ARIZONA: Maricopa County Libertarian Party Launches Election Integrity Lawsuit Against Board of Supervisors
The Maricopa LP are arguing that they were illegally excluded from a post-election audit

ARIZONA: Maricopa County Libertarian Party Launches Election Integrity Lawsuit Against Board of Supervisors

In the latest in Arizona election integrity updates, the Maricopa Libertarian Party is suing the county’s Board of Supervisors, alleging they were illegally excluded from a post-election audit.

Following credible allegations of rampant voter fraud in Arizona, and across the country, during the recent elections in November last year, the Arizona State Senate demanded that Maricopa County issue a full forensic audit of the Dominion Voting machines, software, and systems used in the county.

The audits began on February 2, and included observers from the Arizona House and Senate, along with registered Independents. However, the Libertarian Party was not included in the proceedings, despite being the third party whose candidates are eligible to appear on election ballots in Arizona. As a result, the Maricopa Libertarian Party is suing the county’s Board of Supervisors, and the County Recorder, Stephen Richer.

“Political party observation is a right that is included in every part of Arizona election law,” said Michael Kielsky, the attorney representing the Libertarian Party. “It is inexcusable that the county is preventing the Libertarian Party observer from attending the audit.”

BIG NEWS FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY *TRANSPARENCY*!

It would be great if the @MaricopaGOP and @AZGOP joined in on this suit
Transparency is critical for a legitimate audit! https://t.co/6u64s2koAn

— Merissa Hamilton (@merissahamilton) February 10, 2021
The lawsuit notes that in a public notice still available on the Maricopa County website, that the Board of Supervisors promised not only would “leadership from both the House and Senate” be involved, but also “members of all three political parties” would be too. In fact, no official party representatives from any party were involved.

In a press release, Brandon Slayton, the chairman of the Maricopa Libertarian Party, said that given “Arizona political parties have been involved throughout the election,” and should continue to be involved now, included the Libertarian Party. “It doesn’t make sense to omit key stakeholders when the audit’s goal is to instill public confidence in our system,” he added.

An email sent to Slayton on Monday from the County claimed that the parties could not be accommodated due to limited space because of coronavirus, yet they still invited “The League of Women Voters,” a left-wing advocacy group to come along and observe proceedings.

“The League of Women Voters is a great organization” Slayton said, “but it cannot be a substitute for representation by political parties, which provide scrutiny and oversight for all their members. The public should be outraged that all three parties are being denied the right to attend this audit.”

The lawsuit also argues that the audit is being misrepresented, with Maricopa County claiming that a “Logic and Accuracy Test” can see if votes changed. “The county has every right to conduct a Logic & Accuracy Test,” Slayton added, “but it is a test, not an audit, and only proves that the machines are working properly at that moment in time. The county has a right to do something but it does not have a right to pretend to do something.”

OUTRAGEOUS: After Abandoning Trump and Allowing Landslide Election to be Stolen, Republican “Leaders” Now Want to Look Into Election Integrity – What Garbage!

By Joe Hoft
Published February 17, 2021 at 6:00pm

The Republican Party is a damn joke. They are disgusting, outrageous, and lost. After sitting back and watching the Democrats steal the 2020 landslide election away from President Trump and then denying any election wrongdoing, the Republicans now want to look into election integrity.

Go to hell we don’t believe you.

The 2020 election was the most corrupt and criminal enterprise in US history. This one act will cost America millions in jobs and income for years to come. It will result in China taking back all they lost during the Trump years. The border is already open. The US energy sector is already in turmoi. And Iran is already attacking US bases in Iraq.

The freedoms that Americans once cherished are already whittled away to almost nothing thanks to the COVID crisis. Now there are no signs of this madness letting up. There is no freedom of speech anymore. Social media giants act like China lackeys. Big Media ignored all the acts of outright fraud and now condemn you or silence you if you mention it.

The FBI and DOJ ignored the 2020 election crimes but they’ll soon be coming for every person who stood with President Trump and America.

The right to the pursuit of happiness was taken away from thousands of small businesses by killer Democrat governors. Energy employees have already lost their jobs. The Democrats stole the election and Republicans did nothing. China is smiling.

The Democrats cheated in every way imaginable. Today there are still 460,000 ballots in Georgia that are invalid because there is no supporting chain of custody documentation attached. Pennsylvania collected hundreds of thousands more absentee ballots than were sent out. Wisconsin has 260,000 indefinitely confined ballots, which their Supreme Court said, were likely invalid. This is enough to overturn the 2020 election but the Republicans never cared.

They were happy to move on without President Trump and his base of voters.

Not only that, but the Republican leadership says there was no fraud. Mitch McConnell and Liz Cheney both claim there was no election fraud. Lindsey Graham supported Cheney and told Trump – don’t you dare mention election fraud in the Democrat’s second BS impeachment hearing.

Then to top it all off, VP Mike Pence stabbed the President and his voters in the back, and in essence, told them to go to hell and accept the Biden sham.

But today the Republicans, no doubt after seeing their donations drop to a trickle, decided they want to create a new committee to discuss election integrity.

Via Just the News:
Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said Wednesday the group has formed a new Committee on Election Integrity “dedicated to restoring election transparency and ensuring voters have confidence in future election processes.”
The announcement follows the 2020 election cycle, the results of which remain under a cloud of voter fraud allegations and concerns about the actions of state election officials and leaders.

“Election integrity is one of the most critical issues we face as a party and as a country,” McDaniel said in making the announcement. “What we saw this past election – states undoing important safeguards, bypassing the proper legislative processes, and changing election laws in the eleventh hour – was deeply troubling and brought chaos and uncertainty to our sacred democratic processes. As RNC chair, I will not sit idly by and the party will respond.”
The RND said that in the 2020 election cycle, “its most comprehensive legal strategy to date” – that it spent over $30 million on election protection efforts in battleground states across the country.
Notice these clowns still won’t say that the 2020 election was stolen by a senile old man who couldn’t fill ten circles at a ‘rally.’

GEORGIA SENATE SUB-COMMITTEE APPROVES FOUR DIFFERENT BILLS TO MINIMIZE ABSENTEE BALLOT VOTING AND COMBAT VOTER FRAUD

BY: JOSHUA TROIANO
ON: FEBRUARY 17, 2021

A Georgia Senate Sub-Committee voted 3-2 along party lines to pass four different bills that focused on potential voter fraud in the State of Georgia and tightening the restrictions of absentee ballot voting in the state. Below you can see the tweet from earlier today.

1613616343113.png

The most notable bill is SB71, which in terms described by the tweet above saying it will, “end at-will absentee voting in Georgia, making it only available to those over 75, a doctor’s note or out of town.”

Another bill mandates that you, “submit a photocopy of their ID, a driver’s license number or other state ID number when requesting an absentee ballot.” (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)

These bills will now move on to the full committee in the Georgia State Senate for a vote.

The other two bills were passed which make small improvements and changes to the voting methods and laws in the state to tighten the security of the election. Democratic State Senator Sally Harrell (D-GA) attacked the bill citing COVID-19 reasons saying, “We are all vulnerable. We don’t know which person this virus is going to kill.”

While these bills are progress towards election security, they seem to be too late as the 2020 Presidential election is over and Joe Biden is in the White House. In addition, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R-GA) did little to help former President Trump in auditing the vote.

We will have to see if these bills do become law or are stopped.

“We Have to Get to the Bottom of What Happened” – President Trump Speaks Out on the 2020 Election in Newsmax Interview (VIDEO)

Greg Kelly spoke with President Donald Trump on Wednesday night following the reported death of conservative legend Rush Limbaugh.

President Trump told Greg Kelly, “Rush Limbaugh thought we won the election. We did win the election. It was disgraceful what happened.”

Trump praised his friend Rush Limbaugh who was a devoted supporter. Trump also praised Greg Kelly for his success.

President Trump on Rush, “He would talk for three hours… He could talk. He wouldn’t repeat.”

On Joe Biden’s latest lie that President Trump did not have the vaccine, “He’s either not telling the truth or he’s totally off. We had the vaccine before he came into office. Could he be joking? Because frankly, it was a very dumb statement.”

Trump continued to condemn the stolen election and shared at the 8:40 mark below:
Bad things happened but you’ve covered that and you know it. And really bad and dishonest things happened and when they say ‘stop the steal’ they’re not just kidding. It’s a disgrace. It’s a disgrace. It’s like a third-world country with the elections. So we have to get that straightened out and I think get to the bottom of what happened. I also think going forward but we also have to go back, because we have to go back. I watched him last night on television and I think it’s a disgrace.”

Mike Lindell dropped a bombshell while on Bannon’s War Room.

According to Mike Lindell, 60% of all the cyber attacks in the 2020 election came from China.

As Bannon said it is time for us to see the evidence of this.

It is important to note that Lindell is claiming this was much deeper than just some Facebook ads.

We know thanks to the Director Of National Intelligence that China “sought to influence” the outcome of the 2020 election:

We also know that they own U.S politicians:

It is time to get to the bottom of what happened in the 2020 election.

No more claims we need hard evidence.

Michigan Removed 177,000 Voters from Voter Rolls in January After Certifying Biden Won Michigan by 154,000 Votes in November

Michigan now admits after ‘certifying’ the 2020 Presidential election, that more voters should be removed from their voter rolls than there were votes won by Joe Biden in the race. Mixed with other suspected fraud, (like 141,000 ballot drops at 6am the day after the election) all the ballots in this state should be forensically audited to determine the full extent of the election fraud.

There was so much fraud in Michigan in the 2020 election it is difficult to know where to start. There were late-night ballot dumps in Michigan like other states:

Rumble video on website 3:35 min

There were vans delivering ballots in the early morning after the election under the Detroit TFC Center where votes were being counted:

Republicans were harassed and prevented from viewing the ballot counting in the same TFC center the next day. When finally some Republican observers forced their way into the room they found the poll workers counting Xerox copies of military ballots all for Biden:

The Washington Free Beacon now reports:
The Michigan secretary of state removed 177,000 inactive voters from the state’s voter rolls after settling a legal challenge.
The stateremoved the names from the voter rolls in late January because the voters no longer live in the state or did not respond to the state’s inquiries about their addresses, according to a Tuesday district court announcement. The state performed the post-election audit during a legal battle with the Honest Elections Project, an election watchdog.
Michigan certified the election results in November claiming Joe Biden won by 154,000 votes.

Michigan’s 2020 election was run by crooks. A forensic ballot count of all the ballots in Detroit, if not the entire state, should be performed.

Michigan Completes Another Garbage Audit Wasting Time and Resources Performing Procedures Which Will Never Address 2020 Election Fraud

By Joe Hoft
Published February 18, 2021 at 8:30am

Our state election commissions and politicians are either totally incompetent or they are totally corrupt, or both.

The Detroit Free Press reports:
A statewide election audit has affirmed the results of the November presidential election in Michigan, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said Friday.
“This statewide audit process affirms what election officials on both sides of the aisle have said since November — that Michigan’s election was conducted securely and fairly, and the results accurately reflect the will of the voters,” Benson said.
TRENDING: OUTRAGEOUS: After Abandoning Trump and Allowing Landslide Election to be Stolen, Republican "Leaders" Now Want to Look Into Election Integrity - What Garbage!
The statewide risk-limiting audit was one of many audits conducted after the November general election meant to test the accuracy of the machine count and election results.
Of course, we all know Michigan’s Secretary of State has a very suspect past:

So anything Benson says or does must be taken with a grain of salt and this is no exception. Michigan is following in the footsteps of other states who have performed or scheduled audits of the 2020 election results which will never identify the types of fraud suspected in the 2020 election.

