MAGA Blood Libel: Why Are They Hiding The Medical Report?
February 9, 2021 (18h ago)

2021.02.10-03.43-revolvernews-60235662000f5.jpg

Last week, CNN was tactically baffled by a simple question that grows stranger by the day: Why are investigators struggling to build a murder case in the death of US Capitol Police Officer Sicknick?

The stakes are high: Officer Sicknick’s death is the only purported death by a largely tourist crowd that was let into the building by police, stayed inside the velvet ropes, seemed at least partly there out of confusion, for social media clout, or just for the memes, and that even the New York Times conceded caused limited property damage.

That’s a far cry from murder. Yet MAGA is being blood libeled with a felony murder charge in the court of public opinion and at Donald Trump’s impeachment, while potentially exculpatory evidence is silenced or sealed. As the Washington Uniparty mulls domestic terror laws over a MAGA Bloodbath, it increasingly looks like MAGA may have been Bloodbathed. Time is of the essence for the Feds to release all evidence, damn the guilty, or the clear the MAGA movement of these serious allegations.

So why are the Feds hiding the medical report?

Narrative 1:0: The Brazen Lie

The day after Sicknick’s reported death, depraved toilet paper company and full-time libel factory known as The New York Times jumbo-tronned a massive, howler headline, later confirmed to be a Judith Miller-level damn dirty lie.
2021.02.10-02.49-revolvernews-602349c572275.png

Narrative 1.0 absolutely saturated the airwaves, editorials, and social media. Every MSM outlet from USAToday to the NY Post to the Daily Dot repeated that Sicknick was “bludgeoned by a fire extinguisher.” Not “sources say.” Not “many believe” — just a totally unqualified, unequivocal statement of fact.

In an unforgivable shocker, the House Trial Memorandum itself, which sets forth the very impeachment charges for which the 45th President stands accused, names Trump liable for “insurrectionists” that “killed a Capitol police officer by striking him in the head with a fire extinguisher.” Their source? The New York Times.

But the toilet paper Times left a real stinker inside this one. Because every claim they made, every detail conveyed, was a lie.

2021.02.10-02.50-revolvernews-602349edbba64.png

Law enforcement officials now tell CNN that there was no fire extinguisher blow, no bloody gash, and no blunt force trauma to Sicknick’s body when he died.

Not only that, but it is increasingly unclear when, where and if Sicknick was even rushed to the hospital.

As it turns out, multiple hours after the protest had already concluded, Sicknick texted his own brother Ken that very night he was basically fine, other than being “pepper sprayed twice,” confirming he was safe and “in good shape.”

Then, an odd thing happened. The next afternoon, the Sicknick family began getting phone calls that Officer Brian Sicknick had been declared dead. The phone calls didn’t come from the hospital. They didn’t come from the treating physicians. They didn’t come from the US Capitol Police, or the FBI, or the DOJ.
They came from media reporters.

Certain privileged media personnel were evidently the first to receive sensitive information circulating among “law enforcement officials” that Brian Sicknick was dead.

But then the story got stranger. In a dark, twisted echo of Monty Python’s “bring out your dead” scene, it turned out Sicknick was not dead yet.

2021.02.10-03.24-revolvernews-602351e94b63c-300x220.png

The US Capitol Police responded in a public statement late that Thursday evening that swirling media reports were untrue. Sicknick was still alive.
2021.02.10-02.35-revolvernews-6023465d86f4f-300x204.png

One hour later, as Sicknick’s family rushed to the hospital to see what they believed was their beloved Brian still fighting for his life, the US Capitol Police issued a further statement: now Sicknick was dead.

But even that statement contained a curious detail: Ken Sicknick had been told his brother collapsed inside the Capitol building, then was rushed to the hospital. Wikipedia’s entry on Sicknick still has this as the official story.

But the US Capitol Police’s statement that night told a different story: he had returned to his office at the police division first.

Sometime between Sicknick being fine, healthy, and back in his office on Wednesday night, and dead or effectively dead on early Thursday evening, Sicknick apparently suffered a stroke. The sequence of when and how that happened should be the easiest part of this story to put to bed. And yet we are being told to take this faith — or as the media likes to say: “without evidence.”

Then the story gets even odder:

Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen says the DOJ will “spare no resources” in getting to the bottom of what happened to Sicknick. Yet well over a month after his death, precisely zero information has been disclosed by the DOJ, the FBI, the US Capitol Police, the DC medical examiner, the hospital that cared for him, or the treating physicians.

One full month after Sicknick’s death, no autopsy has been released. For reference, autopsies take just 2-4 hours to perform, and preliminary results are typically available within 24 hours.

Investigators are “vexed by a lack of evidence that could prove someone caused his death.” Authorities have “reviewed video and photographs that show Sicknick engaging with rioters amid the siege but have yet to identify a moment in which he suffered his fatal injuries.”

Ominously, no findings from the DC medical examiner have been released.
No announcements have been made by authorities about the ongoing process.

The US Capitol building is one of the most video surveilled buildings on Planet Earth. And yet no internal video footage has been released by Federal authorities, or has been promised to be made available.

Unannounced to anyone except incidentally in that Sicknick’s memorial remains turned up in an urn instead of a coffin, Sicknick’s body has been cremated. That means no further forensic analysis can be done to establish the cause or time of Sicknick’s death. Why, one must wonder, would a family still searching for answers, who has no autopsy results, no death certificate, and no medical report, authorize a cremation? Did they?

Narrative 2.0: Strategic Ambiguity and Rhetorical Conflation
With Narrative 1.0 turning into a total mainstream media hoax, a bald-face lie the size and phrenology of Brian Stelter’s head, the Globalist American Empire (GAE) media is transitioning to Narrative 2.0: strategic ambiguity and rhetorical conflation.

Sicknick wasn’t killed by a MAGA mob.

Sicknick died after sustaining injuries while physically engaging with protesters, per the Capitol police.

They’ve silently removed the “by,” and added a “while” and a “with. Then reframed the entire clause in the passive tense so 90% of readers conflate what happened and move on.

But “Injured while physically engaging” is like “dying with Covid.” Even if you died in a motorcycle crash, they count it. It’s a trick.

But using this framing device, the memetic energy of Narrative 1.0 (the Brazen Lie) is preserved, without readers hard forking to a more accurate narrative that describes what investigators really believe happened that day:

Officials Killed 5 People.
But how exactly, did they die? We explore this disturbing question in part two of this explosive investigative series. Stay tuned, it’s about to get weird.

