What Will It Take for the Legacy Media to Honestly Cover the Arizona Audit?

By Stu Cvrk | May 15, 2021 11:00 AM ET

CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the rest of the legacy media are covering every possible story – and potential false flag/diversion – except the ongoing election audit in Maricopa County, AZ. For example, here’s a screenshot from CNN’s webpage at 1435 EDT on Friday:

Stu-1-730x456.png
CNN’s Webpage at 1435 EDT on Friday
And here is what MSNBC headlined at the same time:
Stu-2.png
MSNBC Webpage at 1435 EDT on Friday

Note the usual stories and narratives that are pushed: Liz Cheney’s version of “The Big Lie,” continued attacks on Republican congressmen deemed political threats to Democrats due to their popularity (Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz), continuing mask and vaccination hysteria, continuing attempts by Democrat district attorneys to “get Trump,” and pro-Palestinian/Hamas claptrap in the wake of rocket attacks on Israel (who attacked whom again?). Nary a peep about what is unfolding in Arizona.

Dr. Kelli Ward (chairwoman of the Arizona GOP) called it right on Thursday:

1621114655165.png

And that is just the tip of the iceberg. What are the revelations from Arizona over the past few days? Here is a short list:
  • Arizona Senate President Karen Fann sent a letter Wednesday to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors concerning newly discovered “election irregularities,” including the deletion of the entire database from Maricopa’s Election Management System and a disparity between the actual number of ballots cast in a given batch versus the batch total pink report slip (off by 17.5%).

  • New evidence of possible evidence spoliation. Maricopa County “deleted a directory full of election databases from the 2020 election cycle days before the election equipment was delivered to the audit,” according to the Senate Liaison for the audit.1621114616330.png

  • Denial of AZ Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D – Soros) latest claim of “audit insecurity” (this time about a WiFi router connected to the audit servers:1621114574688.png

  • Dr. Ward provided a video update about what she believes is an inadequate response to AZ senate subpoenas by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and irregularities uncovered by the audit, including broken chain of custody for ballots, missing passwords for the Election Management System etc.:
View: https://twitter.com/i/status/1392938060174688256
3:38 min

  • Finally, Dominion Voting Systems released a statement claiming that “protection of intellectual property” is the reason for not providing administrative passwords to ballot tabulators in Maricopa County (which the County claims they don’t have in hand, either, so who ran the election??):
1621114429813.png

Hmmm. It seems like there is a lot of news there that an honest legacy media organization (an oxymoron if there ever was one these days!) would report “above the fold,” as they say in print journalism. One would think that the story would crack the top five for CNN and MSNBC webpages, too. But then doing so could destroy their pro-Democrat narrative by raising questions about “the most secure election in American history.” And the legacy media stick to their narratives über alles, facts and evidence to the contrary be damned. Stay tuned, as this story is nowhere close to being over.

GOHMERT: Biden Needs To Realize There Have Been Worse Things Than Unarmed Election Protesters ‘Coming Into a Building’

GOHMERT: Biden Needs To Realize There Have Been Worse Things Than Unarmed Election Protesters ‘Coming Into a Building’

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) made a statement of objective truth that others have been reluctant to share on Friday, noting that President Joe Biden and his politically motivated federal prosecutors need to understand that “there have been things worse than people without any firearms coming into a building” on January 6.

“When Pearl Harbor occurred, that was more, and thousands – two to three thousand people – were killed, that was more of an attack on democracy than the protests of January 6,” Gohmert said. “When 9-11 occurred, and I know it’s been so long ago that a lot of people have forgotten apparently about 9-11, three thousand people killed, the Pentagon was hit, the two World Trade Centers were hit, thousands died. That was more of an attack on democracy.”

“You know, I just want the President to understand, there have been things worse than people without any firearms coming into a building,” Gohmert added.

Biden’s Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation have embarked on a zealous campaign of hunting and arresting election integrity protesters that has been described by many experts as political persecution.

In April, an Alaska couple’s house was stormed by an armed FBI team, and ransacked while agents refused to show a warrant for several hours and demanded to know the location of Nancy Pelosi’s missing laptop:
An Alaska couple were rudely awakened on Wednesday April 28 when an armed FBI squad broke down their door and stormed their house while they were still asleep, handcuffing the couple at gunpoint and interrogating them for over two and a half hours while refusing to provide a search warrant.
Inn & Spa owners Paul and Marilyn Hueper had their front door broken down at approximately 9 a.m. without warning, though FBI agents claimed they had knocked on the door twice.
“It was a little alarming when I turned around the corner,” Paul said, describing a scene where at least seven firearms were trained on him and his wife. “The first thing they did was start barking out commandments.”
“We sat there really for the first hour, not knowing what’s going on,” Paul added. “They never offered for us to be comfortable. It was very harshly done.”

The agents ransacked the house after leaving a large hole in the front door, and confiscated multiple laptops and cellphones.

EXCLUSIVE: Dominion Controls Access to Voting Machine – Maricopa Co. Claims They Don’t Have Access – So Did Dominion Delete the Missing Files?

Dominion appears to be admitting that they were the ones who committed a crime in deleting database directories from the voting machines in Maricopa County, Arizona, three days before the machines were handed over to auditors per a subpoena from the Arizona Senate.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors claimed the County did not have access to the machines or the routers used during the 2020 Election.

1621137075889.png

The voting machines provided to the auditors in Maricopa County were missing database directories that were deleted from the machines three days before the machines were turned over.

1621137034091.png

Dominion voting systems were used in the audit in Maricopa County. Dominion admits to having access to the machines because they provided this access to the auditors used by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors a few months ago.

1621136976463.png

Since Dominion is the only entity that we are aware of which had access to the voting machines, is Dominion the one who deleted files from the machines before handing the machines to the Senate auditors? These were criminal acts.

Alert — Wisconsin Election Audit story is fake news…
Posted by Kane on May 15, 2021 10:32 pm

Emerald Robinson created a stir today after this tweet.

1621139145150.png

However, it appears she simply fell for an old story being passed around twitter. And fellow conservatives failed to investigate the story, instead passing it around as if it were true.

The audit was announced in February, and it was a process audit, not an audit of actual ballots.

Just like in Venezuela, Dominion runs a "pay for play" scam. You pay them a wad of money and they cause you to win the election.

In Venezuela, they had the entire country treasury to tap into. In the US they had the Jeff Bezos, Jack Dorsey, et. al. to provide the funding.

Vast amounts of absolute financial power tend to corrupt absolutely.

Windham Recount Update: Vast Difference in Audit Totals Between GOP and Dem Candidates Is Enough Evidence to Scrap the Voting Machines

By Jim Hoft
Published May 16, 2021 at 8:01am
windham-new-hampshire-seal.jpg

New Hampshire activist Ken Eyring shared an update from the recount in Windham, New Hampshire via Granite Grok
I believe the preliminary results of the forensic audit of the Windham, NH voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020, show the aging Diebold ES2000 Model A Voting Machines cannot be trusted.
And by extension… potentially the elections across the state of New Hampshire as well.
And based on the actions and demeanor of high-ranking government officials from the AG’s office over the first few days of the audit – I have a long list of concerns that I’ll share in another post.

But for now, let’s focus on the preliminary results of the vote totals that were produced by running all of the ballots from Windham’s November 3, 2020, through all of Windham’s four machines as configured on November 3rd.
The first table and graph show some disturbing results of the Rockingham District 7 State Rep race. This is the race that triggered the recount that produced the largest unexplained numerical discrepancy in the state of NH.
The audit results of each machine are significantly different from the results produced on 11/3/20. The audit results are closer to the results of the hand recount that was overseen by the Secretary of State’s office that took place on 11/12/20, but they are also significantly off.
Another disturbing observation is the variation of between 2 – 44 votes when the results of each candidate are compared across each machine after the audit. There’s a miniscule difference of 2 votes for Ioana Singureanu between all four machines, and a massive number of 44 votes for Bob Lynn between AccuVote #2 and AccuVote #4. A potential error of 44 votes is unacceptable in any election – because it could cause the wrong person to be declared the winner and subsequently sworn into office.

votes-windham.jpg

Regardless of what the hand recount shows, it looks like it is time to get rid of the aging Diebold machines. I believe consideration should be given to hand-counting every vote on election night.
** Read the rest here.
Any machine that has a 44 vote error depending on the day in counting 5,500 votes is not dependable.

These machines are worse at counting votes than second graders.

And notice from the several audits that Republican Bob Lynn saw a 44 vote difference in the four recounts.

Democrat Ioana Singureanu saw a 2 vote difference in the four machines.
This is unacceptable and as Ken reported is evidence that the machines need to be scrapped.

Data Files Reportedly Deleted in Arizona Before Providing Machines to Senate Auditors May Have Been Recovered by the Audit Team

The deleted database files noted by the Arizona Senate in their letter to Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors may have been recovered by the audit team.

This past week we reported the bombshell that there were files that were erased from the machines requested to audit in Maricopa County only days before providing the machines to the Senate’s auditors.

1621197259099.png

In the above post was a tweet about the date files missing:
1621197210471.png
On Saturday it was reported that there is speculation going around the net (Codemonkey is back) that:
The image is of all the files that have been UNDELETED. That shows it was recovered by the forensic IT teams. It’s not to show us that they were deleted it is to show that they HAVE IT ALL.
We shall soon see. If this is true, do you think the individuals in the state and county that are trying to stop this audit know this?

“That is Unconstitutional in My Point of View” – GOP Chair Elise Stefanik Speaks Out on Biden DOJ Attempting to Block Arizona Election Audit (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published May 16, 2021 at 9:58am
elise-stefanik-doj-biden-audit.jpg

GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik joined Maria Bartiromo on FOX News Sunday this morning. This was her first interview with Maria since she was elected by House members on Friday to replace bitter Never-Trumper Liz Cheney in the position.

During their discussion, Bartiromo asked Stefanik about her support for the ongoing Arizona Senate audit of the Maricopa County election. This was a bold question by Maria on a network that shuns discussing election fraud in the November 2020 election.

Rep. Stefanik said she believed what the Biden administration was doing to block the audit was unconstitutional. (For the record – So was stealing the election!)
Rep. Elise Stefanik: I support that audit. Transparency is good for the American people. And again, this should be a non-partisan issue, whether you are Republican, Democrat, Independent or conservative transparency is important. And the audit was passed by the Arizona State Senate. The Biden Department of Justice is trying to block that audit. That is unconstitutional from my perspective. Our states, constitutionally, are responsible for writing states constitution law.
It was refreshing seeing a GOP representative speaking out on Arizona. That never used to happen. It still rarely happens. The GOP is so out-of-touch with their voters that this little remark by Stefanik sticks out.

