal government and reserved all other powers to the states.

Nowhere was the federal government empowered to set up a bank.”

We now face the genuine existential threat of power consolidation that runs counter to the consent of the governed, the very heart of federalism. When the political elites associated with the World Economic Forum —the party of Davos— and their captured media outlets attempt to gaslight Americans into believing that scrutiny of an election, which a majority of people view with distrust, arguing that audits such as that near completion in Maricopa County Arizona pose, “A threat to the overall confidence of democracy,” the People become even more suspicious.

Consider this, the Arizona House of Representatives employs the Arizona Auditor General to audit State Agencies regularly. Even the Federal Reserve conducts audits, “The Board of Governors, the Federal Reserve Banks, and the LLCs are all subject to several levels of audit and review. The Reserve Banks’ and LLCsfinancial statements are audited annually.” And these audits are a matter of routine to do what? To assure the People, to give them confidence, that the institutions they rely on are sound, fraud-free, transparent, and operating as designed.

How then can it be then that the auditing of ballots and elections, which are every bit as important as the audits of financial institutions, can be a threat to democracy? If anything, all parties should welcome the opportunity to prove democracy is free, fair, and transparent. Unless, of course, they are not so confident of their win, which gives even more reason to scrutinize the election just past.

The doublespeak about undermining confidence in the 2020 election, about undermining democracy itself, coming from a Congress that is about as trusted as the captured mocking bird media when it comes to the pursuit of truth, showing a 71% disapproval rating, and a 26% approval rating, is laughable. But the claim is deadly serious to our constitutional, democratically elected representative republic. If an election cannot survive an audit demanded by a majority of the polity, federalism is in serious jeopardy. The burden of proof is now on the government —counties, and States— to prove to the People that our elections are more than simulacra, an illusion that we all participate in, but which is decided even before ballots are mailed out in the vote by mail scheme. The State officials including Legislators and Secretaries of State, are responsible for providing oversight, not a federal government that lacks Constitutionally enumerated powers.

The recent threatening “guidance” released by what has come to be regarded and a politically weaponized Department of Justice (that sounds so Orwellian now, like the Ministry of Truth) is an intrusion into the unenumerated [emphasis added] powers of the States under the 10th Amendment. The 10th Amendment constrains the federal government with restrictions but is supremely liberal when it comes to the powers of the States.
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Combined with restrictions on the federal government under Article I, Sec. 4, Article II, Sec. 1, and the noticeable absence of any prohibition by the States to audit their elections, or power possessed by the various State Legislatures to decertify elections, or even reclaim electors, it is clear that the national government is way outside of its lane when it comes to attempts to restrain the States from what the States should have been doing all along. The very title of the document attempts to impugn the “audit” as if it is not well planned and a legitimate function of the States in their obligation to provide oversight of elections.

So what are the Department of Justice and federal government bureaucracy really afraid of? The legal doctrine of ex doll malo act non orator – a right of action cannot arise out of fraud. Suppose the election is found to be a fraud affecting a large enough number of Electoral College Electors; everything that Joe Biden, and indeed the Congress has done since January 20, 2021, is unenforceable.

Now enters modern feudalism where nobody other than the oligarchs owns property, intellectual, real or personal. If the Department of Justice has its way and causes State Legislators to be awed into submission by its projection of power, abandoning the unenumerated powers reserved for them in the Constitution, then America has become a post-federalist society. Legislatures will have become irrelevant if they have not already become so.

When your values are clear, your decisions become easy.

Gen. Flynn Exclusive: 10 Indisputable Facts on the 2020 Election That Argue for Audits

By Michael Flynn, The Western Journal
Published July 31, 2021 at 7:30am

It’s an oft-quoted saying: “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts.”

A fact is something done, an action performed or an event or circumstance that actually occurred. Essentially, facts are indisputable truths about people, places and events.

The one seminal event that continues to fester like a boil on the American psyche is this past Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election. Why does it continue to fester? It festers because people of all stripes and backgrounds believe there were elements of election fraud, misrepresentations of the truth, dishonesty due to lawfare and, in certain cases, severe obstruction by politicians at all levels of government.

In the days following the presidential election, there were vast claims of a “conspiracy theory” that the election was somehow stolen in the middle of the night. In fact, many people believe the “theft” actually occurred during the days prior and subsequent to Election Day. According to some accounts, the theft occurred as a result of machine configurations and settings, misappropriated and fraudulent mail-in ballots, false or fake paper used for ballots, multiple scans of the same ballot, ballots in excess of the number of registered voters and much more.

The claims of fraud in this election seemed never-ending. These “conspiracy theory” claims continue to be challenged and debated across the United States without any serious examination of the facts surrounding the election itself.

What are the facts of the 2020 election? Are there any that we the people can sink our teeth into? Do any facts exist that offer a sense of honesty and truth?

Preliminary findings of the July 15, 2021, Arizona state Senate hearing allege that blatant fraud occurred in at least one county (Maricopa) in one state (Arizona). As one Arizona state senator exclaimed in an interview: “It was a s*** show!”

What I want to offer for both believers and non-believers are some facts. These facts and the data behind them come from research and analysis of information gathered directly from federal, state and county websites. These facts compare past elections to November 2020, and all that is required to understand them is simple common sense.

I will offer some analysis and thoughts at the end, but as we continue to move forward in our country, we the people need to be fact-driven and knowledgeable about what occurred. While there is great debate being pursued in the courts, a place not designed to determine the outcome of elections, I believe people need to understand that our nation experienced an unprecedented attack on the very fabric and sacrosanct component of our liberties; our “one person, one vote” privilege was severely violated.

What follows are the true facts surrounding the Nov. 3, 2020, United States presidential election.

1. Bellwether counties: In 2020, former President Donald J. Trump carried 18 of 19 “bellwether” counties (losing only Clallam County, Washington state). The term “bellwether” in the political arena refers to a county or state that aligns itself with the ultimate winner of an election.

Political realignments (gerrymandering of districts for instance) can cause some counties or states to lose “bellwether” status over time. From 1980 to 2016, 19 counties, most of them industrial counties in the northern and midwestern United States, voted for the winner of all 10 presidential elections. Additionally, since 1936, a key bellwether county, Luzerne County of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, has gone to the winner of Pennsylvania, regardless of party.

In 2016 and 2020, Trump won that county handily. Any Republican winning Luzerne County in that time frame (since 1936) has also never failed to carry the state of Michigan.

2. Bellwether states: In 2020, Trump carried four vital bellwether states (Ohio, Iowa, North Carolina and Florida). These states represent a strong base consisting of urban, suburban, rural, union and ethnic minority voters. Additionally, these states have been won by the same candidate 13 times since 1896, and every single time, that candidate won either the presidency or their re-election.

Bellwether states also come in and out of existence with demographic realignments. For instance, in 2000, George W. Bush became the first Republican to win the presidency without carrying Vermont or Illinois. On all but two occasions since 1896, Ohio’s electoral votes went to the ultimate winner of the presidency. Trump overwhelmingly won Ohio in 2020.

3. Share of primary votes: Share of primary votes during the primary elections is a way to judge outcomes of presidential elections.

Since presidential primaries began in 1912, only four incumbents have lost re-election, all garnering 72.8 percent of the primary vote or less. Herbert Hoover lost in 1932 after earning 36.0 percent in the Republican primaries, Gerald Ford lost in 1976 after earning 53.3 percent, Jimmy Carter (a Democratic incumbent) lost in 1980 after earning 51.1 percent, and George H.W. Bush lost in 1992 after earning 72.8 percent.

The most dominant Republican landslide re-elections in this time frame were won by Dwight Eisenhower (1956, 85.9 percent primary share), Richard Nixon (1972, 86.9 percent) and Ronald Reagan (1984, 98.8 percent). Trump won 94.0 percent in 2020.

In contrast, Joe Biden was trounced in the 2020 Democratic primaries in Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada — the traditional indicators of general election viability. His running mate, Kamala Harris, dropped out before primary voting even began.

4. Incumbents who gain votes win: Incumbent vote gain is another key indicator of presidential race outcomes. Since 1892, and as the expansion of the United States slowed, only six presidents have lost re-election. All six had fewer total votes in their re-election campaigns than in their initial campaigns. All incumbents who gained votes won re-election.

In 2020, Trump gained a record 11 million votes. For perspective, former President Barack Obama lost 4 million votes nationally in 2012 and still won re-election.

5. Voter registration by party: Voter registration by party is touted as one of the most accurate predictors of determining presidential election outcomes. Not all states register voters by party, but for those that do, the evidence is plain to see.