HUGE DEVELOPMENT: Hand Recount Finds Dominion Voting Machines Shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN Candidate in Windham, New Hampshire, 300 Votes!

Here we go.
More proof of election fraud by Dominion Voting Machines.

A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

gop-recount-dominion-machines.jpg

Via Facebook

The Dominion machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans by almost exactly 300 votes.

Granite Grok reported:
The Town of Windham used Dominion machines to count paper ballots and upon a believable hand recount, it was confirmed each Republican was machine-cheated out of roughly 300 votes.
You would think this would have been solved by the Dominion machine company, the Secretary of State, the Elections Unit of the AG’s Office, or the laughable Ballot Law Commission. (Kathy Sullivan, d (Term expires July 1, 2024)
Nope.
Just like every other state that used machines that alter ballot counts in favor of one political party over another – here we are.

“Helmet Boy”: Uses Helmet at Capitol Riot But Skateboards Without One, Arrested with Long Criminal Record

By Joe Hoft
Published February 10, 2021 at 3:46pm
Jan-6-Antifa-Babbitt-Activities.jpg

The man known as “Helmet Boy” was recently arrested for his actions at the Capitol on January 6th. He has a long record and it’s highly unlikely this guy was there to support President Trump.

The USA Today reported:
A man has been arrested in Lancaster County for allegedly trying to breach a doorway inside the U.S. Capitol Jan. 6 with a crowd that included Ashli Babbit, the woman shot and killed by officers that day.
Zachary Jordan Alam joins 12 other people in Pennsylvania who have been charged in the attack on the Capitol, which followed a rally for then-President Donald Trump. Five people died in the insurrection, including a police officer.
(The USA Today is not actually correct when they say “five people died in the insurrection”. For one it wasn’t an insurrection, not close. For two, only four people died that day, all Trump supporters, the policeman died the following day of still unknown causes.)

An individual by the name of Zachary Jordan Alam has a long record in the state of Virginia. He was involved in numerous crimes including being a fugitive with a felony arrest:

Zachary-Alam.jpg

Court documents also show that Alam had been charged at least a half dozen times since 2016.

He also produced a video where he tried out a skateboard motor and comments on his ride. One of the comments what that he wasn’t wearing his helmet:

This is more evidence that the individuals at the Capitol on January 6th were not there to protest the stolen election, they were there to cause trouble and embarrass the President and his peaceful protesters.

Was Biden’s Election the Real Insurrection?
BY ROD LAMPARDFEBRUARY 11, 2021

Without a doubt, interference in the United States election was a four-year-long campaign to manufacture the 2020 election result, on a ‘whatever it takes’ to payback Trump for dethroning Hilary Clinton basis.

The framework of debate, if debating about 2020 electoral procedures and its outcome were allowed, includes the relationship between interference in the election, and electoral fraud.

Being convinced there was election interference, doesn’t necessarily mean agreeing that there was widespread electoral fraud.

MyPillow’s CEO, Mike Lindell’s now banned 2 hr exposition ‘Absolute Proof’ takes this approach, but lands squarely on the conclusion that the election result was ‘the biggest cyber attack in history’ involving both foreign and domestic players.

Absolute Proof’ is a “paper or plastic” critique of electronic voting systems. It seeks to show how easy it is for ‘votes [to be] wiped out and replaced’ through malware programs like ‘Qsnatch.’

Lindell’s argument draws from professional assessments, and forensic analysis, which establishes the plausibility, intent and technological process that can be used to manufacture an election result.

Acknowledging assurances from organisations like Dominion, (and others) regarding the safety and security of their product, Lindell unpacks how, despite those assurances, ‘massive security vulnerabilities’ compromise electronic voting systems, and make them susceptible to interference, through digital manipulation from outside forces.

As was reported today, ‘hackers broke into a Florida city’s water supply’ program and messed with treatment chemicals that could potentially have poisoned the water supply.

Lindell’s questions come about because of ‘deviations in the count [that] didn’t make sense’, claims that the CCP have a known relationship with Dominion (see NBC’s article from 19th Dec. 2019 supporting this), right up to ‘having access to Dominion code,’ and the fact that questions like his are met a ‘solid wall of resistance. With those asking them told to “leave it alone.”

Fortifying this is the en masse, Social Media banning of Mike Lindell. Cancel Culture’s equivalent of a public beheading.

All of it removed from the eye of the public by Big Tech, because it questions the authorised version of events, handed down from what the NY Times called: ‘a group of federal, state and local election officials [who’ve] said “there is no evidence” any voting systems were compromised.’

Lindell’s crimes? Supporting President Donald Trump, and challenging the culture of silence about electoral procedures, and the election.

Questioning that is justified, in the context of Time Magazine gloating that a cabal was involved in manufacturing the 2020 election outcome, and how these revelations infer that this cabal was the Deus Ex Machina Biden needed to win against Donald Trump.

One of Lindell’s strongest points comes from Allied Security Operations Group’s (ASOG) investigation (Transcript: Scribd) into election fraud. Specifically, Dominion equipment in Antrum County.

ASOG’s high calibre report was rejected without a whole lot of due process.
The questions being asked were dismissed as a Right-Wing conspiracy theory, and their evidence quickly discounted as being ‘false’ and ‘misleading.’

MSN citing, John Poulos, the CEO of Dominion called ASOG, a “biased, non-independent organization.” Backing ‘assertions from Michigan State officials’ about election integrity, while dismissing ASOG, because they have ‘no apparent expertise in election administration and technology. Their work is limited to the previous release and amplification of other false information and fake documents.’

ASOG was dismissed under the blanket narrative that ‘the qualifications of those who authored the report are suspect, with no evidence or credentials provided to back up their “expertise.” (Sec. of State, Michigan Jocelyn Benson)
Factcheck.org (who are financially supported by Google and Facebook, among others) also rebutted the ASOG report in an “analysis” written by U.S Election Assistance, Government employee, Ryan Macias.

He also claimed that “the majority of the findings are false and misleading due to the fact that the entities reviewing the system lack knowledge and expertise in election technology.”

Macias follows this up with an offering of tribute to the only election narrative allowed, concluding: “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.

It should be acknowledged that,
a) Macias, by all appearances, a career bureaucrat, worked with the Californian Sec. of State’s office ‘shaping the voting system and approval process in California’, 10 years before joining the U.S E.A.C in 2016.
b) has an operations management connection to Dominion.
c) appears to have analysed the ASOG report, not the evidence.
Where ASOG visited ‘Antrim County twice and examined Dominion Voting Systems’, Macias admits: ‘I have not had access to the Antrim County voting equipment, or any voting equipment in the State of Michigan.’
Exhibited by his rebuttal’s convenient dismissal of the ASOG report as ‘preposterous,’ based solely on a flimsy appeal to authority, and the approved narrative.

