INSURRECTION FALLOUT
‘I have reassessed’: Former Pentagon official now says Trump may not have incited riot

Sparks flew between Democrats on the House Oversight Committee and the Trump appointees.
Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi questions Christopher Miller, former acting secretary of the Department of Defense, testifying virtually, during a House Committee on Oversight and Reform hearing on the Capitol breach on Capitol Hill, Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

Two top Trump administration officials testified Wednesday that President Donald Trump never contacted them on Jan. 6 as rioters overran the Capitol and engaged in brutal combat with police officers.

Former acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and former acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller said at a House Oversight Committee hearing that they had no interaction with Trump during the riot.

“I did not,” Rosen said under questioning by Committee Chair Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) “I did not require any authorities that the department didn’t already have.”

Miller echoed the same message.

“I had all the authority I needed, and I knew what had to happen,” the former defense official said, adding that Trump had given him that authority in the days before the riot.

“I think that the lack of direct communication from President Trump speaks volumes,” Maloney said.

Sparks flew between Democrats on the panel and the Trump appointees as lawmakers accused Miller of changing his account to sound more favorable to Trump and faulted Rosen for refusing to discuss his conversations with the president, as well as for dramatic events at the Justice Department in the days leading up to the riot.

While Miller said in a media interview and in his prepared statement for Wednesday’s hearing that Trump encouraged the protesters on Jan. 6, he took a different tack in his live testimony.

“I think now I would say that is not the unitary factor at all…I have reassessed,” Miller said. “It seems clear there was an organized assault element in place that was going to assault regardless of what the president said.”

Miller also went further than Rosen, seemingly defending Trump by insisting that the former president fulfilled his constitutional duties in connection with the storming of the Capitol, which took place as Congress was scheduled to certify the electoral vote.

When asked to assess whether heated political rhetoric was to blame for the riot, Miller painted in very broad strokes and didn't point a finger at Trump. “I think the entire entertainment, media, political complex is culpable in creating this environment that is just intolerable and needs to change,” the former defense chief said.

When Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.) said Miller had reversed himself, Miller replied: “Absolutely not. That’s ridiculous.”

“You’re ridiculous,” Lynch shot back.

“Thank you for your thoughts,” Miller responded.

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) also lambasted Miller over his claims that he is proud of “every decision” he made on Jan. 6.

“I have never been more offended on this committee by a witness statement than yours. You were more concerned about defending your own reputation and justifying your own actions than the sanctity of this Capitol and the sanctity of our democracy,” Khanna said.

When Miller began his answer by praising the service of the troops at the Capitol, Khanna cut him off: “Your pugnacious style is not going to override the democratic process. Learn to respect it.”

Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) seemed angry about Miller‘s stance.

“It’s almost like the military saying, ‘Sure, we lost the battle, but we carried out our plan perfectly,’“ Quigley said. “I had colleagues saying, when does the f-ing cavalry get here? You lost and you don’t have the intestinal fortitude to own up to your part of the responsibility.“

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) suggested Miller was shifting his position to curry favor with Trump. “Maybe the wrath of Donald Trump came down upon you,” she said. “That is disgusting.“

Rosen, who has been publicly silent since Jan. 6 except for a couple of written statements and a prerecorded Justice Department video released a week after the riot, said Justice officials he did not name had instructed him not to speak about his conversations with Trump.

“I cannot tell you, consistent with my obligations today, about private conversations with the president one way or another,” Rosen said in response to a question from Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) about whether Trump had pressed him to take action on election fraud claims.

“We had an unprecedented insurrection that led to seven deaths. Five here and two suicides, and you are saying this is a privileged communication?” Connolly replied. “I think the American people are entitled to answer, Mr. Rosen.”

Rosen suggested he might relay his conversations with Trump if he had permission to do so. A Justice Department spokesperson had no immediate comment on what instructions the agency gave to Rosen, who was deputy attorney general in the last two years of the Trump administration and became acting head of the department when Attorney General Bill Barr resigned on Dec. 24, 2020.

Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.) pressed Rosen on whether Black protesters would’ve been treated similarly by law enforcement as the predominantly white crowd that stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6

“I think our preparation and our responses would’ve been the same,” Rosen said.

“I’m going to have to disagree with you,” declared Bush, who was a Black Lives Matter organizer before winning election to the House last year. “The contrast is stark.”

The lawmakers who led off questioning for Republicans at the hearing seemed intent on minimizing the gravity of the events at the Capitol. Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) argued that the shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt as she sought to breach a lobby outside the House chamber was unwarranted.

“Who executed Ashli Babbitt?” Gosar asked. “The truth is being censored and covered up. As a result, the DOJ is harassing peaceful patriots across the country.”

Gosar argued that the massive Justice Department effort to prosecute those who breached the Capitol and fought with police amounted to overkill aimed at persecuting “Trump voters.”

“The FBI is fishing through the homes of veterans and citizens with no criminal record and restricting the liberties of individuals that have never been accused of a crime,” Gosar said. “The government even enlisted Americans to turn in their own neighbors.”

Gosar also suggested that none of the protesters who entered the Capitol had a weapon. Prosecutors have claimed that firearms were brought into the Capitol, but they have not said that guns were actually seized in the building.

Video of the riot shows some who battled with police wore trademark Trump campaign Make America Great Again caps and waved huge pro-Trump flags. However, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.) disputed press reports that those who sought to breach the Capitol were backers of Trump.

“I don’t know who did the poll to say they were Trump supporters,” Norman said.

Several Democrats tried to rebut the Republican stance by citing then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s pointed rebuke of Trump in January for fueling the attack on the Capitol.

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said Trump’s culpability for the assault was indisputable.

“He pointed them like a loaded pistol at the capitol. Now, we’re getting this outrageous Orwellian revisionist history,” Raskin said.

Despite the sharp criticism Miller took from Democrats, he did seem to break with Republicans seeking to minimize the events of Jan. 6. “I agree it was an act of terrorism,” he said.

BREAKING NEWS—
Last week, the Gateway Pundit reported about the emergency meeting that was called by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, after the County was reportedly unable to provide passwords to the auditors performing an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results. They also did not provide access to the routers which were requested in the audit as well.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” for the 2020 General election, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” has been deleted!

President of the Arizona Senate Karen Fann released a letter to Chairman Sellers, demanding answers on Wednesday night.

THIS WAS AN EXPLOSIVE DEVELOPMENT.

Senator Karen Fann called the Maricopa County Supervisors to come before the Arizona Senate and explains how the election databases were deleted from the voting machines just 10 days before the machines were turned over to the Senate forensic audit team!

On Thursday afternoon the Maricopa County Supervisors announced an emergency meeting this afternoon at 4 PM Arizona time.

Maricopa IT Advisors Have a Detroit Connection and Other Troubling Revelations

By Jim Hoft
Published May 13, 2021 at 5:33pm
az-audit-color.jpg

During the writing of this story an AZ Senate letter was released that outlines potential county mischief with election ballots and technology.

To clarify, the Arizona Senate’s subpoena asked for, “Access and control of ALL routers…to garner the system logs”.

Maricopa County agreed to provide these routing devices so Senate auditors could access the logs themselves. The county then agreed to provide “virtual images”. The county now claims “they’ve been informed” not to provide either.

Who exactly is “informing” the county officials?

maricopa-email.jpg

The Senate would like the routers from the Maricopa County Tabulation & Election Center (MCTEC) building. They don’t want the critical infrastructure routers from the Office of Enterprise Technology, a quarter mile away. The OET building is the county’s IT Department. It’s the central technology hub that serves over 50 county departments, including the Sheriff’s Department (see map).

OET has roughly 250 employees and lists itself as the “IT Advisor to County Departments”.

maricopa-map.jpg

At some point election data has to leave the MCTEC building and become public.

The Senate Subpoena requires the logs for any outbound and inbound election traffic, which might include logs on switches at OET, or elsewhere. It’s expected these logs might show Dominion staff in Denver remote accessing the system as they prepare for the election, which is OK, to a point. Remote access is a method Dominion’s used in other counties to correct poll pads. But Dominion had two full-time employees in Maricopa and were provided office space. Should they have needed remote access?

According to one source, “a new server was installed in Maricopa County in the Fall of 2020 by Dominion”. The county might be concerned about what will be discovered on this server. This might explain the incredible pushback on providing simple “logs”. If this server was installed in the OET building, it might show every storage device, database, Wi-fi thumb drive, and computer that accessed the election system, and when.

According to State Senator Sonny Borrelli, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) said “these things (routers) are ready to be picked up, they’re in a box, all you have to do is come get them”. “When we went to go pick them up, they dodged and balked in providing them to us.” Board chairman Jack Sellers then told the Senate they had “replaced all the routers after the election”.

Does the county even have the routers from the election? Is Jack Sellers misinformed? Colonel Phil Waldron said: “If they can’t provide the election routers, that’s a violation of the Subpoena and a charge of contempt.”

Last week Sellers said, “We learned that providing the physical routers will cripple county operations and cost as much as $6 million if we must replace the routers… Providing virtual images of the routers, while dealing with the technical issue of removing them, is not more acceptable because that still leaves the security issues cited by the county Sheriff. But Law Enforcement data should not be “co-mingling” with election data.

County Sheriff Paul Penzone made a lengthy statement about this request for router logs. He uses words like jeopardize, compromised, irresponsible, mind-numbing reckless, and so on. His public letter is intended to scare the community while at the same time telling the Senate to be “more responsible”. In his stroke of brilliance, the Sheriff’s letter informs criminals how to obtain classified police information? Dominion has alleged security holes, many posted online. Can’t criminals now just access the election logs and routers? Sheriff Penzone himself said “classified data would be exposed.” But if classified data was processed over unclassified systems, isn’t that a security violation that requires an Intelligence Oversight Investigation?

Even the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office jumped in to prevent access to the logs. County Attorney Allister Adel’s letter to the Senate state they thought risk could be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers, just not producing it. But “we were informed” that redactions would not eliminate the risk. “We learned” that criminals could still access this data.