As far back as records are publicly available, three of the key states in the 2020 election — Pennsylvania, Florida and North Carolina — have moved in favor of the same party that made overall registration gains since 2000. In Pennsylvania, from 2012 to 2016, 60 of 67 counties trended more Republican in registration, suggesting a major GOP gain in the state — consequently, Pennsylvania flipped for Trump in 2016.

A legitimate Trump loss in Pennsylvania would show a registration lead expansion for Democrats. However, from 2016 to 2020, 60 of 67 counties became more Republican in registration once again, with the GOP registering roughly 242,000 net new voters, compared to just 12,000 for Democrats.

This number suggests that the margin of victory for Trump should have substantially increased.

6. Down-ballot voting: House of Representatives down-ballot voting is an indicator of success for the top of the ticket.

When Obama won a landslide victory in 2008, the Democrats took 14 U.S. House seats away from Republican incumbents, while losing only five seats. When Reagan was elected in 1980, the Republicans gained a net of 34 seats. When Reagan was re-elected, Republicans clawed back a net of 16 House seats from the 26 lost in the 1982 midterms.

In 2020, with Trump at the top of the ticket, Republicans knocked out 13 incumbent Democratic seats, while not losing a single Republican-held seat. Common sense suggests a Biden electoral landslide would have taken at least a single Republican seat with it.

7. Florida as a key trend indicator: Why is Florida such an important indicator of presidential election success? Since 1932, Florida’s trajectory has correlated perfectly with the trajectory of Michigan and Pennsylvania as a reflection of working-class political sentiment.

In every single election since then, if Florida became more Republican from the previous election, Michigan and Pennsylvania did exactly the same. These three states also largely move together to the left when Democratic nominees make gains.

In 2020, Trump won Florida by a margin greater than 2 percentage points higher than he did in 2016. Despite a massive Republican registration advantage in Pennsylvania, both Pennsylvania and Michigan charted a separate direction from Florida for the first time in nearly a century.

Part 1 of 2

Part 2 of 2

8. Gaining everywhere but losing everything: Despite historic strength and gains of Trump in battleground states and battleground counties, Trump “lost.”

Maricopa County, Arizona, which casts nearly two-thirds of all votes in Arizona, has not voted for the Democratic nominee since it supported Harry Truman in 1948. In 1996, Bob Dole became the first Republican in nearly 50 years to lose Arizona, but he still won Maricopa County.

Trump carried the county by 3 percentage points in 2016 while receiving fewer votes than Mitt Romney had in the county in 2012. In 2020, Trump set a Republican record for net additional votes in Maricopa County by adding roughly 248,000 from his 2016 performance, only to become the first Republican nominee (and incumbent president) to lose the county in 72 years.

That was accomplished by Biden’s gain of nearly 338,000 net “new votes” from 2016, which is nearly three times higher than the all-time previous high Democratic vote gain in the county by John Kerry in 2004. Similar record high vote totals and increases for Trump were also eclipsed in 2020 in the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada and Minnesota, in “losing efforts.”

9. Victory goes to the minority vote-getter: Trump achieved historic improvements with minority voters across the nation.

Trump netted more than one-quarter of the non-white vote in his re-election campaign, achieving a level of minority support seen just one time since Nixon’s 1960 campaign. His progress was evident in urban areas in the Midwest, such as Wayne County, Michigan; southern Texas, where Trump won counties that had been in the Democratic column for decades; and perhaps most notably, in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Trump’s vote increases in long-held Republican suburban counties, and in working-class counties like Mahoning County, Ohio (which he flipped for the first time since 1972), indicate that his white support did not collapse as reported by the mainstream media. The absence of millions of core Democratic base minority voters raises considerable questions as to how Biden was able to surpass Obama’s popular vote record by 12 million.

10. 2020 was “the most secure presidential election in U.S. history”: Post-election behavior by politicians on both sides and their mainstream media and Big Tech allies is beyond contemptible.

In 2016, with narrow margins in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, Trump’s camp had no concern over recounts or potential audits in any of those three states that decided the election. Biden’s certified margins in Pennsylvania and Michigan are much larger than the margins in those states in 2016, but opposition to full forensic audits either statewide or in suspect counties has turned into an all-out legal and ideological war in 2021 (sometimes referred to as “lawfare”).

If Biden’s team was 100 percent confident they won the election fair and square, then they should feel there is nothing to hide. Audits confirming his certified totals would certainly solidify his administration and simultaneously deal an embarrassing defeat to election skeptics.

Instead, the establishment media insists that, despite thousands of affidavits and personal accounts describing fraud along with the recent Arizona state Senate hearing on Maricopa County’s audit, the 2020 election was “the most secure in U.S. history.”

Democratic secretaries of state are running cover as well. In one example of many, the Colorado secretary of state recently acted outside of her authority, effectively banning audits in the state. The single biggest question to ask all states’ legislatures is this: If your candidate won hands-down and there is nothing to hide, why not conduct a full forensic audit of several of your states’ counties?

A sacrosanct element within our constitutional republic is the privilege, the right and the act of voting for our elected leaders. The American people have taken many of our rights and responsibilities for granted far too long, and this past presidential election clearly woke us up to that fact.

Maybe what is needed now in America is for us all to stop taking our freedoms for granted.

What might be the eventual outcome of the 2020 election, only God knows. I can say, as one who is paying very close attention to it from the very outset, that the confusion, the complexity and the deception by many in the media and within our very own government doesn’t offer the citizenry of our great republic any sense of confidence.

Analysis of the facts:
So what happens if the results of the audit(s) show 2020 election fraud, and that Trump won? What are the potential outcomes?

My sense is that there are three outcomes, along with a set of wildcard possibilities. Outcome one is that Biden and Harris resign — I see the probability of this as zero, and readers can make their own judgments as to why.

Outcome two is where states present recounted electoral votes to SCOTUS (our illustrious U.S. Supreme Court justices). What happens then?

There are four scenarios. In scenario one, SCOTUS declares the 2020 election invalid and suggests Congress reconvene and recount electoral votes — Biden and Harris are then replaced. In scenario two, SCOTUS declares the 2020 election invalid but says the president and vice president remain in office with limited powers to be specified (e.g., no executive orders, no veto power, only perfunctory roles, past executive orders are declared invalid and all are rescinded, and the vice president is not the presidential successor). In scenario three, SCOTUS declares the 2020 election invalid but the Biden administration remains in office (no loss of powers or authorities). In scenario four, SCOTUS completely sidesteps the states’ request and does nothing.

If scenario four plays out and SCOTUS sidesteps and avoids their responsibilities to examine the constitutionality of our election systems and processes, then enters outcome three. An outcome three decision has responsibility landing square on “states rights” found in the U.S. Constitution.

If this occurs, states have a set of options. They can reallocate their electoral votes based on the new audit results and replace those within their respective states who were illegitimately elected in 2020, including governors, state legislators and other state officers, as well as replace congressional members at the federal level (members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate). And a states convention may be immediately held to decide on the presidency and vice presidency.

If the decision is to replace these top two positions, that would be unprecedented in U.S. history.

Bottom line, we have not been here before and yes, there remain many unclear constitutional issues in play. If new audits indicate fraudulent election outcomes in other states, we the people, through our states’ legislators, have somber and serious obligations to consider, if not for us then for future generations of American citizens.

Regardless of outcomes, the people of the United States have some very serious internal decisions to process. Do we choose a monopolistic state-controlled oligarchy, where the few control the many, or do we choose to remain a competitive free enterprise system under a republic form of government, where the many control the few?

I’ll leave you with this because I believe readers know where I stand regarding the future of our republic. However, I also firmly believe that the United States of America has lost sight of our creator, and we are now facing the truest of all tests.

I sense that we no longer have a just government that rules in fear of God. In fact, God has been ripped out of the womb that is Mother America. During the past several decades, America has thrown the law of God out the window. There has been a systematic, intentional effort by the state, by academia and by a select group of wealthy oligarchs to set aside God’s law so that it is not the rule of law in America.

If this is true and the piety reflected by many in our religious leadership ranks keep congregations

asleep in their pews, we will lose our country as we know it, forever. As a Founding Father, John Adams, stated in 1798, our Constitution is designed “for a moral and religious people.”

If the essence of liberty is a limited government, then the positive actions and involvement of its free citizens will forever sustain our cause for freedom.

Therefore, get involved, citizen. Your actions at the local level can and will have a national impact. May God bless and protect the United States of America!

“You’ll Be In Court After Audits”–Marjorie Taylor Greene Unloads On Dirty Raffensperger

By ProTrumpNews Staff

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is on a mission to expose Georgia Secretary of State Raffensberger.

Raffensberger was complicit in the mass absentee ballot mailing deal which caused the Georgia election to go “out of control,” says Greene.

She warned Raffensperger that he’ll “be in court after audits” and told him to “get a defense lawyer.”