We reported yesterday on an effort by Wisconsin that is a waste of time and money:

And we also reported on an audit to be performed in Virginia that will never address the 2020 election fraud in that state:

Michigan’s audit was no exception and no exceptions were found. The audit in Michigan was reported as being performed by county clerks:
During the audit, a total of 18,084 randomly selected ballots were reviewed by municipal and county clerks from more than 1,300 jurisdictions, “more than had ever participated in such an audit anywhere,” according to the Secretary of State’s Office.
Apparently, the audits were not performed by independent individuals from both parties:
Democratic Ingham County Clerk Barb Byrum said that ensuring a political balance in the party identification of the individuals undertaking post-election audits would be prudent. There are currently no state requirements regarding the political balance of the auditors. Lyons said she relies on her staff to undertake the audit who take an oath to uphold the U.S. and Michigan constitutions. “Frankly, I enjoy the ignorant bliss of the party affiliations of my staff,” she said. “I don’t know what other counties do, who they use to conduct their audits.”
Byrum also shared her unbiased opinion regarding election fraud:
In testimony before the Senate Oversight committee, Byrum said, “I call on the members of the committee to stand up in public and say what they know to be true: that the November 2020 general election was conducted fairly, that the results were accurate and that the ‘Big Lie’ perpetuated by the former president was just that, a lie. Only then can the public truly start to come together and restore the faith in our elections.”
The audits being performed by the states since the election will never identify the suspected fraud identified in the election. They are being performed by biased individuals using sampling methods that may be suspect while ignoring the areas where fraud is suspected.

These audits are worthless and a waste of time and resources which are better spent elsewhere. Their only purpose is to greenlight election results full of suspected fraud.

In this day and age, we have the ability to perform audits of an entire population of ballots and determine their validity based on paper, ink, and other parameters. These real audits are not even being considered by politicians and election commissions across the country. These audits would address fraudulent absentee ballots included in election results. Maybe both Democrats and Republicans don’t want to know the truth?

We need to demand that real audits be performed, not garbage attempts by
biased individuals to greenlight suspected fraudulent results.

The Continuing Crisis

The election and its aftermath.
by Michael Anton

Five people died in the chaos on Capitol Hill on January 6. An unarmed 14-year veteran of the Air Force, Ashli Babbitt, was shot point-blank by a Capitol Police officer. Four others, one of them another Capitol Police officer, apparently died of medical emergencies. All of these deaths were tragic and unnecessary. At least one of them, and possibly two, may have been the result of criminal acts—though early reports of Officer Brian Sicknick being beaten with a fire extinguisher are now being, as they say, “walked back.” His family says he died of a preexisting medical condition and have asked the media to stop politicizing his death. Further complicating the official narrative, Officer Sicknick was an avid supporter of Donald Trump.

If it turns out that Officer Sicknick was attacked by a protester, the legal system will—as it should—avenge his death. But the shooting of Babbitt will be investigated and almost certainly found “justified” or, at most, regrettable but no one’s fault except her own. That might even be the correct outcome, and we pray, whatever the verdict, it will be the result of a fair or judicious legal process. Recent experience, however, more than suggests that those perceived as supporting present ruling arrangements are, and will be, treated much more gently than those seen as opposing them.

A full understanding of what happened that Wednesday would begin with the ruling class’s decades-long betrayal and despoliation of what would eventually come to be called Red or Deplorable or Flyover America. But the more proximate cause was the 2020 election—easily the highest intensity such contest of my lifetime. Each side felt that the stakes were existential. The accuracy of those feelings doesn’t matter; their existence was enough to drive events.

As an incumbent seeking a second term, President Trump-even after the COVID lockdowns had tanked America’s previously supercharged economy-seemed to have a lot of things going for him: near-unanimous support from the base, high primary turnout even though he faced no opposition, a seemingly unified party, approval ratings not far from Barack Obama’s in 2012.

According to Gallup, in September 2020 56% of Americans reported doing better than they had four years prior—a level that, in ordinary times, would all but guarantee an incumbent’s re-election.

But these were not ordinary times. It was also easy to see—and many friends and supporters of the president did see, and warned about—shoals ahead. The Democrats used the pandemic as an excuse to accelerate and intensify their decades-long effort to loosen and change American election practices in ways that favor their party. In the spring, they began openly talking about staging a coup: literally using the military to yank Trump from power. It’s one thing to hold a “war game” and plot in secret about a president’s ouster, but why leak the result? Only if you want the public prepared for what otherwise would look like outrageous interference in “our democracy.” Democrats and their media allies also, and for the same reason, assiduously pushed the so-called “Red Mirage” narrative: the story that, while you are likely to see Trump way ahead on election night, he will certainly lose as all the votes are counted. This was less a prediction than preemptive explanation: what you see might look funny, but let us assure you in advance that it’s all on the up-and-up.

In response (or lack thereof) to the other side’s assiduous preparations, the president, his staff, his campaign, and his party committed four serious errors of omission. First, they made hardly any attempt to work with Republican state officials—governors, legislatures, and secretaries of state—to oppose and amend rule changes that would disadvantage them and favor their opponents. As far back as the 2016 election, Trump had complained that Hillary Clinton’s popular vote total had been padded by several million votes by illegal immigrants. Yet he and the GOP did very little to tighten state election procedures. Second, after having failed adequately to oppose those changes, they mounted far too few legal challenges to get them overturned or modified. Third, having declined to challenge the changes, they barely even tried to ramp up their own mail-in voting operation to rival the Democrats’. Fourth, despite numerous loud predictions—both as boasts and warnings—that the election outcome would be unclear and disputed in several states, no team was assembled in advance to investigate and, if necessary, litigate the results. Florida 2000 came as a surprise to candidates Al Gore and George W. Bush. Nonetheless the Bush campaign was able to field almost immediately an army of lawyers, including experts on election law, headed by a former secretary of state, the wily James Baker. The Trump team had at least six months’ warning and, as far as I can see, did nothing to prepare.

Reasons to Doubt

Then came the election itself. Unsurprisingly, the “Red Mirage” did appear. But was it a mirage?

There are reasons to doubt. (Perhaps the single-best summary of the irregularities is “Memorandum: How the 2020 Election Could Have Been Stolen,” by Claes Ryn, a professor of politics at the Catholic University of America, published online at the American Conservative.)
Vote counting seemed to be inexplicably halted in five states (Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin)—or, more precisely, in Democratic Party-controlled big cities in those states—late on election night as Trump was piling up seemingly insurmountable leads.

There are numerous eyewitness reports of election officials in the affected precincts telling the Republican observers to go home, because no more counting would be done that night, only to resume counting as soon as said observers were out of sight. Then suddenly, when the count was made public again, Biden was ahead in all five states.

Officials “found” huge tranches of ballots that overwhelmingly—and in some cases exclusively—favored Biden. Sometimes the dead “voted,” along with other ineligible people (e.g., felons and people who had moved to other states). Meanwhile, registered voters showed up to vote in person only to be told that they had already voted absentee despite having never requested an absentee ballot. There are sworn affidavits alleging the back-dating of ballots; there are mail-in and absentee ballots which appeared without creases (so how did they get into their envelopes?); as well as thousands upon thousands of Biden ballots without a single choice marked for any down-ballot candidate.

Then there are the statistical anomalies. For instance, political scientist Patrick Basham reports in the Spectator that “n Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89 percent of the votes counted.

For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95 percent margin in every single batch.” What are the chances of that? And that’s only one example.

Beyond the statistical, there are historical anomalies. Since the 19th century, not a single incumbent president who gained votes in his second run has lost. To the contrary, winners often shed votes. Barack Obama’s total, for instance, dropped by 3.5 million. President Trump’s rose by more than 11 million. Certain states and counties have long served as “bellwethers”: win them, and you win it all. President Trump won all the bellwether states and 18 of 19 bellwether counties. Successful incumbents tend to have “coattails”: they carry down-ballot officials from their party over the finish line. The Republicans gained 11 House seats, did not lose the Senate (at least not on election day) in a year when more than two thirds of defending incumbents were Republican, and cleaned up at the state level. Finally, primary voting has long been a leading indicator of the November outcome: dominate the primaries, win the general. No incumbent who received 75% or more of the total primary vote has ever lost re-election; President Trump got 94%.

No precedent lasts forever, and perhaps one or more of these really were broken in 2020. But all of them?

A Leadership Vacuum

All of this, and more, led the president to believe that he had been cheated. Yet despite the gravity of that belief, he did not organize a serious effort on his own behalf—not, as noted, before election day despite ample warning, nor even on the morning after when so many of the predicted irregularities proved true. For a while the president was even silent, and at other times inconsistent. There was no leadership, no rallying point: not for the staff, the campaign, or the party.

From here he drifted into errors of commission. The leadership vacuum encouraged freelancing by outsiders, of whom it was never clear if they were, or were not, speaking for the president, the White House, or the party. Many were credible people with admirable records, but little (if any) experience litigating disputed elections, much less presidential elections in several states at once. Several of them undermined their reputations, if not their prior accomplishments, through the advancement of extraordinary claims. The president seemed at times to egg them on, at other times to ignore them, and at still others to repudiate them. But extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence, of which none was provided. This had two predictable, unhelpful, and contrary effects: raising expectations among his base, while persuading anyone hitherto uncertain that any and all allegations of fraud were “baseless” conspiracy theory hogwash.

Which, let’s be clear, they are not—not all of them, at any rate. That’s not to say that any have been proved. They’ve barely been investigated, whether at the federal or state level, in the courts, or by the media. For it’s quite clear that most of the people who really run America don’t want to know what really happened. More to the point, they don’t want you to know.

Republican officials fear the uncovering of something that should have obligated them to act.

The Democrats are happy with the outcome and either don’t want to look a gift horse in the mouth, or have simply redefined “democracy” to mean achieving the correct outcome, no matter how. And so for all their bleating about “our democracy,” these dedicated ideologues have come to believe the incorrect outcome is ipso facto “anti-democratic.”

Not that uncovering any real facts would have mattered much. Big Tech and the media have made clear that the matter is closed, the science (as they say) “settled,” and will brook no questions. Irregularities that our own State Department considers sufficient proof to declare third-world elections fraudulent are, here at home, not even enough to quality as “evidence.”

The standard of proof for Republicans is set so high as to be (deliberately) unmeetable.

All this is to say, the battle to demonstrate fraud in such a way as to force a reversal of the outcome was uphill at best—the system wasn’t going to allow a change to a result it liked—and not helped by the wilder claims made on Trump’s behalf. As a result, no one really knows for sure how much and what kind of fraud was committed, whether it was of sufficient magnitude to change the election result, and, thus, who truly won.

But the worst error of all was to raise expectations well beyond any ability to deliver. To be blunt, millions of the president’s supporters became convinced that the outcome of the election would be reversed and that he would serve a second term. Not merely that this was the right or correct or just outcome, but that it really would happen. The rally on January 6 may have been the spark that set off the run to the Capitol, but the kindling had been accumulating for weeks.

As for the event itself, it may be true, as many participants have said, that at least the first groups to get inside genuinely believed they were not trespassing but simply entering a public building with the knowledge and blessing of those entrusted with its care. One protester who’s already been arrested by the FBI reports having had a door to the Capitol held open for him by a Capitol Police officer. What was he supposed to think? There is video (perhaps by now censored and banned) of Capitol Police standing by while protesters stream in. Perhaps the officers were under orders not to escalate the situation; perhaps they just didn’t know what to do; perhaps some of them even sympathized. The real reason for their passivity is not yet known and likely never will be.