WATCH: Government Integrity Project Chairman Ken Eyring Shares Concerns About NH Assistant AG Anne Edward’s Involvement with the “Windham Incident” Forensic Audit

BY KEN EYRING / 16 MAY 2021
Government Integrity Project logo

I am the Chairman of the Government Integrity Project (GIP), a recently formed organization that is laser focused on election integrity and holding elected and appointed representatives accountable – regardless of who they are. I have been intimately involved with demanding a forensic audit on Windham’s voting machines and ballots for many months – to provide answers to the largest unexplained numerical discrepancy in the state of NH between election day vote totals and a subsequent recount. This issue has garnered worldwide attention and is now referred to as the “Windham Incident“.

Since the very beginning, the NH Attorney General’s office has ignored performing any meaningful investigation. That statement is backed up in these Op-Eds by State Senator Bob Giuda (here and here).

It is a sad statement that Senator Giuda had to champion a Bill to compel the AG’s office to perform an investigation they already had the legal authority to perform according to a retired very high ranking judicial official Senator Giuda and I spoke with.

The reluctance by the AG’s office from the beginning has carried over into the forensic audit process, where it appears they are stifling transparency at every opportunity. What is very concerning, is that the law is clear who should be running the audit process… and it’s not the AG’s office.

The law states,
“The audit process shall be determined by the forensic election audit team.”
To be blunt, the AG’s office should be hands off. Period. She has been told that, point blank by Senator Giuda – the sponsor of the Bill. But Edwards continues to interject the AG’s office and it’s enforcers into the process when Sen. Giuda is not around.

Take a look at this interview I had with WMUR’s Adam Sexton this past Tuesday. It speaks volumes about the process and lack of transparency. This is the tip of the iceberg. I’ll provide more in the upcoming days.

ARIZONA STATE SENATE CONSIDERS EXPANDING AUDIT OF 2020 ELECTION
BY: KAY WILLIAMSON

ON: MAY 15, 2021

IN: PRESIDENT TRUMP, TWEET

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted an article about the proposed expansion of the audit in Maricopa AZ. She added, “Let’s do it! And let’s start the rest of the counties with the fraud machines. Where there’s smoke there’s fire.”

1621202489072.png

Audit organizers would like to test the voting machines by examining the results from all of the races from the 2020 November election not just president and U.S. Senate. The Arizona Senate is now taking this request under consideration.

Audit Liaison for the Senate, Ken Bennett said, “We are looking with other companies to do a machine tabulation of all the races on the ballot to compare with the Dominion tabulation back in November, We will be looking at the images of all 2.1 million ballots.”

This audit would be a separate audit from the current audit underway at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. It would be an audit of digital images of each ballot not a physical recount.
An unnamed California company is being considered by the Senate to conduct the audit.

Senate President Karen Fann has said the results of the audit will not be used to overturn the 2020 election results in Maricopa County only to ensure future election integrity.

This has not kept Democrats from trying to stop the audit of the 2020 presidential election, as we previously reported:

“Earlier today we reported on the audit taking place in Maricopa County which started today. Democrats sued to have the audit stopped and were told they would need to post a $1 Million dollar bond to provide for any extra cost. According to a tweet by Jeremy Duda, the Democrats will not post the bond this is allowing the audit to continue.

“The pause is off. @azdemparty won’t post the $1m bond that a judge demanded in order to halt the @ArizonaAudit for the weekend so he can ensure laws governing confidentiality of ballots and voter registration info are followed.”

1621202435092.png

Roopali Desai attorney for the Democrats said the party won’t put up the bond. This then ends this attempt from the Democrats to stop the forensic audit. We will see if they try again in some fashion to interfere with the audit.”

Dominion Voting Systems issued a statement Thursday claiming, “it provides information to auditors who have been accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to certify voting machines, but will not provide information, including passwords, to unaccredited auditors.”

Dominion has also accused Cyber Ninjas, the company hired to carry out the audit, of “bias and incompetence” in the way it has conducted the audit.

Recently it was brought to light Maricopa County officials do not have the router password for the machines. Now Emerald Robinson retweeted someone who points out Benson, Secretary of State of Michigan responses show that she does know how the equipment works and that only the vendor knew the details the controlled the election. She has recently requested to be excused from deposition in the election fraud lawsuit.

“Maricopa County (AZ) officials have already admitted they don’t have the router passwords. They are not in charge of the election. That’s illegal. Michigan officials are admitting the exact same thing now!”

1621202353627.png

The current audit is estimated to be competed some time in July and hopefully bring some clarity to those who still question the validity of the 2020 presidential election.

CBS News Poll of Republican Voters Is Final Stake in Heart of Cheney's Efforts

By Nick Arama | May 16, 2021 2:30 PM ET

We’ve been reporting how Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) literally blew up her career over her desire to take down President Donald Trump, doing everything from attacking her colleagues to attacking Fox News in the process.

She was at it again today, going after House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and her replacement as the GOP House Conference Chair, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY). Media hasn’t been shy about featuring her on all the shows, as she spreads all kinds of attacks against her colleagues — and Trump.

This is why the Republican leadership dumped her, because she wasn’t able to focus on dealing with Joe Biden; she was too wrapped up in continuing to go after Trump. But in return, she’s now attacking the GOP leadership, her successor, and trying to burn them in retribution.

If she thinks this is giving her a future in the Republican Party, she may want to check the new poll out from CBS News. They polled people who identify as Republicans about her removal, and the poll shows the continued importance of Trump to the future of the party.

1621203891374.png

Eighty percent of Republicans agreed with the vote to remove Cheney. Of that group, their various reasons included her being “off-message, unsupportive of Mr. Trump, and that she’s wrong about the 2020 presidential election.” Interestingly, even the twenty percent that didn’t agree said they were less likely to vote in Republican primaries, according to CBS, making them even less likely to be an important factor.

The poll also showed, by big numbers, that Republicans want the party to follow Trump’s example on issues like the economy (89%), immigration (88%), leadership (80%) and how to treat the media (77%). Sixty-six percent said being loyal to Trump was important, 33% said it wasn’t important. Sixty-seven percent said they didn’t believe that Joe Biden was the legitimate winner of the election. While concerns about what happened in the 2020 election were important, it was most important to be focused on the right policies — that important legislation and agreeing on economic policy was more important.

The poll was conducted of 951 Republicans or “Republican-leaners” in the U.S. by YouGov between May 12-14.

This should be a big, flashing signal to Cheney and to the Never Trump folks, that if they think they’re sweeping Trump to the side, the Republican base isn’t going to have that. That they have no future in the party; put a fork in them.

But perhaps, even more than that, it’s showing that Republican voters want the party to continue on the path that Trump started on the economy, on immigration, and pushing the issues they care about. They don’t want to veer off that path by distractions, whether those distractions are from Democrats or Liz Cheney.

Mitt Romney Reminds Us Again Why the GOP Establishment Deserves to Get Shellacked

By Jeff Charles | May 16, 2021 3:30 PM ET

Senate Television via AP
These people are horrible at reading the room, aren’t they? Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) once again went full Maddow during an interview recently, when discussing the riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

During the conversation on Thursday with HuffPost, the senator stated that the riot was an “insurrection against the Constitution.” His comments came as several other Republican lawmakers weighed in on the incident, some downplaying the severity of the riot.

Romney said the assault on the Capitol building caused several deaths, injuries, and property damage. “I was there,” he said. “What happened was a violent effort to interfere with and prevent the constitutional order of installing a new president.”

The lawmaker was one of several GOP senators who voted to convict former President Donald Trump for supposedly inciting the riot. Democrats and members of the activist media have been using the incident to smear the conservative movement.

People like Romney and Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), who was recently removed from her position as GOP House chair, have found it difficult to move on after Trump left office. Along with their friends on the left, these individuals continue fixating over the former president like CNN’s Jim Acosta over his reflection in a mirror.

If only these people had as much energy for the George Floyd riots as they do for the assault on the U.S. Capitol.

Indeed, despite what the left would have you believe, Cheney did not lose her position because she criticized Trump. She was not ousted because she supported the second impeachment sham. It was her constant need to bring up the riots and Trump’s comments about the 2020 election that eventually did her in.

When she faced the same consequences in February, she still enjoyed enough support to keep her in as conference chair. But now, even her allies have grown sick of her incessant relitigating of the election and the riots that followed. While the rest of the party wishes to move forward and work with Trump, regardless of their disagreements with his comment, people like Romney, Cheney and the rest of the Never Trump crowd present themselves as obstacles to progress on the right.

What these people have failed to realize is that the conservative base is moving on. They can’t seem to accept that rank-and-file Republicans and conservatives are rejecting them, and rightly so. Establishment figures like Romney have been in power on the right for decades, without any significant level of success in implementing conservative policies.

Instead, they offered a milquetoast resistance to the left’s worst inclinations. They failed to effectively sell conservative ideas to compete with the left’s further advance toward socialism. In several cases, they completely acquiesced to the Democrats, despite the impact it would have on their constituents. There is a reason why the immigration issue was never given much attention until Trump came on the scene, right?

These are the problems that establishment types find difficult to grasp. This is not about Trump, per se, but about the base growing even more fed up with its ineffectual leaders. To put it simply, Romney’s ilk were given ample opportunity to do right by their constituents, and they completely and utterly fouled it up. Now, it is time to try something new.

Arabella Advisors: Democrats’ Darkest Dark Money

The consulting network tilted the 2020 election to favor Democrats and leftist initiatives

MAY 12, 2021
|HAYDEN LUDWIG

While most Americans were hooked on the 2020 electoral battle between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, Washington’s biggest “dark money” network was quietly funneling tens of millions of dollars into races meant to flip the Republican-held Senate and advance the left’s permanent transformation of America.

Meet Arabella Advisors, the Beltway’s best-kept secret.

Arabella Advisors is a for-profit consulting firm founded by former Clinton administration staffer Eric Kessler, who started his career as an environmental activist for the League of Conservation Voters. The firm controls four nonprofits (the “sisters”) with vague names and a common address: the 501(c)(3) New Venture Fund, Hopewell Fund, and Windward Fund, and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, Arabella’s 501(c)(4) lobbying shop. Each of these nonprofits pays the company for the privilege of being staffed and led by Arabella folks ($137 million since 2008), and all four are behemoths—bringing in $731 million from difficult-to-trace donors in 2019 alone.

My colleagues and I at the Capital Research Center have studied the Arabella network for over two years. Here’s how it works.

Arabella’s nonprofits act as the left’s premier pass-through funders for professional activists. Big foundations—including the Gates, Buffett, and Ford Foundations—have laundered billions of dollars through this network, washing their identities from the dollars that go to push radical policies on America.

But the real juice from these nonprofits comes from the vast array of “pop-up groups” they run—called so because they consist almost solely of slick websites that may pop into existence one day and pop out the next, usually once the campaign is through. We’ve counted over 350 such front groups pushing everything from federal funding of abortion to overhauling Obamacare to packing the Supreme Court.