1627745014585.png
Remember: shortly after the election, Raffensperger secretly recorded a call with Trump and then lied about it to The Washington Post.

The Gateway Pundit reported:
Now we know that Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger’s office secretly recorded the phone call with President Trump, then lied about it to the far left Washington Post.
And Raffensperger’s office released the dishonest story to the liberal media and it was published on January 9, 2021 — days before the sham impeachment trial!
Since then, just how fraudulent the 2020 election was in Fulton County has come out.

Raffensperger is beginning to change his tune on election fraud as the fraud is being exposed.

Now, Raffensperger’s team has admitted “bad things” happened in Fulton County.

This contradicted Raffensperger’s public statements.

The Gateway Pundit reported:
Earlier this week a Fulton County Georgia election official admitted that the chain of custody documents that are legally required per state law are missing from 24% of the ballots from the 2020 election.
Brad Raffensperger, the corrupt Secretary of State in Georgia is ultimately responsible (see picture above). For the first time an elections official admitted the chain of custody documents are missing in Georgia per the Georgia Star. Then today John Solomon and Just The News reported that an audit of documents found that more than 100 batches of absentee ballots are missing in Fulton County Georgia!
Watch Tucker Carlson detail the fraud that happened in Georgia:

Raffensperger is not on the side of election integrity.

“The Gateway Pundit Has Made a Bank on the Secretary and I Themselves” – Corrupt Gabe Sterling Attacks Gateway Pundit in Bizarre Rant on ‘Combatting Disinformation’ (VIDEO)

By Joe Hoft

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his COO/CFO were on a far-left show from Freedom House about ‘Disinformation and Democracy’.

This program was like watching thieves discuss protecting of your assets.

Freedom House bills itself as a democratic institution founded on the core conviction that freedom flourishes in democratic nations where governments are accountable to their people.

We’ve written about Raffensperger and Sterling multiple times at The Gateway Pundit since the 2020 Election steal in Georgia. As of April, the state still lacked the legally required chain of custody documentation for over 300,000 ballots, and yet in the weeks after the election Raffensperger signed off on the election results giving Joe Biden the win by 10,000 votes and mandating a runoff election for two US Senate seats.

1627745579436.png

Just this week we reported on the conflicting data coming out of Fulton County after the election where the numbers being reported made no sense.

1627745533213.png

We also reported this week that both Raffensperger and Sterling are connected to the firm Landmark Communications which grooms Democrats for Republican jobs.

1627745468662.png

Even Tucker Carlson, who’s been silent about the election steal, reported on the horrible results from a cursory audit of Fulton County.

1627745416285.png

Yesterday, Freedom House invited both Raffensperger and Sterling on their show about ‘disinformation’. The choice of these two clowns was more than laughable, it was a shame. Raffensperger shared:
“The election we had in Georgia was fair and accurate at the end of the day. I know that no election is ever perfect, but if you looked at all the points that we checked out, it never would have been enough to overturn the results.”
During the segment, both Georgians laughed about the questions, and then Sterling, who is the more outspoken of the two, shared the following:
“The main thing people have to do, is hard to do, because our inclination is to, I want to find people who agree with me because that makes me feel better. You have to train yourself to get away from that idea and understand that the vilanizing that we have done on all sides, in this ramping up, and it wasn’t just Donald Trump. We were building up to this point over the last few decades. And as I said, from my point of view, this started in 1986 with the villinization of Robert Bork, and it just kinda escalated from there over time. And, I don’t know how you unwind it but it takes somebody to be mature and not take advantage of things. The problems we have right now are the incentives are there to continue doing the same thing.
You wanna raise a lot of money, say something outrageous and put it on YouTube. You wanna get a lot of clicks, say something outrageous and get it out there. I mean Gateway Pundit has made a bank on the Secretary and I themselves (laughs).
All Raffensperger and Sterling have to do to clear this up is to allow a forensic audit to take place in the state.
But they won’t.

They know the election was stolen and yet they are calling The Gateway Pundit fake news. WTH?

GOP Senator Says He’s Grateful for Ashli Babbitt’s Killer – Insists ‘Criminal” Babbitt Was Warned before She Was Shot Dead in Cold Blood

By Jim Hoft
Published July 31, 2021 at 9:50am

Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) joined Jay Thomas on “The Jay Thomas Show” on Tuesday and took questions from local callers.

senator-cramer-nd.jpg

During their conversation Senator Cramer was asked by a caller about Ashli Babbitt and her killer Lt. Mike Byrd. Senator Cramer refused to identify the killer but said he was grateful for the officer’s action.

Senator Cramer then lied and said Ashli Babbitt was warned by police before she was shot in an ambush.

This is a bald-faced lie. The officer hid in the shadows, did not utter a word, and then shot Ashli Babbitt in the neck as she climbed through a window. She was unarmed and was not a threat. Lt. Mike Byrd then slinked away after murdering Babbitt in cold blood.

Ashli-Babbitt-Shooter.png

It appears Senator Cramer believes it is acceptable to shoot Trump supporters dead without warning who are unarmed and pose no security threat.

National File reported:
“I’m quite sure – this is my gut feeling – that everybody knows the name of the guy that shot her,” the caller said, before asking Cramer to “be the one to leak his name.” Cramer asked the caller, “Why would I do that?” The caller replied that the American people “have a right to know.”

Still refusing to name the officer who killed Babbitt, Cramer told the caller that Babbitt was a “criminal” who was shot for the crime of “not complying with officers,” before again questioning why the American people would need to know the name of the “innocent” officer and eventually claiming that even he, as a United States Senator, has no idea who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt.
“The person that shot her is a police officer shooting a criminal not complying with officers telling her, ‘Stop. Don’t come through that window. We have guns drawn. Don’t do it,’” Cramer said.
“They’re protecting people, and the officer was found to be innocent of any wrongdoing. So then what would be the purpose of releasing that officer’s name? What do you need to know the officer’s name for?”
“I don’t need to know it. I don’t know it. Why would you need to know it?” Cramer continued. Refusing to give in, the caller pressed Cramer, drawing comparisons to other highly publicized police shootings in which, regardless of whether or not the officer was charged with any wrongdoing, their names were released to the public.

“For crying out loud, if you shoot an illegal alien we’re going to know that police officer’s name,” the caller told Cramer. “This is a police officer that shot somebody in our capitol and his name is being withheld!” Still, Cramer backed the move not to release the officer’s name, telling the caller that he would look into what the laws surrounding the decision before remarking that he is “grateful” for the officer that shot Babbitt. “I’m just grateful for the person quite honestly,” Cramer said as the call was ended.

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker names special counsel to expand probe of 2020 election

Retired Supreme Court Justice will have resources and authority to conduct a "top to bottom" probe, Speaker Robin Vos declared.

By John Solomon
Updated: July 30, 2021 - 11:51pm

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos on Friday appointed a retired Supreme Court justice as special counsel to oversee an expanding investigation into the November 2020 elections in that battleground state.

Vos said former Justice Michael Gableman would have the resources and authority to conduct a "top-to-bottom investigation" after retired law enforcement officials who were hired part-time said they did not have enough resources to do the job.

"Many questions have been raised about the November election that expose weaknesses and faults in our current election system," Voss said. "... To restore full integrity and trust in elections, we have decided to change direction, giving more authority and independence to Justice Gableman."

Vos said the probe should be wrapped up in the fall and its goal was to "ensure there is confidence that every vote will be counted, and laws concerning future elections will be faithfully and uniformly followed."

Final certified results declared Joe Biden defeated President Trump by about 20,600 votes, but since then Wisconsin's Supreme Court ruled tens of thousands of absentee ballots may not have been lawfully cast because state officials improperly exempted the voters from ID requirements.

Pro-Trump groups raise $5.7 million for Arizona election audit effort

The groups are being led by individuals including Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, and OANN correspondents

By Sophie Mann
Updated: July 29, 2021 - 8:50am

Groups connected to supporters of former President Trump have raised over $5.7 million for the 2020 presidential election audit in Arizona's Maricopa County, according to the firm conducting the audit.

Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm hired by the GOP-led by the Arizona state Senate to lead the audit, late Wednesday announced the backers of the effort.

The state Senate Republicans who commissioned the audit contributed $150,000, according to the Associated Press.

Leading the donor pool is The America Project, a group led by Patrick Byrne, a former CEO of Overstock.com. The group has so far contributed $3.25 million.

Former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn is listed as the chairman of America's Future, a group that has contributed nearly $1 million to the audit effort.

One America News Network correspondents Christina Bobb and Chanel Rion are leading Voices and Votes, a group that has contributed $605,000, and former Trump attorney Sidney Powell is spearheading Defending the Republic, which gave $550,000.