SUSPICIOUS: Late Night VA Ballot Drop Accounts for 73% Of All Biden Votes In Fairfax County

Months after the 2020 US election, Americans continue to learn about the questionable nature of the vote tabulation in their states.

SUSPICIOUS: Late Night VA Ballot Drop Accounts for 73% Of All Biden Votes In Fairfax County

In Virginia on election day of last year, 300,000 Biden votes were counted in a series of five suspicious late-night ballot drops. One of those dumps accounted for 73% of all Biden votes in that Fairfax County.

As Americans reel from the unanswered questions regarding the credible accusations of widespread voter fraud that many believe led to the theft of the 2020 US election, as well as the first month of Joe Biden’s regime in the White House, Virginians have more questions than answers about what occurred, in the dead of night, on election day in their state.

The Gateway Pundit has uncovered a pattern in Virginia, among other states, which they have named the “Drop and Roll.” Fairfax County, Virginia was one of the counties that received one of the five suspicious 300,000 vote late-night ballot drops, according to the report.

“After some more work, we have located the Congressional Districts that include Fairfax County in their results. This is where more than 300,000 votes were recorded for Biden late that night. There were actually 5 entries – in and out and in and out and in – netting to more than 308,000 votes for Biden and only 79,000 votes for President Trump – an 80/20 ratio.”

As a result of the 308,000-vote ballot dump, Joe Biden appeared to have defeated President Donald Trump by a margin of 80% in Fairfax County, vastly and suspiciously outperforming failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
For context, here is Joe Biden’s margin of victory in Fairfax County in the 2020 election when only accounting for Trump and Biden votes:

VA-8, 74% to 26%
VA-10, 65% to 35%

VA-11, 72% to 28%

Here is Hillary Clinton’s margin of victory in Fairfax County in the 2016 election:

VA-8, 68% to 25%
VA-10, 56% to 37%
VA-11, 66% to 27%
Amid countless other examples of evidence of widespread mass voter fraud in the 2020 US election, Americans are questioning where these late-night votes came from, and why there haven’t been calls for a forensic review of the ballots.

Maricopa County Audits Are Proving to Be a Waste of Time and Money, They Were Never Created to Identify the Suspected Election Fraud in the County

By Joe Hoft
Published February 18, 2021 at 1:10pm

AZ-Audit-Door-Left-Open.jpg

Maricopa County Arizona hired two firms to come in and audit their 2020 election votes.

These firms will never uncover the suspected fraud in the County in the 2020 election and the Board of Supervisors who hired the auditors and wasted County resources likely knew it.

USA Today came out with a report about the audits recently performed in Maricopa County Arizona. The report notes:
The county hired outside auditors to tryto show the county’s election was fair, but many who have doubts about its integrity are calling the effort a charade, even before the findings are announced.
“The two audits they have are a joke,” state Sen. Warren Petersen, R-Gilbert, said Feb. 8 on the Senate floor. “They aren’t meant to find fraud, even if there is fraud.”

Senate Republicans want to do their own audit, including a hand count of about 26% of mail-in ballots — something that the county’s new audit does not do.
The USA Today shares Arizona Republic reporting that ‘election consultants’ said that the audits by these firms are more thorough than prior audits. This may be the case, but not by much. The USA reports that previously Arizona performed the following ‘audit’:
The county followed a rigorous auditing process after the 2020 general election, much of which is required under state law. That includes:
  • County officials reviewed and released statistics about the ballots cast and counted, such as the number of overvotes and the number of ballots that weren’t counted because they were postmarked late. No irregularities were found there, compared with prior elections.
  • The county conducted a postelection logic and accuracy test on voting machines, as state law requires. That test verified that the machines counted votes properly.
  • And it did a hand count of ballots. State law requires bipartisan teams to review a statistically significant number of ballots, checking how voters marked ballots with the way the machine reads the votes. If problems are found, it triggers a larger count. The hand count in each county must include ballots from at least 2% of vote centers or precincts, and 5,000 mail-in ballots or 1% of mail-in ballots, whichever is less.
Maricopa County’s general election hand count looked at 8,082 ballots, as required. The party-appointed reviewers found that the machines counted the votes on these ballots with 100% accuracy.
The first audit basically ‘reviewed’ results (whatever that means), looked at voting machines to determine they can count ballots, and recounted a sample of ballots.

Nowhere does it mention that the state performed a forensic review of all the ballots in Maricopa County to determine that only valid ballots were included in the state’s final results.

The USA Today then shares that since no irregularities were found, these new audits were basically a waste of resources and that the best way to perform another audit would be a hand recount. Of course, both of these comments are incorrect. The prior audit was basically an exercise to confirm the certified results on a sampled basis. The audit included no forensic activities that would determine if absentee ballots included in the election results in the county were invalid in any way. Of course, a recount would also not identify these fraudulent ballots as well.

This is why the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors selected the two auditors to confirm their 2020 reporting while performing audits which will never identify invalid ballots counted in the 2020 election. The Board claimed that they selected these firms because they were certified but as we reported this turned out to not be the case:

USA Today next reports:
Here is what the county-hired auditors did in the two weeks they spent in Phoenix earlier this month:
  • Pro V&V performed another logic and accuracy test on the tabulation machines to see that the “system correctly captures, stores, consolidates, and reports the specific ballot selections, and absence of selections, for each ballot position.”
  • Both firms checked to see if the county is using certified hardware and software.
  • The firms examined what’s called “hash values” — the code that dictates how the machine functions — to see if they were the same as when the machines were certified. If the hash code is different, that may indicate tampering.
  • The auditors also checked that hackers didn’t install any software or hardware onto the machines by running malware tests and opening up the machines. They also conducted a network analysis to “ensure the network is a ‘closed network’ and can’t reach the internet.”
  • The auditors examined all nine of the large tabulators that count ballots at the election center, a random selection of 20% of the county’s precinct-based tabulators and a random selection of 40% of the county’s adjudication stations.
The USA Today went on the share that these two audits will cost the County $56,815 and then some because these two outfits will also review the procurement process which included the selection of Dominion Voting machines in the county. What an absolute waste of taxpayer money.

The USA Today goes on to report that the machine audits are valuable and that an expert says hand recounts are better. Again, both of these assessments are wrong. The best audit of the results of the 2020 election is to perform an audit of the ballots included in the 2020 election and determine that they were valid.

Senator Fann, a leader in the Arizona Senate, agrees that an audit of the ballots is due:
Fann said one main component that seems to be missing is a review of actual 2020 ballots, as the Senate wants to pursue. She said this would allow them to see, among other things, whether any ballots were filled out by computers, why there were certain spikes for certain candidates in certain areas, whether there were any false ballots cast.
The Senate has requested access to ballots and machines through a subpoena which the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is refusing to comply with. The same group is currently breaking the law by not handing over the ballots to the County Treasurer per Arizona state law:

It’s pretty clear that those in charge do not want an audit to be performed of the ballots in Maricopa County. They are doing everything they can, like leadership in other states, to prevent real auditors to forensically review the ballots counted in the 2020 Presidential election. Only individuals with something to hide would do this.

Now We Know A Third Media Company Paid Antifa Agitator Thousands for Capitol Riots Footage: ABC

by Kyle Beckerabout 6 hours agoupdated about 3 hours ago
ABCSULLIVAN-758x413.jpg

John Earl Sullivan was paid thousands of dollars for his explosive footage of the January 6th Capitol riots by three major media companies, despite evidence of him having participated in a criminal act.

Sullivan, a self-style ‘revolutionary’ who had taken public positions supporting Antifa and Black Lives Matter, had captured footage of the Capitol riots deadly shooting of Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt. The unique footage was criminal evidence of public importance and a trove of it was made publicly available by John Earle Sullivan himself. A judge recently ruled that Sullivan was allowed to use social media during trial, an opportunity that he took advantage of recently.

As reported earlier at Becker News in an article that produced “receipts” of his media business transactions, based on a story broken by Politico:

The defendant, John Sullivan of Utah, has maintained that he attends raucous demonstrations as a journalist, sharing videos through his Insurgence USA website and social media platforms.

Sullivan’s defense attorney even filed invoices with the court showing that CNN and NBC each paid Sullivan’s firm $35,000 last month for rights to video he filmed of chaotic scenes outside and inside the Capitol, including the deadly shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

Another invoice that was submitted by the defense attorney was one for ABC: Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The February 12, 2021 invoice submitted shows the amount: $2,500.

ABC.jpg

Nonetheless, CNN had both Sullivan and a freelance documentary photojournalist who was with him named Jade Sacker on the network during the heat of the capitol riots fallout and gave an uncritical interview.

View: https://youtu.be/Y7PXvchh2WQ
4:05 min

The CNN transcript from January 6th, the day of the Capitol riot, shows no serious questioning of Sullivan by Anderson Cooper about his participation in the riots, despite his footage saying he had a “knife” and that had a number of times shouted phrases inciting the riot like “burn it down.” This was the conclusion of the CNN interview:

OK. Obviously, it’s very chaotic. I appreciate talking to you. We’re obviously trying to — I know there’s some other angles on this and we’re trying to learn more information about exactly what happened. I appreciate your time. Thank you very much.

Sullivan would be arrested on federal charges on January 14th, as reported by KSL TV, and “booked into the Tooele County Jail Wednesday afternoon.” The charges included “violent entry in a restricted building and disorderly conduct.”

The Rolling Stone effectively confessed the ethical problems arising from getting Sullivan’s account of the capitol riots without noting that he had no journalistic credentials, as he had previously claimed. It admitted this in an “update” to a January 13th piece:

UPDATE: John Sullivan was arrested and charged on January 14th, according to the Department of Justice, with “one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and one count of interfering with law enforcement engaged in the lawful performance of their official duties incident to and during the commission of civil disorder.” An FBI affidavit discounts Sullivan’s claim to be a journalist: “He has admitted,” the agent writes of Sullivan, “that he has no press credentials and the investigation has not revealed any connection between SULLIVAN and any journalistic organizations.”

It is important to note that John Earle Sullivan had a controversial history beyond merely advocating for revolution and insurgency. In July, Sullivan had been arrested in Utah after an earlier investigation of “rioting, making a threat of violence and criminal mischief.” As Deseret News reported:

Sullivan was also captured on video threatening to beat a woman in an SUV, according to the affidavit, and then kicking her door, leaving a dent.

Sullivan was seen with Jesse Taggart — the man charged with shooting the motorist — throughout the protest, the affidavit states.

He had also been at the scene of other capitol break-ins, such as the one at the Oregon state capitol in Portland in mid-December.

Sullivan’s verified social media accounts for Insurgence USA, as well as Jaydenx, also posted messages that strongly suggest that he wanted to participate in the capitol riots as far back as December 28th. Sullivan even used hashtag #Antifa.
image_123986672-1.jpg

One of Sullivan’s Instagram followers also shared a post calling for a Black Lives Matter counter-protest at the capitol.

jan-6-call-to-action-1034x664-e1610505475116.jpg

“Must have Tactical gear/ bullet proof vest, bring first aid kids and water. No firearms unless you are licensed to carry in D.C.”

The US Against Racism rally was purportedly co-organized by NFAC, an armed black separatist group, which has appeared at other rallies with extremist groups, which are often labeled by the media as “far-right.” An LA Times article on a Virginia capitol protest on January 18th defies the narrative that the extremist groups reported to have participated in the capitol riot are a monolithic of Trump supporters:

But a united cause quickly gave way to tensions. A dozen Boogaloo Bois, wearing signature Hawaiian shirts and patches revealing their alliance with Black Lives Matter, cheered as Black Panthers marched past. The Proud Boys taunted the Boogaloo Bois.