Think on that for a minute – by not releasing sensitive information, they would be creating risk of releasing sensitive information. Only a lawyer could suggest such a thing. The Routers do not contain a hard-drive – therefore could not store files, only the routing of the data packets.

maricopa-chart.jpg

Detroit’s TCF center is one of the most partisan, corrupt, and abrasive tabulation locations in the county. In 2012 the FBI arrested five individuals in the technology department of Wayne County (Detroit), including their CIO. They went to prison for fraud, embezzlement, contract rigging, etc. This FBI raid opened up the opportunity for Wayne County to place Ed Winfield as their new CIO. One year after Trump won the election, in Nov. 2107, Ed Winfield became the CIO of Maricopa County in the Office of Enterprise Technology.

maricopa-building.jpg

The staff at OET appear to be under the thumb of political operatives. None were willing to comment. This is almost unheard of by a public sector tech department. It’s a disgrace to their profession to let technology become a pawn for politicians. Even Lester Godsey refused to comment, the county’s own Chief Information Security Officer. The FBI was certainly willing to investigate a local government IT Department when they stole money (Wayne County). Why are they not investigating those in local government who have potentially stolen votes?

Mr. Winfield’s strategic goal is to move more and more county technology to cloud-based providers. This is a cost-effective approach. But it also means companies like HP, Avaya, Amazon Web Services, and Google will be in control of critical county services. Employees of these corporations will have access to some of Maricopa residents’ information and activities. It’s been well document that Facebook employees, on their last day of employment, purposely crippled ad accounts of conservative organizations. And if Arizona or a County’s politics are NOT aligned with Big Tech, who’s going stop Big Tech from disabling County services until elected officials comply, or change laws?

Trump Releases Statement on ‘Deleted Database’ and Irregularities Uncovered in Maricopa Election Audit

By Cristina Laila
Published May 13, 2021 at 5:34pm

President Trump on Thursday released a new statement on the ‘deleted database’ and voting irregularities uncovered in the Maricopa election audit.

Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” for the 2020 General election in Maricopa, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” has been deleted!

Maricopa County Supervisor Chairman Jack Sellers received a letter from Arizona Senate President Karen Fann demanding answers:

“We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?” the letter stated.

President Trump released a statement on the irregularities uncovered and said the 2020 election was a “corrupt, third world election.”

BREAKING: Dominion Voting Systems Releases Statement – Slams Arizona Forensic Audit and States Company WILL NOT Release Passwords to Maricopa Voting Machines

By Jim Hoft
Published May 13, 2021 at 7:04pm
dominion-600x347.jpg

Dominion Voting Systems released a very revealing statement on Thursday. The Denver-based company responded to the Arizona Senate’s demand for passwords to ballot tabulators.

Back on November 30, 2020, Maricopa County elections witness Jan Bryant testified before the Arizona legislature. Jan said back on November 30, 2020, that Maricopa County officials DID NOT RUN THE ELECTION! Two Dominion employees in the audit center ran the election. This explains why Maricopa County officials do not have Admin passwords or access to the Dominion voting machines. They never had them!

America’s Audit Director Ken Bennett told OAN earlier in the week that Dominion was refusing to comply with the subpoena to turn over the passwords.

What are they hiding?

1620952616692.png

In their statement published today Dominion attacked the forensic auditing team performing the audit.

Dominion defended the controversial EAC group that rubber-stamped the previous counting of ballots.

And Dominion then said they will not release the passwords to the Maricopa County voting machines.

They will NOT ALLOW any auditors to look at their machines.

This is very telling. What are they afraid of?

An active-duty U.S. Marine officer was arrested in Virginia on Thursday and charged with using violence against police during the Jan. 6 invasion of the U.S. Capitol by a mob of supporters of then-President Donald Trump.

Major Christopher Warnagiris, who is the first active-duty member of the U.S. armed forces to be charged in connection with the riot, is accused of pushing his way past a line of police protecting the Capitol and forcing his way through a doorway in the East Rotunda of the Capitol.

Warnagiris, a 40-year-old Woodbridge, Virginia resident, is charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers, obstruction of law enforcement, obstruction of Congress, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol Grounds, and entering or remaining in a restricted building without lawful authority.

Warnagiris, whose 18-year tenure in the Marines includes deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years in prison if convicted of the charges, which will be prosecuted in federal court in Washington.

Warnagiris currently is assigned to the training and education command of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Staff Training Program at the Marine base in Quantico, Virginia, according to Marines.

A judge ordered Warnagiris released when he appeared Thursday afternoon in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

In addition to Warnagiris, the more than 400 defendants in pending Capitol riot prosecutions include at least four other current service members: two Army Reserve soldiers and two members of the National Guard in different states. More than three dozen military veterans also have been arrested in such cases.

Court documents say that after Warnagiris violently entered the Capitol he positioned himself in the corner of the doorway and used his body to prop the door open and pull other rioters inside.

Video surveillance footage shows Warnagiris pushing a cop who tried to shut the door, according to a criminal complaint.

The Marine Corps, in a statement confirming that Warnagiris is on active duty, said, “The Marine Corps is clear on this: There is no place for racial hatred or extremism in the Marine Corps. Our strength is derived from the individual excellence of every Marine regardless of background. Bigotry and racial extremism run contrary to our core values.”

“Participation with hate or extremist groups of any kind is directly contradictory to the core values of honor, courage, and commitment that we stand for as Marines and isn’t tolerated by the Marine Corps,” the statement said.

“We expect every Marine to treat their fellow Marines with dignity and respect. Those who can’t value the contributions of others, regardless of background, are destructive to our culture, our warfighting ability, and have no place in our ranks.”

Warnagiris was identified by a member of the public on March 16 after that person saw three photos of a man who had entered the Capitol, according to the complaint.

That witness recognized Warnagiris after having worked with him for about six months in 2019, the complaint said.

A second witness “who has worked with Warnagiris for approximately nine months and tends to see him in close proximity several times a week” identified him in the same photos seen by the first witness, according to that charging document.

In 2017, Warnagiris acted as operations officer for a landing force of U.S. Marines and Navy sailors who were placed on the French Navy amphibious assault ship LHD Tonnere during a two-month deployment in the U.S. 5th fleet area of operations, according to a news article on the Marines website.

His service awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy Unit Commendation Medal and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal.

About 440 people have been arrested on charges related to the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, which began after Trump urged a throng of supporters at a rally outside the White House to march there.

The invasion of the Capitol complex disrupted a joint session of Congress, which was sitting that day to confirm the Electoral College victory of President Joe Biden.

Trump had falsely claimed for weeks after the November presidential election, and has continued to do so since, that he won the White House race and that Biden’s victory was the result of widespread ballot fraud.

Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney: ‘Let’s Demand That Each One Of Those Battleground States Start Their Audits Like Arizona’

The General, who was one of the 124 flag officers who called out Joe Biden, has called on the people to rise up.

by Guest Post
May 13, 2021

Today, The Two Mikes hosted Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney to discuss the implications of the failure of the Maricopa County commissioners to protect the county’s election data for the voting on November 3rd, 2020.

So far there is no indication if there ever was a chain-of-custody established for the data and, now that the data have been deleted, that may never be known.

The Two Mikes fully agreed with General McInerny’s conclusion that there is no need for any more evidence that the 2020 election was rigged by the Democrats, which in turn gave Biden a false vote tally and Arizona’s Electoral College votes to Biden.

There is no innocent explanation for the loss of the data in Arizona. The Democrats knew the ongoing audit of Maricopa County voting was going to reveal their perfidy there, and with it that of the other swing states. and so they simply destroyed the evidence.

The General said now is the time for all Americans to demand audits in the other swing states — and in all 50 states, really — from the politicians they elected at each level of government. He urged all Americans to proceed along this legal path and not to give up on the Constitution until they have exhausted all legal avenues.

“Let’s rise up, America, and tell the world that we’re no longer listening to this false information that’s coming out,” he said. “Let’s rise up and let’s demand that each one of those battleground states start their audits like Arizona did. And if the Democrats are so proud of it, let them demand it as well. They ought to be demanding it instead of deliberately committing fraudulent acts.”

General McInerney also was one of 124 U.S. flag officers who signed a letter to Biden that told him he was not competent to hold the presidency and that he was not legitimately elected. We concluded by discussing the possibility that the Democrat-led corruption is so deep in America that only the U.S. military — if loyal to its oath — could slay it, and that the deletion in Arizona brought the republic another long step closer to civil war.

Gen. McInerney continued, “When you steal the government from the American people, it’s called a ‘coup d’etat.’ And the fact is it’s high treason by those people who did it.”

Time is short to contact our elected representatives as the Tech Giants may choose to impose a blackout on all social media outlets used by loyal Americans before the news about the Democrats’ crime in Maricopa County can be made available to all Americans.

Courts have failed. State legislatures have failed. Washington DC has definitely failed. It’s now up to the people and the military, both of whom must defend the Constitution in order to make things right again in America.

The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson interviewed Ken Bennett on Thursday night following the explosive news on Wednesday that “the entire database” showing the “Results Tally and Reporting” for the 2020 election had been deleted from the Maricopa County voting machines.

Ken Bennett told Jordan Conradson that the audit team has counted and examined close to 500,000 ballots at this point. That is nearly one-quarter of the 2.1 million total to be examined.

Bennett also said they have more tables today up and running than any other day. Nearly 29 tables were examining ballots today at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

The Arizona Audit Team has not released any results from their audit so far.

Democrats urged the Biden Department of Justice to shut the process down.