Election Integrity Funds for the American Republic, which is being led by attorney Matthew DePerno, has given $280,000.

Logan says that in addition to funds, some of the groups have provided operational support and "advice pivotal in executing the audit."

The fundraising disclosure arrived alongside an announcement from the audit team this week that it has completed its third count of the roughly 2.1 million Maricopa County ballots and will now transfer collected data to audit labs for analysis.

Arizona Senate liaison granted 'full access' to Maricopa audit

by Kaelan Deese, Breaking News Reporter |
| July 30, 2021 05:20 PM
| Updated Jul 30, 2021, 05:41 PM

Ken Bennett will continue to serve as Arizona Senate liaison to the Maricopa County 2020 election audit after coming to an agreement that will allow him full access while a report is put together.

Senate President Karen Fann issued a joint statement with Bennett on Friday about the deal, which also stresses that the audit's findings will remain confidential until the document is finalized and released. Bennett, a former Arizona secretary of state and past Senate president, has worked as a bridge between Fann and the audit team since April but told the media earlier this week he would resign as liaison after he was barred from entering a ballot-counting facility last week following a report that he shared sample data with external analysts.

“With his expertise in Arizona elections and his firsthand knowledge of the ongoing audit, Ken and the Senate team will have full access to all audit work spaces, procedures and data as we verify the draft findings when completed,” Fann and Bennett said in the statement.

The statement also noted the Senate team will work on other "Senate-approved audit tasks" outside of the range of work contracted with primary audit firm Cyber Ninjas.

1627758273503.png1627758357508.png

Cyber Ninjas, lad by CEO Doug Logan, is now expected to put together a report of its findings of the audit, which included a recount of the roughly 2.1 million ballots cast in Arizona's most populous county. The report is expected to be released sometime around mid-August, assistant audit liaison Randy Pullen told the Arizona Capitol Times. But that timeline could get stretched out as the Arizona Senate recently issued subpoenas for more information and materials from Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems, and both signaled they will fight the requests.

Election materials belonging to Maricopa County were transferred back to county officials on Thursday, concluding the hands-on portion of the audit.

Bennett said on Wednesday that he reached an agreement with Fann to continue as liaison but did not release further details at the time. His reversal came just hours after he said, "I'm going to step down as the liaison today," attributing his decision to being barred from "critical aspects" of the audit that would make the situation untenable for him.

A spokesperson from Cyber Ninjas previously told the Arizona Republic on July 23 the order to block Bennett from the recount facility came from the Senate.

During a Monday interview, Bennett explained his blockage from the audit facility happened after he shared sample data from the ballot box counts with election technology analysts Larry Moore and Benny White.

The audit has been heavily criticized by Maricopa County officials, Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and even some Arizona Senate Republicans over concerns such as Cyber Ninjas lacking audit experience and accreditation. Also, it has been politicized by former President Donald Trump and his allies, who insist it will uncover widespread fraud in a county and state he lost, even as Fann stresses the audit is not about overturning the 2020 election but rather making legislation as needed to improve the operations and security of voting contests.

July 30, 2021

During a status hearing Friday afternoon for Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, an Army reservist arrested on January 15 for his involvement in the January 6 protest in Washington, D.C., an assistant U.S. attorney admitted the government will not meet its discovery obligations for all Capitol defendants until early 2022.

Kathyrn Fifield, the lead attorney representing the Justice Department, informed Judge Trevor McFadden that the “incalculable” volume of video collected by the government related to the Capitol breach investigation will prevent defendants and their lawyers from accessing the full body of evidence against them for several more months. “No system exists to wrap its arms around [all this evidence],” Fifield told McFadden. This includes at least 14,000 hours of surveillance video plus thousands of hours of body-worn camera footage from law enforcement.

Fifield resisted setting a 2021 trial date for Hale; McFadden and Jonathan Crisp, Hale’s court-appointed attorney, told the government last month that unless a plea arrangement was agreed upon, a trial would be set for later this year because Hale already has been incarcerated for more than six months. “If we do set a trial date, the government cannot meet discovery obligations until early 2022. That’s a conservative estimate,” Fifield said.

Despite arresting more than 550 people since January 6, the government still has no platform for posting, sharing, and transferring digital evidence. “Due to the extraordinary nature of the January 6, 2021 Capitol Attack, the government anticipates that a large volume of materials may contain information relevant to this prosecution,” Fifield wrote in a July 14 filing. “These materials may include, but are not limited to, surveillance video, statements of similarly situated defendants, forensic searches of electronic devices and social media accounts of similarly situated defendants, and citizen tips. The government is working to develop a system that will facilitate access to these materials.”

At one point, the Justice Department was sharing digital evidence on Blu Ray discs.

Earlier this month, the department signed a multi-million dollar contract with Deloitte to create a “massive database” of evidence. But that process will take several weeks if not months. “The still-incomplete database has sharply slowed down efforts by prosecutors and defense attorneys to hammer out plea deals for dozens, of not hundreds, of alleged rioters,” Politico reported on July 9. “Several defendants have sought quick resolution of their cases only to be told by prosecutors that they must wait until the database is established.”

Despite the lack of evidence against him, Hale has been behind bars since January. He is not charged with any violent crimes but the Justice Department repeatedly—and successfully—has sought his pre-trial detention. (McFadden denied Hale’s release in March.)

An informant wore a wire to record a conversation with Hale about a “civil war” and military investigators interrogated nearly four dozen of Hale’s co-workers about his alleged “white supremacist” views. (My column explaining the case here.)

Hale was transported to at least five different prisons before arriving in early February at the D.C. jail specifically used to detain January 6 defendants. More than three dozen January 6 detainees are incarcerated at the D.C. Correctional Treatment Facility awaiting trial or plea offers.

On July 7, the D.C. Circuit Court denied Hale’s appeal seeking release.
McFadden scolded the government for its backwards process. “You would not arrest [someone] then gather evidence later. That’s not how this works.” When Fifield said full discovery is in the best interest of the defendant, McFadden shot back: “Freedom also is important to the defendant.” The Trump-appointed judge raised concerns over Sixth Amendment violations. “This does not feel what the Constitution [and] the Speedy Trial Act envisions.”

Despite the government’s confession that it is not prepared to make its case against Hale, McFadden set a trial date of November 9, 2021. (He did not release Hale, who has no criminal record, from prison.)

“No January Sixer should be made to suffer in a jail cell while the DOJ continues to delay discovery simply because it can,” one defense attorney told me by text this afternoon. “This is unprecedented, unreasonable, unconstitutional, and wrong.”

Cybersecurity? Democratic election officials claim that audited machines must be retired

Routers, election machines allegedly can't be verified as secure following third-party audits.

Updated: July 30, 2021 - 10:49pm

Democratic election officials in multiple U.S. jurisdictions have claimed that election equipment audited in the wake of the 2020 election must be discarded, a response that is underscoring the bitter and contentious audit processes that have played out across the country.

Those audits have been undertaken by Republican legislators and officials out of concerns that the U.S. election system may be vulnerable to security failures, particularly after the widespread imposition of largely untested new voting procedures, such as mass-mail-in voting, during last year's presidential election.
The audits, where they have occurred, have received pushback from Democrats and even some Republicans who claim the undertakings are little more than witch hunts designed to cast doubt on the results of Joe Biden's victory in November.

Some have gone even farther, claiming that voting machines and equipment subject to audit investigations must be discarded and replaced at significant cost.

Earlier this month, for example, acting Pennsylvania Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid directed that voting machines in the state's Fulton County — equipment supplied by the controversial Michigan company Dominion Voting Systems — be decommissioned after a third-party audit of them.

In a letter explaining the decision, Degraffenreid claimed that the third-party vendor conducting the audit —Philadelphia-based Wake TSI — had "no knowledge or expertise in election technology" and that the audit itself had been performed "in a manner that was not transparent or bipartisan."

While claiming that Fulton's election system "has been compromised," DeGraffenreid did not explain specifically how the system's integrity had been violated. Still, she said, nobody from Dominion or from the Pennsylvania Secretary of State's office was capable of verifying that the systems were "safe to use in future elections."

In Arizona's Maricopa County, meanwhile, a bitter election audit spearheaded by the state’s Republican-led Senate has led to a similar decertification of machines, with county officials also refusing to hand over additional subpoenaed equipment due to what they claim would be the need for further decommissioning of expensive equipment.

The county said in a statement in July that it was required to obtain "385 new precinct tabulators and 9 new central counters as well as the election management hardware required to run them," a move that would cost "from $6.1 million to $9.0 million."

Maricopa has also for months been refusing to hand over a set of county routers used in part to handle election data. Officials have claimed that doing so would present a significant security risk due to the sensitive data stored on the equipment.