As revealed in an illuminating Time article, one reason that Antifa and other extremist groups did not appear to be visible at the capitol riots was there was coordination with major national left-wing organizations. Sullivan’s own videos show a coordinated planned assault on the capitol, replete with tactical gear like gas masks, helmets, bullet-proof vests and batons.

HELMETS.jpg

Most of those arrested and charged were from out-of-state, indicating advance planning and anticipation of violent conflict.

The Politico report also highlighted the role that Sullivan played in agitating the mob:
However, prosecutors contend that Sullivan is not a mere bystander or chronicler of protests. Instead, they say, he actively encourages violence, telling viewers how to make Molotov cocktails and evade identification by police. He was arrested last month on charges stemming from the Jan. 6 riot, including interfering with police during a civil disorder. Sullivan was later hit with an additional charge: obstruction of Congress.

John Earle Sullivan had shouted numerous incendiary statements during the storming of the Capitol building, including “we about to burn this shit down.”
Sullivan posed as a Trump supporter to infiltrate the crowd.

Sullivan’s suspect behavior could be checked by anyone simply be searching through his trove of Youtube videos, where he has been a prolific poster. Just one day after the judge permitted him to use social media, someone uploaded two more videos to his account.

The first one shows Trump supporters waving pro-Trump flags.

View: https://youtu.be/lWXqvIqoQCA

In his video, Sullivan was heard after Babbitt was shot yelling several times “she’s dead!” At the end of one of his videos, he coldly says about the incident, “I guess we’re all dying, so **** it.”
Sullivan’s own videos even show he was closely tethered throughout the riot to major persons of interest. One of these was the infamous Q Anon/climate extremist Jake Angeli, who was later given free reign by Capitol Police to storm the Senate chambers.
HORN-GUY-2.jpg

Another is Aaron Mostofsky, the son of Kings County Supreme Court Judge Shlomo Mostofsky. As reported by Courthouse News, Aaron Mostofsky was “arrested and charged with four counts including theft of government property and disorderly conduct.”

Screenshot-2_18_2021-10_10_19-AM.jpg

KSL asked Sullivan after the incident if he was a part of Antifa, this was his response:

When he was asked if he was a member of Antifa, as he has used the hashtag in his social media posts, he said he understands where there could be confusion.

“If people are saying I’m Antifa, as far as a terrorist organization, I’m not,” he said. “Am I anti-fascist? We all are anti-fascist. And that’s what we should all strive for being. I have my own organization, Insurgence USA, and that’s what it is for. That’s really what it is.”

John Sullivan’s brother James, who had turned him into the federal investigators, pointed to his brother’s self-imagined affiliation with Antifa.

“He’ll go on video and say he’s Antifa and then when approached by somebody he’ll say he’s not,” James Sullivan said to a local CBS affiliate.

“He is not a reporter anyway,” James Sullivan added. “He started Insurgence TV and he just started going into like full radicalization, preaching and hosting rallies.”

Although Sullivan denied his brother’s several allegations, he himself admitted there is no “card” for voluntary membership in the Antifa cause.

“I don’t know where you get, there’s an organization named Antifa,” John Sullivan said. “Nor is there a membership card that is being passed out.”

Antifa is just an “idea” and not an organization. Joe Biden would wholeheartedly agree.

Feds in Louisville KY, Arrest Two Militia Members Associated With The Boogaloo Bois

ByApril McAbee
February 18, 2021

cancelled-15-1068x601.png

February 18, 2021

Both John Subleski, age 32, and Adam Turner, age 35, of Louisville, Kentucky, were arrested by the Louisville Division of Federal Bureau of Investigation last week after they were identified as members of two militia groups that took part in violent riots in downtown Louisville.

Subleski was charged with using a facility of interstate commerce to incite a riot and committing an act of violence in furtherance of a riot.

The complaint against Subleski alleges that he was a militia member known as the United Pharaoh’s Guard (UPG), who define themselves as Boogaloo Bois. “Boogaloo” is a term referencing a violent uprising or impending civil war. The UPG is noted in the federal complaint as providing “security” for Louisville BLM protests.

The complaint further goes into detail about January 6, 2021. The complaint states that he incited others to engage in a riot through the use of social media. He made one post that said, “Time to storm LMPD,” and another said, “They storming the capital in DC and yall can’t unite enough to storm the gov buildings here….smh I HATE IT.”

Through the evidence presented in the complaint, it is clear that Subleski took advantage of the Capitol riot and proceed to do the same in Louisville but for a completely different reason in Louisville.

“Outta your homes and into the streets f*** the government and the police!!!!!!! Let’s get this luau started.” LUAU is another term that is a reference civil war and violence towards the government.

Four minutes after Ashlie Babbitt was shot and killed in the US Capitol, he posted, “Time to storm LMPD.”

Around 4:30 pm on the 6th, members of UPG and others, 30-50 people, met at Jefferson Square Park. Jefferson Square Park is the location of the memorial for Breanna Taylor and the focal point for months of protesting in the city after the death of George Floyd.

That evening in downtown Louisville, Subleski and his group pointed rifles at a driver of a vehicle, blocked intersections, and barricaded several roads. Many in the group were openly armed.

According to the complaint, later in the evening, Subleski is on video firing his rifle at a vehicle that drove through one of his group’s barricades, and that Subleski fled the scene after firing his rifle at the vehicle. Much of the activities are captured on video by the Real Time Crime Cameras.

Turner, the second individual, arrested for communicating a threat, is further alleged that on December 25th, 2020, Turner had participated in a protest caravan driving through St. Matthews. He then confronted St. Matthews Police Officers following a traffic stop of the caravan and during the confrontation, Turner was openly carrying an AR-pistol and an additional handgun.

According to the complaint, Turner was eventually arrested for menacing and resisting arrest. Following the arrest, Turner made several Twitter and Facebook posts threatening police officers.

If convicted at trial, both Subleski and Turner face a maximum of 5 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and a 3-year term of supervised release.

“FBI Louisville’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), and each of the member agencies, are committed to keeping our communities safe from violent extremists,” stated FBI Special Agent in Charge Robert Brown.

“Today’s decisive action underscores the exceptional partnership and professionalism of our JTTF membership. The citizens of the Commonwealth can take comfort in the fact we continue to work together every day to protect our communities from extremists seeking to do harm.”

Boogaloo Bois and the United Pharaoh’s Guard have been mentioned in reports several times concerning the protests and violent riots over the past 7 months in Louisville. Oftentimes the mainstream media attempt to lump these groups in with the far-right groups. There is more than enough evidence to prove these groups are anti-American, anti-police, and anti-government, much like their closely related friends… Antifa.

In a Facebook post, Subleski is identified by name as a protestor. He goes on to say that he gives respect to those “willing to die for justice for Brianna Taylor.”

Where do you stand? Are these fringe extremist groups associated with conservative-leaning political ideology? Or are they associated with Black Lives Matter and Antifa?

Virginia Voter Identified 1.7 Million Vote Difference Between State Report and Externally Reported Data But Then Couldn’t Find Anyone to Address His Concerns

By Joe Hoft
Published February 18, 2021 at 7:52pm

A Virginia voter identified a 1.7 million vote difference between the final state results in the 2020 election and external results reported on Election Night. When he attempted to address his issues with authorities, no one would answer his questions.

A voter in Virginia shared with us that he read an article that indicated voter fraud in Virginia in the 2020 Presidential election. The article published at the American Thinker in November was similar to the one we posted a week earlier regarding the late-night dumps in Virginia on election night:

The voter found the source data for the analysis at the New York Times – Edison news feed released after the election. This data is what was used by TGP in its analysis right after the election as well. The Virginia voter noticed like we did that there were huge 300,000 ballot drops for Joe Biden in Virginia that were reversed after being posted twice and then entered a third time and left alone. The likelihood of this happening in the real world is nil but errors might have occurred accounting for adjustments that perhaps were addressed by the state.

The final results of the NYT-Edison data feed were very close to the final results reported by the state. Therefore the voter believed these results at the NYT-Edison data feed were correct.

Next, the voter attempted to reconcile the results from Virginia’s change file with the results from the NYT-Edison data feed. When he did this he found 1.7 million votes were missing in the change file. The change file was incomplete at best. The voter was convinced the change file should agree with the state’s final results.

So next the voter emailed the Department of Elections on December 5 and requested that the changelog be updated. The Department did not respond. He then contacted the Governor through the Virginia website and again received no response. He then worked with an assistant for his State Delegate. She reached out to the Department multiple times, but they have yet to provide a response.

It is certainly a concern if there is a problem with the final numbers certified in Virginia. But there are two additional problems here which no doubt other Americans in other states are having as well:
  1. The information on the state’s websites is not well explained and may be incomplete.
  2. There is no clear known place where Americans can go to get answers to their questions related to elections – especially the 2020 election.
Due to the non-response from Virginia politicians and state employees, and based on the huge ballot entries, there are now additional concerns that the election was stolen in that state.

On the night of the election, Virginia was called early for Biden with about 1 percent of the voters having voted. This of course is what EVERY swamp dweller would expect with Washington DC so close by. At least twice during the night I noted that Trump votes exceeded Biden's votes - and by a considerable margin the second time - and yet the state did not "flip." Like someone KNEW that Biden would carry - probably through fraud.

My own thought is that Trump votes were being "evaluated" - and a compensatory "adder" was being tweeked as necessary to give Biden the edge. And then Trump votes CONTINUED to mount as outlying precincts were reported - requiring ANOTHER compensatory adder.

Methinks the VA vote was "LIVE" and "ONLINE" continuously, and being tweeked as necessary. The Dems felt so secure in this they told their friends the MEEDIA "Don't worry about VA - we got this." Hence the early call.

Suspected Virginia vote fraud in the 2020 (s)elections, from the beginning - when the DNC of Virginia has the likes of former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe at their beck and call, anything is possible - I have always suspected that he was not actually elected to become the governor in 2014-2018, rather was (s)elected by the DNC machine, which used Virginia as a test grounds for honing their vote stealing/cheating methods in those earlier years.

Retired Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré has been leading a review of security measures at the U.S. Capitol at the direction of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) following the Jan. 6 attack on the building by a mob of Trump supporters.

POLL: What scares you the most?

But recent inflammatory comments made by the 74-year-old retired Army general against Republicans are raising questions about whether he was the right pick for the job.

What are the details?
Fox News' Tucker Carlson alerted his viewers Wednesday night to a tweet Honoré made on Jan. 11, days after the siege, when he said of Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), "This little peace of s**t with his @Yale law degree should be run out of DC and Disbarred ASAP," tagging Hawley and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), whom he dubbed "aaa hats," and adding, "these @Yale and @Harvard law grads is high order white privilege."

Content warning: Language
Hawley and Cruz led high-profile efforts on Jan. 6 to reject some Electoral College votes cast in favor of President Joe Biden, the same day Trump hosted a rally in Washington, D.C., in protest of the election results before the mob of activists stormed the Capitol.

Carlson also pointed out unfounded speculations Honoré made in the media in the days following the attack, such as his assumption that those in charge of security at the Capitol — including a high percentage of Capitol Police officers could have been "complicit" in the attack and whom he dubbed "Trumpers."

You may view Carlson's segment in its entirety below. His coverage of Honoré begins around the 16:30 mark:

1613706022849.png

Anything else?
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) also slammed the Honoré appointment Wednesday night, tweeting, "General Honoré is an extreme partisan and should be the LAST person to head up an investigation of what happened at the Capitol on Jan 6th."