“Katie’s A Liar!”…AZ GOP Chair Responds To AZ Sec. of State Mocking Election Audit Only Hours After It Was Discovered Election Databases Were DELETED

By Patty McMurray
Published May 13, 2021 at 8:44pm
Yesterday, we broke the story about the discovery that Maricopa County had deleted their entire 2020 general election database.

audit-740x416.jpeg

100 Percent Fed Up reports – In a letter to the Maricopa Board of Supervisors from AZ Senate President Karen Fann, she outlined 3 critical issues with the Arizona election audit (so far):
  1. To date, attorneys for Maricopa County have refused to produce virtual images of routers used in connection with the general election, relying on a conclusory and unsupported assertion that providing the routers would somehow “endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.” If true, the fact that Maricopa County stores on its routers substantial quantities of citizens’ and employees’ highly sensitive personal information are an alarming indictment of the County’s lax data security practices, rather than of the legislative subpoenas. Separately, Maricopa County has refused to provide the passwords necessary to access vote tabulation devices. Its attorneys’ insistence that the County does not have custody or control of this information is belied by the County’s conduct of its own audits, which, if they were as comprehensive as they purported to be, almost certainly would have entailed use of the passwords to examine the tabulation devices, and it strains credulity to posit that the County has no contractual right to obtain (i.e., control of) password information from Dominion.
  2. As the audit has progressed, the Senate’s contractors have become aware of apparent omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County’s handling, organization, and storage of ballots.
  3. We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election-related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena.

The response to these alarming findings, Katie Hobbs, Arizona’s radical Democrat Secretary of State, responded by mocking the process, calling the election audit, a “fraudit.’
“Of course what’s happening with the @AZGOP #fraudit is absurd and comical, but it’s also dangerous. As long as this continues, I’ll keep fighting to share the truth with Arizonans and to defend our elections,” AZ Secretary of State Katie Hobbs wrote.
Dr. Kelli Ward shot back at Hobbs with a blistering response:

Katie is a liar.

This is #AmericasAudit.

It’s kind of sick that she, as an election official, finds potential fraud in our election system “comical.”

Her rhetoric and that of those like her is what’s dangerous to America.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” for the 2020 General election, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” had been deleted from the voting machines!

Following the meeting, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors released a public statement.

The Board of Supervisors state in their meeting summary that they sought legal advice regarding the Arizona Senate hearing requested next week on Tuesday.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, who have been stalling, blocking, refusing requests from the Senate and audit team for months accused Senator Fann of “reckless allegations” that are causing “confusion and agitation” at the State Legislature.

Chairman Sellers added that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors may seek legal advice.

They need to. If they deleted databases or Dominion deleted databases on the voting machines after a subpoena and just days before the machines were turned over — They will all need to seek legal advice.

The board then smeared the audit team performing the forensic audit.

“We Still Don’t Have Chain of Custody Documents” – AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett Speaks with TGP’s Jordan Conradson on Latest Developments in America’s Audit (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft

On Thursday, The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson sat down with Ken Bennett. This was after Arizona Senate President Karen Fann sent a devastating letter to Chairman Jack sellers outlining some serious issues with the election process.

Ken Bennett told Jordan that the audit team had counted and examined nearly 500,000 ballots since counting started weeks ago.
1621014225133.png

Jordan then asked Ken about the recent development that 2020 general election data was deleted from the voting machines and other issues outlined in the letter.

This is a huge development. The entire “results tally and reporting data” database entries from the 2020 election were deleted. So who deleted this and what are they hiding?

If Maricopa County officials did not have the passwords to the Dominion voting machines in their county does that mean that Dominion erased this data?

Jordan Conradson: Arizona Senate Leader Karen Fann sent out a devastating letter to (Maricopa County Supervisors) Chairman Jack Sellers outlining some serious issues which include the deletion of the entire database for the 2020 general election.

Ken Bennett: No, not the entire database. There was a directory among the information that they had sent over to the Senate that appears to have been deleted. And the reason they knew that is that there were references to that directory in some of the other databases that were sent. So it’s not the entire database, no don’t misunderstand that…

Jordan: But it was the results tally and reporting, correct?

Bennett: It would have included that, yes.

Jordan: So has Maricopa County responded to the letter?

Bennett: Not to my knowledge. I think President Fann asked them to have representatives come and answer some of those questions at a hearing at The Senate next week and so I hope they do that and help provide some answers.

Jordan: Do you know if this information was deleted before or after the subpoena?

Bennett: I don’t know.

Jordan: Can you tell us about the other issues you’ve seen with the ballot chain of custody and anomalies in the organization?

Bennett: Well we still don’t have the chain of custody documents that the county must have kept between when the ballots were put in the warehouse after the November election to when they were delivered to us on April 22nd. We know that one of the county officials tweeted out a photo of some of the ballot pallets being loaded into the back of a truck as though they were ready to deliver them to the Senate. And so we would like to see if their chain of custody documents between November and April include movement of the ballots like that. We have complete chain of custody from the day that they brought the ballots to us, while we’ve been holding the ballots. But we’re still looking for the chain of custody documentation between the election and April.

The other thing that I think was in President Fann’s letter was that as we open a lot of the boxes, we have kind of a subtotal sheet that says ‘below this is 200 ballots that were part of a batch that Maricopa County counted’ but a lot of times we’re finding a variance. Usually, it’s small, 2 or 3 ballots, but I heard one was 35. One was 165 ballots were present when the cover sheet said that there should have been 200.

Even a 2 or 3 ballots per 200 batch is significant because the election Arizona was decided by 2 out of 800! So even if you have a 1 or 2 variance in a batch of 200 ballots, that’s a significant variance in a race that was as close as 2 out of 800.

Jordan: So the County has not provided any chain-of-custody documentation for the ballots?

Bennett: Not between the election and when they brought them to us on April 22nd.

Jordan: Do they have the documentation?

Bennett: I don’t know. I assume they have it. We are hoping they provide as was requested in the subpoenas.
Audit Director Ken Bennett then said he will be at the hearing with the Maricopa County supervisors that is scheduled for Tuesday and he will be asking questions.

This new information begs the question — Does this mean that Secretary Hobbs illegally certified this election?

** This comes as we are on the last day of counting before the scheduled break.

After high school graduation ceremonies next week, counting is expected to resume on Monday, May 24th. Until then, ballots will be stored on sight in a secure location with 24/7 security and live stream coverage.

Arizona Senate Leader Karen Fann has requested that Chairman Sellers and any Maricopa County officials or employees who possess knowledge or information concerning the matters set forth in her letter to a meeting at the Arizona State Capitol on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.

OUTRAGEOUS! National GOP SILENT on Historic AZ Audit Where They Already Discovered Deleted Voting Machine Files, Missing Passwords and Routers, and Ballot Miscounts

By Jim Hoft

The historic Arizona Senate Audit continued this week at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nearly 500,000 Maricopa County ballots have been recounted and inspected so far out of 2.1 million county ballots.

Already–
** Inspectors revealed the County was unable to provide passwords to the auditors performing an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results.
** County officials also did not provide access to the routers which were requested in the audit as well.
** On Wednesday afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database directory” for the 2020 General election, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” had been deleted from the voting machines.
** The data drives that were deleted included adjudicated files from the 2020 election.
** The Arizona Audit Team found “significant discrepancies” between the number of ballots therein and the batch reports included in the boxes.

But despite these explosive developments of likely corruption and possibly criminal activity the national Republican Party has remained silent — just like they did in November following the 2020 presidential election.

The GOP webpage does not even mention the Maricopa County audit!
gop-silent-az.jpg

The GOP Twitter page has NO MENTION of the Arizona audit.

This is outrageous!

Fortunately, the people of Arizona have real leadership.

The Arizona Senate leaders, including Senate Leader Carol Fann, are absolute rockstars!

And the Republican leaders in Arizona have excelled all along.

REAL LEADERSHIP:
Dr. Kelli Ward is the GOP Chairman in Arizona. Former Secretary of State Ken Bennett is the Arizona Audit Director.

Missing data, subpoena noncompliance bring Arizona election audit to a boil
GOP leader hints at possible future subpoenas if county board does not comply.

By Daniel Payne
Updated: May 14, 2021 - 12:43pm

The head of the Arizona Senate confirmed this week that an audit of the Maricopa County election in November has identified significant irregularities as well as missing data, with the county itself also being warned of its ongoing noncompliance with the Senate's audit subpoenas.

The dispute is likely to boil over in public next week when county election officials have been asked to testify before a Senate hearing to address the legislature's concerns.

State Senate President Karen Fann said in a Wednesday letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that the Senate was seeking resolution to three "serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate’s ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County."

Among those are the county's continued non-compliance with the subpoena issued by the state Senate in pursuit of the audit. Maricopa County has refused to hand over numerous routers covered by that subpoena, citing security concerns for both local and federal law enforcement.

The county has claimed that the routers are used for multiple public departments outside of election management, and that allowing auditors access to the hardware could endanger the security of various classified materials.

Fann in the letter proposed that contractors hired by the Senate's audit team "review virtual images of the relevant routers in Maricopa County facilities and in the presence of representatives of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office."

Fann also called attention to what she said were "apparent omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County's handling, organization, and storage of ballots" revealed by the audit thus far, including a lack of chain-of-custody documentation as well as "a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch."

The senator also warned of what appears to be the deletion of an entire database from a county election machine. Data from the machine "suggests that the main database for all election related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed" from it.

Fann in the letter invted Maricopa County officials to a state Senate hearing on Tuesday, May 18 to resolve the issues.

"I am hopeful that we can constructively resolve these issues and questions without recourse to additional subpoenas or other compulsory process," she wrote.

The event will be "live-streamed to the public," she added.

On Thursday, meanwhile, former President Donald Trump called the letter "devastating."

"The Fake News and Lamestream Media is doing everything they can not to cover this major story," Trump wrote on his website. "They just refuse to talk or report about it."

The Arizona audit has faced numerous hurdles since the 2020 election, with Democrats and county officials struggling to block Republican attempts to investigate the election results, including a massive hand recount of 2.1 million ballots. A judge in February ruled that the subpoenas issued by the state Senate were valid, clearing the way for the Senate to acquire voluminous documentation from the county minus the routers the county is currently withholding.

The Arizona Secretary of State's office, meanwhile, has criticized the Senate's handling of the audit, claiming that the digital securities firm Cyber Ninjas hired by the Senate may not be following proper security protocols in conducting the audit.