County spokesman Fields Moseley this week told Just the News that the county would also deem it necessary to replace the routers if they were handed over to auditors.

"Replacing those routers so the [auditing company] Cyber Ninjas can chase conspiracy theories would have cost the County taxpayers millions of dollars," Moseley wrote. "$6M was the best estimate we had from our IT experts because the routers from the network are all connected."

Neither Maricopa nor Pennsylvania officials clarified what, specifically, led them to decertify the machines, and whether or not cybersecurity experts had specifically claimed that the machines were incapable of being cleared for use after being audited.

Maricopa's audit is drawing to a close after several contentious months, though the auditors in charge of the effort have pointed to the missing routers as a critical piece of evidence necessary to fully carry out the investigation.

DeGraffenreid's decertification, meanwhile, was slammed by Pennsylvania Republicans as a political attack on Fulton County's audit.

County Board of Commissioners Chairman Stuart Ulsh called the move "a partisan attack from the Department of State on a local Republican government," while state Rep. Doug Mastriano claimed that DeGraffenreid was "trying to threaten and bully [Fulton County] and other counties" throughout the state.

[COMMENT: All Dominion machines and others without proper security and capable of a weighted vote count should be abolished. I believe there is group working on an alternative solution with special paper, etc.]

Newt Gingrich The Pelosi Dictatorship and the Destruction of American Freedom

The Pelosi Dictatorship and the Destruction of American Freedom

July 30, 2021

Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the greatest threat to constitutional liberty in our lifetime. Every House Democrat should be put to this test: “Do you really support the ruthless dictatorial behavior of Pelosi?

By Newt Gingrich

As a 20-year member of Congress and four-year Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, let me speak bluntly and directly.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the greatest threat to constitutional liberty in our lifetime.

With the passive support of an apparently cowardly caucus, she is behaving as a dictator more like Fidel Castro, Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, or Nicolás Maduro.

Pelosi ordered and kept the fencing around the U.S. Capitol for months – even when members of her own party were calling for it to come down. She stripped a duly elected Republican of all her committee assignments. In recent weeks, she has dictated to the minority party what members it can have on a bipartisan commission. Now, she is threatening to have members of Congress and their staffs arrested if they do not follow the mask mandate which exists by her own decree. (I am not aware of a Speaker ordering members arrested since 30 members broke into a brawl on the House Floor over the Kansas Territory’s pro-slavery Lecompton Constitution in 1859.)

If her power, arrogance, and destructiveness is allowed to continue growing, she will shatter the precedents of the U.S. House, undermine hundreds of years of common legislative precedent going back to the Magna Carta of 1215, and the destroy the established principle that those who write laws are still subordinate to them.

Remember that the Pelosi dictatorship survives with a narrow margin, because there are not 10 Democrats with the guts to stand up for the U.S. Constitution, the fabric of American history, and their own rights to serve as freely elected, independent members of the Congress.

As a junior Republican, I served under three Democratic Speakers of the House. In 16 years, I can only remember two clear violations of the principles of representative self-government. First, the Democrats stole the 9th District of Indiana after the 1984 election in a bitterly contested recount. Second, Speaker Jim Wright used an illegal parliamentary maneuver to create two legislative days in one day. In both cases, the Republican reaction was so intense and outspoken – with even the mildest Republicans rebelling – that the Democrats backed off and returned to a policy of trying to work together.

The key path to stopping Pelosi runs through Democrat districts that are not rabidly radical. There are probably 100 Democrats who represent districts wherein prostituting themselves for a Pelosi dictatorship would be politically expensive – if people back home understood what was happening and why it mattered.

I am enraged at this raw use of power to destroy the precedents and patterns which have made the U.S. House of Representatives a remarkable bulwark of freedom and a symbol for people around the world.

Our role in the world was driven home to me in the late stages of the Soviet Empire. Under Mikhail Gorbachev’s Glasnost reforms, a group of Soviet journalists were allowed to visit the United States. As the Republican Whip, I had the opportunity to escort them to the House floor. I picked a Lithuanian reporter to sit in the Speaker’s Chair. I picked another journalist to stand where the President stands when delivering the State of the Union. Another 20 or so journalists sat on the floor and listened to a briefing on how the House works.

When the Lithuanian journalist came down from the Speaker’s chair, he was physically shaking. “I never dreamed I would be able to sit at the center of freedom.” For him, it was the U.S. Capitol – not the White House – which represented free people. That is the legacy Pelosi is destroying.

Every member of the House is elected by the people of his or her district. They come to Washington as equals. Every member has one vote. Each member has a constitutionally protected right to speak on the floor. Each member deserves respect – for his- or herself and even more for the 700,000-plus Americans he or she represents.

The Republicans who are collaborating with Pelosi should be ashamed of themselves. She is using them to sustain her dictatorship, and they are making it harder for House Republicans to effectively oppose her.

Every House Democrat should be put to this test: “Do you really support the ruthless dictatorial behavior of Pelosi? Do you realize she can apply it to you as well as to Republicans? Are you really willing to watch the centuries old traditions of free self-government be destroyed by an 81-year-old petty dictator who clearly has allowed power to go to her head?”

In the 19th century, Lord Acton warned that “power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Note that “tends” disappears when power is absolute. Acton is warning that it is inevitable to have corruption if someone has too much power.

Pelosi has had a lot of power for a long time, and it clearly has destroyed her sense of balance, moderation, and following the rules.

A lot of people talk about cognition and President Joe Biden. Every day, Speaker Pelosi gives us reason to believe she is far more dangerous, destructive, and egocentric than President Biden could ever be.

At some point, every member of the U.S. House should consider when it will be time for members to depose her by vote – or strip her of some of her power as House members did to Speaker Joseph Gurney Cannon in 1910. This could serve as a congressional equivalent to the 25th Amendment.

There should be a concerted national campaign looking for ten courageous Democrats willing to stand up to the Pelosi dictatorship and defend freedom in America.

EXCLUSIVE on the Third Jan. 6 Victim: Video of Trump Supporter Being Given CPR as Police Stand Around and Watch on Jan. 6

By Jim Hoft

Four Trump supporters were killed at the Jan. 6 protests.

** 35-year-old Veteran Ashli Babbitt was shot in cold blood by Lt. Mike Byrd inside the Capitol without warning
** 34-year-old Recovering addict Rosanne Boyland was killed by Capitol Police when they pushed her down and continued to push Trump supporters on top of her.
** 55 years old Trump supporter Kevin Greeson
** 50-year-old Trump supporter Benjamin Phillips

The fake news mainstream media continues to push the lie that Officer Brian Sicknick was killed by protesters on Jan. 6. This is a proven lie. Sicknick died from a stroke the day after the protests.

On Friday we reported on a second eye-witness account from a Trump supporter who tried to save Rosanne Boyland who was also killed by Capitol Police.

On Saturday we received video of a third Trump supporter who died that day. It is not clear if this was Kevin Greeson or Benjamin Phillips.

In the video Trump supporters are seen giving CPR to the victim as Capitol Police stand around and watch.

cpr-jan-6.jpg

This comes from @PubliusPatriot on Gab.

I have a similar story to the story about Rosanne Boyland. A gentleman died from a cardiac issue at the west front and patriots were giving CPR and first aid. There were ambulances nearby and the crowd was yelling for them to help this man but they walked as slow as they could, nonchalant would be a good description.

I have video of the gentleman down and getting help from patriots. The Capitol Police just stood there watching.

FYI… I was one of only a few dozen people who saw this thing start. I’ve read 100s of eyewitness accounts and not one of them covers the first 1-5 minutes properly. It was all coordinated and very professional, nothing organic about it.

Not making headlines–
A new video posted at Disclose TV reveals the Jan. 6 Trump supporters being fired on by Capitol Hill police before the violence started.

The police are then seen drenching Trump supporters with pepper-spray.

This was all before the Trump supporters started attacking the police.
This was also at the time that a third Trump supporter was killed. It is likely the man died after the vicious assault by the police on January 6.

The Gateway Pundit previously posted video around this same time period when police were firing on the Trump supporters.

It was all a setup.