1613705966075.png
Johnson pointed to a Fox News article from last July when Honoré told MSNBC that then-acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf needs "to be run out of Washington" due to what he called "bulls***" tactics used by federal agents to contain mobs in Portland, Oregon, amid unrest in the city.

Honoré also tried to get his Twitter followers to "stop buying" what he called the "s*** stocks" of companies that advertise with Sean Hannity, saying the Fox News host "speaks #Russian iNFO OPERATIONS TO SUCK UP TO #45."

[COMMENT: Concerning to see all the censored news swiss cheesing the articles. I will look for another link.]

Tucker Slams 'Unhinged' Retired General Pelosi Picked to Review Capitol Riot

Fox News host Tucker Carlson slammed Rep. Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) new pick for a "security review" of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot as "unhinged" on Wednesday's "Tucker Carlson Tonight."
Pelosi has selected retired Gen. Russel Honore to conduct the investigation. Honore has criticized the Second Amendment, made accusations of conspiratorial activities by the sergeant at arms and other law enforcement officers, and used foul language to describe Republicans such as Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO).

"Like so many of our country’s ex-generals, this guy is an authoritarian and an unhinged one," Carlson said. "He understands how to use force in order to achieve political objectives. And it seems like he’s being set up to use his military training against anyone who sees the world differently than he does. They’ll be reclassified as domestic terrorists."

Below is a full transcript of the segment:

Tucker Carlson: Someone called retired general Russel Honore of Louisiana will be leading a security review of what happened on Jan. 6 at the riot. Nancy Pelosi says that Gen. Honore has been "assessing our security needs by reviewing what happened on Jan. 6 and how we must ensure that it does not happen again.” But that's not right. General Honore already has come to conclusions about what happened on Jan. 6; he’s been very public about that and you should know what those conclusions are and what kind of person he is. Just because his title is “general” doesn’t mean that he’s sane, or not a wild-eyed partisan. On the day after the Capitol riot, Honore suggested that it was an inside job, and that the sergeant at arms might be implicated in the plot.

Retired Gen. Russel Honore: It was the complicit actions of the Capitol Police. The police chief has been fired, but now we need to look at a special investigation. Was he complicit, along with the sergeant of arms in the House and the Senate? It gives appearance of complicity. He complied because he might've thought 45 was coming to the Capitol and they gave way to the protesters who easily breached the Capitol. This is a crying d*** shame.

Carlson: What? Speaking of misinformation and conspiracy theories, there’s no evidence for any of that. It’s all made up; it’s crazy, but he went on. In a radio interview that same day, Gen. Honore explained that conservatives on the Capitol police force were to blame when he was asked about what happened with security. Watch this.

https://cdn.mrctv.org/videos/50127/50127-480p.mp4 4:48 min

Honore: By a percentage, 30 to 40 percent of the line officers are Trumpsters.

Joe Madison: Alright, I got it.

Honore: That’s a fact, jack.

Carlson: How would he know that? Well of course, he doesn’t know that; he doesn’t have any idea and who you voted for is irrelevant. These are sworn peace officers, they’re doing their job, but Gen. Honore decided to attack them on the basis of speculation about their political beliefs. This is a problem that this guy would be in charge of anything, and that problem goes beyond Gen. Honore prejudging what happened at the Capitol on the basis of no knowledge. Like so many of our country’s ex-generals, this guy is an authoritarian and an unhinged one. He understands how to use force in order to achieve political objectives. And it seems like he’s being set up to use his military training against anyone who sees the world differently than he does. They’ll be reclassified as domestic terrorists.

Who are these people and what threat do they pose? Well according to Gen. Honore, these threats include the Constitution and our Second Amendment, for real! He believes that your right to defend yourself is dangerous. He said that and we're quoting here: we can’t permit "Second Amendment rights at First Amendment protests.” Really? Constitutional scholar, are you? Imagine a public figure with a "general" in front of his name making that statement. This is the guy Nancy Pelosi wants in charge of security. Honore’s not a fan of the First Amendment either, by the way. On Twitter, he attacked this network; he even told people to stop buying the -- we can't use it; profanity -- the “crappy” stocks of any company that advertises on Fox News, talking on the stock price of advertisers. He retweeted posts accusing the social media site Parler of being, and we're quoting now, 100% complicit in the Jan. 6 riot. This is the guy! It’s like putting Joy Reid in charge of security; this is insane.

Gen. Honore believes that elected members of Congress, people like U.S. representative Lauren Boebert, shouldn’t be allowed to fly on commercial aircraft because of her political views, “put her" on a "no-fly list.” He said something similar about Sen. Josh Hawley, the senator from Missouri: “this little peace of" crap "with his Yale law degree should be run out of D.C. and disbarred ASAP.“ Run out of D.C. -- really, what do you mean by that? Run out of D.C. and disbarred. This is crazy. But this is the guy Nancy Pelosi has leading the security response to the Capitol riot. This should really worry you. Is this really about what happened in the Capitol on Jan. 6? No! It’s about you, and your rights, rights that people like Gen. Honore, and Nancy Pelosi view as the greatest threat of all.

Capitol Police Suspends Six Officers For Alleged Actions Taken On January 6
By Eric Quintanar

Feb 18, 2021 DailyWire.com

WASHINGTON, DC - FEBRUARY 13: Capitol Police officers patrol the U.S. Capitol grounds following the conclusion of the second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump on February 13, 2021 in Washington, DC. The Senate voted 57-43 to acquit Trump.

Six officers with the U.S. Capitol Police Department have reportedly been suspended for actions they allegedly took on January 6, 2021, the day the U.S. Capitol building was breached.
The six Capitol police officers were suspended as part of an investigation into 35 officers, a spokesperson for the Capitol Police announced in a statement obtained by Fox-5 DC.

“Our Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the actions of 35 police officers from that day. We currently have suspended six of those officers with pay. Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman has directed that any member of her department whose behavior is not in keeping with the Department’s Rules of Conduct will face appropriate discipline,” reads the Capitol Police department’s Thursday statement.

As CNN previously reported, the U.S. Capitol Police department has been investigating ten police officers in connection with the events at the Capitol since January, and two of those officers had been suspended with pay amidst that investigation.

Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH), chairman of the subcommittee on the legislative branch, which has been investigating the police response to the riot, previously told reporters that one of the officers had been suspended for taking a selfie with a rioter, and the other had been suspended for wearing a MAGA hat and giving trespassers directions. It’s not clear why the other officers were suspended.

Earlier this month, the U.S. Capitol Police force issued a vote of “no confidence” in its leadership, including Acting Police Chief Yogananda Pittman and six other members of the department’s leadership. Each member of leadership ultimately received a different vote count, according to CNN, which cited two sources familiar with the vote totals.

Pittman, who took over the position following the resignation of Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, apologized to the House Appropriations Committee in a letter last month and vowed to improve the department going forward, according to a document obtained by The New York Times. She also said she has met with every officer on the force personally, and that many of them have been struggling with PTSD, “particularly after the loss of two of our officers directly and indirectly as a result” of the Capitol events on January 6.

“The Department is working with the various offices and agencies tasked with documenting the events as they unfolded that day, as well as conducting our own in depth review of the incident, to ensure that accurate, factual and detailed information is provided,” wrote Pittman.

“I believe the multiple reviews, after actions, and investigations currently underway will conclude that the Capitol’s security infrastructure must change and that the Department needs access to additional resources – both manpower and physical assets. We know the eyes of the country and the world are upon us. The U.S. Capitol Police remain steadfast in addressing the new challenges that we face head on. We are committed to protecting and defending this institution that is responsible for safeguarding the freedoms we all hold dear – including the public’s right to exercise their First Amendment rights at the U.S. Capitol,” she wrote.

35 Capitol Police Officers Under Investigation, 6 Suspended for Letting Protesters inside US Capitol — The Same Protesters Who Were Later Arrested for Entering US Capitol

Five Capitol Police officers were suspended and 35 more are under investigation after the officers opened the doors and gates and allowed Trump supporters, and other activists, inside the US Capitol on January 6th.

One video from that day shows Capitol Hill police opening a gate to allow hundreds of protesters inside the US Capitol.

Another video shows Capitol Police allowing protesters to walk right in the US Capitol.

There are several videos like this.

Later 250 Trump supporters and others were arrested for storming the US Capitol — after they were allowed inside.

FOX 5 DC reported:
A spokesperson for the U.S. Capitol Police has confirmed to FOX 5 that the Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the actions of 35 police officers on Jan. 6, the day of the riot at the Capitol, and suspended six officers with pay.
The statement from the department reads.
“Our Office of Professional Responsibility is investigating the actions of 35 police officers from that day. We currently have suspended six of those officers with pay. Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman has directed that any member of her department whose behavior is not in keeping with the Department’s Rules of Conduct will face appropriate discipline.”
Viral videos of some Capitol Police officers raise questions about their actions during the riot.

Some officers are seen standing along a doorway almost motionless as people file into the Capitol.
At least two accused rioters have told the FBI a Capitol Police officer told them, “It’s your house now.”

Lawmakers have stated that one officer suspended took a selfie with someone and another was seen wearing a MAGA hat.
In a video, that officer wearing the hat asks two men if they can help him get through the crowd to help other officers inside the Capitol.

The officer hands one of the men his megaphone and says, “I’ll follow you.” The video was taken by Rico La Starza who says he was visiting D.C. and went to the Capitol and started filming when he saw what was happening…
…More than 250 people have been charged so far in connection with the riot, and investigators say they’re still looking potentially for hundreds more.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Rolls out Election Integrity Agenda: Targets Ballot Drop Boxes, Ballot Harvesting

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced several reforms Friday designed to ensure election integrity.

Appearing in West Palm Beach, DeSantis backed legislation that would:
  • Address ballot drop boxes
  • Address ballot harvesting
  • Ban “mass mailing of vote-by-mail ballots”
  • Require requests for vote-by-mail ballots to be made each election year
  • Require a signature on a ballot to match “the most recent signature on file.”
The legislation would also promote transparency in the counting process, allowing political parties and candidates to observe the signature matching process.

Counties would no long be able to receive grants from private third-party organizations for “get out the vote” initiatives.

Breitbart News extensively covered donations by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to the Center for Technology and Civic Life, an organization that spent hundreds of millions of dollars on increasing turnout in heavily Democrat areas.

“We have led on this issue from the very beginning,” DeSantis said Friday. “The results speak for themselves, but we also can’t rest on our laurels.”

DeSantis said the intent is to ensure “citizens have confidence in the elections.”
“We want everyone to vote, we don’t want anyone to cheat,” he said, adding he wants to “strike the appropriate balance.”

DeSantis noted paying for ballot harvesting is already illegal in the state, but he said it does not currently address those who “volunteer” to round up ballots.

“My view is: We should have no ballot harvesting,” he said, promoting cheers from attendees at the West Palm Beach hotel.

DeSantis also intends to require “real-time reporting of voter turnout data at the precinct level,” and allow citizens to see “how many ballots have been requested, how many have been received, and how many are left to be counted.”

Leahy: Pelosi’s 9/11-Style Commission ‘a Superb One’ — ‘Should Have Subpoena Power’

TRENT BAKER19 Feb 2021328

Video on website 2:37 min

During a Friday appearance on “CNN Newsroom,” Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) praised House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) announced an independent September 11-style commission to investigate the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

Leahy, who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump for inciting the group of rioters, said the commission “is a superb one.” He added the commission should “have subpoena power.”