Arabella is as dark as “dark money” gets. It’s also the prime example of liberal hypocrisy over anonymous political spending, operating in nearly total obscurity from the mainstream media, liberal dark money hawks like Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), or even the conservative movement, from 2005 until 2019, when the Capital Research Center yanked it into the spotlight.
As more of this massive web of groups—responsible for churning out nearly $2.5billion since its creation—has come into focus, one thing’s become clear: When a special interest donor goes to Arabella, they’re expecting a political payoff.

Nothing better illustrates this than the network’s spending spree in 2020, when it channeled an unprecedented sum into critical races that handed key Senate seats to the Democrats, passed liberal ballot initiatives in states, and even set up the campaign to make the District of Columbia the 51st state. And all of this was run from Arabella’s plush offices in downtown Washington, D.C.

Electing Democrats
The Sixteen Thirty Fund, Arabella’s 501(c)(4) advocacy arm, poured over $57 million between 2019 and 2020 into left-wing PACs that savaged President Trump and aided Joe Biden. That includes $7 million passed to two pro-Biden super PACs: Unite the Country and Victory 2020. Victory 2020 was run and funded by the anti-Republican attack group American Bridge 21st Century.

Sixteen Thirty spent $15 million in four close Senate races in 2020, helping to defeat two Republican incumbents: Cory Gardner in Colorado and Martha McSally in Arizona. Iowa’s Joni Ernst and Maine’s Susan Collins both survived the onslaught. But the Sixteen Thirty Fund bankrolled its attack ads through local groups with sentimental names intended to fool voters into believing they represented grassroots interests, not the D.C. swamp.

Take Colorado, where the Sixteen Thirty Fund paid $4 million in 2019 to the 501(c)(4) Rocky Mountain Values, which describes itself as an “organization made up of real Coloradans—not special interests.” Rocky Mountain Values spent $1.3 million—more than twice the amount spent by the right-leaning Chamber of Commerce—on attack ads accusing Gardner of taking “hundreds of thousands of dollars” from D.C. lobbyists then “voting against commonsense limits” on prescription drug prices.

Almost nothing concrete about this group of “real Coloradans” can be found. Its Grand Junction address is a two-bedroom house, and it isn’t listed in the IRS nonprofit database. But its director, Alvina Vasquez, is the communications director of Strategies 360, a top public relations firm whose senior vice president ran the 2020 Senate campaign of John Hickenlooper, the Democrat who unseated Republican Cory Gardner.

Here’s the kicker: Rocky Mountain Values was backed by another $425,000 in anti-Gardner ads paid for by two other Sixteen Thirty Fund pop-ups: the court-packing group Demand Justice, and Protect Our Care, which supports Obamacare. For Arabella, this was an inside job.

The story repeats itself in Arizona, where Sixteen Thirty shifted $4 million to Advancing AZ (also called “Honest Arizona”), a (c)(4) formed a scant six months before the November election whose leader, Steve Gomez, has close ties to Majority Forward, the independent expenditure arm of the Democrats’ Senate Majority PAC.

That cash went into ads (some in Spanish) attacking Republican Sen. Martha McSally for voting to overturn Obamacare, claiming she would hike drug prices for seniors and eliminate healthcare coverage for nearly 3 million Arizonans with pre-existing conditions. Advancing AZ even held a mock town hall called “Missing Martha McSally” (she didn’t attend) co-hosted by the Sierra Club, Planned Parenthood, and others, with Democratic Arizona representative Ruben Gallego standing in for McSally to answer voters’ questions. McSally went on to lose reelection by 79,000 votes.

In Maine, Sixteen Thirty spent $3.9 million to help Maine Momentum, created by a former aide to local Democrat Rep. Chellie Pingree to defeat Sen. Susan Collins. Unlike its cohorts in Colorado and Arizona, however, Maine Momentum came under fire for attack ads even the Washington Post called “mostly false.” The group’s leadership even lied about its connections to Arabella, claiming it didn’t work with Democratic organizations and was “totally Maine-based”—before tax records revealed it was funded by the Sixteen Thirty Fund.

In Iowa, Sixteen Thirty gave $2.9 million to the self-described “grassroots” group Iowa Forward to knock off Sen. Joni Ernst. Within six months of its creation the group dumped $600,000 on attack ads criticizing Ernst for voting to repeal Obamacare, even wheeling out a billboard at the Iowa State Fair in 2019 demanding she “stop voting to gut our health care.” Ernst defeated her opponent by more than 110,000 votes.

The common thread between these races is healthcare, and it isn’t hard to see why; Democrats arguably won their 2018 House majority by thumping Republicans on the issue. But far from leaving these critical Senate races to chance, Sixteen Thirty Fund funneled tens of millions of dollars into tilting election outcomes to favor Democrats—with no accountability to the local voters it duped.

The North Fund: From Dark to Darker
Closely connected to Sixteen Thirty is the North Fund, a mysterious 501(c)(4) group with no online presence and a co-working space address in Washington, D.C. North Fund is a front for Sixteen Thirty Fund—which was its sole donor in 2019, passing $9.3 million to North Fund, a huge increase considering that its revenues were less than $50,000 in 2018. It also maintains a paid relationship with Arabella Advisors to provide “administrative support” and other services, according to its Form 990, as do Arabella’s other nonprofits.

The group is led by a handful of Democratic operatives, including a former aide to former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and Jim Gerstein. Gerstein was a consultant for left-wing groups and political candidates, and he previously led Democracy Corps, the boutique strategy firm founded by Democratic strategists James Carville and Stanley Greenberg, the authors of Bill Clinton’s winning presidential campaign strategy.

North Fund is the puppet master behind “51 for 51,” the top campaign to grant statehood to the District of Columbia with a seven-figure ad blitz pushing the idea. Granting D.C. statehood would all but guarantee the Democrats a Senate majority by creating two additional Senate seats representing Washington’s 700,000 residents. House Democrats narrowly voted to advance a statehood bill on April 22 along party lines (216-208), but it will almost certainly die in the Senate, where Democrats and Republicans are tied 50-50 (the bill requires 60 votes to pass).

North Fund has also spent at least $200,000 lobbying Congress on bills, including the “For the People Act” (H.R. 1), the Democrats’ leading effort to dismantle voter ID requirements, federalize elections and the congressional redistricting process, and, ironically, end “dark money” in politics by forcing groups to disclose their donors—a serious breach of the First Amendment. It’s likely part of Sixteen Thirty’s own lobbying for H.R. 1, which the group’s director recently explained was part of its efforts to “reduce the influence of special interest money in politics, and rebuild the trust of all Americans.”

But don’t expect Sixteen Thirty Fund or its allies to disclose their donors any time soon. When pressed by the state of Montana to reveal its donors after plunging $4.8 million into the state’s largest pro-marijuana legalization group last year, North Fund refused. The initiative passed.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg. North Fund poured millions of dollars into defeating Colorado’s proposed 22-week abortion ban (defeated), supporting Missouri’s Medicaid expansion (passed), and passing Ohio’s minimum wage hike (didn’t make the ballot) among others. It even supported an unsuccessful constitutional amendment to radically change how Arkansas draws its congressional and legislative maps to bring it in line with California and other states with supposedly “independent” redistricting commissions.

But good luck tracing these dark dollars back to their original donors. That’s Arabella’s specialty—remaking America in the left’s own image without leaving a money trail.

Last night CMZ released a number of posts on Telegraph. In this first post, CMZ provides a memo from the President of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS), Jack Sellers.

In it, Sellers labels the Senate and anyone who wants to perform a legitimate audit of the County’s results backing “lies and half-truths”.

Sellers admits deleting files from voting machines is a crime. He says, “the claim that our employees deleted election files and destroyed evidence is outrageous.” We know that but he doesn’t his team didn’t do that.

As CMZ notes, Sellers never says the files were not deleted. He leaves the question open, who selected the files.

Trump Releases New Statement Saying There is No Way Biden Won the 2020 Presidential Election

By Cassandra Fairbanks

Former President Donald Trump released a statement on Sunday citing new polling by CBS showing that 80 percent of Republicans agree with ousting Rep. Liz Cheney and 67 percent say that they do not believe Joe Biden was the legitimate winner of the 2020 presidential election.

Trump wrote that he agrees with them 100 percent and that there is no way Biden won the 2020 presidential election.
“Breaking News! New polling by CBS News on the state of the Republican Party (which is very strong!). ‘President Trump has a strong hold on the GOP.’ 80% of Republicans agree with the removal of Liz Cheney from GOP Leadership and only 20% disagree,” Trump wrote. “The poll also showed that 67% of Republicans said that they do not consider Sleepy Joe Biden to be the legitimate winner of the 2020 Presidential Election. I agree with them 100%, just look at the facts and the data—there is no way he won the 2020 Presidential Election!”
CBS reports on their latest polling data, “Eighty percent of Republicans who’d heard about the vote agree with Cheney’s removal — they feel she was off-message, unsupportive of Mr. Trump, and that she’s wrong about the 2020 presidential election. To a third of them, and most particularly for those who place the highest importance on loyalty, Cheney’s removal also shows ‘disloyalty will be punished.'”

00-19.jpg

The CBS report says, “Republicans say that Mr. Trump himself represents their views just as well as they think the party does; it’s a personal connection to him we’ve seen for years. Today, loyalty also means they specifically want the party to follow more of the former president’s examples across a range of items, including economics, issues of race and immigration, how to treat the media, using power and leadership, generally.”

In a statement on Saturday, former President Donald Trump declared that the 2020 presidential election “will go down as the crime of the century.”

In a subsequent statement later that day, he blasted Mike Pence and Mitch McConnell.
“As our Country is being destroyed, both inside and out, the Presidential Election of 2020 will go down as THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!” Trump said in a statement.

The next statement took aim at the former Vice President for refusing to send back the Electoral College vote for recertification.

“Had Mike Pence had the courage to send the Electoral College vote back to states for recertification, and had Mitch McConnell fought for us instead of being the weak and pathetic leader he is, we would right now have a Republican President who would be VETOING the horrific Socialistic Bills that are rapidly going through Congress, including Open Borders, High Taxes, Massive Regulations, and so much else!” Trump wrote.

On Sunday, Trump issued another statement saying there is no way that Biden won the 2020 election.

NEW HAMPSHIRE Forensic Election Audit Update: Asst. AG Seen Walking Toward Table Covered With “Secured” Ballots At 11:15 PM Before Camera Footage Went Out For An Hour

By Patty McMurray
Published May 16, 2021 at 8:30pm

On February 11, the Gateway Pundit reported about a November hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, that found that the voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

Shortly after their report, the New Hampshire state senate voted 24-0 to force the state to perform an audit of the Windham, New Hampshire state representative races on November 3, 2020.

recount--740x397.jpg

Granite Grok reported:
The Town of Windham used Dominion machines to count paper ballots and upon a believable hand recount, it was confirmed each Republican was machine-cheated out of roughly 300 votes.

You would think this would have been solved by the Dominion machine company, the Secretary of State, the Elections Unit of the AG’s Office, or the laughable Ballot Law Commission. (Kathy Sullivan, d (Term expires July 1, 2024)
Nope.