AZ State Senate President Asks Maricopa County to Address Deleted Data Bases, Chain of Custody, Non-Compliance with Subpoenas

The president of the Arizona State Senate asked the chairman of the Maricopa Board of Supervisors in a letter on Tuesday to address “three serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate’s ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County. “

Arizona State Senate President Karen Fann identified those three issues in her letter to Maricopa County Supervisors Board Chairman Jack Sellers as: (1) ongoing non-compliance with legislative subpoenas, (2) chain of custody and ballot organization anomalies, and (3) deleted data bases.

As Breitbart News reported on December 16:
Arizona Senate Republicans on Tuesday issued subpoenas to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for a scanned ballot audit and ‘full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment and the election management system used in the 2020 general election.’
The audit of Maricopa County’s November 2020 election results began on April 23 and may continue into the summer.

“The first issue concerns Maricopa County’s apparent intent to renege on its previous commitment to comply fully with the legislative subpoenas issued on January 13, 2021, which, as you know, Judge Thomason found were valid and enforceable,” Fann wrote in Tuesday’s letter, adding:
To date, attorneys for Maricopa County have refused to produce virtual images of routers used in connection with the general election, relying on a conclusory and unsupported assertion that providing the routers would somehow “endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.” . . .

Nevertheless, in an effort to resolve the dispute regarding production of the routers, we propose that agents of CyFIR, an experienced digital forensics firm and subcontractor of Cyber Ninjas, review virtual images of the relevant routers in Maricopa County facilities and in the presence of representatives of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
Fann then addressed the second issue, chain of custody and ballot organization anomolies:
As the audit has progressed, the Senate’s contractors have become aware of apparent omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County’s handling, organization, and storage of ballots. We hope you can assist us in understanding these issues, including specifically the following:
  1. The County has not provided any chain-of-custody documentation for the ballots. Does such documentation exist, and if so, will it be produced?
  2. The bags in which the ballots were stored are not sealed, although the audit team has found at the bottom of many boxes cut seals of the type that would have sealed a ballot bag. Why were these seals placed at the bottom of the boxes?
  3. Batches within a box are frequently separated by only a divider without any indication of the corresponding batch numbers. In some cases, the batch dividers are missing altogether. This lack of organization has significantly complicated and delayed the audit team’s ballot processing efforts. What are the County’s procedures for sorting, organizing, and packaging ballot batches?
  4. Most of the ballot boxes were sealed merely with regular tape and not secured by any kind of tamper-evident seal. Is that the County’s customary practice for storing ballots?
  5. The audit team has encountered a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch. In most of these instances, the total on the pink report slip is greater than the number of ballots in the batch, although there are a few instances in which the total is lower. What are the reasons for these discrepancies?
Fann then addressed the issue of deleted data bases:
We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted.
This suggests that the main database for all election related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed.
Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?
Fann closed by inviting Board Chair Sellers and appropriate Maricopa County employees to meet with her personally at a hearing room in the Arizona State Capital on Tuesday, May 18 to address these three serious issues.

Dominion, Maricopa County Rebuff Arizona Senate’s Attempt To Get Election Machine Passwords

FRIDAY, MAY 14, 2021 - 12:09 PM
Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),

Dominion Voting Systems and Maricopa County officials are refusing to hand over passwords for election machines to auditors in Arizona.

Dominion said in a statement to news outlets on Thursday that it would comply with the audit, but Cyber Ninjas, the firm hired by the Arizona Senate to conduct it along with three other companies, is not accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

Releasing Dominion’s intellectual property to an unaccredited, biased, and plainly unreliable actor such as Cyber Ninjas would be reckless, causing irreparable damage to the commercial interests of the company and the election security interests of the country,” Dominion said. “No company should be compelled to participate in such an irresponsible act.”

Cyber Ninjas did not respond to a request for comment.

Maricopa County officials previously said that they did not have passwords to access administrative functions on Dominion Voting Systems machines that were used to scan ballots during the election, according to the Senate’s audit liaison, former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett.

“They’ve told us that they don’t have that second password, or that they’ve given us all the passwords they have,” Bennett told One America News at the site of the audit in Phoenix last week.

The county is also withholding routers from auditors, claiming security concerns.

Both routers or router images and access to election machines were part of the materials the state Senate subpoenaed late last year. A judge in February ruled that the subpoenas were valid and should be obeyed.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, recently threatened to subpoena county officials if they didn’t stop their noncompliance with the subpoenas, but backed off the threat in a letter on May 12.

Instead, she asked Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers, also a Republican, to cooperate voluntarily by attending an upcoming meeting at the state Capitol to go over the audit issues.

Fann said auditors have found discrepancies in the ballot count, including one batch that was supposed to be 200 but only numbered 165. She also said the audit teams found an entire database directory from an election machine had been deleted, and that the main database for the election management system software was not located anywhere on the machine, suggesting that the main database for all data related to the 2020 election had been removed.

Sellers on Thursday indicated he would not attend the meeting and disputed the allegations.

Deleting files off the server “would be a crime—and it is not true,” he said.

“After reviewing the letter with County election and IT experts, I can say that the allegations are false and ill-informed. Moreover, the claim that our employees deleted election files and destroyed evidence is outrageous, completely baseless, and beneath the dignity of the Arizona Senate,” he added, calling for an immediate retraction of statements senators and their liaison team made on social media and to the press.

The Board of Supervisors, which held a closed-door emergency meeting on Friday, plans on holding a public meeting on Monday to address the matter.
Fann, an Arizona Senate Republican Caucus spokeswoman, and the liaison team did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Auditors Pack Up as Senate Signs Lease to Extend Audit
Auditors, meanwhile, began packing up on Thursday evening because the audit will take a break due to scheduling conflicts.

The audit has been taking place at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on the state fairgrounds in Phoenix. High school graduations are scheduled to take place at the building beginning May 15.

Hand counting stopped at 7 p.m. on Thursday and workers began collapsing tables and preparing to move ballots to another location.

About 500,000 of the nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County in the 2020 election have been counted in the audit, according to Bennett.

The Arizona Senate signed an extension to their original agreement that allows auditors to store materials in the Wesley Bolin Building, which is also on the state fairgrounds, from May 12 to May 23.

The approximately 19,000-square foot building has a large open floor plan and two large roll-up doors, according to the Arizona State Fair website.
“Due to temperatures during the summer months, this building is not recommended for use between May through September,” the site states.

Bennett told The Epoch Times in a previous interview that the materials will be secure and that the site at which they’ll be stored can be tracked online via 24-hour streaming, just like the audit itself.

There’s no deadline for the audit,” Bennett said. “The goal is not speed; the goal is accuracy and completeness.

The audit teams can resume occupancy of the coliseum on May 23 and use it until June 30, according to a copy of the extended agreement obtained by The Epoch Times.

The original scope of work document from Cyber Ninjas said reviewing voter registration and votes case would take approximately 20 days and that work would be conducted remotely. The vote counting phase would take about 20 more days, it said, while the electronic voting system phase would take some 35 days.

But all three of those phases could be carried out simultaneously, according to the firm. An additional week was said to be required after completing everything else to finalize reporting.

The audit started on April 23.

Windham, NH Audit Update: Observers Question Why Dominion Rep Spends Day At Facility

MAY 14, 2021

Friday marks day four of the forensic audit in Windham, NH. Day three came to a close, leaving election integrity advocates, once again, with mounting concerns over the “chaotic” process and with a burgeoning list of unanswered questions, including why a representative from Dominion Voting Systems was at the audit facility. As previously reported, Senate Bill 43 (SB43) gives the team of three auditors until May 27 to complete the investigation of the 2020 election results for four state House seats after discovering a significant and unexplainable discrepancy during a Nov. 12 recount.

Disturbed over learning the 24-hour live stream video of the audit was turned off for two hours Wednesday night, Thursday got started with Harri Hursti, the auditor selected by Secretary of State Bill Gardner and Attorney General John M. Formella, attempting to explain, unsuccessfully, what happened. At the suggestion of Senator Bob Giuda, concerned resident Lisa Mazur spent the day in Pembroke, NH, at the Edward Cross Training Center audit location and shared a video (below) of Hursti’s hard-to-follow explanation.

View: https://youtu.be/1GdDcc5ciCk
3;26 min

In a state that is no stranger to voter fraud, uncertainty over ballot boxes received from the SoS’s office for the audit also led to skepticism on Thursday. Mazur questioned Phillip Stark, the third auditor chosen jointly by the Board of Selectmen and the SoS and AG, about the broken chain of custody with the ballot boxes. After the November recount in Windham, twenty-two boxes of ballots were sent back to the SoS. For the current forensic audit, 26 boxes were received from the SoS, leaving four boxes with “unknown materials.” Mazur spoke with the town clerk, who indicated she “wasn’t super concerned about two of the boxes, but she would like to know what is in the other two.” One of the boxes allegedly contains absentee ballot envelopes. Stark explained the dilemma further, stating:

“We have the log, the custody log for all of the materials and inventory, and probably after we do the seals check, we will turn to doing that with the Windham boxes. There are two containers that, in some sense, we shouldn’t have received as part of this process, and we don’t know what’s in them yet. We do know that it’s not the ballots; those are all separate and accounted for.”

1621020344622.png

Towards the end of the day, Mazur and Ken Eyring, who said he has zero confidence in the process right now, commented that the live stream cameras are still a problem, prohibiting any transparent and integrity-driven assurances in the audit process. Because of the inadequate cameras, ballots are being handled off-camera, and Eyring expressed concern over “comments that are made to provide plausible deniability, but we’re not buying any of it.” Offering a further explanation of his disappointment in the audit so far, Erying added:

“The proceedings so far go against the intent of the bill, which is to have full transparency, and to assure people that the process is being handled with due diligence. And none of that seems to be happening. This is about a verifiable process and we don’t have that right now. With the way this whole process is being handled, it is impossible to ensure that no human error has taken place.”