“I sat through every second of that thing because I presided over the trial. I thought the case, the evidence, was overwhelming. Even some of those who voted not guilty said that they thought it was overwhelming, but it was a political decision,” Leahy advised. “Mitch McConnell probably explained best what happened. He voted not guilty and then gave a speech saying the president’s conduct was terrible and there was still going to be consequences … both in the criminal courts and the civil courts around the country. And I think there will be.”

He continued, “I think that this bipartisan commission that Speaker Pelosi wants to have is a superb one. And I think we should really rely on that. I’ve talked with her about it. It should have subpoena power, and we should be able to go forward.”

Congressmen: Swamp Pushing Fake QAnon Threat To Keep DC Under ‘Occupation’

Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-Florida) suggested Thursday that Capitol Police and Democrats are hyping up the bizarre online theories of QAnon as justification for keeping Washington DC under ‘occupation’.

Following a story in Newsweek that highlighted how some QAnon followers believe President Trump is to be ‘reinstalled’ on March 4th, Capitol authorities and Democrats used it as a reason to keep troops and razor wire fences in place.

During a Wednesday hearing, House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith said “Some of these people have figured out that apparently 75 years ago, the president used to be inaugurated on March 4. OK, now why that’s relevant, God knows, at any rate, now they are thinking maybe we should gather again and storm the Capitol on March 4. … That is circulating online.”

Rep. Gatez responded on Twitter:

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Kentucky) responded to Gaetz, suggesting that ‘swamp’ creatures are using the ‘threat’ of conspiracists to take away freedoms:

The representatives’ comments come days after a leaked email suggested that there are plans to keep the National Guard in DC beyond the previously discussed deadline of March 12th, and throughout the Summer AND Fall.

A report by FOX 5 cited an internal email seen by reporters that reveals The National Security Council is asking the Department of Defense to engage Capitol Police on planning for post-March 12th support.

Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security Robert Salesses said Wednesday that the Capitol Police requested that 4,900 troops remain in DC through March 12.

Despite Reports by Dishonest ‘Fact Checkers’ – January 6th Was NOT an ‘Armed Insurrection’ – Just More Lies

By Joe Hoft
Published February 21, 2021 at 7:32am
Fact-Check-False.jpg

The Democrats, their dishonest Big Media and Big Tech, and their ‘fact checkers’ claim the intrusion into the Capitol on January 6th was an ‘armed insurrection’. To date, there is absolutely no evidence that this was the case.

We’ve noted previously that the so-called ‘fact checkers’ used by the Democrats, their Big Media and Big Tech, are often wrong and almost always are involved in instances where the far-left wants to make a point that usually is not true. When this occurs the fake ‘fact checkers’ come in and ‘analyze’ the story and nearly always side with the left. Facts can be clear but the interpretation is almost always not right – it’s left.

The events at the capitol on January 6th are a great example of this. Early on there were claims of an “armed insurrection” into the Capitol. But recently some individuals have challenged this claim.

Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin made this statement in early February:
“The fact of the matter is this didn’t seem like an armed insurrection to me. I mean armed, when you hear armed, don’t you think of firearms?” Johnson said. “Here’s the questions I would have liked to ask. How many firearms were confiscated? How many shots were fired? I’m only aware of one, and I’ll defend that law enforcement officer for taking that shot.”
Immediately the fact-checkers came to the rescue. Politifact may have been the first. They claimed the following:
Five people died Jan. 6, 2021, including a U.S. Capitol Police officer, when a mob violently invaded the U.S. Capitol in protest of the November 2020 election results.
Few arrests were made that day, but our understanding of the day’s events and the rioters’ motivations has grown over time, as more than 230 people have now been identified and charged, according to a database maintained by National Public Radio….

…Johnson prefaced this comment by claiming that Democrats are painting a picture of every Trump voter being a violent rioter. Certainly not everyone in the crowd was armed. And many clearly came intending only to peacefully protest.
But claiming this was not an armed insurrection goes well behind this line of thinking.
Many in the crowd attacking the Capitol have said their intent was to stop the vote confirmation and keep Trump in office despite the election results. That’s an insurrection.

That leaves us with his objection to the word “armed.”
Yes, carrying a gun would constitute being armed. But the definition of the word is much more broad, referring simply to carrying a weapon. So the question is whether this insurrection involved people carrying weapons.
Let’s look at these claims briefly by the ‘fact checker’ Politifact:

1 “Five people died Jan. 6, 2021” – this is not true. Four Trump supporters died that day. At least one, Ashli Babbitt, was reportedly killed by gunfire from someone working at the Capitol (outrageously we still don’t know who that shooter was). But there were only four deaths reported that day at the Capitol. Claiming there were five deaths that day is categorically false.

This is not true. In contracts, fraud often negates an entire contract, when a ‘fact checker’ lies in their first sentence they should be held to the same degree of scrutiny.

2 Politifact claims, ” Many in the crowd attacking the Capitol have said their intent was to stop the vote confirmation and keep Trump in office” without naming or quoting a single individual. Where is their support for this?

3 Thirdly, Politifact claims “carrying a gun would constitute being armed. But the definition of the word is much broader, referring simply to carrying a weapon.” This is a great example of a ‘fact checker’ stretching the truth and making a claim to help support the left’s position. Nowhere in common US language would the statement that someone was armed mean anything other than carrying a guy.

In the manuscript “Characteristics of The Armed Individual” created by the USSS (US Secret Service) on their first page, they note the word gun twice in the first few paragraphs. They don’t say knife, rope, or lead pipe, they state ‘gun’. To suggest the word ‘armed’ in America means something other than related to a gun is ludicrous and not applicable to the USA:
Armed.jpg

Julie Kelly at American Greatness also attacked this fake ‘fact checker’ line of thinking. In her article Kelly writes after looking over the arrests from that day:
So, as Joe Biden likes to say, let’s be clear: Not one person has been charged with possessing or using a gun inside the Capitol. Further, no one has been identified as carrying a gun inside the building. Of the hundreds of photographs posted on the FBIs Most Wanted List for the Capitol breach investigation, not a single picture shows anyone with a firearm.

Only one defendant had a handgun on his person outside the building hours after the “insurrection” ended. The other defendant had two guns on his person but investigators don’t allege he was inside the Capitol on January 6.
At least 100,000 attended Trump’s speech that day; fewer than 1,000 “stormed” the Capitol. A few hundred have been arrested and only 14 face weapons charges. Those “deadly and dangerous” weapons include two baseball bats, a can of pepper spray, a walking stick/stun gun, an axe, a few fire extinguishers (one in question), a helmet, a riot shield, and a collapsible baton. And at no time did this random weaponry pose a lethal threat to lawmakers inside the Capitol.
This one is clear. In regards to the claim that there were ‘armed’ individuals inside the Capitol on January 6th:

Democrats Push Bill that Forces All States to Count Ballots Received 10 Days After an Election

By Jim Hoft
Published February 20, 2021 at 6:16pm

Way back before the China Coronavirus pandemic — Democrats were pushing mail-in voting, ballot harvesting, and other schemes to steal their way into office.

Back in May 2020 Pelosi was already talking about mail-in voting in 2020 due to the coronavirus.

But it went back even further than that.

Democrats were pushing mail-in voting legislation back in January 2019!
democrats-cheer-themselves-1-600x310.jpg

Dienekes’ Place reported:

Long before they crippled our economy, killed small businesses and locked everyone into their homes, Democrats have been pushing voting by mail. Here’s the proof…

In January 2019, a full year before Americans had ever heard of COVID19, the Democrats in Washington introduced the Vote By Mail Act of 2019—a bill to “to allow all eligible voters to vote by mail in Federal elections.”

You can read it here.

vote-by-mail-act.png

Regardless of what Democrats are saying today, their “Vote By Mail” scheme has nothing to do with the China virus, and everything to do with power.

And it was not just Democrat Senators who were pushing new legislation on stealing votes.

The Pelosi Democrats in their first move after taking control of the US House was to pass HR 1 the “For the People Act.”

The bill allowed Democrats to harvest ballots from old people in nursing homes, a criminal act in most states, and allowed foreigners to vote in US elections.
1613943727359.png

And now this…

A new bill introduced by House Democrats called “For the People Act of 2021” will ensure Democrats can count ballots for days and days after an election until they have enough votes to win.
1613943670494.png

Democrats have to cheat, to win.

We all know this.

Trending Politics reported:
Catch that? In other words, if states want to count ballots received 10 or more days past Election Day, then the Congress would not be allowed to stop them from doing so.

Keep in mind that the reason why so many key battleground states changed their rules ahead of the Nov. 3 election was because an army of lawyers and activist groups petitioned state leaders and state courts in the months before the Nov. 3 election to have them changed in a way that would allegedly disadvantage the incumbent, then-President Donald Trump.
A week after the November election, noted constitutional expert, author, and talk radio host Mark Levin explained this during a segment on Fox News’ Sean Hannity:Why did it take till 2 a.m or 3 a.m the morning after the election in 2016 to know who the winner is, but we’re still counting votes today? Now why were the rules changed by the Democrats? Because they believe in good government? Because they wanted to help Republicans? No. They fixed the rules to help Democrats. That’s why Alito and hopefully four other justices are saying segregate those votes, those were done by the state Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in violation of the Federal Constitution of the United States.
Look, I have a lot more to say, but let me just say this before I uh, lose my time. There’s more evidence of voter fraud than there was ever evidence of Russian collusion. So those who keep saying let’s see the evidence, Where the hell were you the last four years? You were nowhere. The Democrats want earlier and earlier voting and later and later counting.

Another Expert Review of the Pennsylvania 2020 Election Results Provides More Evidence for Suspected Election Fraud. These Ballots Must Be Forensically Reviewed.

By Joe Hoft
Published February 20, 2021 at 3:00pm

On November 13th, less than ten days after Election Night 2020, we uncovered a pattern in the Pennsylvania results that was so surprising, it was impossible. This pattern led to Joe Biden being awarded the state after President Trump being up on Election Night by nearly a 2 to 1 ratio:

This was the beginning of a series of reports on patterns found in the 2020 results that were basically impossible. All the patterns ended in Joe Biden’s favor and none of them would be expected to occur in the natural world. They were not random.

In Pennsylvania, we determined that in nearly every county, the percentage of absentee ballot votes was directly related to the percentage of election day voter results. When President Trump won a county by 60% (80 to 20%), his absentee ballot performance would be 40% less than that with Biden winning by 60% to 40%. When President Trump won on Election night by 20% (60 to 40%), Biden’s absentee ballot performance would equal 80% to Trump’s 20%. In almost every county, President Trump’s performance in absentee ballots was 40% less than his performance on Election Day.

It was also reported that there were more ballots cast in Pennsylvania than there were people who voted in the state:

Today we can report on another observation of Pennsylvania’s results. IT Internet and data expert, JJ Gee, provided us with an analysis of the Pennsylvania results and she found a number of questionable results which are consistent with our reporting from November 13th.

On Election Night, in 29 of 67 counties, the leader margins were similar to the margins in 2016 were when the counting stopped (Statewide 79% reported). 27 of those 29 counties are the

PA-Election-Night-County-Comparison-JJ-1.jpg

The remaining 38 counties that did not match 2016’s margins, showed votes outstanding. After the final votes were added to these counties, all 67 counties ended with a leader margin similar to 2016’s margins.

At the 79% reported point when the counting stopped, Trump was winning 60 of 67 counties. 4 counties (Bucks, Chester, Lehigh, and Monroe) were on the verge of flipping red from 2016. No counties were on the verge of flipping blue.

PA-Election-Night-County-Comparison-JJ-2.jpg

After the 79% reported point when the counting stopped (Biden: 2,477,804 and Trump: 3,019,296), the remaining votes added were 1,338,803, 71% for Biden: 980,425 and 29% for Trump: 358,378. (See sum of totals below).