Just like every other state that used machines that alter ballot counts in favor of one political party over another – here we are.

On March 6th, the Gateway Pundit reported that New Hampshire Secretary of State Gardner agreed to a complete forensic audit of the Windham voting machines and the ballots.

100 Percent Fed Up – On May 2, Jim Hoft from The Gateway Pundit and Patty McMurray from 100% Fed Up interviewed New Hampshire activist Ken Eyring and Windham, New Hampshire Selectman Bruce Breton about the controversial selection of Verified Voting to conduct the forensic audit of the November election.

Rumble video on website 58:10 min

Of the five Windham Selectman tasked with hiring the team that would oversee the election audit, Bruce Breton was the lone vote to select Jovan Pulitzer as the auditor for the upcoming forensic audit. One Selectman abstained from voting, and the other three Windham Selectmen selected Mark Lindeman from Verified Voting to oversee the audit of the 2020 election ballots in the conservative community.

A large group of Windham citizens showed up to the next Selectmen meeting to express their concern over the appointment of Lindeman, who only days before signed a letter to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann stating that he was against their ongoing audit of Maricopa County.

From the Gateway Pundit – New Hampshire Secretary of State William Gardner chose the second investigator for the Windham audit.

Despite calls and emails from New Hampshire residents to choose Jovan Pulitzer, Gardner disappointed his constituents and chose Harri Hursti, who has years of experience investigating voting machines.

Harri Hursti is (or was) also an Advisory Board member for Verified Voting which is also very concerning.

Philip Stark was chosen as the third auditor to round out the process.

Via The New Hampshire Department of Justice:

Philip Stark is a University of California mathematician who made headlines when he resigned from Verified Voting in 2019.

Alternet reported on Stark back in 2019.

Verified Voting, the national advocacy group seeking accountable election results, has been “providing cover” for untrustworthy new voting systems and the public officials buying them, according to an esteemed academic board member who has resigned in protest.

“VV [Verified Voting] is on the wrong side,” said the resignation letter from Philip Stark, a University of California mathematician who created a vote-verification tool being adopted by growing numbers of states that has been widely promoted by Verified Voting and advocacy groups following its lead.

Verified Voting is a heavyweight in election policy circles. It relies on its academic credentials to tell public officials to trust them and to dismiss competing views. To be accused by the inventor of its “gold-standard” audit solution of selling out while states and counties are buy voting technology that will be used into the 2030s is remarkable.

That tool Stark is concerned about is called a risk-limiting audit (RLA). It uses statistics and manual examinations of a subset of hand-marked paper ballots to assess with 95 percent certainty if the election results were accurate. The problem is that vendors have been pushing new voting systems that replace hand-marked ballots with computer-printed ballot summary cards. (The cards display a voter’s choices in text and barcodes. The cards’ barcodes are used to tally results at the process’s next stage.)

Stark and other critics say that the cards produced by a so-called ballot-marking device (BMD) may not be accurate because potentially insecure software sits between a voter’s fingers and the printout. Thus, Stark contends that his audit tool cannot assess if the reported result is correct.

Also, BMD systems are far more costly than hand-marked ballot systems, he and other critics have said. They note that the acquisition costs are followed by per-machine service agreements designed to generate millions in annual revenues for vendors.

Stark is the third member of the Windham audit team.

Shortly after the audit began, Granite Grok’s Steve MacDonald, who’s done an amazing job of keeping Americans updated on the New Hampshire election irregularities, reported about what he believes was a highly unusual late-night visit to the room where the audit is taking place by none other than New Hampshire’s Assistant AG Ann Edwards.

Screen-Shot-2021-05-16-at-7.51.14-PM-740x398.png

Granite Grok – Before the security camera footage went out for about an hour, we see an image of NH Associate AG Anne Edwards walking toward a table covered with “secured” ballots – from the November election in Windham.

HN-official-740x342.jpg

My contact in Windham tells me that, before the cameras go out, the state Trooper (also pictured) can be heard saying something to the effect that there’s nobody else in the room.
Of course not. It’s a secured room shortly before midnight.

We are interested in why the trooper would say that. Or why the live stream microphones were on before the cameras (all pictures and audio) were off for an hour and 15 minutes. But why was Ann Edwards from the NH AG’s office even there at that hour?

At 11:15 pm on Wednesday. And then the cameras go black for over an hour.

According to my source, on Thursday morning, there were four more boxes of ballots than the original number signed off by Nicole from the Town of Windham. The Windham clerk signed off 23 boxes, but the auditors have 27?

We spoke with New Hampshire Chairman of the Government Integrity Project (GIP) Ken Eyring, who explained that he believes the audit is not properly being conducted.

Since the very beginning, the NH Attorney General’s office has ignored performing any meaningful investigation.

Ken Eyring wrote a piece for the Granite Grok In his blog post, Eyring explains the current state of the election audit in NH:

The reluctance by the AG’s office from the beginning has carried over into the forensic audit process, where it appears they are stifling transparency at every opportunity. What is very concerning, is that the law is clear who should be running the audit process… and it’s not the AG’s office.

The law states,
“The audit process shall be determined by the forensic election audit team.”

To be blunt, the AG’s office should be hands-off. Period. She has been told that, point-blank by Senator Giuda – the sponsor of the Bill. But Edwards continues to interject the AG’s office and its enforcers into the process when Sen. Giuda is not around.

Take a look at this interview I had with WMUR’s Adam Sexton this past Tuesday. It speaks volumes about the process and lack of transparency. This is the tip of the iceberg. I’ll provide more in the upcoming days.

View: https://youtu.be/cAnvTrAALZI
5:07 min

According to Steve MacDonald, there’s more…
Why is the NH AG’s office, which refused to investigate the election discrepancies for months now and has no statutory authority, “taking over the audit” and directing the auditors (who for some unknown reason are listening to them)?

Why is the LHS Associates guy, Jeff Silvestro, whose business stands to lose large if these ballot-counting machines prove to be the source of the problem (we use them all over the state), there every day all day chatting up the NH AG’s office reps on site, Ann Edwards and Nick Chong Yen?

BREAKING: Michigan Voter Fraud Atty. Matt DePerno’s Office Broken Into – Then VFW Hall Cancels DePerno Presser After Threats!

By Patty McMurray
Published May 16, 2021 at 10:17pm

Matthew DePerno is the brave lawyer representing Bill Bailey, the plaintiff in the Antrim County, MI voter fraud case.
DePerno.jpg

100 Percent Fed Up reports- For several months, Erik Grill, the attorney for Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, has been pushing hard to dismiss Bill Bailey’s voter fraud case against Antrim County that she was added to as a defendant by Michigan’s radical, far-left Attorney General Dana Nessel.

DePerno has received multiple threats over his fight to expose voter fraud in Antrim County, Michigan where over 5,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in the November election in a solidly RED county.

On Friday evening, Matt DePerno’s law office was broken into.

According to DePerno, the break-in took place in the late evening. Police were called to investigate the break-in and it was determined that nothing was stolen. The real question is, who broke into DePerno’s office and what were they looking for?

On Monday, DePerno scheduled a press conference in Traverse City, MI at the VFW hall, where he planned to drop a bombshell discovery in the Antrim County voter fraud case.

Today, DePerno got a call from a VFW representative telling him that they could no longer allow him to use the VFW hall for his press conference after they allegedly received threats from someone or some group for allowing DePerno to use their facility for his press conference.
DePerno’s press conference will now be held at 12 PM the American Legion Post 35 at 1231 Hastings St. Traverse City, MI. 49686
We talked to Matt DePerno tonight. The Antrim County attorney told us that he was disappointed by the decision of the Traverse City VFW hall to cancel his press conference. “You can’t even have a press conference about a case about defending your First Amendment Rights without being threatened by someone to silence you?” DePerno asked. DePerno, who is sick of watching the free speech rights of Americans shut down by those who don’t agree with them, or who don’t want the truth to be exposed, slammed the leftist group for threatening the veteran’s group. “We get canceled just because someone threatens you?” DePerno asked, adding, “Not only can you not express yourself by voting, but you can’t even talk about it anymore!”

DePerno shared his disgust in having to find another location at the last minute, explaining that it’s hard enough to get the media to report on one of the biggest election stories in our nation, but now, he can’t even find a place to speak freely about his case. Clearly disheartened by this latest development, DePerno, a brave patriot, and fighter to the end pledged to find a new location for his press conference tomorrow. “No mainstream media will report about this, so when we hold a press conference to attract the local media, and someone or some group threatens to shut it down?” DePerno asked.

Matt DePerno must be over the target, otherwise, why would the left be trying so hard to shut him down? First, it was our dishonest Secretary of State and several anonymous people threatening him, hoping to get DePerno to shut down his case. Now, his office is being broken into and someone or some group is allegedly threatening to shut down his press conference.

100 Percent Fed Up will be driving almost 5 hours tomorrow morning to cover DePerno’s press conference in Traverse City. Stay tuned…we will share the location of DePerno’s press conference as soon as he locates a business or space he can speak freely without being threatened by the Left.

Look for our LIVE press conference with Matt DePerno on our 100 Percent Fed Up Facebook page at 11 AM EST. Click HERE to go to our Facebook page at 11 am. 100 Percent FED Up

Video Shows U.S. Capitol Police Gave Protesters OK to Enter
By Julie Kelly
ag-mark_90833ec2.svg

May 16, 2021

Anewly-obtained video shows United States Capitol Police officers speaking with several January 6 protestors—including Jacob Chansley, the so-called “Q shaman”—inside the Capitol that afternoon.

One officer, identified in the video and confirmed by charging documents as Officer Keith Robishaw, appears to tell Chansely’s group they won’t stop them from entering the building. “We’re not against . . . you need to show us . . . no attacking, no assault, remain calm,” Robishaw warns. Chansley and another protestor instruct the crowd to act peacefully. “This has to be peaceful,” Chansley yelled. “We have the right to peacefully assemble.”
Watch:

Rumble video on website .44 min

The video directly contradicts what government prosecutors allege in a complaint filed January 8 against Chansley: “Robishaw and other officers calmed the protestors somewhat and directed them to leave the area from the same way they had entered. Chansley approached Officer Robishaw and screamed, among other things, that this was their house, and that they were there to take the Capitol, and to get Congressional leaders.”

Chansley later is seen entering the Senate chambers with a police officer behind him; he led several protesters in prayer and sat in Vice President Mike Pence’s chair. (The man in the yellow sweatshirt is William Watson, a drug dealer out on bond. He was arrested in January.)

Chansley is not charged with assaulting an officer; he faces several counts for trespassing and disorderly conduct. He has been incarcerated since January, denied bail awaiting trial. He has no criminal record.

American Greatness obtained the video from RMG News. The 44-second clip is reportedly part of a much longer video that has yet to be released.