Disband the FBI
by Chris Farrell
July 28, 2021 at 5:00 am

  • In the past few days alone, we have learned that the October 2020 Michigan governor kidnap plot was largely a creation of the FBI; a "senior FBI official" was on the take from media organizations; and another assistant director was in a "romantic relationship with a subordinate" and involved in "other misconduct." The leadership failures documented by the Office of the Inspector General are now almost standard and part of a tiresome media drip-torture for the public to endure.
  • The FBI ran a coup against President Trump. It failed. The following got away: Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Clinesmith, Pientka, Brower, Baker, et al. Any real consequences for attempting to overthrow the government of the United States? No.
  • Questions are now being raised as to whether the FBI had a role in the Capitol Hill protests of January 6, 2021. When one examines the FBI's involvement in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax; Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuses; standing by idly while in possession of Hunter Biden's Ukraine and Burisma-laden laptops, while President Trump endured a second phony impeachment; and the frame-up of Trump's National Security Advisor, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn – it is not too difficult to imagine.
  • The FBI needs to go away. It should happen in an orderly and thoughtful process, over a period of months. Congress should authorize and create an investigative division in the U.S. Marshals Service and open applications for law enforcement officer seeking to be rigorously screened, vetted and then accessed into the new organization. Similar action was taken before in the very creation of the FBI. It is now time to clean house and restore the public's trust in the "premier investigative agency" of federal law enforcement.

1505.jpg

(Photo by Eric Baradat/AFP via Getty Images)

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) continues its downward spiral into terminal corruption. Sadly, the scandals, criminality and ethical abuses of the organization are largely ignored by the American public and by the institutions of government charged with oversight and correction. Outrage after outrage is reported, hearings are held, Inspector General reports are issued -- but the systemic corruption is never really tackled and dirty cops skate away virtually unscathed.

This situation is constitutionally unacceptable, corrosive to public trust in law enforcement, and a threat to the survival of the republic.

In the past few days alone, we have learned that the October 2020 Michigan governor kidnap plot was largely a creation of the FBI; a "senior FBI official" was on the take from media organizations; and another assistant director was in a "romantic relationship with a subordinate" and involved in "other misconduct."

The leadership failures documented by the Office of the Inspector General are now almost standard and part of a tiresome media drip-torture for the public to endure.

Meanwhile, the FBI had the audacity to issue a Stasi-like tweet urging "monitoring of 'family members and peers' for extremism."

Remember: what we learn about the FBI in the press are only the stories that are SO outrageous that the FBI cannot keep a lid on them and is forced to make disclosures via a toothless Inspector General report -- but never anything that results in a criminal indictment. Imagine what the ordinary day-to-day misconduct in FBI offices across the country could be. And these scandals don't just amount to "bad press" – in several of these, federal courts scourge the FBI for lawbreaking. Additionally, Inspector General report after report details FBI abuses such as whistleblowers being retaliated against and ignoring "high-risk" employees who fail polygraph tests.

There are still apologists for the FBI. Some seek to defend the organization with the rationalization that "it's always been that way." That sort of thinking is a cynical effort to inoculate and immunize real criminality as something normal and regular. "Get used to it kid, that's the way of the world," they offer with a shrug and a grin. Others, like Sean Hannity, cling to the "just a few bad apples" excuse. That sort of FBI cheerleading flies in the face of a litany of systemic abuses and pervasive abusers. The FBI ran a coup against President Trump. It failed. The following got away: Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Clinesmith, Pientka, Brower, Baker, et al. Any real consequences for attempting to overthrow the government of the United States? No.

In May 2018, veteran reporter Eric Lichtblau of Time magazine wrote an article titled, "The FBI Is in Crisis. It's Worse Than You Think," wherein he detailed:
"The bureau, which is used to making headlines for nabbing crooks, has been grabbing the spotlight for unwanted reasons: fired leaders, texts between lovers and, most of all, attacks by President Trump ... internal and external reports have found lapses throughout the agency, and longtime observers, looking past the partisan haze, see a troubling picture: something really is wrong at the FBI... other painful, more public failures as well: missed opportunities to prevent mass shootings that go beyond the much-publicized overlooked warnings in the Parkland, Fla., school killings; an anguishing delay in the sexual-molestation probe into Olympic gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar; and evidence of misconduct by agents in the aftermath of standoffs with armed militias in Nevada and Oregon. FBI agents are facing criminal charges ranging from obstruction to leaking classified material."
Four years later and the situation has not improved.

Let us go back to the Michigan governor "kidnap plot" for a moment. The entire operation was an anti-Trump political smear job -- and was called into question for being exactly that back when the story broke in October 2020. Now we find out that the FBI was running at least a dozen paid "confidential informants" in the plot. It was a plot they dreamed up. It was actually a rehash of an Obama-era 2010 FBI plot by the so-called "Hutarees" that fell apart in court.

The FBI worries about "entrapment" in these cases because the FBI must demonstrate that there is reasonable suspicion that the subject in a case is about to be or is engaging in criminal activity. The government then allows the criminal/terrorist the opportunity to commit the act. In these cases, the FBI has good reason to worry.

More disturbingly, this is nothing new. Look at the "Herald Square Bomber" case as another instance in which the FBI identifies, recruits, trains, dispatches and then arrests the very informant they recruited in the first place. The FBI appears to have fabricated plots and terrorists to advance their own agenda and statistics. It looks, walks, and talks like "entrapment." Are there really no other bad guys out there for the FBI to go after? They need to focus on this modus operandi?

Questions are now being raised as to whether the FBI had a role in the Capitol Hill protests of January 6, 2021. And that is just the problem: It is not difficult to imagine. It should be an "impossibility."

The FBI needs to go away.

Arizona Audit update with Dr. Kelli Ward…

Ken Bennett granted full audit access, will remain Arizona Senate liaison

PHOENIX – Following a week of uncertainty after his access was restricted, Ken Bennett said he will continue in his role of Arizona Senate liaison for the Republican-ordered Maricopa County election audit as it moves into the reporting phase.

State Senate President Karen Fann and Bennett announced a deal Friday to keep Bennett involved after he threatened to abandon the project over what he said was a lack of transparency from Cyber Ninjas, the audit’s lead contractor. The dispute arose as the hands-on portion of the review was coming to a close.

“With his expertise in Arizona elections and his firsthand knowledge of the ongoing audit, Ken and the Senate team will have full access to all audit work spaces, procedures and data as we verify the draft findings when completed,” Fann and Bennett said in a joint statement.

“He will preserve and protect the strict confidentiality of all information, findings, results and conclusions until the time they are appropriately communicated in final report(s) to the Senate and public, whether it be work of Cyber Ninjas or any additional work the Senate performs.”
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Statement from Senate President @FannKfann and Senate Liaison @BennettArizona #AZSenate #ElectionAudit pic.twitter.com/mjj99eoSIz
— AZSenateRepublicans (@AZSenateGOP) July 30, 2021
The statement also said Fann, Bennett and the Senate team will work on unspecified audit-related tasks outside of what Cyber Ninjas was hired to do.

Friday’s announcement came a week after Bennett was barred from the Arizona State Fairgrounds building where the last hands-on work was completed.

Bennett accused Cyber Ninjas of withholding information from him but said he was still be open to working with Doug Logan’s company and the other contractors during the documentation process, but only if they agreed to share all the information he would need to properly vet the final report.

In his role as liaison, Bennett has provided his expertise as a former Arizona secretary of state and state Senate president to the inexperienced out-of-state contractors.

He’s also been the audit’s most prominent public face since it started in April, giving regular media updates as a spokesman for the GOP lawmakers who authorized the review.

Bennett was shut out this week from a machine recount of total ballots after he shared information with a group that has been researching the election independently of the Senate review and had offered assistance. Co-Senate liaison Randy Pullen oversaw the last tally.

Bennett told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show on Monday the auditors were refusing to reveal their procedures for the latest tally, and he was “very concerned” the Cyber Ninjas would “force balance” the new count in the direction of their earlier findings, which didn’t match the numbers documented by Maricopa County.

“Indirectly, I allowed some information that was supposed to be private to get out,” Bennett said. “He leaked it to the press, and I felt bad about that. Obviously, Mr. Pullen and maybe the Senate and others were upset. And so that’s why I was denied access.”

Bennett also said it wasn’t the first time the Cyber Ninjas withheld procedural information from him.

Fann has said the aim of the audit is to restore faith in the election system and find ways to improve Arizona’s voting laws, not to reverse the result of President Joe Biden’s narrow victory over Donald Trump in Maricopa County and statewide.

However, many Trump supporters still see it as a step toward invalidating the 2020 results and returning the former president to office.

Earlier this week, Logan revealed that prominent supporters of Trump’s movement to cast doubt on the election results raised about $5.6 million from unknown donors to cover audit costs. The Senate’s deal with Cyber Ninjas was for just $150,000 plus select expenses.

Logan released the fundraising information Wednesday to comply with a request from the U.S. House Oversight and Reform Committee.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) made some intriguing remarks on secret talks Donald Trump is having with “cabinet members” at his headquarters in Bedminster, New Jersey.

On Friday night’s edition of Newsmax’s Cortes & Pellegrino, Meadows said Donald Trump is “a president that is fully engaged, highly focused, and remaining on task.”

Rumble video on website 1:03 min

“Well, we met with several of our cabinet members tonight, we actually had a follow-up member, meeting with some of our cabinet members, and as we were looking at that, we were looking at what does come next,” Meadows said.