NO, not because it was the “blue suburbs” remaining.

PA-Election-Night-County-Comparison-JJ-3.jpg

These final 1,338,803 votes resulted in Biden winning 13 counties and flipping 2 counties blue (Erie and Northampton).

Bucks county added 17,344 votes between Nov. 6-20 and Biden won the county by 17,345 votes.

PA-Election-Night-County-Comparison-JJ-4.jpg

On Nov 4th at 8:36 pm, Philadelphia added 23,277 votes for Biden and 0 votes for Trump.

PA-Election-Night-County-Comparison-JJ-5.jpg

These observations are more proof of suspected election fraud in the state of Pennsylvania in the 2020 election. The ballots in this state need to be forensically examined to determine the true results of the 2020 election.

Like so many other states. The results of the 2020 election do not add up. If we want free and fair elections we must demand proper and adequate audits of the ballots from the 2020 election.

BIG UPDATE: Tired of Messing With the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, the Arizona Senate Passes Bill Granting Them Right to Subpoena Records

By Joe Hoft
Published February 20, 2021 at 7:05am
Arizona-11-4-morning-544x600.jpg

Arizona’s Senate is done messing around with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

On Thursday the Senate updated the state’s law granting them the ability to subpoena election records like ballots and tabulating equipment and ignore any laws to the contrary.

Arizona’s Senate has been blocked, dodged, sued, and delayed by the state’s most populous county, Maricopa County. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is just not going to provide the Senate what the Senate wants and the Senate is apparently tired of it.

As we’ve reported previously, after being subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate and then suing the Senate to prevent a Senate audit of their 2020 election results, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) agreed to have an audit if they could pick the auditors. The two firms they picked they claimed were the only two who were certified by the governmental body the US Election Assistance Commission (EAC). However, we found that these firms were not certified at the time they were selected by the MCBOS:

The MCBOS went ahead and hired the firms they wanted to perform their audit but the audits were never structured to find any suspected fraud in the county. The validity of the 2 million ballots in the county was never even considered in the programs reportedly used by these audit firms:

This is probably why these audits were set up the way they were (so no fraud would be identified). The auditors came to Phoenix and performed their work and some patriots found out that they could be observed on cameras in the facility where they were doing the work.

These patriots watched and even sent a couple of individuals down to the center to check things out late one night. These individuals were greeted with a network that was labeled “f##k you”.

And as we reported on Friday, the audits were unprofessional in other areas as well:

On Thursday the Arizona Senate said enough.
The Arizona Senate passed a bill Thursday that would grant the Arizona legislature the authority to subpoena election records like ballots and tabulating equipment, and ignore any laws to the contrary.
The Senate passed Senate Bill 1408 on its third reading in the state’s upper chamber along a 16–14 party-line vote, with Republicans voting for and Democrats voting against.
The bill amends a portion of the Arizona statutes such that county election equipment, systems and records, and other information that is under the control of county personnel “may not be deemed privileged information, confidential information, or other information protected from disclosure.” It also subjects such records to a subpoena and stipulates that they “must be produced” and the legislature’s authority to conduct related probes “may not be infringed by any other law.”
The rule change is to be retroactive as of Dec. 31, 2019, meaning it would apply to records around the November election.
It’s been long enough. The MCBOS have done all they can to prevent the inevitable. Let’s now hope and pray the Senate has the courage to subpoena the ballots from the 2020 election and the wisdom to select and an entity with the ability to forensically audit all the ballots in Maricopa County and then identify the final results in the county based on valid ballots.

The cases were set for conference today and while I claim no firsthand knowledge of how the Court operates, I assume the Justices confer together in private.
Perhaps we will learn the decisions on Monday on whether the writs of certiorari will be granted. If so, the cases can proceed.
A grant of certiorari requires that a minimum of 4 Justices vote in favor of granting the review.

Hope that helps.

The Supreme Court is also expected to issue opinions next Thursday but this has nothing to do with the election cases on the docket today.

WE HAVE EVIDENCE! MI Radical Sec of State Sent Absentee Ballot Application To Foreign Student Who Attended College In MI For 4 Years…Returned To Taiwan in 2004…Her Name STILL Remains On “Qualified Voter” List

By Patty McMurray

The state of Michigan has suffered a huge black eye following the incompetent handling of the 2020 elections by Michigan’s radical Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Last year, with no congressional approval, Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson made the unilateral decision to mail absentee ballot applications to 7.7 million addresses in Michigan, hiding behind the COVID pandemic as an excuse to do what Democrats have been trying to do for decades—normalize no ID mail-in voting.

In 2010, even the far-left New York Times warned of the dangers of mail-in-voting, “votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth, statistics show,” they wrote, adding, “fraud is easier by mail.”

Benson, like Michigan’s radical Governor Gretchen Whitmer, used the Chinese virus pandemic as a tool to strip Michigan citizens of their freedoms, including free and fair elections, by mailing absentee voter applications to 7.7 million addresses in Michigan, many of whom illegitimate voters, including dead people and people who were no longer living in the state.

SOS Benson claimed that her office mailed the ballots to qualified voters, but that claim is not accurate, as dead people, international students who no longer live in the United States, and people who have moved from Michigan to another state, also received absentee ballot applications, and we now have proof.

Today, we received exclusive photos of an absentee ballot application from Benson’s Secretary of State office that was mailed to Wen Chieh Lee, a female Taiwanese citizen who attended college at Oakland University in Michigan from approximately 1999-2003.

What’s even more curious than an international student who only lived in Michigan for the four years she attended college, receiving an application to vote in Michigan, Lee never even lived at the address where the application was mailed! The person who received Lee’s application at his home said that he knew Lee while she attended school at Oakland University, but has confirmed that she never lived there or used his address to receive mail. Somehow, Lee’s name was added to the voter rolls using the address of the Rochester Hills, MI resident who knew the Taiwanese student. According to Lee’s friend who lives at the address where the application was mailed, the international student moved back to Taiwan in late 2003-early 2004, and to the best of his knowledge has not returned to the United States since.

Here’s a photo of the application that was sent to Wen Chieh Lee, who incredibly, hasn’t lived in Michigan for 16-17 years:

Lee-copy-scaled.jpg

Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s mail-in scandal doesn’t stop with the mailing of one absentee ballot application to a foreign student at the Rochester Hills address…

In addition to receiving absentee ballot applications for Lee, himself, and his wife, the Rochester Hills home resident also received an absentee ballot application for a friend who lived with the family for a short time but moved out of state in 2006. Although Feehong Yee has not lived in the state of Michigan for 14 years, he was still offered the opportunity to apply for an absentee ballot to vote in the upcoming elections by Democrat Secretary of State Benson.

Here’s another image that shows the entire ballot application that was sent to the Rochester Hills home:

Other-source-avba-scaled.jpg

There’s more…

As of December 31, 2020, Lee and Yee’s names were both on Michigan’QVF (Qualified Voter File) as of December 31, 2020. Today, we were able to get confirmation that after it was announced by Benson that she had “cleaned up” the voter rolls in Michigan after removing 177,000 illegitimate voters from Michigan’s voting rolls, both Lee and Yee’s names are still on Michigan’s QVF.

Since the scandal at the TCF Center in Detroit where absentee ballots were counted, Michigan’s radical Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has gone out of her way to convince Michigan citizens that the Secretary of State’s office should be trusted, claiming that her office performed “the most transparent list cleanup in a decade,”

Is this the kind of trust and “transparency” Benson is talking about?

President Trump lost the state of Michigan by approximately 154K votes. Michigan’s radical Democrat Secretary of State mailed 7.7 million unsolicited absentee ballot applications and months after the election, has just removed the names of 177,000 ineligible voters. At least two voters who haven’t lived in Michigan for almost 2 decades still remain on Benson’s “updated” version of Michigan’s voter rolls…you do the math.

Colorado’s 2020 Election Results Make No Sense – No Way Biden Received Half a Million More Votes than Obama, Hillary or Trump. No Way!

By Joe Hoft
Published February 21, 2021 at 1:45pm
Trump-Obama-Biden.jpg

Colorado’s 2020 election results are still certainly in question. To believe Joe Biden had 460,000 more votes than Obama in 2012 or Hillary in 2016, or 430,000 more votes than Trump in 2020 is absolute nonsense.

We reported nine days ago on the suspect and questionable results in Colorado in the 2020 election.

One individual who claims to be a “strong conservative and very proud republican” challenged our report with an email to a number of individuals in the state. He never reached out to us but had the gall to reach out to others and disparage our Gateway Pundit reporting. One of those who received his email provided it to us.

Below is Mr. Crane’s email (with our responses in blue):
Good evening all,
Many of you may not know me. My name is Matt Crane and I am the former Clerk and Recorder in Arapahoe County. I am a strong conservative and a very proud republican. I thought I might provide some pushback on the post below. One quick look at the actual data from Colorado over the last 12 years disproves much of what is claimed in this post and should call into question the methodology and credibility of the author of this post.

(We’re not really sure why a ‘conservative and very proud republican’ would write this email.)
A few claims from this post to correct: • CLAIM – Colorado reportedly had a record-setting turnout of 85%. ACTUAL FACT – This claim is untrue. In 2012, the turnout was approximately 88% of active voters.

In regards to this first claim we supplied a link in our report to an article that apparently Mr. Crane did not review. The article from November 4th states:
More than 3.2 million ballots have been collected so far, for a turnout rate of about 85 percent. Once every vote is tallied, Colorado could end up with the highest turnout in the country
We included the following in our post from this article:
Votes are still being counted nationwide (and in Colorado), but the Centennial State has already set a new record for voter turnout. As of this afternoon, 3,276,575 ballots have been returned—a turnout rate of 85 percent of active voters—and about 400,000 more than the 2016 election, according to data from Magellan Strategies.
Our claims were supported with a link to another post. If Mr. Crane had a problem with those numbers he should have criticized that post and not the ‘creditability of the author’.
CLAIM – Voter turnout for Presidential elections is usually closer to 50-55%, which puts Colorado’s results into question. ACTUAL FACT – This claim is untrue. The average ACTIVE voter turnout in Colorado Presidential Elections since 2008 has been approximately 86%. Even if we account for TOTAL registration, (active and inactive voters), the average turnout in Colorado since 2008 has been approximately 71%. There was NOTHING unusual about the 2020 turnout.
Our post provided evidence of the national average turnout of around 50-55% – we provided a graph to point this out. Colorado’s numbers are WAY over the national average. This is a high level observation that any novice auditor would observe. To suggest this is not true is not true.