Macias primarily attacking ASOG, not the report, and his admission of not having done the groundwork ASOG did, works against his accusations of ASOG “bias”, opening up questions about bias of his own.

Add to this, the bandwagon genetic fallacy Macias appeals to in order to discount ASOG’s findings.

Done so on the grounds that ASOG lacks inside knowledge, and electronic expertise; and are only ‘regurgitating unsubstantiated claims of [so-called right-wing] misinformation and disinformation.’

From which, Macias (much like Michigan State Democrats, as linked above) concludes ASOG’s findings can’t be trusted or given serious consideration.
ASOG’s findings aren’t imagined.

What is imagined is Macias’ Fact Check credibility. All he’s done is regurgitate the official Michigan Democrat party-line.

Does Lindell’s ‘Absolute Proof’ provide absolute proof of potential election interference?

Yes. Move past the opinions, and what Lindell does is pose a series of facts and questions. Unlike the suppression of opposing viewpoints from the far-left ministry of propaganda “fact-checkers”, Lindell gives the facts a platform, leaving the viewer to decide.

Weighing some of the unadulterated information Lindell presents, I’m more convinced, than I was, that actual election fraud took place. Albeit carried on a well-hidden, covert micro-scale, which, when tallied gave Biden that Deus Ex Machina, dubious, winning spike.

With a long list of Leftist meltdowns and tantrums since 2016, alongside Time Magazine’s confession, and Lindell’s expositional; election interference and the possibility of electoral fraud, can’t be ruled out as a ‘right-wing conspiracy.’
Attach the fascism proper tendencies of the Left:

1. Legacy media’s hyped-up “insurrection at the Capitol” narrative.
2. Calls from Leftists demanding the ‘deprogaming of conservatives.’
3. The ‘portraying of Trump suppporters as terrorists, trying to destroy America.’
4. 10,000+ vetted for loyalty Militia (National Guard) being poured into Washington D.C., under Biden’s orders.
5. The cover-up or justification for the sins of far-left activists, such as Maxine Waters.

All of this leaves no doubt in my mind that the 2020 election was interfered with, and that this interference in the Democratic process was probably just the beginning of a much larger “coup” orchestrated by the far-left to punish and subdue, an unsuspecting public, and their political opponents.

In this sense, was Biden’s election the real insurrection?

With the evidence, intent and censoring of questions, I can see why people moved from questions about electoral interference towards conclusions about electoral fraud.

As Terry Turchie, former FBI Counter Terrorism division, told Lindell:
“The purpose of any intelligence operation of this magnitude is to conceal itself, and to be so hard to figure out that by the time you get to the conclusion, it’s too late.”
Absolute Proof’ is no smoking gun.

This said, Lindell hits a raw nerve.

HuffPost accused Lindell of ‘going off the rails’, YouTube deleted the video, and Twitter booted him, locking out both his personal and business accounts – without due process.

The Leftist hegemon’s demonising censorship of him, his argument, evidence and video infer that Lindell’s ‘Absolute Proof’ shines a light, where the Left don’t want light to shine.

Note that the Michigan A.G is pushing to steal the livelihoods of lawyers who failed to fail in, line up and jackboot march in unison.

With the quick suppression of anyone seeking a true and independent analysis of the evidence, such as JSOG presented back in January; combined with a Leftist army of so-called “Fact-Checkers” pushing a party-line, the Left’s anti-liberal behaviour shows that Lindell’s ‘Absolute Proof’ carries serious weight.

Lindell makes a good case.

Even without his conclusions, drawn from a variety of sources and evidence about Democrat election interference, there’s also a ton of incriminating circumstantial evidence; a verifiable signpost proving that Leftist’s were not only capable of manufacturing the outcome of the 2020 election, but had probable cause, and acted with intent to do so.

Such as statements of intent, that ‘they’d do whatever it takes to remove Donald Trump from office.’

This, along with left-wing Russian collusion conspiracy theories, wall-to-wall demonstrations, and violent demonisations of the Trump administration.

In addition, we have Time magazine’s Molly Ball (a Nancy Pelosi biographer)who’s confessed to the existence of ‘a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.’

Ball’s admissions are bold, and her justifications pivot on the hope that no one will care enough to notice the dishonest, type ‘a’ leftist sleight of hand abuse of language, justifying interference (even perhaps electoral fraud) as not ‘rigging the election’, but ‘fortifying’ it.

Just as, “ALL white people are racist, is anti-racism”, “abortion is healthcare”, “love is love”, “men can be women”, “Trump is Hitler”, “socialism has never been properly tried,” “Same-sex marriage is about equality,” and ‘Antifa’s fascist tactics is “anti-fascism.”

Joining the manipulative chorus of Leftist slogans, and falsehoods, is the four-year-long, dark Democrat campaign of fear and division, culminating in the conditioning of the electorate to “vote for Biden, or face certain death at the hands of Covid, Climate Change, Racists and Nazis.”

As Mark Powell expressed this week in response to Time magazine,
‘So, are we truly supposed to believe that the ultimate goal of the polyamorous relationship between Big-Media, Big-Tech™ and Big Business™ was the protection of our democratic freedoms? Because, if so, then someone better quickly inform The New York Post whose bombshell expose article on Hunter Biden’s laptop was more censored than a communist cultivated coronavirus.’
The zero-sum dishonest game from the Left, that blurs distinctions, up-ends definitions, interferes in elections, and redefines truth as opinion, makes ‘Absolute Proof’ worth the time and effort.

Eat the fish, spit out the bones.

U.S. Capitol insurrection was a ‘hoax,’ Michigan Senate leader says in video
Updated Feb 09, 7:02 PM; Posted Feb 09, 6:55 PM
Press Confrence

Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey speaks during a press conference on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2020 in Lansing. Nicole Hester/Mlive.com

By Lauren Gibbons | lgibbon2@mlive.com and Samuel Dodge | sdodge@mlive.com

The top Republican in the Michigan Senate referred to the violent Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C., as a “hoax” in a meeting with county party leaders, a video recording of the interaction shows.

In a video shot at Spangler’s Family Restaurant in Jonesville, Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, R-Clarklake, falsely claimed supporters of President Donald Trump were not at fault in the storming of the U.S. Capitol building.