Democrat Looks to Censure Republicans Who Disagree With January 6 Narrative

BY RICK MORAN MAY 15, 2021 10:01 AM ET

Rhode Island Democrat David Cicilline is asking colleagues to sign on to a resolution that would censure three House Republicans for trying to minimize the events surrounding the January 6 riot at the Capitol.

Censure is a very serious matter. Only expulsion from Congress would be a worse punishment. If Democrats are going to censure Republicans for downplaying what happened on 1/6, what should the punishment be for hysterically overexaggerating what happened at the riot?

Cicilline said the Republicans — Reps. Andrew Clyde (Ga.), Jody Hice (Ga.), and Paul Gosar (Ariz.) — claimed the riot was not an insurrection and engaged in other efforts to undermine the “damage that was done.”

“In doing so, they recklessly disregarded the future harm they could cause by legitimizing a violent attack on our democratic institutions — a conscious and harmful decision calling into question their dedication to their role as Representatives,” Cicilline wrote in a resolution.

In other words, the GOP House members do not agree with many of their Democratic colleagues that the Capitol riot was a threat to the existence of the United States government.

Politico:
The resolution comes as a growing number of pro-Trump lawmakers are seeking to downplay the violence that unfolded on Jan. 6, when scores of people broke into the Capitol, prompting then-Vice President Mike Pence, congressional leaders, rank-and-file lawmakers, staff, and others to flee and take shelter in various parts of the Capitol complex.
Rioters aggressively confronted law enforcement officials on the House floor, who had their guns drawn. A handful of GOP lawmakers also stood at the ready, prepared for hand-to-hand combat. Rep. Troy Nehls (R-Texas), one of those members, told POLITICO in January that he saw a man carrying a flag on a long wooden pole that was sharpened on the end.
The Capitol riot was an extremely dangerous situation and that the lives of members were at risk. There was also an alleged element of conspiracy as some extremist groups actually planned to enter the Capitol. What they were going to do once inside is a matter of dispute, depending on which group of nutcases you want to believe.

If it was an “insurrection,” it was incompetently planned and amateurishly executed. Hitler’s Beer Hall Putsch was a model of efficiency compared to the conspirators’ actions on 1/6.

But what if there are members of Congress who knowingly and deliberately exaggerate what happened on 1/6? Or is there no over-exaggeration too ludicrous to punish? Perhaps we could start with members who want to introduce censure resolutions against Republicans simply because they don’t buy into the dominant narrative?

Maybe Cicilline should censure some of the Republicans for stupidity.

Clyde likened video footage of rioters storming the Capitol to “a normal tourist visit” during a hearing on the attack this week.
“If you didn’t know the TV footage was a video from January the 6th, you would actually think it was a normal tourist visit,” Clyde said, arguing it was “no insurrection.”
No, it didn’t look anything like a “normal tourist visit.” But neither did it look like an organized rebellion.

Recommended: The Capitol Riot Rorschach Test

The politics of 1/6 demand that Republicans look to minimize what happened while Democrats seek to exaggerate the danger. To pretend that anyone — Cicilline included — has a corner on truth and wisdom when it comes to characterizing the events of January 6 is silly.

And it’s even sillier to punish Republicans for exaggerating their narrative while Democrats are free and clear to exaggerate theirs.

HUGE EXCLUSIVE: Windham, NH Audit Results Show Ample Evidence that Voting Machines Favored Democrats, Are Not Reliable and Cannot be Trusted

By Jim Hoft
Published May 17, 2021 at 8:00am
BCCDC5A6-712B-48E6-9788-5910BEF5132B.jpeg

Dr. David Strang M.D., is the Belknap County Republican Committee State Committee Member, with the New Hampshire GOP.

On Sunday Dr. Strang examined the latest results coming from the Windham, New Hampshire elections audit. He was stunned with the results and wrote up an analysis out for The Gateway Pundit.

Dr. Strang told The Gateway Pundit that there were at least two other towns that had voting machines, similar to Machine #2 in Windham, that showed Democrat favoritism. According to Dr. Strang these voting machines were always the machines that were fed the most ballots in these communities. So this is a repetitive peculiarity that we are seeing.

Dr. Strang believes the state has a huge problem on its hands. The totals from the Windham machines cannot be replicated. Only the hand recounts are reliable. And the machines are shorting Republicans in Windham at a greater rate than Democrat candidates.

* * * * * * * * * *

Via Dr. Strang:

I have looked at the actual machine tapes from the audit and the numbers are WORSE than what Ken Eyring reported on his chart that you featured in this morning’s post.

Here is my take:

Winning an election shouldn’t depend on your supporters inserting their ballots into the “right” machine, but rather, any machine, as they should all count ballots the same. Well, that’s not what happened on Nov. 3rd in Windham. NH.

The numbers coming from the legislatively-ordered audit in that NH town confirm what the concerned citizens of NH have claimed all along. Our machines are not accurate and cannot be trusted to accurately count our votes.

This past week, all of the machine countable ballots were run through each of the 4 Accuvote OSX vote-counting machines owned by the Town of Windham. If you were a Democrat running for the NH House of Reps, your count was pretty much the same regardless of which machine counted your votes. One of the four Democrats had only a 2 vote difference across the 4 machines, out of nearly 10,000 votes cast. The second had a 4 vote difference, the third 5 votes and the 4th candidate, Kristi St. Laurent, had a difference of 18 votes across the 4 machines.

Eighteen votes seems like a lot when comparing mechanical tallies, but it’s nothing when you look at the Republican results.

tape-audit-windham.jpg
An audit tape from Windham , New Hampshire

If the election had been held this past week, when the audit retallied these votes, then Rep. Robert Lynn would have received 4902 votes if all of the machine-readable ballots had been fed thru machine #2. But if fed into machine 3, he would have received an additional 136 votes for an increase of 2.77%! We know from the Town’s printout of Nov. 3rd, that Rep. Lynn was credited with only 4757 machine-readable votes, yet another deviation, accounting for another 281 vote discrepancy.

In fact, when the ballots were fed through all four machines this past week, Machine #2 reliably and repeatedly shorted each of these 4 Republican candidates 136 votes (Lynn), 54 (McMahon), 53 (Soti) and 53 votes (Griffin) compared to the results from the other machines. These audit-repeated machine counts are also different from those machine-generated counts on Nov. 3rd by 281 votes (Lynn), 274 (Soti), 276 (McMahon), and 279 votes (Griffin).

votes-windham.jpg

We already know that other towns have their own version of “machine two,” so this does not appear to be a Windham-only problem.

The fact that these machines do not agree with each other and have such a wide variation amongst the four just for the repeat audit machine count alone, means that the hand recount totals from Nov. 12th are likely to be the only accurate tally. If so, then we will have evidence that the audit machine count does not agree with the Nov. 3rd machine count, nor does it agree with the Nov.12th hand count, which is about to be repeated this week.

Then we will see if this machine error extends to a statewide Federal race (US Senate) and a statewide non-Federal race (Governor) as well, as both of these races are scheduled to be hand-counted this week as part of the audit.

Regardless of what those two additional hand counts show this week, we already have ample evidence that our machines are NOT reliable, and it is time for NH to say good-bye to machine-generated counting.

Matt DePerno BOMBSHELL: Michigan Attorney Says Anyone with Access to Voting Machine Tabulators Can Change an Election, Backdate Their Cheating (VIDEO)

Matt DePerno just dropped a BOMB at his Antrim County Michigan press conference.

DePerno and his team say the tabulator machines can be reopened after the election. The machines can then run more ballots through the tabulator, print off a new tabulator tape with new ballots, and then backdate that tape to November 3rd.

This is shocking news!

If this can be replicated in other jurisdictions it should invalidate the voting machines from every election moving forward.

Matt DePerno: And I’ll tell you something we discovered this weekend. We can now show that after the election is done, someone, anyone really who has access to those tabulators, can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate that tape to November 3rd.

Windham, NH Audit Update: Early Results Are Troubling As Dominion Rep’s Presence Continues

May 17, 2021
As the forensic audit in Windham, New Hampshire enters week two, an issue raised frequently and repeated by Windham resident Ken Eyring, Chairman of the recently formed Government Integrity Project (GIP), is that:

“The voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020, show the aging Diebold ES2000 Model A Voting Machines cannot be trusted. And by extension… potentially the elections across the state of New Hampshire as well.”

View: https://youtu.be/3REvBPd89jw
1:09:07 min

The audit, which UncoverDC has been reporting on since March as SB43 was still being drafted, is beginning to catch the nation’s attention. All three auditors selected (Harri Hursti, Mark Lindeman, and Phillip Stark) have ties to left-leaning Verified Voting and have publicly stated there is no credible evidence of fraud in the 2020 election. State Senator Bob Giuda—who has been a steadfast advocate for voter integrity, along with Eyring and many others in the Windham community—has also expressed concern over the NH Attorney General’s office conducting a thorough forensic audit.

View: https://youtu.be/75Gj_MbnQB8
5:15 min

After discovering that the live stream of the audit, which is supposed to be a 24-hour operation, was offline for almost two hours last Wednesday night, uncertainty towards the position of the AG’s office has continued to raise questions. Assistant AG Anne Edwards spent quite a bit of time last week speaking at the audit facility to Jeff Silvestro, head of LHS Associates, an operation that exclusively maintains the Dominion voting machines in the Granite State, as well as in much of New Hampshire.

Slivestro-looking-at-machine-during-audit.jpg
LHS President Jeff Silvestro (in dark jacket and mask) is steps away from a voting machine during Friday’s ongoing forensic audit of the election in Windham, NH. It is not clear if this audit activity is visible on the live stream.

According to Eyring, preliminary results of the vote totals produced by running all of the ballots from Windham’s Nov. 3, 2020, general election through all of Windham’s four voting machines configured on Nov. 3 raise important questions. He noted that the first table and graph below display some troubling results of the Rockingham District 7 State Rep race. Eyring, who believes it is time to get rid of the aging Diebold machines and examine conducting a hand-count of every vote on election night, elaborated:

“The audit results of each machine are significantly different from the results produced on 11/3/20. Why? The audit results are closer to the results of the hand recount that was overseen by the Secretary of State’s office that took place on 11/12/20, but those results are also significantly different for five of the candidates. This could be due to the fact that some of the counted votes during the 11/12/20 recount were tallied based on clear voter intent that was acknowledged by everyone observing.”

“Another disturbing observation is the variation of between 2 – 44 votes when the results of each candidate are compared across each machine’s audit results. There’s a minuscule difference of 2 votes for Ioana Singureanu between all four machines and a massive number of 44 votes for Bob Lynn between AccuVote #2 and AccuVote #4. A potential error of 44 votes is unacceptable in any election—because it could cause the wrong person to be declared the winner and subsequently sworn into office.”