In perhaps the most startling discovery of the day, Thursday also exposed that a representative from LHS Associates was present in the audit room all day, often conversing with Assistant AG Anne Edwards, who previously stated her office does not have the technical capabilities to live stream with any more transparency than its doing now, which is lacking and insufficient. LHS, led by Jeff Silvestro (son of LHS founder John Silvestro), represents Dominion Voting Systems and has had for decades an exclusive contract to supply and program all Dominion Accu-Vote machines used in New Hampshire’s elections, as well as elections across New England.

Bannon on Maricopa Audit: ‘You’re Damn Right It’s Dangerous’ — to Exposing Biden’s Illegitimacy
May 14, 2021 by Elizabeth

Stephen K. Bannon says the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are right about one thing: the audit is “dangerous.” To them.
war room.JPG
Rumble video on website 11:59 min

"You know why it’s dangerous because we’re getting to the bottom of it,” he said on War Room, Friday. “You’re damn right it’s dangerous.”

“This is dangerous to every incompetent and every person by malfeasance,” Bannon said. “We’re going to get to the bottom of this and we’re not going to be stopped.”

Bannon challenged CNN and Anderson Cooper, who sound very nervous about the Arizona audit, to read the Karen Fann letter exposing Maricopa County’s deletion of voting machine evidence.

“You have to get to the bottom of Wuhan, you have to get to the bottom of Nov. 3,” Bannon said. “And we cannot go forward and we will not go forward, because we’re winning on both.”

“They have to bring out Stacey Abrams, I don’t care if you don’t like her politics, she’s a force of nature,” Bannon said.

“They’re nervous,” he said. “And here’s why they’re nervous: we have the receipts.”

POLITICO House Democrats unveil sweeping response to Jan. 6 attacks

By Nicholas Wu and Sarah Ferris 6 hrs ago

House Democrats on Friday unveiled long-awaited details on Congress’ response to the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol, including billions to address security flaws exposed by the siege and a bipartisan Sept. 11-style commission to investigate the root of the attack.
a group of people standing in front of a building: Pro-Trump supporters storm the Capitol following a rally with President Donald Trump on Jan. 6.
© Samuel Corum/Getty Images Pro-Trump supporters storm the Capitol following a rally with President Donald Trump on Jan. 6.
House Appropriations Chair Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) released a $1.9 billion emergency funding bill that would provide tens of millions of dollars to the Capitol Police department, foot the bill for deploying National Guard soldiers at the complex and authorize funding for “future” security needs such as a retractable fence system, among other provisions.

“The needs are urgent, so it is imperative we swiftly pass this legislation to protect the Capitol and those who work and visit here,” DeLauro said in a statement.

The bill would set aside $200 million for a quick-reaction force to assist the Capitol Police, which will receive body cameras for the first time. The bill also includes millions of dollars for mental health assistance and overtime for a Capitol Police force long understaffed and still reeling from the deaths of several officers in the aftermath of the insurrection. One officer, Howard Liebengood, died by suicide in the days after the attack, and the bill would rename the Capitol Police’s wellness center for him.

Lawmakers are also moving ahead with a bipartisan commission to investigate the events leading up to the attack. That plan has the backing of the GOP’s top negotiator on the issue, though not House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who is still arguing that the panel’s scope should expand beyond the Jan. 6 attack.

The two major developments cap an intense week in the House that ripped open unhealed wounds from the Capitol siege. Certain Republicans have downplayed the insurrection in public comments as lawmakers engage in bitter confrontations. Some Democrats are eyeing the commission and debate over the security bill as a test of whether House members have any chance of moving forward together after the attack, or if the partisan split will only worsen.

“It is imperative that we seek the truth of what happened on January 6 with an independent, bipartisan 9/11-type Commission to examine and report upon the facts, causes and security relating to the terrorist mob attack,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in a statement.

The bill to establish the Jan. 6 commission could come to the floor “as soon as next week,” Pelosi announced Friday, noting that the panel is modeled after a bipartisan study of events leading up to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. That floor vote will likely be followed by the emergency funding bill, as Democrats hope to pass both before leaving for the Memorial Day recess.

Democrats are powering ahead with their response to the Capitol attack after months of gridlock and partisan sniping that had stalled progress on the security funding and commission.

And while McCarthy said Friday he hadn’t formally signed off on the commission agreement, the deal between House Homeland Security Committee Chair Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and ranking member John Katko (R-N.Y.) does include some key concessions to Republicans.

In changes sought by Republicans, the proposed 10-person commission includes an even split between members chosen by Republicans and Democrats. It also ensures members of the commission can only issue subpoenas in a bipartisan manner. The commission is only able to issue subpoenas through a majority vote, or by agreement between its chair and vice chair. Democrats choose the chair. Its report will be due by the end of the year.

McCarthy and other Republicans had wanted the commission to investigate left-wing violence, but its focus will be limited to the Jan. 6 attack and factors leading up to it.

The GOP leader told reporters Friday morning that he hadn’t seen details of the agreement, and therefore hasn’t formally signed off, reiterating that he doesn’t want the commission to only focus on the Jan. 6 siege.

“I know Nancy Pelosi played politics with this for a number of months. You've got to look at the build-up before, and what’s been going on after,” McCarthy said.

Katko, who led negotiations for the Republicans, was one of several GOP lawmakers who immediately pushed for this type of commission to learn how the mob was able to storm the Capitol. The New York Republican was also one of 10 House GOP lawmakers who voted to impeach Trump for his role in the attack.

In a statement, he appeared to address his fellow Republicans’ concerns that the commission address issues beyond Jan. 6.

“Unfortunately the Capitol remains a target for extremists of all ideologies, as we also witnessed during the April 2 attack that took a Capitol Police officer’s life,” Katko said. “That’s why we must do everything we can to ensure nothing like this can ever happen again.”

Democrats can still proceed without McCarthy’s explicit backing, as several other House Republicans — including those who voted for impeachment — are expected to back it on the floor.

"Inaction — or just moving on — is simply not an option. The creation of this commission is our way of taking responsibility for protecting the U.S. Capitol," Thompson said in a statement.

Democrats will also likely be able to pass the security funding bill even if they don’t secure support from any Republicans. But it could be tricky: Before the bill was released, some Democrats raised concerns with components of the sprawling bill.

That includes a small number of Democrats, such as Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-N.Y.), who have questioned whether Capitol Police should have more oversight requirements before receiving such a massive cash infusion.

Pelosi first announced plans for a commission in February, but Democrats and Republicans have spent months negotiating on the terms. The two parties had clashed repeatedly on what that commission should look like, from the makeup of its membership to subpoena power to whether it should expand the scope beyond Jan. 6.

Two decades ago, the exhaustive findings of the Sept. 11 commission became the basis for government-wide reforms in response to Al Qaeda’s 2001 attack on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. But the appetite for such reforms after the Capitol attack in Congress is more complicated, with many GOP lawmakers lining up behind Trump and some now downplaying the violence at the Capitol that day. One lawmaker, Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.), this week compared the mob’s behavior to “a tourist visit.”

Maricopa County Audit Allegedly Reveals a Directory of Election Databases Were Suspiciously Deleted Before Audit Commenced
May 13, 2021

The individuals conducting the audit in Maricopa County have reported that a directory of election databases were suspiciously deleted before the audit was scheduled to take place.

1621036214550.png

The frame job may be in after the federal Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a letter to lawmakers in Arizona threatening them about compromised ballots.

The DOJ is claiming that the auditors may be violating civil rights law because ensuring electoral integrity could offend the delicate sensibilities of minority voters.

Big League Politics reported on the shameful overreach by DOJ thugs in enforcing their election fraud cover-up:

The Department of Justice (DOJ) sent a threatening letter to Arizona senate president Karen Fann (R-Prescott) on Wednesday, who is leading efforts to audit ballots in Maricopa County.

“The Department has reviewed available information, including news reports and complaints regarding the procedures being used for this audit,” the DOJ wrote in the letter. “The information of which we are aware raises concerns regarding at least two issues of potential non-compliance with federal laws enforced by the Department.”

The DOJ is concerned that a private firm is auditing the ballots. It is in their best interests to make sure that nobody – other than perhaps their bought-and-paid-for deep state “experts” – can get a hold of any information that could be used to expose the election fraud cover-up raging since November.

“We have a concern that Maricopa County election records, which are required by federal law to be retained and preserved, are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss,” the DOJ wrote.

The feds are setting the stage to throw specious charges at investigators and cast doubt on the findings of the audit with this intimidating letter.

“Past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act. Such investigative efforts can have a significant intimidating effect on qualified voters that can deter them from seeking to vote in the future,” the DOJ wrote, shamelessly playing the race card to impede the investigation
.”

If the Democrats had nothing to hide, they would not be doing everything in their power to stop transparency. The Maricopa County audit could be the key to exposing what may be the greatest crime in U.S. history.

The Gateway Pundits Jordan Conradson confronted Ryan Macias From Democracy Project on Friday outside the Arizona Senate Audit at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona.

Recently, Arizona Audit Director Ken Bennett revealed that Ryan Macias, a member of the shady far-left National Task Force on Election Crises was caught trying to enter the Audit Floor under the false pretense that he was a reporter.

The National Task Force on Election Crisis includes other hard core operatives such as former James Comey FBI Attorney James Baker and others.

According to Bennett, at a ‘Media Only Night’ about a week prior, Ryan Macias showed up and reportedly told people he was media but when Macias was asked for credentials he didn’t have any.

Soros connected Katie Hobbs needed help so she brought in Ryan Macias, her knight in shining armor. Hobbs inserted Macias onto the floor of the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum where the Maricopa County Election was taking place without notifying the auditors who he was or why he was there.

Macias’s firm was one of four firms that signed the letter to the Head of the Arizona Senate, Karen Fann, encouraging her to stop the audit in Maricopa County.

On Friday Jordan Conradson confronted Ryan Macias outside the arena.
Jordan Conradson: Hi, how’s it going? Jordan Conradson with The Gateway Pundit. I just want to know what media outlet are you with?

Ryan Macias: I’m not with any media.