“That’s been a hoax from day one,” Shirkey said, later adding that what occurred was “all staged” and implied Sen. Mitch McConnell and other leaders “wanted to have a mess.”

The recording lasts for more than an hour and shows Shirkey arguing with members of the Hillsdale County Republican Party about his pending censure from the party in between ordering food and drinks. He frequently used expletives and discussed a wide range of issues with the group, ranging from the election results to his support of banning open carry in the Michigan Capitol building.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Shirkey remarked that he contemplated inviting Gov. Gretchen Whitmer “to a fistfight on the Capitol lawn” and “spanked” her on a number of issues.

“We’ve spanked her hard on the budget, spanked her hard on appointments,” he said.

The recording was filmed by Hillsdale County Republican Party Secretary Jon Smith, who confirmed to an MLive reporter that he recorded the video.

Hillsdale County Republican Party Chair Daren Wiseley declined to comment on whether he agreed with Shirkey’s position that what transpired in Washington was a hoax, but said he was surprised by his remarks.

“I was surprised Shirkey openly said it was a hoax,” Wiseley said. “That doesn’t really seem like a position he’d hold.”

In a statement issued Tuesday evening by Shirkey’s office, he is quoted apologizing for the comments, noting he has “many flaws,” including “being passionate coupled with an occasional lapse in restraint of tongue.”

“I said some things in a videoed conversation that are not fitting for the role I am privileged to serve,” the statement reads. “I regret the words I chose, and I apologize for my insensitive comments.”

House Democratic Leader Donna Laskinsi, D-Scio Township, said the comments raised questions about Shirkey’s fitness to lead.

“We would expect such comments from a leader of a QAnon chat group or local militia chapter – not the Majority Leader of the Michigan Senate,” she said in a statement. “Claiming the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol was a ‘hoax’ is a slap in the face to the law enforcement there that day and to the people who died and were injured.”

The executive board of the Hillsdale County Republican Party voted 14 to 5 on the censure vote on Thursday, Feb. 4. They said Shirkey, whose district includes Jackson, Hillsdale and Branch counties, wasn’t doing enough to push back against Whitmer’s coronavirus-related measures that shut down businesses and was not doing enough to support conservative values like Second Amendment rights.

A censure vote is an expression of formal disapproval in a lawmaker. It’s a largely symbolic gesture coming from a county known for its conservatism and nearby Hillsdale College.

During the recorded meeting with members of the county party, Shirkey told the group, “I don’t give a s***,” about the censure and pushed back on some of the critiques of his record.

He told the Hillsdale Republican officials that if they continue with an “extremist” strategy, rural supporters of the party will suffer in future elections.

“If we don’t make a change, our vote will not count in 15 years,” he said

Smith previously told MLive his local party could set up a recall vote if Shirkey continues to act in a way the local Republicans think is out of party values. Shirkey cannot run for Senate reelection in 2022 because of term limits.

Arizona GOP Legislature Continues to behave like RINOs

By Jim Hoft

Guest post by Proud American Bobby Piton
arizona-flag-1.jpg

America is the land of opportunities. This simple phrase has a profound meaning in the psyche of America. Our National Identity is directly tied to this concept through our Right to Fair Elections.

When Americans think we have been wronged by our government, We the People have the right (as per our compact; the US Constitution) to petition our government for a redress of these grievances, peacefully assemble and speak freely and publish freely (Freedom of Press). Time and time again over the past 99 days, since 11/3/2020, we have been denied these rights; across social media by censorship, a corrupt mainstream press that espouses propaganda with no repercussions via the Smith-Mundt Act, threats of arrests for peaceful protesters (not involved in violence) in DC, and being ostracized professionally or personally for exercising our free speech.

Freedom loving Arizonans have once again been denied these rights with the latest inaction by the Arizona Senate in not holding the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt of court. These brave, freedom-loving Americans spoke the truth as they witnessed it and confirmed it through countless hours of hard work to prove these truths were not a figment of their imagination; at great risk to themselves, their families, and their friends with what feels like non-existent support from elected officials in Arizona. In short, the Arizona Senate has failed “We the People of Arizona”.

It begs the question, why? What forces or powers behind the scenes would continue to undermine our faith in what America stands for? Are that many politicians in AZ (and across America) that compromised? What are they scared of that they can’t express or ask for forgiveness? Or is their personal safety really in that much jeopardy; that they are in fact behaving in a way that most people would, if faced with a similar circumstance?

I do not know the answer to these hypotheticals, but what I do know is that the Federal Government exists for times like these. If the AZ Senate Legislators are in fact that compromised or concerned about their safety, perhaps the NSA needs to work with whom they deem to be the most honest politicians in DC and coordinate efforts with our military to end this domestic and/or international threat to the sovereignty of the once great state of Arizona. Clearly, something is amiss, and the people being denied their First Amendment rights as Americans might very well continue to undermine our collective American Faith; remaining Trust in Our System of Government. Perhaps, this is what has been the larger goal/mission of an evil faction of Communists within our government all along?

We the People must resist the urge to deal with unjust people through unjust action, taking the law into our own hands. Instead, we need to focus our attention on uniting like-minded freedom and justice-seeking Americans to take back the political system that has not only been hijacked in Arizona but across the United States of America.

Not only are We all Americans Now; We are All Arizonans Now!
Proud American,

It’s been more than a month since unarmed Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed in the US Capitol. Investigators have recommended no charges for Capitol police officer who fired the shots. However, we still don’t know why his name is kept under wraps.

The shooting of pro-Trump protester, Ashli Babbitt, remains under investigation by the DC Metropolitan Police, the US Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC, and civil rights prosecutors, a routine process for shootings involving the Capitol Police.

Last night The Gateway Pundit posted about Babbit’s legal team requesting the public’s help in identifying people of interest.

Ashli Babbitt’s Legal Team contacted The Gateway Pundit on Wednesday. They told us they need help identifying a man who attempted to render medical assistance to Ashli Babbitt.

They believe he has important information to share.

Report: Never-Trump Republicans Looking at Forming Third Party

By Kristinn Taylor
Published February 10, 2021 at 10:39pm

A group of about 120 anti-Trump former Republican officials is considering forming a third party after coming to the realization that the party is now led by President Trump and his supporters, according to a report published Wednesday by Reuters.