TableForGraph-1-2048x1245-1.jpg

Eyring also provides additional insight into other races in New Hampshire, sharing the machine results from the 11/3/20 general election and the machine results from the audit on Friday. He notes that it is important to be aware that “the forensic audit team assigned different numbers to each of the machines when compared to how Windham election officials number the machines. In order to accurately compare the machine results from election day to the same machine in the audit, the machines numbers in the audit table below match the election day machine numbers.”
Eying shared a breakdown of the next graph:

“The table on the left shows the breakdown of machine vote totals for each of the machines on election day + the 80 UOCAVA ballot votes in the Totals column. UOCAVA (Uniformed And Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act) ballots cannot be processed through the machines, so they need to be hand-counted.”

“The table on the right shows the audit results of all the ballots for each machine number. The TOTAL columns for each machine includes the UOCAVA votes that were counted on election day. Keep in mind, this is a preliminary result—and the audit team has not yet counted the UOCAVA ballots yet—so in order to compare “apples to apples” results with the general election, the small number of UOCAVA votes from November are being temporarily used. These numbers will be updated using the UOCAVA votes after the audit team has hand-counted those ballots.

As day five of the audit gets underway, Lisa Mazur and other members of the Government Integrity Project are still trying to ascertain whether the memory cards from the four voting machines in Windham have been jeopardized during the audit. And, they continue to question why Jeff Silvestro’s car is in the parking lot of the Edward Cross Training Center in Pembroke, NH, where the Windham audit takes place. They attempted to ask Silvestro on Friday, but he ignored them and drove away in his car. They would like to know:

1) Who invited him to their audit?
2) Why is he allowed to be part of an investigation of his own company?

BREAKING: GOP & Dem Senators Team Up for Alarming Attack on Election Integrity

May 17, 2021
by Kyle Becker
shutterstock_1743370412-810x427.jpg

Written by Kyle Becker

A bi-partisan coalition of Democratic and Republican senators are joining up for a trojan horse attack on election integrity. Senator Joe Manchin, a Democratic senator from West Virginia, and Lisa Murkowski, a Republican senator from Alaska, seek to re-authorize the Voting Rights Act.
It may seem innocuous enough, but the amendment would restore the politicized Department of Justice’s authority to block states seeking to make changes to election laws. A release was filed on the senators’ joint effort to restore the DOJ authority:

“Inaction is not an option. Congress must come together – just as we have done time and again – to reaffirm our longstanding bipartisan commitment to free, accessible, and secure elections for all. We urge you to join us in calling for the bipartisan reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act through regular order. We can do this. We must do this,” they wrote in the letter.

“We reflect not just on the positive impact this legislation has had on individual Americans’ ability to exercise their most fundamental right – the right to vote – and the strength of our democracy writ large, but on the important work we still have to do to realize that promise of ensuring the right of all to vote,” the letter continued.

“Congress last reauthorized the 1965 Voting Rights Act in 2006,” the Hill notes. “But the Supreme Court, in 2013, gutted the law when it struck down the formula for determining if state and local governments were required to get Justice Department preclearance for voting and election changes, arguing that it was outdated.”

“Democrats have rallied around the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, which would revive the formula and try to strengthen the 1965 law,” the report added.

“But while previous reauthorizations of the Voting Rights Act have gotten bipartisan support, the bill would likely face challenges getting the votes needed to defeat a filibuster in the Senate,” the report continued. “Murkowski was the only GOP co-sponsor for the bill during the previous Congress.”

Joe Manchin, a Democratic senator who has defied the party on numerous radical agenda items, including eliminating the filibuster and court-packing, has stated his opposition to the “election reform” law H.R. 1, which would gut voter ID laws in U.S. states.

When he was asked about H.R. 1 in March, Manchin told reporters there are “many good things” about it but Congress “should not at all attempt to do anything that will create more distrust” in elections, Forbes reported.

“We had an insurrection, Jan. 6, because of voting, right,” Manchin said. He predicted passing the bill would make “more of a divisive and partisan issue out of the most divisive issue America has going on right now.”

Manchin did express interest in “expanding voter access,” which is a dubious position since eligible U.S. citizens are not inhibited from voting. There is virtually zero data evidence to support the claim that voter ID laws reduce election turnout.

A major study conducted by the National Bureau of Economic Research based on ten-years of voting data in the United States from 2008-2018 found that voter ID laws “have no negative effect on registration or turnout, overall or for any group defined by race, gender, age, or party affiliation.” The study was conducted by Enrico Cantoni at the University of Bologna and Vincent Pons at Harvard Business School and was published in February 2019.

This international study has been supported by additional research on the issue. “This latest [NBER] study echoes the conclusion of others, including a landmark report by The Heritage Foundation in 2007 finding that voter ID laws don’t reduce voter turnout, including among African-Americans and Hispanics,” the Heritage Foundation noted. “These voters were just as likely to vote in states requiring photo identification as in those that don’t.” Even left-leaning Vox News conceded that voter ID laws don’t reduce voter turnout.

The bi-partisan effort to restore the Voting Rights Act would give a veto on election laws to a Justice Department that has been weaponized by radical Democrats. It would be a surreptitious method to block election integrity laws without senators having to be put on the record for passing H.R. 1.

Brian Stelter: Media Need to Focus Fiercely on 'Republicans vs. Democracy'
Tim Graham

Reliable%20Sources%20with%20Brian%20Stelter%20-%2011_27_55%20am%20-%2011_31_00%20am%20-%2011_00_01%20AM.jpg

On Sunday’s Reliable Sources, host Brian Stelter insisted the news business really needed a “democracy beat.” As if reporters don’t cover elections? No, he means reporters need to focus harder on how Republicans hate democracy and want to destroy it. The “objective media” sure knows how to create organizing principles. As usual, liberals insist Democrats equal democracy.

Stelter explained how all the leftists from Daniel Froomkin to Michael Calderone think it's time for a "GOP voter suppression/anti-democracy" beat:

STELTER: From the former president's big lie blog posts to a fishy audit in Arizona, last year's U.S. election is still being screamed about. The GOP is erecting new barriers to voting in some states, and the newly ousted Liz Cheney is calling out her party for caving in to liars. She says Donald Trump is very much willing to unravel the U.S. democracy to get back to power someday.

And all of this news, all of it, has stoked partisan squabbling, but all of it is bigger than partisan politics. It's really about the future of America's democracy. That's why newsrooms need a democracy beat.

One might admire the shamelessness of putting yourself above “partisan squabbling” as you claim very much like a partisan that the Republicans are an authoritarian threat.

Stelter brought on reliably leftist sources to confirm his argument: Mother Jones reporter Ari Berman, who has specialized in “voter suppression” journalism, and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, an “elected Democrat.” Benson has also been a journalist, Stelter mentioned, but he didn’t elaborate: she worked as a legal assistant to Nina Totenberg at NPR and worked for the leftist Southern Poverty Law Center. Stelter added she also has a CNN.com opinion piece on the Republicans being “democracy deniers.”

Berman explicitly said this “democracy beat” is about how Republicans are a horrible threat to democracy:
STELTER: Ari, I feel like you're on the democracy beat. You've been on for years covering voting rights. When I say democracy beat, does that resonate with you? Is that something that more newsrooms should have?
BERMAN Yes, absolutely, Brian. I think I've been on the democracy beat for the last decade. And I've been urging a lot more reporters to cover these issues. And there's a lot more coverage now than there was a decade ago, but we still need a lot more coverage.
And I think the media needs to understand that the most important dividing line in American politics right now isn't between Democrats and Republicans. It's between Republicans versus democracy.
And that we need to cover this not just through a partisan lens, but treat attacks on things like voting rights as attacks on the most fundamental rights in our democracy, and not ask which party is this benefiting. But how is it hurting voters? How is it hurting democracy? And I think that's the lens that I'd like to see the media cover this story through more often.
Reliable%20Sources%20with%20Brian%20Stelter%20-%2011_00_01%20AM%20%288%29.jpg

Stelter added another softball: "The banner [on screen] right now says is an assault on democracy. Is that -- is that too strong, Ari?" Berman replied "No. I mean, there is an assault on democracy right now, Brian. In the first four months of this year, 361 bills restricting voting access have been introduced, 11 states have changed their voting laws already this year to make it harder to vote in such a short period of time in such a coordinated way."

So bills requiring a voter ID -- supported by a majority of Americans of all races -- is an "assault on democracy"? That's reliably leftist.

Live-Stream Video: Panicked Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Hold Monday Meeting Before Tuesday’s Senate Grilling — Starting at 4 PM ET

By Jim Hoft
Published May 17, 2021 at 3:21pm
maricopa-county-supervisors.jpg

The Maricopa Board of Supervisors is meeting today before their meeting Tuesday with the Arizona State Senate to answer questions about missing files from their voting machines and software handed over to the Senate Auditors.

Last week, the Gateway Pundit reported about the emergency meeting that was called by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, after the County was reportedly unable to provide passwords to the auditors performing an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results. They also did not provide access to the routers which were requested in the audit as well.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database directory” for the 2020 General election, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” had been deleted from the voting machines!

Also, the Arizona Audit Team found “significant discrepancies” between the number of ballots therein and the batch reports included in the boxes.

The data drives that were deleted included adjudicated files from the 2020 election.

President of the Arizona Senate Karen Fann released a letter to Chairman Sellers, demanding answers on Wednesday night.

Senator Karen Fann called the Maricopa County Supervisors to come before the Arizona Senate next Tuesday and explains how the election databases were deleted from the voting machines just 10 days before the machines were turned over to the Senate forensic audit team!

On Thursday night the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors held a meeting and released a statement smearing the Arizona Senate and the Arizona Audit Team, accusing them of “causing agitation.”

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors then scheduled a meeting for Monday — the day before the Senate meeting.

That meeting is about to start.

From the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors website:
  • Following CDC guidelines regarding recommendation to limit social gatherings, no residents will be allowed in the Board of Supervisors‘ meeting rooms.

EXCLUSIVE: A Comparison Between Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ Audits and The Senate Audit – Ultimately There’s No Comparison

By Joe Hoft
Published May 17, 2021 at 5:15pm
Arizona-Maricopa-Co-Board-of-Supervisors.jpg

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) are doing everything possible to disparage the auditors hired by the Arizona Senate and to try and stop the audit. If they believed in the results of the Election in their County they would be welcoming the audit.
The MCBOS knows their results from the 2020 Election are bogus. They show this every day.

They were totally frightened from the first moment that the Arizona Senate mentioned that they wanted to perform an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results. The Democrats, the media, and the biggest ‘Non-Profit’ Democrat entities continue to do all they can to stop the audit.

Now the MCBOS is going to Twitter and is having a press conference to besmirch the Senate’s audit with some more bogus messages and outright lies. They sound pathetic and frightened.

If the MCBOS was confident in the results of the 2020 Election in their county they would be welcoming an audit. Their actions show the opposite.

Let’s compare the MCBOS audits with the Senate’s audit and to get at the truth.

Audit Sponsors:
The Arizona Senate clearly just wants to get to the truth and the accurate vote count from the 2020 Election for President and Senator. They have no agenda other than that. They have listened to their constituents and are doing the audit in response.