“I’m not authorized to speak on behalf of the president, but I can tell you this, Steve,” he added. “We wouldn’t be meeting tonight if we weren’t making plans to move forward in a real way, with President Trump at the head of that ticket.”

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell recently suggested in early July that something big was coming in August.

“The morning of August 13, it will be the talk of the world, going, ‘Hurry up! Let’s get this election pulled down,” he told Brannon Howse of Worldview Weekend Broadcast Network. “Let’s right the right. Let’s get these communists out, you know that have taken over.”

“You’ll see when I say that, and they’ll say what’s going to happen to all the people that were involved. I don’t know, right now the biggest concern is getting this election pulled on,” Lindell added. “Donald Trump won. It’s pretty simple, ok?”

Many of Donald Trump’s most die-hard supporters have been pushing for him to be “reinstated” as president. The Electoral College certified the election for Joe Biden on January 6th.

EXCLUSIVE: A Massive Rally at the Wisconsin State Capitol is Planned for Next Friday, August 6th, to Demand Republican Leaders Order a Full Forensic Audit Like Was Done in Arizona

Wisconsin patriots are calling for a rally at the state capitol next Friday, August 6th, from noon to 1:30 pm, to demand that the Republican leadership in the state order a full forensic audit in the state like was recently done in Arizona.

Wisconsin’s Speaker, Republican Robin Vos, continues to order BS efforts that will never capture any fraud in the 2020 election that occurred in the state.

Yesterday Vos released another memo announcing he is willing to do something but he still isn’t ordering a full forensic audit like was done in Arizona.

Vos-Memo-July-2021.jpeg

The people of Wisconsin have had enough of Vos and Senate leader Devin LeMahieu. They are now calling for a rally at the state capitol, on August 6th, starting at noon.

Wisconsin-Aug-2021-Rally.jpg

It’s time for the Republican leaders in Wisconsin to make a stand against election fraud and order a full forensic audit of the state’s 2020 Election results like was done in Arizona. Ordering a full forensic audit like was done in Arizona is the easiest decision these two men will ever make.

President Trump Releases Statement on Dishonest Democrats and Their latest Attempt to Defend the Steal

On Friday House Democrats released some BS notes from the Trump White House where they claim President Trump sought to pressure the DOJ to overturn the election.

This was after the Bill Barr DOJ did absolutely NOTHING to question any of the results or lift a finger to investigate any of the thousands of affidavits alleging fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

In fact, Bill Barr thought the fraud in the 2020 election was “all bullshit” and did nothing to defend the election from thieving Democrats who used every opportunity they had to steal the landslide election from President Trump.

Today President Trump corrected the record.

trump-democrats-1.jpg

Newsmax reported:

Former President Donald Trump denounced “corrupt and highly partisan House Democrats” efforts to spin his duty to pursue election integrity into an alleged attempt “to overturn the election.”

The investigations in the “the rigged election of 2020” are intended to “uphold the integrity and honesty of elections and the sanctity of our vote,” Trump wrote in a statement from his Save America PAC on Saturday.

“The corrupt and highly partisan House Democrats who run the House Oversight Committee [Friday] released documents — including court filings dealing with the rigged election of 2020 — that they dishonestly described as attempting to overturn the election,” Trump’s statement read.

“In fact, it is just the opposite. The documents were meant to uphold the integrity and honesty of elections and the sanctity of our vote.”

The House Oversight Committee claimed Friday then-President Trump sought to pressure the Justice Department to overturn the election – a narrative Trump denounced as a partisan attempt to obstruct investigations into the events of the 2020 presidential election that he contends were twisted in President Joe Biden’s favor under the guise of COVID-19 safety and without the authority of state legislatures and election laws.

Wisconsin USPS Subcontractor Alleges Backdating of Tens of Thousands of Mail-In Ballots
BY ISABEL VAN BRUGEN

December 2, 2020 Updated: December 2, 2020

A Madison, Wisconsin, man who said he worked as a postal subcontractor in the run up to Election Day, alleged on Tuesday that he was told by USPS employees that his post office planned to backdate tens of thousands of mail-in ballots.

Ethan Pease was one of three individuals who testified in a news conference hosted by Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project in Arlington, Virginia, that they witnessed apparent voting malfeasance during the 2020 election.

Pease, who said he began working for United Mailing Services (UMS) on Aug. 26, alleged that he was told by two postal workers on two separate occasions that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of Nov. 4 to be backdated so that they would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline.

He asserted that it was a bid to circumvent the submission deadline for ballots.

Pease told the news conference that he worked as a route driver and box truck driver picking up mail on a predetermined route, delivering it to UMS for sorting, and then to USPS. He said he began delivering mail-in ballots from UMS to USPS as part of his evening delivery duties.

“I knew this because there were special bins marked for ballots only,” he said. “On one occasion, I forgot to retrieve the ballots for transportation and had to go back for them. After that, I always made sure I had the ballot bins loaded for transportation.”

On Nov. 2, the day before Election Day, Pease recalled that he noticed there was only one ballot in the bin for delivery to USPS, and on Election Day, there were no ballots in the bin for delivery.

“One can imagine my surprise then, when the next day, Nov. 4, I was asked by a senior USPS employee if I had forgotten any ballots the night before,” Pease continued. “He explained that an order came down from the Wisconsin Illinois chapter of USPS that 100,000 ballots were missing.”

Pease said he was told by the same employee that his post office had dispatched employees to look for the missing ballots at around 4 a.m. on Election Day and that only seven or eight were found at UMS.

“Based on my previous experience and habit of double checking for ballots, I believed that to be a lie,” he said.

On Nov. 5, Pease alleged that a second USPS employee told him that USPS employees were ordered to backdate ballots that were received too late to be lawfully counted. He said he then asked her whether he would “get into trouble” with his boss for the allegedly missing ballots discussed with the first USPS employee on Nov. 4.

“‘No you wouldn’t,’ she responded, ‘as long as they were postmarked for the 3rd’. She continued, ‘that’s why they had us do that,’” Pease said.

He said he didn’t alert his supervisors at USPS at the time to the incidents, due to what he perceived to be “their hostility toward President Donald Trump, and their evident contempt for the law.”

“I heard those same two postal office employees making jokes about taking mail-in ballots for Trump and throwing them away,” Pease claimed.

“I’m not a Trump supporter, I’m not a Biden supporter either … but something profoundly wrong occurred in Wisconsin during the presidential election and the American people have a right to know about it.”

The Postal Service didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

The Amistad Project, an initiative that works to preserve civil liberties, said in a statement Tuesday that it had obtained sworn testimony that suggests that “over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania.”

Re: machine manipulation

[Forwarded from Follow the Data with Dr Frank]
"Game, Set, Match"

I used mathematics to demonstrate the existence of algorithms controlling our election outcomes. These algorithms were active throughout the November 2020 election, and in subsequent elections.

Down to the precinct level, we've been able to identify likely phantom voters, and our supermoms have been pounding the pavement, finding and documenting the existence of the phantom voters.

Now, the PCAPs will be released, providing real-time recordings of the internet activity of the algorithms... catching them in the act.

Imagine...

A supermom shows up at her local Board of Elections... she says, "Dr Frank (and others) proved mathematically and statistically that algorithms controlled the outcome of our 'election.' Here is a pile of 1,000 people who you recorded votes for, but they don't exist... they are phantom voters. And finally, here is a copy of the electronic communication that took place during our election with machines that are not supposed to be connected to the internet. What gives?"

Game. Set. Match.

Hack the vote: terrifying film shows how vulnerable US elections are

In the documentary Kill Chain, the weaknesses of America’s basic election infrastructure are laid bare

Adrian Horton

Even as much of America grinds to a halt, coronavirus has yet to derail the date of the 2020 election. Which introduces a perhaps underestimated terror, as explained in one of the more deceptively scary documentaries to drop in recent weeks: the vulnerable voting machine. That seemingly benign piece of equipment – the hardware of American democracy – is, as several experts explain in HBO’s Kill Chain: The Cyber War on America’s Elections, nothing more than an obsolete computer. And these machines’ vulnerabilities to hacking are “terrifying”, Sarah Teale, co-director along with Simon Ardizzone and Russell Michaels, told the Guardian. America’s current election infrastructure is, as Kill Chain explains, a prescription for disaster – an outdated, willfully naive system no more prepared for attack than four years ago.
Comet Ping Pong in After Truth
Kill Chain re-examines foreign interference in the 2016 election with critical and scientific distance. The film follows the liabilities of the American democratic system even further than fake news, to its basic infrastructure: the machines in poll booths across the country, the very method through which votes are tallied, the databases in which voter data – name, address, eligibility – are stored.