The third party effort is being co-led by Evan McMullin, who ran as an independent presidential candidate in 2016. Names being considered are the Integrity Party and the Center Right Party. Trump spokesman Jason Miller told Reuters, “These losers left the Republican Party when they voted for Joe Biden.”

evan-mcmullin.jpg
Evan McMullin, file image.
Reuters excerpt:
Dozens of former Republican officials, who view the party as unwilling to stand up to former President Donald Trump and his attempts to undermine U.S. democracy, are in talks to form a center-right breakaway party, four people involved in the discussions told Reuters.

The early stage discussions include former elected Republicans, former officials in the Republican administrations of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush and Trump, ex-Republican ambassadors and Republican strategists, the people involved say.

More than 120 of them held a Zoom call last Friday to discuss the breakaway group, which would run on a platform of “principled conservatism,” including adherence to the Constitution and the rule of law – ideas those involved say have been trashed by Trump.
The plan would be to run candidates in some races but also to endorse center-right candidates in others, be they Republicans, independents or Democrats, the people say.

Evan McMullin, who was chief policy director for the House Republican Conference and ran as an independent in the 2016 presidential election, told Reuters that he co-hosted the Zoom call with former officials concerned about Trump’s grip on Republicans and the nativist turn the party has taken.
…Among the call participants were John Mitnick, general counsel for the Department of Homeland Security under Trump; former Republican congressman Charlie Dent; Elizabeth Neumann, deputy chief of staff in the Homeland Security Department under Trump; and Miles Taylor, another former Trump homeland security official.

Trump’s support within the Republican Party is evident by the announcement by former Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Rob Portman in 2022 in which Mandel proclaimed his support for “President Trump’s America First Agenda.”

1613020562697.png
Also in Ohio this week, Trump supporter Jane Timken resigned as state GOP chair in an apparent effort to position herself to run for the Senate.

1613020608017.png

Timken said in an op-ed in the Cincinnati Enquirer, “I simply can’t sit on the sidelines and watch Biden and the socialist left destroy our country, Ohio’s economy and our children’s future – which is why I decided to step aside from our work at the state party to fight for the Trump agenda and our country in another way. I will be making an announcement about my future plans in the coming weeks, but trust me when I say I intend to build on our success and continue doing all I can to advance conservative, America First policies to strengthen Ohio.”

Also this week, Newsweek reported on a poll that showed about 70 percent of Republicans would join or consider joining a third party founded by Trump.
The latest poll by CBS News/YouGov, which was conducted from February 5 to 8, shows that 33 percent (one-third) of Republicans said “yes” when asked if they would join a new party formed by Trump. An additional 37 percent said “maybe,” meaning 70 percent would join or consider joining a Trump-centered party. Just 30 percent of Republicans said “no.”
Additionally, 71 percent of Republicans said that GOP lawmakers who voted to impeach Trump or will support his conviction are “disloyal.” Only 29 percent said they viewed these lawmakers as “principled.” And just 21 percent of Republicans said they believed Trump encouraged the January 6 violence against the U.S. Capitol, for which he was impeached for a second time a week later on January 13.
Update: McMullin tweeted Wednesday night, “There’s growing demand for something new among principled Republicans. The GOP is lost in a sea of lies and has clearly become a destructive force. Whether it’s a faction operating independently of the GOP or a new party, something new is needed. The status quo is unsustainable…If there were to be a new, independent faction of the GOP or a new party all together, it shouldn’t only include Never Trumpers. Rather, it should unite all those who now commit to American democracy, truth and reason and who desire a political identity centered on those things."

Ex-CIA agent Leaves Democrat Party Over “Systemic Hatred” and Hypocrisy: “In all, over 700 federal, state, and local law enforcement officers sustained injuries in violence perpetrated by Leftist rioters”

By Patty McMurray | Feb 10, 2021

President Trump successfully exposed the Democrat Party and their acceptance and even support of violence in America perpetuated on law enforcement, businesses, and individuals who hold opposing political views, by Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Democrats, who are not as ignorant as party leaders would like to believe are waking up to the leaders of their party, their dishonesty. One such Democrat, a former CIA agent has bravely stepped forward and is calling out the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party and their attempt to impeach former President Trump a second time.

cia-agent-740x417.jpeg

Epoch Times reports – “For years, Democrats like me have watched with increasing alarm as our own political leaders and activists … have used an endless stream of hateful, violent and ultimately un-American rhetoric that has resulted in billions of dollars in economic damage and given birth to a violent national movement,” wrote Bryan Dean Wright, the former intelligence officer, for the Daily Caller.

Wright said the “modern Left” is infused with “systemic hatred” that has “inflamed profound political divisions and the predictable outcomes that come with them, most especially violence and destruction.”

“The most egregious example came in the summer of 2020, with Leftist race riots that cost upwards of $2 billion in damages,” he said, adding that Democratic leaders didn’t offer condemnations when “fires raged,” property was vandalized, and lives were destroyed.

Wright pointed out that democratically elected officials incited violence in 2020.

“A woman in New York City threw a Molotov cocktail at four police officers sitting in their vehicle during a riot” and “were unharmed only because the gas bomb failed to ignite,” he said.

“Next, a group of rioters in Seattle tried to seal up the doors of a police precinct and ignite the building on fire, burning cops alive.

“In all, over 700 federal, state, and local law enforcement officers sustained injuries in violence perpetrated by Leftist rioters. That includes retired St. Louis police Captain David Dorn, who died defending the city he loved from those encouraged by the Democrat Party’s incitement.”

Wright went on to cite rhetoric from mainstream media pundits such as CNN’s Chris Cuomo, who told viewers last year, “Show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful,” and NPR’s statement that “looting is a powerful tool to bring about real, lasting change in society.”

Such statements, he argued, served to gaslight people into committing acts of violence. At the same time, he suggested that it’s hypocritical to impeach Trump for allegedly inciting an insurrection when Democratic leaders and left-leaning media outlets emboldened rioters and anarchists last year.

House Democrats have argued that Trump’s speech incited supporters on Jan. 6 to carry out the Capitol breach, which left several people—including an officer—dead.

“For Democrats like me, we have no choice: we have to leave. But where do we go, politically, now that our party can no longer be salvaged? The answer is to be found in the exit data from the 2020 election: We’re already leaving, it turns out, and joining the new, populist Republican Party,” he said.

House Republicans Release Their Plan to Retake House Majority from Nancy Pelosi

By Cameron Arcand

The National Republican Congressional Committee announced Wednesday their list of targets for the 2022 midterm elections.

The statement released by the committee gave a list of 47 “offensive pick-up opportunities” to focus on in order to take the House majority from Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s lot in the 2022 elections.