The MCBOS recently released a series of tweets besmirching the current audit in progress. They desperately want to shut it down. They have attacked any and all efforts to audit their results from the 2020 election. They sued the Senate to stop any audit and then hired their own auditors when they lost the case with the Senate. The auditors they hired they claimed were certified but we found they were not.

1621294196587.png

Independence and Objectivity of Auditors:
In such a big audit, these items are going to be challenged and they are. The Senate hired a team, led by a Florida firm, Cyber Ninjas. These auditors are constantly attacked by the left as biased based on some statements made by one of the members of the team. In a typical audit, social media activity by the auditors is not under the microscope like it is in this audit. Overall, we have seen no signs of a lack of independence and objectivity in the activities in the audit to date.

The MCBOS, as noted above, chose two audit firms, claiming they were certified, but at the time they were not. Per a cursory review of the work of these teams, which is limited, we have come across no audits where these auditors ever claimed differences between the results of the election. These firms are also highly involved in certifying the machines used in audits. We also did not observe a lack of independence and objectivity by these auditors but they were onsight for only a short period of time.

Scope:
The Senate audits include audits of 8 truckloads of voting machines, estimated at up to 120 voting machines. It also includes an entire forensic review and recount of every ballot counted in the election (2.1 million ballots). The auditors have requested routers and system passwords which the MCBOS is refusing to provide.

1621294156342.png

The MCBOS also deleted an entire database before handing the machines to be audited to the Senate auditors:
1621294122407.png

Each of the firms used by the MCBOS audited a few voting machines. It’s unclear how many machines were tested, but appears to be only a couple per audit team. The auditors’ results are available on the County’s website. Quickly you can see that not much work was done. These audits did not touch the ballots. They weren’t recounted, forensically reviewed, nothing. These were only reviews of a few machines. From this work, the auditors determined the machines were good to go and to be used in an election. To no one’s surprise, they found no issues.

Timeframe:
The Senate’s goal is to forensically audit all the ballots for validity by checking folds, paper types, ink, the format of ballots, and more. The truckloads of voting machines are being audited by a separate team of auditors than those auditing the ballots. This audit has been in progress for nearly a month and has been put on hold as the facility the audit is being held in is used for other activities. The audit team has indicated it is through about 25% of the ballots to date and no results have been supplied from their work.

The MCBOS audits each took one week on-site. The limited scope provided for such a short period of time for the audit.

Cost:
The Senate has allowed for around $150,000 for the audit. There apparently are others who are funding the work of the auditors but their names have been kept a secret. This is one of the MCBOS’s bones of contention.

The MCBOS wasted around $100,000 on their audits.

1621294068606.png

Quality of Audit:
The Senate audit is really incredible. It is taking time but the scope warrants it. We already know that there are issues with the routers which indicates the County doesn’t want the auditors to know where data went during the election time frame. There are issues with passwords, indicating that Dominion ran the audit and not those legally required to do so. No doubt there is more in the ballot review.

The MCBOS audits were weak. They were limited in scope. They didn’t even look at ballots. They basically said – these few machines are fine so the audit must be fine.

Transparency and security:
The Senate’s audit is best in class in regards to transparency and security. At least 9 cameras are on the audit floor 24 hours a day. (This has never been done before in any audit I am aware of. I’ve done hundreds of audits around the world and never was videotaped while performing my work.)

The MCBOS audits lacked security controls. They left the doors to the facility open. There was only one camera filming the work which sometimes went down. They also appeared to be rude in at least one account.

1621294023335.png

Overall there is no comparison between audits.

The Senate’s audit is comprehensive and bold. They will determine the accurate results of the 2020 Election in the County and will likely identify any issues with voting hardware and software as well.

The MCBOS audits were a waste of money and were put in place to obtain a clean bill of health based on a very limited audit approach.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: TGP Reporter Confronts Soros-Backed Maricopa County Sheriff After His Meltdown Over Router Request (VIDEO)

By Joe Hoft
Published May 17, 2021 at 5:53pm

TGP Contributor Jordan Conradson is live in Phoenix, Arizona

The Sheriff of Maricopa County, Paul Penzone (D), has been in the news lately for going ballistic when the auditors from the 2020 Election in the County asked for access to the County’s routers. TGP contributor Jordan Conradson asked him about this and more today.

We reported last week that the Cyber Ninjas asked for access to the County’s routers so they could identify any curious transmissions recorded on these routers during the 2020 election and counting process. The County refused to comply with this request:
1621294420241.png

The County claimed that there was personal data that was maintained in these files (which was not true since routers do not record the content of what is being transferred but rather the times and transfer points of data transfers).

We noted in the response to the request from the auditors, the Sheriff of Maricopa County, Paul Penzone, was cc’d in the letter. He is probably better known for the $2 million in support from George Soros in 2016 in the Deep State’s effort to see Sheriff Joe lose for the first time in seven elections. This was reported in Arizona at the time:
When Paul Penzone ran for Maricopa County sheriff in 2016, he famously received a $2 million contribution from billionaire George Soros — the liberal philanthropist’s single biggest investment in a local race that year.
Apparently, when notified of the auditors’ requests, the Sheriff had a meltdown:
Sheriff Paul Penzone (D) said in a statement that providing router information to a shadowy private company led by a conspiracy-embracing CEO would compromise sensitive and highly classified law enforcement data and equipment.
“The Senate Republican Caucus’ audit of the Maricopa County votes from last November’s election has no stopping point,” Penzone said. “Now, its most recent demands jeopardize the entire mission of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.”
It’s difficult to see how the request for router access for review would ‘jeopardize the entire mission of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.” This sounds like an overreaction or the Sheriff’s Department has a mission that he doesn’t want in the open.

This is where Conradson comes in. When he noticed the Sheriff departing the building he decided to ask him a few very good questions.

The Sheriff was not prepared for this and looked very weak walking away from the brave reporter.

GOP Chair Elise Stefanik: Justice Department Is "Trying To Block" Maricopa County Audit

MONDAY, MAY 17, 2021 - 06:50 PM
Authored by Jack Phillips via The Epoch Times,

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), who was recently elected as the House Republican Conference chair, said the Department of Justice’s questions about the Maricopa County, Arizona, audit of the 2020 election may be unconstitutional.

On May 5, the Justice Department sent a letter to Arizona Senate leader Karen Fann, a Republican, inquiring about the custody of the ballots under review by a group of private contractors, alleging that the group’s other processes—including the canvassing of addresses—could be considered “voter intimidation.”
“I support that audit,” Stefanik said after being asked about it in a Fox Business interview on May 16.
Transparency is good for the American people. And again, this should be a nonpartisan issue, whether you are Republican, Democrat, independent, or conservative, transparency is important, and the audit was passed by the Arizona state Senate.”
Stefanik later said that the “Biden Department of Justice is trying to block that audit,” which, she said, “is unconstitutional from my perspective.”

“Our states, constitutionally, are responsible for writing states’ constitution law,” she said.
Pamela Karlan, principal deputy assistant attorney general with the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, wrote to Fann that “the proposed work of the audit raises concerns regarding potential intimidation of voters.”

Fann replied that the plan by election auditors to verify the validity of certain voters had been placed on hold.
“If and to the extent the Senate subsequently decides that canvassing is necessary to the successful completion of the audit, its vendor will implement detailed requirements to ensure that the canvassing is conducted in a manner that complies fully with the commands of the United States Constitution and federal and state civil rights laws,” Fann wrote earlier this month.
Stefanik’s comments on May 16 came just days after Dominion Voting Systems and Maricopa County officials said they wouldn’t provide passwords for election machines in Maricopa County. Dominion said it would comply with the audit, but that Cyber Ninjas - the company hired by the Arizona state Senate - isn’t accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

The Department of Justice didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.

Stefanik was approved last week in a vote by House Republicans to become the Republican Conference chair—the party’s No. 3 position in the House. She took over after GOP lawmakers voted to remove Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), a frequent critic of former President Donald Trump, from the position.

Stefanik received support from Trump as well as other House GOP leaders.

BREAKING HUGE: Windham Audit Team Will Look at New Hampshire US Senate Race This Week — After Finding Local GOP Candidates Consistently Shorted Votes

By Joe Hoft

Audit results in Windham, New Hampshire show voting machines consistently undercounting Republican vote tallies.

Dr. David Strang M.D., is the Belknap County Republican Committee State Committee Member, with the New Hampshire GOP. On Sunday Dr. Strang examined the latest results coming from the Windham, New Hampshire elections audit. He was stunned with the results.

Dr. Strang believes the state has a huge problem on its hands. The totals from the Windham machines cannot be replicated. Only the hand recounts are reliable. And the machines are shorting Republicans in Windham at a consistent rate while Democrat results are barely impacted by the machines.

We reported on the numbers from the recounts in Windham in a Sunday morning post:

1621310532818.png

Dr. Strang notes that winning an election shouldn’t depend on your supporters inserting their ballots into the “right” machine, but rather, any machine, as they should all count ballots the same. Well, that’s not what happened on Nov. 3rd in Windham. NH.

The numbers coming from the legislatively-ordered audit in that NH town confirm what the concerned citizens of NH have claimed all along. Their machines are not accurate, consistently shorted Republican candidates and cannot be trusted to accurately count our votes.

What the recount showed was that when ballots were fed through all four machines this past week, one machine (Machine #2) reliably and repeatedly shorted each of the 4 Republican candidates roughly the same amount – 55 votes (Lynn), 54 (McMahon), 53 (Soti) and 53 votes (Griffin) compared to the results from the other machines. These audit-repeated machine counts are also different from those machine-generated counts on Nov. 3rd by 281 votes (Lynn), 274 (Soti), 276 (McMahon), and 279 votes (Griffin).

There are suspicions that other towns in the state have their own version of “machine two,” so this does not appear to be a Windham-only problem.

Next, the Windham audit team is going to review a statewide Federal race (US Senate) and a statewide non-Federal race (Governor) as well, as both of these races are scheduled to be hand-counted this week as part of the audit.

Regardless of what those two additional hand counts show this week, the city believes it already has ample evidence that the voting machines are NOT reliable, and it is time for NH to say goodbye to machine-generated counting.

MUST SEE VIDEO: Maricopa County Officials Ban Gateway Pundit Reporter Jordan Conradson from Public Meeting — And BLOCK ALL ENTRANCES!

Maricopa County Officials Ban Gateway Pundit Reporter from Public Supervisor’s Meeting

On Monday The Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson attempted to attend the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) Special Meeting which was supposedly open to the public. But Jordan could not gain access to the building – or ANY building. He was blocked at every entrance by security officials who turned him away.

As the meeting was starting Jordan found the press entrance in the County Recorder’s office and I tried to enter. That’s when a woman came out and told him that he was not on the list to go inside the press room. This was after Jordan told him who he was. The woman shut the door in his face so he decided to wait outside and listen to the Livestream video.