The process of voting in the United States is idiosyncratic and often chaotic, but no matter how each polling station is managed, the vast majority rely on electronic machines produced by three companies with removable hardware such as USB flash drives or memory cards. Individual incidences of alleged voting malpractice – for example, the purge of 340,000 voters, mostly people of color, from the Georgia rolls in 2018 – are thus part of a pattern of election vulnerabilities across the country known in cyberwarfare as a kill chain, as the voting security expert and veteran hacker Harri Hursti explains in the film. Most Americans vaguely know of Russian interference in 2016, but Kill Chain offers forensics on specific events in this pattern: the scanning and examining of state election registration databases; the hacking of the Election Assistance Commission, in which an unknown Russian actor accessed and sold information from a federal database on election technology throughout the country. Teale interviews a young man in India known online as “Cyberzeist”, who hacked into an Alaskan vote counting computer in 2016 and claimed to be able to alter votes and voter data.

Hursti, who is originally from Finland, has been studying weaknesses in the American election system for more than 15 years. He first appeared on HBO in 2006, in Teale’s documentary Hacking Democracy; in a clip replayed in Kill Chain, a young and somewhat smug Hursti shocks the supervisor of elections in Leon county, Florida, when he easily hacks the county’s Diebold voting machine with just a tampered memory card. Hursti realized then that “this is way worse than I would’ve ever believed”, he told the Guardian. But 15 years later, little has changed; the Diebold machines are still in use in 20 states. “If somebody would try to explain to me everything I have seen and experienced and learned myself, I wouldn’t believe it,” Hursti said, characterizing America’s election infrastructure as “ridiculously broken”.

“We started pitching this film [in 2016] because nothing has really changed since 2005,” Teale said. Back then, the machines’ producers brushed off criticism as slander. But in 2017, Hursti could purchase an AccuVote TSx, one of the most common machines in the country, from an Ohio warehouse for $75 to test its hackability. The machine became part of the Voting Village, an initiative Hursti co-leads at the hacker conference DefCon, in which participants can attempt to hack various models of voting machines in use in the United States. In 2019’s conference, all were found to be easily hackable.

“Adversaries are fast to adapt,” said Hursti, who laid out the underlying issue as one of pace: “If you take the most magnificent hack you can imagine today – six months down the road, it is just a good hack. And two years later, it’s just average.” Voting machines, meanwhile, are kept in service for decades; a new “secure” batch purchased for $107m by the state of Georgia came installed with dead-on-arrival Windows 7, said Hursti, “so you see how hopelessly this conversation is outdated”. And until recently, there were no cybersecurity experts on staff at the machines’ manufacturers, an oversight Teale called “mind-blowing”.

Harri Hursti and Maggie MacAlpine carry voting machines they purchased in Kill Chain

“I hope ordinary Americans will come to the understanding that if any part of the election was connected to the internet it is vulnerable, and that these machines are vulnerable to hacking,” said Teale. Both Teale and Hursti are concerned with recent confidence in new measures such as ballot-marking machines or individual bar codes – both of which put yet another computer, and thus another hacking vulnerability, between the voter and the vote. “If they cannot see how they voted, if there isn’t a piece of paper with that clearly on it, it can be changed,” said Teale.

But Kill Chain also offers some areas of promise, especially in the form of paper ballots, which present a clear trail of evidence, and mandatory risk-limiting audits in which a random, small yet statistically significant sample of the votes are hand-counted to ensure an uncompromised process. And the film includes interviews with three senators – Democrats Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota and Mark Warner Virginia and Republican James Lankford of Oklahoma – who are awake to the vulnerabilities of America’s elections and the risk of another attack in 2020. Klobuchar and Lankford co-sponsored the Secure Elections Act, a bipartisan bill which would require states to keep back-up paper ballots and conduct the risk-limit audit. The measure has not passed Congress; the Senate majority leader, Mitch McConnell, a Republican from Kentucky, has refused to bring it to the floor, citing lack of need.

Both Teale and Hursti maintain that it’s not all reason to despair. Teale encourages insisting on paper voting at individual polling stations and advocating for mail-in ballots. And above all, said Hursti, vote. “Voting apathy is as bad a problem – nothing in this should be discouraging you to vote.” And vote all the way down the ballot, which usually gets less attention and votes and is thus easier to rig – “that’s where the money and motivation for local adversaries are,” said Hursti. And if you really care, get involved as a poll worker. “Right now, the population of poll workers is very old and they’re not technologically savvy,” he said. “They need help.”

Even in the context of a pandemic, Teale said, Americans should wonder how we’re going to pick who will lead the country in the next crisis. “How are we going to vote in the primaries, and how are we going to vote in November?” she said. “I think we should all be pushing on our election officials to be thinking ahead.”

EXCLUSIVE: Ballots Mailed in Maricopa County Showed an Individual’s Party and Voter Registration Number – Likely Violating the Law

By Joe Hoft

Maricopa-County-Envelope-Showing-Fraud2.jpg

Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors oversees the election activities for the county. What they allowed to happen in the primaries in the County is shocking.

WTH – Ballots used in Maricopa County in the 2020 primaries indicated the political party affiliation of the individual voter and the voter’s registration number as well. This appears to be blatant violations of an individual’s privacy and voter protection standards.

Compliance has become a HUGE issue for the Maricopa crowd. How could this type of poor oversight and implementation impact the 2020 general election? If simple standards are not met, what else could have occurred?

UPDATE: Senator Doug Mastriano Says PA Senate Committee Will Issue Subpoenas After Three Counties Reject Forensic Audit Request

By Jim Hoft
Published July 31, 2021 at 6:35pm
doug-mastriano-faceshot.jpg

Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano told One America News this week that he will ask the Pennsylvania Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee he chairs to issue subpoenas to compel counties to cooperate with his effort to investigate the 2020 election.

On Friday Pennsylvania counties Tioga and Philadephia declined to participate in the Senate’s forensic election audit.

Doug Mastriano joined OAN earlier this week to discuss the mafia tactics by state leaders to threaten the counties that may participate in a forensic audit.

The Epoch Times reported:
A Pennsylvania senator is preparing to ask a panel he chairs for the authority to issue subpoenas to compel counties to cooperate with his effort to investigate the 2020 election.

“We’re eagerly awaiting my committee coming together when I can get a quorum, get everyone’s calendars matched up—it is summertime. As soon as I get a quorum, we will have a meeting, we will vote on subpoenas, and let the fun begin,” Pennsylvania Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican who chairs the state Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee, said on One America News this week.

Mastriano initiated a forensic probe of the 2020 and 2021 elections in early July by sending requests for materials like ballots and asking for access to machines, to Tioga, York, and Philadelphia counties.

But officials in all three counties are refusing to comply voluntarily, setting up the need for subpoenas.

Mastriano set a deadline of July 31 in his letters to the counties.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Uncovered Email Shows Milwaukee Elections Executive Woodall-Vogg Laughing About the Election Steal on Election Night

By Joe Hoft
Published July 31, 2021 at 10:00pm

vogg-fraud-wisconsin-.jpg

In the early hours of November 4th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a batch of 143,379 ballots, all for Joe Biden were dropped. We’ve unearthed an email that shows the culprits behind the ‘drop’ were laughing about it.

We all now know about the many states that dropped huge numbers of ballots stealing the race for Joe Biden. On the morning of November 4th, America woke up to see the results of the massive fraud in multiple swing states.

In Wisconsin, over 140,000 ballots for Joe Biden alone were dropped in Milwaukee, giving Biden the lead.

1627849050276.png

We’ve referred to this as the drop and roll.

Rumble video on website 3:35 min

Today we uncovered an email to Claire Woodall-Vogg, the executive director for elections in Milwaukee. In the email the sender, Ryan Chew, from the Election Group shared:
Damn, Claire, you have a flair for drama, delivering just the margin needed at 3:00 am. I bet you had those votes counted at midnight, and just wanted to keep the world waiting.”
Wisconsin-Email-Shockign.jpg

Ms. Claire is the Executive Director of the Election Commission of the city of Milwaukee.

Wisconsin-Email-Shocking-Claire-Woodall-Vogg.jpg

We reported that Claire Woodall-Vogg was working alone late at night with the voting machines in Milwaukee. Her actions then were suspect, now they are borderline criminal.

1627848711787.png

Claire’s friend, Mr. Chew, is from The Elections Group. This group is connected to George Soros and Jennifer Morrell. The Elections Group was also present during the election steal in Georgia and Morrell was one of the observers selected by Katie Hobbs in Arizona to review the Senate’s election audit in Maricopa County.

1627848639349.png

This whole thing across the country was a mess.

What kind of people would steal the election and then make jokes about it?