Mr. Crane provides historical results of the state’s turnout. He ignores the comparison to other states and fails to mention the unique characteristic about Colorado – that the entire state has mail-in voting since 2013, for example. Of course Colorado’s numbers are questionable when compared to the rest of the nation. Mr. Crane ignores this.
CLAIM – By cross multiplying we can determine that the number of eligible voters in 2016 was around 3.6 million to 3.7 million in 2020. So, there basically was an increase in voters in Colorado between 2016 and 2020 of 100,000 to 150,000 individuals…
Somehow with an increase in voters and population of less than 200,000 since 2016, Joe Biden attracted 460,000 more (38%) votes than Obama or Hillary did in prior elections. ACTUAL FACT – The actual data explains the increase in votes for Biden. The number of ACTIVE voters in Colorado between 2016 and 2020 increased by approximately 520,000 voters. This is actually a slightly smaller increase in the number of active voters in Colorado seen between 2012 and 2016 (approximately 524,000). This information is readily available on the Secretary of State’s website. This is due in part to population increase, as well as inactive voters reactivating their voter registration. During the same time period (2016 – 2020), statewide republican voter registration went from 1,031,512 (2016) to 1,028,239 (2020), a NET LOSS of 3,273 voters. The Democrats went from 1,040,948 (2016) to 1,129,733 (2020), a NET GAIN of 88,785. Unaffiliated voters went from 1,140,909 (2016) to 1,541,199 (2020), a NET GAIN of 400,290. To further illustrate my point, in 2008, republicans made up 35.15% of the voter registration in Colorado. In 2020, republicans fell to 27.29% of the voter registrations. Finally, in 2008, Obama received 53.5% of the vote in Colorado. In 2020, Biden received 55.14%. During that 12 year period, the number of ACTIVE voters in Colorado increased by well over 1,100,000 million. Considering the change in the political climate here in Colorado over that time, a 1.64% increase in votes for the democratic candidate is not unreasonable at all. Some may be surprised that the increase isn’t greater than that.
Again, Mr. Crane sidesteps the issue and doesn’t address it, he confirms it. The increase in eligible voters between 2016 and 2020 in the state is 485,000 per the state’s reports. Biden won nearly every one of those votes which isn’t reasonable. Biden beat Hillary by 460,000 votes which accounts for nearly every new vote since 2016. President Trump actually surpassed both Obama and Hillary’s vote counts but because Biden picked up nearly every single new vote, he beat President Trump by 430,000 votes. This is the point and this is not reasonable.

Also, Mr. Crane ignores the fact that the state’s population between 2016 and 2020 increased by only 200,000 but the number of active voters increased by 485,000. This too doesn’t make sense.

Claim – Colorado’s numbers for Biden make no sense, they don’t add up, there is something going on with these nearly impossible results. Actual Fact – When using real and accurate data in an honest way, the do make sense. This post is either an example of someone who doesn’t understand the actual Colorado data or someone who is actively trying to mislead people into believing something that is not true.
Neither explanation is good. I am as devastated by the results of the 2020 Election as all of you are. However, we must resist the urge to go down these rabbit holes full of disinformation that are easily disproved. There is much we can do to improve the integrity of our elections, here in Colorado and across the country. But believing disinformation that is absolutely untrue hurts our credibility and our ability to impact the change where it is truly needed. If you seek more information about Colorado election data and operations, please contact your Clerk and Recorder. We have amazing clerks in this state who fight daily for accurate and secure elections. They should be your first trusted source for accurate election information, not bloggers who may be making money on clicks. Warmest regards, Matt
Colorado’s number’s don’t make any sense.
We can see why Mr. Crane is no longer in office. His “disinformation that is easily disproved” is one thing. His lack of courage and professionalism by not reaching out to us with his rebuttal is another. Quite frankly, after reading through his arguments it’s hard to believe he’s a “conservative and very proud republican” and someone who was “as devastated by the results of the 2020 Election as” the rest of us. He totally ignores the obvious.

Despite liberal rebuttals claiming the results in Colorado in 2020 make sense, we believe in a count of valid ballots in the state, Joe Biden would not beat Hillary and Obama and President Trump and he certainly didn’t win nearly every new vote in the state since 2016. The red flags and fraud here are obvious.

Biden AG Pick Merrick Garland Vows To Prosecute Capitol Rioters

SUNDAY, FEB 21, 2021 - 14:50

President Biden's pick for Attorney General, Merrick Garland, has vowed to prosecute participants in the Jan. 6 incursion into the US Capitol.

"If confirmed, I will supervise the prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 -- a heinous attack that sought to disrupt a cornerstone of our democracy: the peaceful transfer of power to a newly elected government," said Garland in an opening statement prior to his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee last Monday.

Will Garland also prosecute BLM organizer John Sullivan, who participated in the 'storming' of the Capitol - after which he sold footage to CBS and NBC for a combined $70,000?

Garland, whose nomination to the US Supreme Court was blocked by Republicans in 2016, also signaled that he will make decisions independently from Biden, according to Bloomberg.

"The president nominates the attorney general to be the lawyer -- not for any individual, but for the people of the United States," unlike Obama Attorney General Eric Holder, who described himself as the president's 'wingman.'
Biden has said he’ll let his attorney general make the tough calls on touchy matters -- including pending investigations of his son, Hunter Biden, and inquiries touching on Trump.
“One of the most serious pieces of damage done by the last administration was the politicizing of the Justice Department,” Biden said at a CNN town hall in Milwaukee on Feb. 16. “Their prosecutorial decisions will be left to the Justice Department, not me.” -Bloomberg
Garland also said during his testimony that the DOJ's civil rights mission is "urgent because we do not yet have equal justice."

"Communities of color and other minorities still face discrimination in housing, education, employment, and the criminal justice system; and bear the brunt of the harm caused by pandemic, pollution, and climate change," said the 68-year-old judge of nearly 25 years.

Garland first served in government as a special assistant in Jimmy Carter's administration before going into private practice. After serving a brief stint as an assistant US attorney in 1989, Garland then became a deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ's criminal division in 1993, after which he was promoted to a top aide of the deputy attorney general.

Plaskett: Trump Was ‘Not Only an Instigator But a Planner’ of U.S. Capitol Attack

PAM KEY21 Feb 2021437

Delegate Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) said Sunday on MSNBC’s “Velshi” that based on a New York Times report that the Justice Department was investigating Roger Stone’s ties to some of the Capitol rioters, it was becoming clear that former President Donald Trump “a planner” of the so-called insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

Plaskett said, “As for what this new report is showing with regard to Roger Stone and other allies of the president, I think it’s solidifying that, in fact, the president was, in fact, not only an instigator but a planner of the attack on January 6.”

She added, “I think it leads to other law enforcement agencies having additional support of what the president’s involvement was. I’m really looking at what’s happening in the District of Columbia, with their law enforcement agencies and attorney general looking into the incitement of violence by the president and his allies. I’m hopeful that as Speaker Pelosi is putting together her commission, that is going to look at the issues that not only the security issues related to January 6th but what were the insidious motivations behind the attack on our Capitol.”

BREAKING: Justice Department and FBI investigating possible ties between Roger Stone, Ali Alexander, Alex Jones and Capitol rioters

The Justice Department and the FBI are reportedly investigating a possible connection between high profile right wing personalities and the Capitol rioters who stormed the Capitol building on January 6th in Washington D.C.

Officials said that the investigation at this stage is aiming to identify who may have influenced the actions of the rioters, the Washington Post reports. This effort also includes discerning whether any individuals who may have influenced the rioters could be held criminally responsible for doing so.

1613951307420.png

An official speaking to the Post named Alex Jones, Roger Stone and Ali Alexander as persons of interest in the ongoing investigation.

"We are investigating potential ties between those physically involved in the attack on the Capitol and individuals who may have influenced them, such as Roger Stone, Alex Jones and [Stop the Steal organizer] Ali Alexander," the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said to the Post.

Stone and Alexander have both previously implicated themselves in organizing the Stop The Steal campaign, of which the Jan. 6 rally that preceded the riot in D.C. was a part of.

While Jones, Alexander and Stone had all promoted the concept that the election was stolen by the Democrats, they have each denied that they intended for violence to be carried out in the name of those claims.

Democrats are reaching to demonize Trump's and Rudy Giuliani's rhetoric, saying to "fight like hell," as an incitements to violence prior to the riot.

Jones spoke to a crowd in Freedom Plaza in D.C. the day before the riot, saying, "I don’t know how all this is all going to end, but if they want to fight, they better believe they’ve got one!"

He added, "We’re under attack, and we need to understand this is 21st-century warfare and get on a war-footing."

Attempts to link the word "fight" in a political speech context to literal incitements to violence made up a substantial portion of arguments made by lawmakers who were in favor of convicting Trump during the Senate impeachment trial.

On the day of the riot however, Jones followed the crowd, and did not lead it to the Capitol building. He was recorded discouraging violence during the storming of the building, saying "let’s not fight the police and give the system what they want."

Stone has distanced himself from the violence on the 6th, saying, "I have specifically denounced the violence at the Capitol, the intrusion in the Capitol. That’s not how we settle things in America."

National Guard at the Capitol: Too costly — and not just in money

BY DOV S. ZAKHEIM, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 02/19/21 10:00 AM EST 651
THE VIEWS EXPRESSED BY CONTRIBUTORS ARE THEIR OWN AND NOT THE VIEW OF THE HILL

Six weeks after the Trump-inspired attack on the Capitol, Washington remains an armed camp. No fewer than 26,000 National Guard members were deployed to the city by Jan. 20 — that is, within two weeks of the extremist insurrection and in time for President Biden’s inauguration.

Many of those troops have returned to their home states, but more than 6,000 soldiers and airmen are still on deployment in the nation’s capital. Moreover, the Department of Defense (DOD) has indicated they will remain there until mid-March. The cost of the operation could amount to $483 million, plus additional funds to pay for the troops’ hotel rooms. It is a sum roughly equivalent to the cost of four F-35 fighters or a Littoral Combat Ship.

The DOD has indicated that after March 15 it will downsize the Guard presence, although not by much. Five thousand troops will remain in the District of Columbia indefinitely. That troop level, consisting of both Army and Air National Guard members, is equivalent to the combined total of forces currently operating in both Afghanistan and Iraq. The cost of the ongoing Guard operation is likely to be around $14.5 million a week, close to the cost of the June 2020 deployment of 5,100 troops to Washington in response to the Black Lives Matter demonstrations.

The fiscal burden of the current and projected deployments will be borne by the federal government, not the states, because the troops were ordered in response to a national emergency. As a result, in addition to base pay, the Guardsmen not only will be eligible for benefits such as the Tricare health program but also will accrue time for education benefits under the GI Bill. Ordinarily, education benefits are not available to the National Guard when it operates under the authority of the states, but these are not ordinary times.

It is understandable that in the immediate aftermath of the Capitol insurrection, the National Guard not only was meant to deploy in force, but to do so under the aegis of the federal government. On the other hand, it is questionable whether the state of emergency that justified the initial deployments should continue to apply well into the foreseeable future.

The face of the capital already has changed markedly since 9/11. Before that infamous day, there were no ugly concrete barriers on Pennsylvania Avenue to obstruct passage near the White House. Nor were federal buildings equipped with metal detectors. These and other inconveniences are the price that Osama bin Laden exacted from the American people, one that we are likely to continue to pay for years to come. Having so many troops guarding government facilities indefinitely will add to the forbidding nature of what was, until relatively recently, still a very open city that welcomed visitors rather than deterred them.

Washington should not become the mirror image of a Third World capital under siege. Some level of military presence clearly is in order, at least until the threat of more rioting is put to rest. But the size of that presence should not exceed those of Afghanistan or Iraq, where American troops continue to come under fire.

When the threat from COVID-19 finally diminishes and high school students once again will visit Washington as graduating seniors, they should not find themselves intimidated by the presence of thousands of armed troops. Nor should they tell their parents, paraphrasing what Rep. Jamie Raskin’s (D-Md.) daughter told him — that they really would rather visit a different city because, in light of the tension permeating D.C., they would prefer not to visit Washington at all.

Marc Short plotted to oust Donald Trump with Koch funding

“Marc Short is a tool of the Koch Brothers — the biggest anti-MAGA movement in the Republican Party.”

As Trump skyrocketed in the polls in 2016, Navarro said Short orchestrated a covert plan bankrolled by the Koch Brothers to replace the insurgent candidate with amnesty-loving Sen. Marco Rubio on Super Tuesday 2016.