When the meeting ended, Jordan again tried to enter the building and saw the same woman grab a security guard and point him out. They then told him, “You can’t come in through this entrance.”

Jordan then went around to the main entrance he had come through earlier in the day, and the same guard that the woman grabbed earlier came hustling around the corner to prevent him again from entering the government building. In a shocking display, the guard even denied speaking to the woman who reported Jordan.

Did she tell the guard that Jordan was a threat?

Jordan also went to the side entrance, where he was told to go back through the main entrance and find the room that The BOS was in with the press. So he went to the main entrance and found the security guard who would not let him inside, to begin with.

Later his “sheriff”, who he answers to, told Jordan that journalists were not allowed in the building. This is odd considering Jordan saw other journalists in the building.

This guard sent Jordan to the attached building where the press meeting was happening. They still refused to let him in.

Sheriff Paul Penzone, another Soros-funded Democrat, who is desperately trying to stop the audit, walked out as Jordan was trying to get in so Jordan followed him to his car asking questions but he would the sheriff would not answer.

Watch the Maricopa County Security Guards harass and block Jordan from entering the public meeting.

We are reaching out to the appropriate officials for an explanation.

Maricopa County flames Arizona election audit as farce run by incompetent contractors

"Spectacular lack of understanding" in what happened when ballot custody was transferred for Senate.

By Greg Piper
Updated: May 17, 2021 - 11:01pm

A day before Arizona Senate President Karen Fann's special meeting on the Maricopa County election audit, county officials tried to portray the Republican leader's effort as amateurish at best.

The Board of Supervisors came out swinging Monday in their own special meeting responding to Fann's allegations that contractors found significant irregularities as well as missing data in the ongoing audit.

Maricopa County's Twitter feed joined the fray, sharing portions from a formal letter signed by the five supervisors, Recorder Stephen Richer and Sheriff Paul Penzone, responding to Fann's May 12 letter. The Senate president was not happy to learn about the letter from a reporter who had an early print copy.

"NO deleted files," the county's tweet thread begins. "NO chain of custody issues. We provided what they asked for except for routers, for security reasons. 'Auditors' trouble locating info we provided is THEIR problem."

Neither Fann's office nor the Senate Republican Caucus responded to Just the News queries seeking more information about one of her letter's more explosive claims: that contractors found a "significant number of instances" where the number of ballots in a batch did not match the total on its "pink report slip."

According to the county's response letter, the discrepancies are the result of damaged ballots that cannot be read by tabulation machines and are duplicated for bipartisan review boards. "

t is obvious that your contractors have no understanding of these matters," it says.

The county election department released its own technical analysis of Fann's allegations.

"Maricopa County did not spoil any evidence," and the issues identified by Fann "are either incorrect" or have a "reasonable and valid explanation," the letter says.

'Political theater'
Chairman Jack Sellers termed the Senate Republican-led review as "a grift disguised as an audit" at Monday's public meeting.

He had previously scorched the official election audit Twitter account for claiming that the county deleted "a directory full of election databases" days before equipment was delivered to the audit.

Sellers' fellow supervisors were no kinder. Vice Chair Bill Gates repeatedly accused the Senate GOP of trying to get them jailed for simply asking a court to review the legislative subpoenas before turning over election data. Tuesday's scheduled hearing before Fann is "political theater" designed for One America News Network, he said.

Supervisor Steve Gallardo accused Fann of having "rented out" the Senate to outside consultants who know nothing about elections. For writing a letter asking to "tone down the political rhetoric," Supervisor Clint Hickman said he received death threats and dozens of protesters at his house.

County Recorder Stephen Richer said he's retained legal counsel to defend himself against "outlandish" criminal allegations, especially that he deleted election databases. He still has access to the full database, Richer said.

The recorder blasted Fann for claiming she doesn't control the official election audit Twitter account, whose pinned tweet as of Monday accused the county of deleting election databases before turning over equipment. "We deleted zero," he told the public meeting. "Zero election files."

The 14-page letter released by the county late Monday fleshed out many of Richer's brief responses to several issues identified in Fann's May 12 letter.

One of them concerns discrepancies ranging from two to 35 ballots between the actual number of ballots in a batch and the total on their pink slips.

Fann's contractors, led by Cyber Ninjas, apparently didn't know that these early voting ballots are placed in batches of "approximately 200" by bipartisan processing boards, according to the letter. These humans are tasked with guessing which ballots might not be machine-readable.

The letter said two of the five batches flagged as "illustrative" by Fann had different problems.

Two of the 200 ballots in one batch could not be read despite the best efforts of human reviewers, while the extra 18 found in a batch marked 200 were apparently a miscount by the hired contractors.

The letter's response to Fann's other claims is far more inflamed and insulting. It reiterated Sellers' demand that the election audit Twitter account delete its "false and malicious tweet" about spoliation of evidence.

The Senate GOP's evidence of deleted databases only shows "your auditors' incompetence," the letter says. The screenshots showing deleted files may simply indicate that Cyber Ninjas and its subcontractors made server copies that its own software can't find, based on its unstated search parameters.

The supervisors said they were "stunned" that Fann asked about chain of custody for the ballots. "It demonstrates a spectacular lack of understanding on your part of what occurred" when liaison Ken Bennett and co-director of elections Scott Jarrett "together reviewed the delivery" from the Elections Department to the Senate.

The county transports ballots in "tamper evident sealed black canvas bags" and secures them in a vault with "highly restricted access among numerous overhead security cameras," the letter says.

Instead of requesting the county's contract with Dominion Voting Systems, which is public record, Senate Republicans "call us liars and insult us." The contract shows that the county is not allowed to obtain "additional, proprietary passwords" from Dominion, much less share them with the Senate GOP.

The only reason Dominion shared a password for an earlier forensic audit was because the chosen firms are accredited by the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission, according to the letter. "Your chosen 'auditors,' the Cyber Ninjas, are certainly many things" but not accredited.

Finally, the county will not turn over its routers because they "provide a blueprint" to the entire network, no different than burglars obtaining a blueprint to a house that marks "a hidden wall safe."

Sharing the blueprint could put the county at risk for a ransomware attack and endanger "data related to the most sensitive law enforcement programs," the letter says.

Given the alleged incompetence of Fann's contractors, the supervisors said they won't answer any more questions from them, and will not attend the Senate president's Tuesday hearing.

"People's tax dollars are real, your 'auditors' are not."

The timeframe for this request is January 6, 2021, to February 19, 2021.

Judicial Watch also filed a lawsuit against the Department of the Interior after the U.S. Park Police, one of its components, failed to reply to a March 18, 2021, FOIA request for:
All records of communications, including emails and text messages, between officials of the U.S. Park Police and officials of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department regarding the Jan. 6, 2021 pro-Trump rally and/or protest at the Capitol Building.

All records of communications, including emails and text messages, between officials of the U.S. Park Police and officials of the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding the Jan. 6, 2021 pro-Trump rally and/or protest at the Capitol Building.

All intelligence reports, memoranda, updates, and warnings received by the U.S. Park Police regarding the Jan. 6, 2021 pro-Trump rally and/or protest at the Capitol Building.
The timeframe for this request is December 1, 2020, to January 31, 2021.

“Judicial Watch is deeply troubled that the U.S. Park Police and the Pentagon are suppressing the many unknown facts surrounding the January 6 incident at the U.S. Capitol,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “With those emotionally charged events shaping the political landscape, it is critical that the American people have a full account of the facts. It is disturbing that we must take the two government agencies to federal court for this basic information.”

Judicial Watch has several lawsuits regarding the January 6 incident. In March 2021, Judicial Watch filed suit against the U.S. Department of Defense for records about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January 8, 2021, telephone call with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley.

Pressure from a March 2021 Judicial Watch lawsuit helped bring to light that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes.

In February 2021, Judicial Watch announced its lawsuit against the Capitol Police for emails and video related to the January 6 riot.

ELECTIONS
One-third of Tarrant County mail-in ballots have a defect, but votes will still count

BY BRIAN LOPEZ AND
GORDON DICKSON
OCTOBER 27, 2020 10:52 AM,
UPDATED OCTOBER 27, 2020 06:08 PM

Mail-in voting is a hot topic in the 2020 election season, which has been disrupted by a coronavirus pandemic that altered primaries and conventions. But it’s important to know what mail-in voting is and why some people are for and against it. BY META VIERS | ALEX ROARTY | LINDSAY CLAIBORN

FORT WORTH
About one-third of Tarrant County mail-in ballots have been rejected by computer scanners because the bar codes are not legible, but the votes will still be counted, election administrator Heider Garcia told county commissioners on Tuesday.

The county’s state-approved print shop is not making the bar codes 100% scannable, Garcia said.

The county’s ballot board will have to copy the mail-in ballots into new ones and scan them, Garcia said. If about 60,000 mail-in ballots get returned, Garcia expects about 20,000 of those will need to be redone by the ballot board.

Garcia said this isn’t a new issue. In the past, people might have damaged the bar code themselves and the ballot board would need to redo the ballot, but this year the sheer volume is concerning. But Garcia assured that staff will work around the clock so votes can be counted on Election Day.

“We believe we have enough time and resources to do this,” he said.

The Republican, Democrat and Libertarian parties have collectively submitted 89 names of Tarrant County residents who can serve on the county’s ballot board.

Board members work in pairs, and each member must be from a different political party.

Pairs look at the returned mail-in ballots one at a time and, if both members agree that the ballot is in proper condition, the ballot is then ready to be counted. However, if, both members can’t agree on the condition of the ballot, the ballot is put aside so that a larger election board group can make a final decision on it.

Such disagreements are rare, Garcia said. So far, only 22 mail-in ballots have been rejected by the board, he said.

Board members can work in 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary to get the ballots processed, Garcia said.

County Judge Glen Whitley assured voters that the No. 1 priority is the integrity of the ballot. Members of the board will not rush through the process, he said. Whitley also stressed that the vendor is state-approved.

“I can tell you that many of those people have been doing this for many years,” Whitley said. “They are experienced and I trust them and they’re working very well together.”

The vendor that printed the ballots in question Tuesday is Runbeck Election Services Inc., which is based in Phoenix and was contracted in July to print the mail-in ballots for the Nov. 3 election.

Officials from Runbeck said in a statement released Tuesday afternoon that they were “concerned to learn that some Tarrant County ballots are not able to be scanned properly by Hart Intercivic tabulation machines, as Runbeck Election Services is a certified ballot printer for Hart Intercivic.”

“This election year alone we have printed nearly 100 million ballots, many of which have been the same type of ballot used in Tarrant County, without experiencing any scanning issues,” the statement said. “Runbeck Election Services is working with Tarrant County elections officials to investigate if the problem is printing-related or scanning-related. Once the investigation is complete, we will offer our support to all partners and vendors involved to determine the appropriate next steps to ensure that all ballots are properly tabulated.”