“We are just a few weeks into the Biden Administration and Americans are already seeing the job-killing initiatives House Democrats support,” NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer said, according to a news release.

1613023123564.png

“We will relentlessly hold House Democrats accountable for their socialist agenda and ensure voters understand the damaging impact policies like defunding the police, government-run health care and ending the Keystone XL Pipeline will have on Americans’ everyday lives.”

The process for choosing which Democratic representatives to target included 29 districts that came within a 5 percent margin of victory for Republicans at the congressional or presidential level in 2020.

1613023031154.png

Additionally, eight Democrats who won by less than 10 percent were added to the list, along with 10 seats that may be redistricted to be more competitive.
1613022980705.png

Republicans are currently only a few seats away from winning the majority, so flipping additional seats — along with holding the 15 seats flipped the last election cycle — is going to be crucial.

1613022903226.png

The reality for many of these seats is that these candidates cannot be married to former President Donald Trump, as many of the competitive districts were victories for President Joe Biden.

Another major focus of the NRCC and other groups is voter registration, as many Republicans made the decision to leave the party after the incursion into the Capitol on Jan. 6.

According to a report by The Hill released on Twitter, 140,000 voters unregistered as Republicans last month across 25 states.
1613022859541.png

My own home state of California lost 33,000 Republican voters, a disappointing sign that people have lost hope for the party and no longer want to be associated with it.

While the majority is within close reach, it will most definitely be an uphill battle for Republicans — and they should by no means get complacent.

Pelosi Accuses GOP of Complicity, Threatens to Have Them ‘Dealt With’

OPINION
This article contains commentary which reflects the author's opinion

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is feeling her power.

In yet another divisive move, Pelosi is targeting GOP members that she claims allowed pro-Trump tourists to enter the Capitol days before the doors were breached on Jan. 6.

Capitol Police have opened an investigation into whether members of Congress inappropriately gave visitors access to the Capitol ahead of the break-in on January 6.

Several Democratic lawmakers raised concerns that their own Republican colleagues might have allowed members of a pro-Trump mob inside in the days leading up to the assault.

The New York Times reported:
“The inquiry came to light as Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that she had named Russel L. Honoré, a retired Army lieutenant general, to lead a security review of the Capitol in the wake of the riot, in which a throng of President Trump’s supporters rampaged through the building in a deadly security failure that put the lives of lawmakers and the vice president at risk.”
“Pledging accountability for those behind the Jan. 6 siege, Ms. Pelosi warned that if any Republican members of the House had aided the rioters as they sought to advance Mr. Trump’s effort to overturn the election results, they would be punished. She also said that she had spoken with the secretary of the Army and the Secret Service director to ensure that the necessary resources were in place to prevent a repeat at President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s inauguration next week.”

“In order to serve here together, we must trust that people have respect for their oath of office, respect for this institution,” she said. “If in fact it is found that members of Congress were accomplices to this insurrection — if they aided and abetted the crimes — there may have to be action taken beyond the Congress in terms of prosecution for that.”
“Led by Representative Mikie Sherrill, a New Jersey Democrat and former Navy pilot, more than 30 lawmakers called on Wednesday for an investigation into visitors’ access to the Capitol on the day before the riot.”

“In a letter to the acting House and Senate sergeants-at-arms and the Capitol Police, the lawmakers, many of whom served in the military and said they were trained to “recognize suspicious activity,” demanded answers about what they described as an “extremely high number of outside groups” let into the Capitol on Jan. 5 at a time when most tours were restricted because of the coronavirus pandemic.”
“We must subject this whole complex, though, to scrutiny in light of what happened,” she said, adding that House committees would begin conducting their own investigations into what took place.

ARIZONA: Maricopa County Libertarian Party Launches Election Integrity Lawsuit Against Board of Supervisors

ARIZONA: Maricopa County Libertarian Party Launches Election Integrity Lawsuit Against Board of Supervisors

In the latest in Arizona election integrity updates, the Maricopa Libertarian Party is suing the county’s Board of Supervisors, alleging they were illegally excluded from a post-election audit.

Following credible allegations of rampant voter fraud in Arizona, and across the country, during the recent elections in November last year, the Arizona State Senate demanded that Maricopa County issue a full forensic audit of the Dominion Voting machines, software, and systems used in the county.

The audits began on February 2, and included observers from the Arizona House and Senate, along with registered Independents. However, the Libertarian Party was not included in the proceedings, despite being the third party whose candidates are eligible to appear on election ballots in Arizona. As a result, the Maricopa Libertarian Party is suing the county’s Board of Supervisors, and the County Recorder, Stephen Richer.

“Political party observation is a right that is included in every part of Arizona election law,” said Michael Kielsky, the attorney representing the Libertarian Party. “It is inexcusable that the county is preventing the Libertarian Party observer from attending the audit.”
BIG NEWS FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY *TRANSPARENCY*!

It would be great if the @MaricopaGOP and @AZGOP joined in on this suit
Transparency is critical for a legitimate audit! https://t.co/6u64s2koAn

— Merissa Hamilton (@merissahamilton) February 10, 2021
The lawsuit notes that in a public notice still available on the Maricopa County website, that the Board of Supervisors promised not only would “leadership from both the House and Senate” be involved, but also “members of all three political parties” would be too. In fact, no official party representatives from any party were involved.

In a press release, Brandon Slayton, the chairman of the Maricopa Libertarian Party, said that given “Arizona political parties have been involved throughout the election,” and should continue to be involved now, included the Libertarian Party. “It doesn’t make sense to omit key stakeholders when the audit’s goal is to instill public confidence in our system,” he added.

An email sent to Slayton on Monday from the County claimed that the parties could not be accommodated due to limited space because of coronavirus, yet they still invited “The League of Women Voters,” a left-wing advocacy group to come along and observe proceedings.

“The League of Women Voters is a great organization” Slayton said, “but it cannot be a substitute for representation by political parties, which provide scrutiny and oversight for all their members. The public should be outraged that all three parties are being denied the right to attend this audit.”

1613027778300.png
1613027825429.png

The lawsuit also argues that the audit is being misrepresented, with Maricopa County claiming that a “Logic and Accuracy Test” can see if votes changed. “The county has every right to conduct a Logic & Accuracy Test,” Slayton added, “but it is a test, not an audit, and only proves that the machines are working properly at that moment in time. The county has a right to do something but it does not have a right to pretend to do something.”