Jordan Conradson: Why did you pretend you were with a media outlet and hide that from audit officials?… Are you going to answer? Who do you answer to? Secretary Hobbs or to The Democracy Project?.. Where are you from? You’re definitely not from here. You’re from out of state… What state is that?… OK, have a nice day, Brian.

Dominion Announces They Willingly Gave Passwords to Maricopa County Auditors in February — But Refuse to Give Passwords to State Senate Audit Team

By Jim Hoft

On Thursday, Dominion stated they “voluntarily supply access to their election equipment only to vendors accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). We happily did so for the accredited providers (vendors) that Maricopa hired for auditing”. However, this is not true. According to audit vendor Pro V&V, Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) provided passwords directly to Maricopa Board of Election employees. And those employees logged into the equipment themselves, allowing auditors system access.

dominion-slams-az-.jpg

The Arizona Senate asked the County for Admin User level access. Pro V&V President Jack Cobb stated: “The Admin User and password have GOD powers. Note the Antrim County Michigan hack – where someone had Admin User and password access, and with that you can do anything. All databases in all industries need this function. The Super User login can perform any (Admin Level) function EXCEPT altering the SQL database. We don’t even ask for those credentials on a fielded system because they are so powerful there is a risk that we get accused of changing something.”

Mr. Cbb also said: “Neither Pro V&V or Maricopa County has the Admin User access passwords. Maricopa may have thought their Super User passwords were the Admin level but they are just Super Users passwords. We had them put in the passwords themselves. Maricopa could give these to the (Cyber Ninja) auditors and they still can’t do what they want. This is a “Red Herring”. The tabulators have redundant memory. The EMS is just an accumulator. I can delete and reload data as many times as I want as long as it is from a trusted source (SD, CF, or USB). On top of that there are printed paper tapes from each tabulator”.

Although the Arizona State Legislature has the right to inspect Federal & State Elections by law, DVS stated they WILL NOT supply passwords to the State Legislature, or any of its auditor. The thousands of election jurisdictions that might want equipment passwords for audits, Dominion expects them to choose from only two audit vendors. That’s right, there are only two EAC accredited vendors left to choose from. Although the EAC website lists three, NTS Huntsville said by phone “were out, no longer doing that”. Over the past few years five other vendors have removed themselves from EAC accreditation. Why?

Cobb continued: “A jurisdiction has the option of requiring Admin User and Super User access with their Dominion system. Maricopa County is leasing their equipment, so Dominion has this information. In Antrim they own the system, set it, and control this level of access. Antrim gave Admin User access to the guy who reviewed (inspected) their system. Dominion Voting Systems can’t do anything in Antrim because Admin Users and those passwords were all set by Antrim. The only way to access Antrim Admin is if they provide that access, or try to hack it”.

In response to the Arizona Senate’s recent letter exposing a missing County election database, Mr. Cobb said:

“The information they are saying is not there (is gone) maybe just county test data, or even my audit data. I am also not sure they know what they are looking for. I don’t have enough information to comment. I don’t know about ballot handling or document production.”

On page 7 of the Pro V&V Report, it clearly explains “qualified Board of Elections Employees” are granting auditors access to the systems: “The Pro V&V test team was granted access to the workstations/servers from qualified Board of Elections Employees”.

Election audit in small New Hampshire town could have implications for 2020 results statewide

In tiny Windham, a November hand recount in a state legislative race revealed vote count discrepancies up and down the ballot — all benefiting Democrats.

By Sophie Mann
Updated: May 14, 2021 - 9:53pm

An audit team sent to conduct a forensic examination of the 2020 election results in Windham, N.H. started the process off well enough on Tuesday. But by Wednesday, they hit a major snag: The live stream cameras that had been broadcasting the audit room around the clock went offline for close to 90 minutes, potentially obscuring any problematic intervention.

The team decided Thursday morning to reinspect the ballot machines on camera in an attempt to maintain observers' faith in their process. They needed to determine whether the machines had been tampered with over night when the cameras mysteriously went down.

With the country focused on the election audit in Maricopa County, Ariz. and early headlines about election night troubles centered on cities in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan, it comes as a small surprise that the idyllic New England town of Windham — where Republicans ultimately won each of the races now being inspected — also now finds itself under scrutiny for possible election night machine malfunctions and numbers that just don't add up.

While the audit is focused solely on tiny Windham (estimated population: 14,853), the results could have statewide repercussions, as the AccuVote machines used in the town are the only vote-counting machines approved for use in New Hampshire.

The goal of the audit is to review the 2020 election results in hopes of finding an explanation for significant discrepancies uncovered during a hand recount conducted in mid-November at the request of one of the Democratic candidates for the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

According to the election night tally, Democratic candidate Kristi St. Laurent fell short of winning her seat by just 24 votes. But, after a hand recount conducted by the secretary of state on Nov. 12, St. Laurent's deficit widened significantly from 24 votes (.005%) to 420 votes (9.6%). The results of the race were unchanged, but the recount showed that each Republican on the slate had been shorted about 300 votes, and votes for St. Laurent had been overcounted by 99 votes.

Windham, NH election results

Windham, NH election results
Ken Eyring

Windham Election Moderator Betty Dunn has maintained that any Election Day discrepancies were not tied to the operation that she helped oversee in early November. Following the hand recount, Dunn said: “Until and unless it is proven that the town officials made a mistake, I think with all the time and effort and support and the number of public officials who you all put your faith and trust in, we ought to begin with the premise that we did our jobs, and did it well.”

In mid-April, New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu signed a bill authorizing a forensic audit of the District 7 race in Windham. The bill was unanimously passed by the state Senate, denoting the bipartisan desire of the elected body to get to the bottom of Windham's election discrepancies.

The audit team is comprised of Philip Stark, a professor of statistics at the University of California, Berkeley, Mark Lindeman, an acting director of Verified Voting, and Harri Hursti, a computer programmer. They are overseeing a multistep process, initiated with the bags and boxes of ballots being delivered to the audit location on Tuesday.

The audit begins with a physical count of the ballots that includes tagging each ballot with a unique marking in order to confirm an exact figure. The ballots will all be imaged to ensure that backup copies exist, then they will be run through the AccuVote machines used in Windham in November. The next step is an audit of the machines themselves, which will entail imaging all of the data and memory of each machine card and scanner. The programming of all four machines will be inspected to make sure they are all the same. And finally, the characteristics of the physical ballots will be inspected, including ink used and the state of the ballot envelopes.

Following the Nov. 3, 2020 election, vote tallies recorded by three of the machines show results that closely approximate each other across all races, including the presidential. But on the remaining machine, the percentages received by the Republican candidates are closer to the percentages received by Democrats on all other machines (and vice versa). The numbers appear to be flipped.

In the presidential race, for example, on machines 1, 3 and 4 the results for the major party candidates were as follows:
  • machine 1: Trump 57.4%, Biden 40.3%
  • machine 3: Trump 56.9%, Biden 40.8%
  • machine 4: Trump 57%, Biden 40.3%
But on machine 2, the result was Biden 55.6%, Trump 42.2%.
Machine 2 also appears to have recorded a significantly higher "Overvoted" percentage than the other machines. The hand recount in November did not account for the machine patterns outlined above, but the hope is that the forensic audit will.

(In the gubernatorial race, the Democrat and Republican numbers did not flip, although even there the Democrat and Republican totals rose and fell, respectively, by more than percentage points.)

Prior to beginning the forensic audit on Tuesday, Mark Lindeman said that the "fact pattern" he and his team have been brought on board to assess "seems unusual, if not unprecedented."

The four machines being audited are AccuVote optical scanning systems, which were manufactured by Global Elections Systems Inc., which was ultimately acquired in 2010 by Dominion Voting systems. Dominion owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines and its related election management system, but did not manufacture the machines being used in New Hampshire.

AccuVote machines are the only legal ballot-counting technology in New Hampshire and were used in all towns and cities in the state, except those that opted to hand count ballots on election night. Any problems found in these voting machines could thus have implications for the 2020 election results statewide, including the presidential contest, in which Biden defeated Trump by 52.9%-45.5% in the official tally.

The audit team has until May 27 to complete the project.

Despite the mysterious circumstances the audit ran into on Wednesday night, Hursti said he is "more confident than usual that we can have a good conclusive explanation" following the audit, though he "never guarantees" an outcome.

While it might be an overstatement to say the whole world will be watching Windham, it's clear the most famous resident of Palm Beach, Fla. will be.

"Congratulations to the great Patriots of Windham, New Hampshire for their incredible fight to seek out the truth on the massive Election Fraud which took place in New Hampshire and the 2020 Presidential Election ... look forward to seeing the results," wrote former President Trump earlier this month.

Who's really in charge in America?
By Robert J. Hutchinson

Nearly six months into the Biden-Harris administration, ordinary Americans are increasingly wondering who is really running the country.

Joe Biden is ostensibly the president, yet he continues to show signs of cognitive impairment — despite the controlled media insistence that all is well and there is nothing to see here.

A politician for more than 40 years, Biden is still able to read prepared remarks in front of a teleprompter but appears to have difficulty answering impromptu questions — fumbling ordinary words, forgetting what he's speaking about mid-sentence, sometimes even ceasing to speak altogether.

After a number of high-profile gaffes, the White House press office recently conceded that Biden's handlers don't want him answering unscripted questions from the media.

Yet now the issue of presidential authority has taken a more ominous turn.

On May 11, a group of 124 retired U.S. military admirals and generals signed a letter questioning Biden's fitness for office and seemingly challenging the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

"Recent Democrat leadership's inquiries about nuclear code procedures send a dangerous national security signal to nuclear armed adversaries, raising the question about who is in charge," the letter said. "We must always have an unquestionable chain of command."

The letter is referring to a recent call by House Democrats that Biden give up sole control of U.S. nuclear weapons. In a letter written by Rep. Jimmy Panetta of California, the Democrats demanded that Biden change the command-and-control structure surrounding America's nuclear arsenal so that he no longer has the sole authority to launch weapons.