Members of the US Capitol Police plan to hold a vote of no confidence Thursday, more than a month after the January 6 riot at the Capitol that left dozens of officers injured and led to the death of officer Brian Sicknick.

Officers recently told CNN that intelligence and operational failures left them vulnerable to the attack and said they worry current leadership is incapable of managing future incidents.

Gus Papathanasiou, chairman of the union representing rank-and-file officers, told CNN the vote targets top leadership, including acting Chief Yogananda Pittman, Assistant Chief Chad Thomas, acting Assistant Chief Sean Gallagher, Deputy Chief Jeffrey Pickett, Deputy Chief Timothy A. Bowen and Deputy Chief Eric Waldow. Officers will be able to vote on each individual.

A separate ballot will be available for officers who work the Capitol Division of the department, and they'll be asked to vote on a captain in that division, Papathanasiou said.

According to an email sent to members of the department obtained by CNN late Tuesday, Pittman told officers the vote illustrates "the sentiment and concerns of some of our officers," adding that she is working to address their frustrations.

"We all know how difficult the fight and sacrifice can be on ourselves and our loved ones," she wrote. "During these difficult times, it is important to remember that we are a family too. We are stronger together united versus divided."

In the email, Pittman touted her efforts after her appointment to the agency's top spot, including improving intelligence and operational communications.

A spokeswoman for the Capitol Police did not respond to a request for comment.

The planned vote was originally scheduled for the week of February 1 but was pushed back out of respect for Sicknick's memorial service in the Capitol Rotunda after officers called the timing of the vote disrespectful.

The fallout from the insurrection has been compounded by an officer's subsequent suicide and a Covid-19 outbreak that has infected dozens of people within the Capitol Police. Officers are still nursing significant physical wounds and countless others are dealing with the psychological trauma of the day -- all while working long hours to keep the Capitol secure.

"The officers are angry, and I don't blame them," Papathanasiou said. "The entire executive team failed us, and they must be held accountable."

THEY GOT CAUGHT: Dominion Owned Machines Removed 6% of Votes from Each Windham, New Hampshire GOP Candidate – Same Machines Used in 85% of Towns (VIDEO REPORT FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE)

By Jim Hoft

Here is a major update to our report on Wednesday on voter fraud in New Hampshire.

As we previously reported —

A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

gop-recount-dominion-machines.jpg

Via Facebook

The Dominion machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by almost exactly 300 votes.

Just like every other state that used machines that alter ballot counts in favor of one political party over another – here we are.
Dominion Voting Systems owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines used in New Hampshire.

Patch.com reported:
In New Hampshire, he noted, the AccuVote optical scanners used in all communities that have voting machines are an “older technology” and each moderator uses the device’s results tape, at the end of the night, to reveal the results, on a paper “Return of Votes” form. AccuVote devices have been used for more than a quarter of a century in the state and are the only devices approved by the Ballot Law Commission.
“The device was originally manufactured by Unisys, then by Global Elections Systems Inc., which are no longer in business,” Yen said. “The device used in New Hampshire is no longer being manufactured. Dominion (Voting Systems) owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote and its related election management system but does not manufacture the device.”
On Thursday we spoke with Dr. David Strang M.D., the Belknap County Republican Committee State Committee Member, New Hampshire GOP.
David told The Gateway Pundit that the Republican candidates in Windham had 6% of their total votes removed by the Dominion-owned voting machines.
According to Dr. Strang, these same Dominion-owned machines are used in 85% of the towns in New Hampshire.

What makes the New Hampshire results even more suspect:

** Republicans flipped the New Hampshire Senate from 14-10 Democrat to 14-10 Republican in 2020.

** Republicans flipped the New Hampshire House from 230-156 majority Democrat to 213-187 Republican majority in 2020!

** Yet, Joe Biden who was 4th in Dem primary and Kamala Harris, who did not make it to the Dem primary, won the state 52.7 to 45.4 to Trump.

These results are IMPOSSIBLE.

What Democrats did was skim 6% off each GOP candidate in each race where there was a recount.

This MUST BE investigated if we can EVER trust our election process again!

Despite these recent findings New Hampshire Attorney General Anne Edwards, a Republican, has no plans to investigate the alleged voter fraud in the state.

Dozens Of Former Anti-Trump GOP Officials Discussing Formation Of 'Center-Right Breakaway Party'

THURSDAY, FEB 11, 2021 - 9:05
Dozens of former GOP officials who hate Donald Trump are in talks to form a center-right breakaway party, because they view the Republican party as 'unwilling to stand up' to the former president, according to Reuters which cites four anonymous sources.

Those involved in the discussions include what Trump supporters call 'swamp' creatures; former officials in the Republican administrations of Ronald Reagan, George HW Bush, George W Bush and Trump himself - along with former GOP ambassadors and Republican strategists, and former CIA officer Evan McMullin, according to those involved. Think: Lincoln Project types.

Last Friday, McMullin co-hosted a Zoom call with more than 120 of them too discuss the breakaway strategy, which would run on a platform of "principled conservatism" that adheres to the Constitution and the rule of law - which they say Trump has 'trashed.'
1613077180258.png

McMullin told Reuters that the former officials are concerned over Trump's 'grip on Republicans and the nativist turn the party has taken.'
Among the call participants were John Mitnick, general counsel for the Department of Homeland Security under Trump; former Republican congressman Charlie Dent; Elizabeth Neumann, deputy chief of staff in the Homeland Security Department under Trump; and Miles Taylor, another former Trump homeland security official. -Reuters
Call participants are said to e dismayed that over half of all Congressional GOP - eight senators and 139 House reps - voted to block certification of the 2020 election results in favor of Joe Biden, just hours after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot which temporarily disrupted the proceedings.

"Large portions of the Republican Party are radicalizing and threatening American democracy," said McMullin. "The party needs to recommit to truth, reason and founding ideals or there clearly needs to be something new."

1613076940340.png

According to McMullin, just over 40% of those on last week's Zoom call backed the idea of a breakaway, national third party - while another group favored forming a "faction" which would operate either inside the current GOP or outside of it.

Potential names include the Integrity Party and the Center Right Party. A faction could be called the Center Right Republicans.

Losers...

Trump spokesman Jason Miller, when asked about the discussions for a third party, said "These losers left the Republican Party when they voted for Joe Biden."

Meanwhile, a representative for Republican National Committee chairwoman Rona McDaniel told Reuters to refer to a recent statement she made last month on Fox News, saying "If we continue to attack each other and focus on attacking on fellow Republicans, if we have disagreements within our party, then we are losing sight of 2022 (elections)."