The retired admirals and generals also questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 election, a topic that the nation's corporate media have declared off-limits from any public discussion.

The "Constitutional Republic is lost" without "fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the 'will of the people,'" the retired flag officers wrote. "The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020."

The corporate media have declared any questioning of the 2020 election to be a "big lie," a phrase taken from World War II. The expression was coined by Adolf Hitler in his autobiography Mein Kampf and is used to mean "a gross distortion or misrepresentation of the facts, especially when used as a propaganda device by a politician or official body."

Yet Republican leaders have turned the phrase itself against the corporate media, insisting that it is the corporate media, rather than ordinary Americans, that are engaged in overt propaganda.

The recent example they point to is the media narrative of the January 6 "insurrection" by an "armed mob" that "killed police." After months of investigations, it now turns out that law enforcement did not find a single weapon on any of the protesters; video surveillance footage reveals that most were comically peaceful; and the sole policeman who died at the time was a victim of a stroke, not of any attack as the media repeatedly and falsely reported. As a result, federal prosecutors are now backtracking on their original claims because proving treason and "insurrection" is looking increasingly impossible.

As for the public at large, polls show that many ordinary Americans continue to question the results of the 2020 election — despite being ordered not to by the corporate media.

According to Rasmussen Reports, "voters are not letting go of their belief that the 2020 presidential election was a fraud-filled nightmare." By a margin of 51% to 44%, voters said it is "likely" that cheating affected the outcome. That included 74% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats.

The corporate media and Democrat politicians claim that cheating rarely happens and that there is no evidence of "widespread" voter fraud. Yet due to the "winner take all" Electoral College voting system, "widespread" cheating would not have been necessary.

As journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes claim in their new book, Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency, Biden only won the election with a slim cumulative margin of about 50,000 votes in four key swing states.

In addition, a month after the election, Time Magazine published an article that described how a "well-funded cabal" of corporate elites, far-left activists, and media organizations launched what the magazine called a "conspiracy to save the 2020 election" and ensure that Trump would lose his re-election bid.

According to the article, this powerful group of corporate and media elites succeeded by "working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information."

The recent letter from 124 retired U.S. military admirals and generals shows that doubts about a corporate takeover of the American government persist, despite the U.S. media's insistence that even questioning the results of the election is somehow illegal and should be banned outright as "misinformation."

At the very least, polls show that the overwhelming majority of Americans believe that the tactics Democrats used to win — such as mass use of mail-in ballots and, in some states, no ID required to vote — should be outlawed, as they are in almost all other developed nations.

According to Rasmussen, most voters say it's "more important to prevent cheating in elections than to make it easier to vote and, by more than a two-to-one margin, they reject claims that voter ID laws are discriminatory."

Robert J. Hutchinson writes about the intersection of politics and ideas. He is the author of What Really Happened: The Lincoln Assassination.

Maricopa County Ballot Audit Takes a Pause for a Week, Massive Irregularities Already Found With Only About 25% Counted

By Cassandra Fairbanks
Published May 15, 2021 at 8:30am

The audit of ballots in Arizona’s Maricopa County will be put on pause until next weekend due to the venue being used for high school graduations.

The operation had to clear out on Friday, with all equipment and ballots being stored for the week. The ballots and equipment will be guarded by armed security until the audit resumes.

Arizona Senate Republicans are in the process of recounting 2.1 million Maricopa County ballots by hand. Massive irregularities have already been uncovered with only about 25 percent of the ballots recounted.

As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, ballot auditors in Maricopa County are reporting that they have found “significant discrepancies” between the number of ballots therein and the batch reports included in the boxes.

The state senate is now asking Maricopa County officials to appear at a meeting next Tuesday to answer questions about “serious issues” that they have uncovered.
1621108927676.png

The auditors have been reporting 5-15 percent discrepancies across many boxes, with the number consistently growing. Joe Biden supposedly won the county by only 2.2 percent, according to the official results in November.

Political strategist Boris Epshteyn said on an appearance on Steve Bannon’s War Room show that the discrepancies may actually be as high as 17.5 percent — making him believe it is likely that “Biden did not win Arizona.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Arizona Senate President Carol Fann recently sent a letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, outlining the major issues discovered already in the audit, and offering to settle them without additional subpoenas or compulsory action. In the letter, says Epshteyn on Steve Bannon’s podcast, it reveals, ‘Pallet five, batch 2976, 200 pink slip total, actual total 165. They are missing 35 ballots out of that batch.’ He added, ’35 out of 100 is 17.5%. 10 out of 200 is 5%.'”

war room.JPGRumble video on website 10:26 min

“Do you know how shocking that is? 17.5% discrepancy in a batch is beyond belief.” He added, “In one they’ve got 18 more than there’s supposed to be, which is a 9% discrepancy. Again, if we are to have any confidence in elections in this country, how can we possibly be okay with discrepancies of double digit percentages? It’s absolutely mind boggling, anything above a tiny fraction of a percentage is unacceptable, by the way, unacceptable according to the Federal Elections Commission.”

HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Federal Judge Signals He May END Twitter’s Immunity in Dr. Shiva Case – Speech Police in Panic — Watch Hearing Live on May 20

By Ben Wetmore
Published May 15, 2021 at 8:20am
twitter-silences-free-speech.jpeg

A federal judge in Massachusetts is going to make Twitter explain whether or not it is a “state actor” or a truly private company, and the effects could be significant in reigning in Big Tech’s oppression of conservative views.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, the man who invented email, ran for US Senate in Massachusetts as a Republican and made allegations of voter fraud on Twitter.

These tweets were then deleted by the far-left tech giant. Later it was discovered that they were deleted at the direction of government employees of the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s office.

Discovering this, Dr. Ayyadurai filed a federal lawsuit by himself, alleging that his federal civil rights were violated when the government silenced his political speech in order to affect an election.

Federal Judge Mark L. Wolf, a 1985 Reagan Appointee, has set a hearing on pending motions for May 20, 2021 at 9:30AM EST. His court orders make it quite clear he is taking this case seriously and the court is highlighting several relevant cases that should give Twitter and its Big Tech bully buddies some pause.

By quoting these two cases, legal observers note, the judge is signaling that Twitter’s days of claiming it is a private company so as to avoid it’s clear oppression of conservative speech, banning scores of conservative journalists, and promotion of liberal views, may be coming to a close end:
Manhattan Cmty. Access Corp. v. Halleck, 139 S. Ct. 1921, 1928 (2019)
“A private entity can qualify as a state actor in a few limited circumstances-including, for example, … when the government compels the private entity to take a particular action…”
Blum v. Yaretsky, 457 U.S. 991, 1004 (1982)
“a State normally can be held responsible for a private decision only when it has exercised coercive power or has provided such significant encouragement, either overt or covert, that the choice must in law be deemed to be that of the State”
This case could spell the end of CDA 230.
CDA 230 is the provision of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 that gives internet and social media companies legal immunity from lawsuits due to the content they publish.

This provision in law gives companies like Facebook and Twitter a way to dismiss lawsuits, but it also gives them the ability to act with impunity so that their actions cannot be legally challenged. These companies have, according to their detractors, abused this immunity by suppressing dissident, and specifically conservative, views, viewpoints and journalism.

Because Dr. Ayyadurai did not argue about Twitter’s “Terms of Service” everything will instead hinge on the degree of interaction between Twitter and the state government of Massachusetts.

And according to Dr. Ayyadurai, those links have already been proven in testimony, since Twitter has built a special portal offered to certain governmental entities so that government officials can flag and delete content they dislike for any reason, as part of what they call “Twitter Partner Status.”

** Read more on the case here.
This sets the stage for this court asking whether CDA 230 can be used to violate someone’s civil rights by letting the government do something via a private company what it could not otherwise do: silence their political speech. Dr. Ayyadurai is claiming that the Constitution trumps CDA 230 and the government cannot outsource to private actors to silence people’s speech they disagree with, and that the government and Twitter are acting together as one: that Twitter is essentially a state actor.

Conservative journalist Charles Johnson was the first journalist banned off Twitter in 2015. Conservative journalist James O’Keefe was the first to reveal that Twitter “shadow banned” political views it disagreed with in 2018, O’Keefe was later permanently banned from Twitter.

Gateway Pundit Publisher Jim Hoft was permanently banned off of Twitter after posting video evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election in Michigan in February this year.

Almost every court that has looked at CDA 230 immunity since 2001 has preserved the immunity of social media companies. This is the first time in over 20 years where there has ever been a potential to strike it down or to suggest the Constitution is superior to the law and an ISP under the act could be a ‘state actor’ for purposes of civil rights law.

This is the first case of its kind to even have a chance according to legal observers.

There is some concern expressed among some that Twitter and Facebook may welcome the end of CDA 230, so as to remove all competition for social media dominance by increasing state regulation. This tactic is known in economic circles as “rent seeking” and “moat building” where dominant corporate entities seek to increase the regulatory burden on others to preclude competition and innovation among upstarts who might challenge their market dominance.

The hearing is set for Thursday, May 20th.

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) called the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol an “insurrection against the Constitution,” while other Republicans downplayed the riot’s significance.

Romney’s comments came as several Republicans, including Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), and Rep. Jody Hice Norman (R-GA), minimized the violence or made false claims about the attack.

Clyde said during a House Oversight and Reform Committee hearing Wednesday that calling what took place on January 6 “an insurrection” was “a boldface lie.”

Romney told HuffPost Thursday that the mob attack resulted in several deaths, severe injuries, and severe property damage.

“I was there,” Romney said. “What happened was a violent effort to interfere with and prevent the constitutional order of installing a new president.”

“As such, it was an insurrection against the Constitution that resulted in severe property damage, severe injuries, and death,” he added.

Romney was one of several Republican senators who voted to convict former President Donald Trump on a charge of inciting an insurrection.

Several of the senators who voted to convict Trump have been censured in their home states by local Republican groups. The Weber County GOP in Utah most recently censured Romney.

Fann Sends Letter Regarding Audits, Invites Maricopa County Officials to Explain Featured

Lynne LaMasterMay 14, 2021

With missing databases, non-compliance with subpoenas, and more, Senate President Fann sends a letter to Maricopa County officials.
Big Idea
  • Many people in Arizona want to know if they can trust Arizona's election results
  • The Arizona Senate has undertaken an audit of Maricopa County November 3rd election results
  • Maricopa County officials have been invited to join since day one, but declined
  • There are many discrepancies in the data received by the Senate
  • Read more...
Maricopa County’s Recent history with Elections has been dismal. It’s not surprising that the Senate feels a responsibility to verify it.

On Wednesday, Senate President Karen Fann sent a letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to let them know about some issues uncovered by the auditors. She also invited them to a meeting at the Arizona State Capitol next Tuesday to address the issues that were found.

It is important to understand that from day one, as this audit was being contemplated and decided upon, there has been a standing invitation to Maricopa County Officials to be part of the process. They refused. If they had accepted and cooperated, they conceivably could have helped select the contractors and had a voice in determining the process. But they refused, and instead fought the audit in court.

Now, they are stalling again, and apparently throwing up roadblocks.

History of election issues in Maricopa County
Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes was elected in 2017. He was the first Democrat to run Maricopa County elections in recorded history. The previous elections chief was defeated, as Fontes promised better representation and communication with voters.

Unfortunately, there were problems in 2018, where 95 polling precincts didn’t open by 6 AM on election as required by law. Some places had voting machines that didn’t work, computers that weren’t set up, poll workers that appeared to be clueless about their duties.

After the 2018 election, the Maricopa Board of Supervisors themselves ordered an audit at a cost of $200K to see what went wrong, hoping to prevent further election problems.

For the 2020 primary election, Fontes had a plan to mail a ballot to registered Democrats who weren’t signed up for the Permanent Early Voting List. Problem here was that plan wasn’t exactly one that fit within the confines of the law, as communicated by AZ Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

Fontes is no longer the Maricopa County Elections official, having lost his position himself in the 2020 election. Stephen Richer, the new County Recorder ran on a platform of taking the nonsense out of the Recorder’s Office. “It’s time to make the Recorder’s Office boring again."

With that kind of history, is it any wonder that the Arizona State Senate felt that it was necessary to conduct an audit of the 2020 election to ensure the reported election results were the right results?

The Senate's Audit Encounters Issues
Here is a synopsis of the issues encountered during the Senate-ordered audit. The full letter from Senate President Fann will be included at the end of this article.

Non-compliance with the Legislative Subpoenas
Routers
On January 13, 2021, legislative subpoenas were issued to Maricopa County and the Board of Supervisors. This started a cycle of litigation, but in the end, the subpoenas were upheld by the courts, and found to be valid and enforceable.

The items missing: Virtual images of routers used in connection with the general election.

Response from Maricopa County? Providing the routers would, “...endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.”

The County also asserted that producing the Internet routers for inspection would cost up to $6,000,000.

Fann, in her letter, offered to send agents of CyFIR, one of the subcontractors on the project, to Maricopa County facilities, and, in the presence of the Sheriff’s representatives, would retain custody and monitor the review of router data. Fann reminds them that the Senate is constitutionally entitled to this data.

Maricopa County response? So far, nothing.

Senator Warren Peterson pointed out:
Passwords
Items missing: Passwords necessary to access vote tabulation devices.
Response: The County does not have custody or control of this information.

Fann: “...this information is belied by the County’s conduct of its own audits, which, if they were as comprehensive as they purported to be, almost certainly would have entailed use of the passwords to examine the tabulation devices, and it strains credulity to posit that the County has no contractual right to obtain (i.e., control of) password information from Dominion.”

According to Brahm Resnik, a reporter for 12 News, Dominion declines to comply.

Omissions, Inconsistencies and Anomalies relating to the Maricopa County ballots handling and storage of the ballots
1. No chain of custody documentation for the ballots
2. Bags containing the ballots were stored, but not sealed. The seal was found at the bottom of the box.
3. Batches within a box were separated by only a divider, with no indication of the corresponding batch numbers. Some batch dividers were missing.
4. Ballot boxes sealed merely by regular tape, not a tamper-evident seal.
5. Significant number of instances where the number of ballots in a batch and total on the pink report slip accompanying the ballots do not match.

Deleted Databases
1. The entire database directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This includes election-related details that appear to be covered by the subpoena.
2. The main database for the Election Management System (EMS) software, “Results Tally and Reporting” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine. “This suggests that the main database for all detection related data for the November 2020 General election has been removed,” Fann writes. “Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?”

Former Secretary of State Ken Bennett (he’s also the former Senate President) is the liaison between the Senate and the audit team. He also is the one who answers questions from the media. He spoke with Gateway Pundit to explain some of the issues that have been found.

While many reports in the media claim that Senate President Karen Fann has backed off issuing subpoenas, that is apparently an unwarranted assumption. Instead, Fann offers an invitation, in hopes that additional subpoenas are not necessary.

"I am hopeful that we can constructively resolve these issues and questions without recourse to additional subpoenas or other compulsory process,” Fann writes. "To that end, I invite you and any other officers or employees of Maricopa County (to include officials in the Elections Department) who possess knowledge or information concerning the matters set forth above to a meeting at the Arizona State Capitol on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 109.”

Fann also states that the meeting will be live-streamed. What Fann does not say is that subpoenas will not be issued, should representatives from Maricopa County choose not to appear. As noted earlier, Fann invited Maricopa County officials and staff to be part of this audit from the beginning. When they refused, she stayed the course and followed through in court and in conducting the actual audit itself.

As the saying goes, “We can do this the easy way, or we can do this the hard way.”
In the meantime, as stated on the Maricopa Arizona Audit Twitter page,

We have edited Exhibit A below, which is referred to in the letter above.
1. We put all the pink slip images on one very large image to make it easier for this online format.
2. We took the chart mentioned above, and put it below each of the “pink slips”, highlighting the row associated with that pink slip, in order to make it easier to understand.

Trump Issues Two Statements Regarding Election, Blasts Pence and McConnell

Charlotte, NC — Former President Donald Trump was active through the Save America PAC in issuing statements on Saturday. Multiple statements were sent out from the organization from the former President on a variety of topics. Three specific statements were around the election and ongoing investigations.

In the first statement, Trump said, “As our Country is being destroyed, both inside and out, the Presidential Election of 2020 will go down as THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!” Around 30 minutes later, he issued a broader statement where he blasted former Vice President Mike Pence and Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

He started commenting that The Wall Street Journal reported that the 2020 election had the worst polling in over 40 years. He called the polling suppression polling and said that if Mike Pence had courage and Mitch McConnell had fought, he would have own the election.

Then, almost 2 hours later, he made a third comment regarding the 2020 election and the ongoing investigation. He commented on the Arizona investigation and how the database of voting records was deleted. He referred to the action as illegal. He said that the Democrats and mainstream media are attempting to cover up the election and election fraud. He said that many others are scared to cover it due to fear of lawsuits. He again shared his preference for One America News (OAN). You can see the statement below.

Wisconsin to Audit Fraudulent 2020 Election: Report
The audits finally seem to be rolling after months of Democrats blocking efforts to expose the massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2020 election for Joe Biden.

Wisconsin to Audit Fraudulent 2020 Election_ Report

It’s happening. While we shouldn’t get too excited with all that patriots have been through since November 3, 2020, it seems that there is a glimmer of hope that the truth can finally come to light, officially. Those of us who have been watching closely, reading affidavits and looking at the massive statistical anomalies associated with the 2020 election already know that the election was stolen.

Newsmax White House Correspondent Emerald Robinson reported on Twitter that Wisconsin has authorized an audit of the 2020 election. We have not been able to independently corroborate this report. We’ve reached out to Robinson to try to determine her source.

Currently, the only mentions on other sources are an article from Newsweek from February and National File, which echoed Robinson’s report:

Wisconsin is officially auditing the results of the 2020 Election, with the official announcement coming today according to Newsmax reporter Emerald Robinson. Robinson announced on Twitter, “The state of Wisconsin authorized an audit of the 2020 election!”

The official audit was ordered almost three months ago by Republicans in the State Legislature, according to Newsweek. The Joint Legislative Audit Committee voted to order the audit along party lines. The audit will be run by a non-partisan body.

Republicans argue that the measure is necessary to increase transparency in the highly controversial 2020 election, as well as our election system in general. Since Biden only won Wisconsin by about 20,000 votes, it is imperative to ensure that voter fraud played no role in his victory.

Democrats voted against the measure unanimously, warning that an audit will erode trust in the system. This is despite the fact that a transparent audit is likely to restore some trust in a system with well documented irregularities in the 2020 election, widespread concerns over mail in voting and lack of voter ID laws, and over a third of Americans believing that the election was stolen.

If this report turns out to be true, it will be the first state to begin a full audit of the 2020 election. There have been state recounts and ballot audits, but so far there has not been a full audit completed in a state. Maricopa County, Arizona, and the city of WIndham, New Hampshire, have begun smaller-scale audits of the 2020 election. Anecdotal reports indicate massive fraud has already been discovered in the Maricopa audit.

Wisconsin was one of at least six states with questionable “official” results from the 2020 election. Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada have also seen their results heavily questioned. At issue are “analog” voter fraud efforts such as falsified ballots, multiple-counted ballots, and general mail-in voter fraud practices. But the bigger issue, according to some experts, is the digital voter fraud. Dominion Voting Systems and others have been accused of manipulating results through voting and/or tabulation machines as well as the connection between polling places and Secretary of State offices.

NOQ Report has long stood by the belief that President Trump won the election, possibly in a landslide, but several states had vote tallies shifted to skew them towards Joe Biden.

We hope that this is a full forensic audit and that it’s really going to happen. Many Trump-supporters have been hoping for the “first domino” to fall that would prompt more audits to expose election fraud and potentially correct the results of the stolen election.

Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and likely a few others really need to be audited. The 2020 election was rife with fraud. It must be exposed or there may not be a point to a 2022 election.