"The only way we’re going to win is if we come together," she added.

Americans reporting vote fraud say claims repeatedly dismissed by FBI

Some claimants forced to remain anonymous out of fear of retaliation and ridicule

By Alex Swoyer - The Washington Times - Wednesday, February 10, 2021
Americans who came forward when they spotted what they thought was suspicious activity in the 2020 presidential election say they got a message loud and clear: If you see something, shut up about it.

Mellissa Carone, a Michigan information technology worker who raised an alarm about what she viewed as irregularities during the ballot count in Detroit, said she called the FBI twice in attempts to report the problems.

“I never got a call back still,” said Ms. Carone, who gained notoriety for her fiery election fraud testimony alongside former President Donald Trump’s lead attorney, Rudolph W. Giuliani.

Ms. Carone said people came knocking on her door in outrage over her claims that the Nov. 3 election was rigged. She even changed her phone number to escape the hate calls.

The trauma she and others who spoke out experienced was compounded when federal law enforcement largely ignored their claims, according to some who alleged ballot mischief and their attorneys.

Courts also dismissed the reports. Judges at the state and federal levels tossed out more than 60 election challenges.

Critics say the credibility of the people flagging election irregularities was impugned by the failure of pro-Trump lawsuits to overturn a single state election that Joseph R. Biden won.

Jesse Morgan, a U.S. Postal Service truck driver, reported to authorities that mail-in ballots he hauled from New York to Pennsylvania disappeared.

He said he got short shrift from the USPS inspector general’s office and the FBI. An FBI agent later grilled his wife about whether the Republican Party paid Mr. Morgan to level the allegations.

“This is really sad. This is turning into a Democrat or Republican kind of thing,” Mr. Morgan said. “It just baffles me.”

In Nevada, a woman provided a sworn affidavit claiming to have seen a Biden-Harris van parked behind a polling place where people were filling out ballots.

She refused to speak publicly and chose to remain anonymous out of fear of harassment and ridicule.

A lawyer involved in the Nevada allegations said the woman was never contacted by federal or state investigators.

Others wavered under the intense scrutiny.

Richard Hopkins, a postal worker in Erie, Pennsylvania, attested in a sworn affidavit that he heard a supervisor direct USPS employees to backdate mail-in ballots so they would qualify for counting.

Project Veritas, a right-wing advocacy group, promoted Mr. Hopkins’ claims.

Mr. Hopkins, who was suspended without pay while his claims were investigated, recanted under pressure by an agent of the USPS inspector general.

He later reversed the recanting, but the back and forth made his claims suspect.

Ms. Carone refused to retreat after running into America’s political headwinds. She launched a run for the Michigan state House of Representatives.

Her complaints about issues with Dominion Voting Systems’ machines were met with harassment and doxing, she said, including coworkers giving out her address.

In her testimony before a Michigan House panel, she repeatedly interrupted lawmakers and peppered them with questions. The exchanges went viral, making her somewhat of a celebrity among Trump supporters.

But late-night TV talk show hosts joked that she was intoxicated, and “Saturday Night Live” lampooned Ms. Carone as a ditzy “Valley girl” character.

Ms. Carone, a 34-year-old mother, denied that she was under the influence during her testimony.

“It was negative, and they did it for all the wrong reasons,” she told The Washington Times. “But it came together in the right way to put me in a situation where I can take a leadership position and I can go in and have some really good policies that Michigan and every state needs.”

She noted that left-leaning news outlets published articles about her past legal charge of disorderly conduct during a family dispute with her fiance’s ex-girlfriend.

“We all have stuff in our backgrounds,” she said. “Why don’t they look into Joe Biden and his family?”

Dominion sent Ms. Carone a cease-and-desist letter to keep her from spreading what it said was false information about the company.

“What I have went through personally has been very challenging at times,” she said. “I’ve had people knocking on my door.”

Dominion denied any wrongdoing in the 2020 election and filed a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against Mr. Giuliani and pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell for their allegations of vulnerabilities and manipulation of the company’s ballot-scanning and tabulation machines.

Ms. Carone blamed a corrupt system for the lack of follow-up from state and federal officials on the election fraud claims.

“It’s very unfortunate we have an FBI that is corrupt. They are corrupt, and you didn’t see them not investigating what happened … at our Capitol,” she said.

“They jumped right on that because it was Trump supporters.”

In Pennsylvania, Mr. Morgan told the FBI and USPS inspector general about his allegations in early December but has not heard back — other than the call to his wife from an FBI agent from the Philadelphia office asking whether the Republican Party had paid him.

A legal group representing Mr. Morgan estimated that he trucked more than 280,000 ballots from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In his affidavit, he was hesitant to guess the exact number of ballots.

Mr. Morgan parked his truck to drop off about 24 boxes of ballots. He then was kept waiting for several hours, which was not normal, according to his sworn testimony.

Mr. Morgan never received an explanation for what happened to the trailer and the ballots. He noted in the affidavit that he knew ballots were in his trailer because he was told in Bethpage that he would be transporting mail-in ballots to Harrisburg.

His attorneys said his account was evidence of widespread election fraud.

Pennsylvania election officials rejected the claim. They insisted that safeguards in the voting system, from identification requirements to receive an absentee ballot to bar codes on the envelopes, make it impossible to forge hundreds of thousands of ballots.

Mr. Morgan found himself on trial in the news media, undergoing scrutiny of his criminal record of domestic abuse and forgery charges and his history of drug abuse and mental health struggles.

A drug treatment court judge once remarked that he “constantly lied” while dealing with the court. The statement undermined his credibility.

The news media also delved into Mr. Morgan’s work as an amateur ghost hunter with his brother to produce videos for sale on Amazon.

Still, Mr. Morgan said he would do it all over again.

“Someone has got to be a voice,” Mr. Morgan said. “I would do it again. I believe in getting the truth out there.”

His affidavit was taken by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society Whistleblowers.

Pennsylvania election officials rejected claims of fraud. Mr. Biden won the state by 1.2%, or 81,660 votes.

Officials in other swing states such as Michigan, where Ms. Carone lives, also dismissed accusations of widespread voter fraud.

The USPS inspector general’s office did not return a request for comment about Mr. Morgan and the irregularity he raised.

The FBI said it would not comment on or confirm investigations.

Lew Schiliro, former head of the FBI’s New York field office, said the agent who asked Mr. Morgan’s wife about Republican Party payment might have been investigating related information from elsewhere.

“They may not necessarily have a follow-up with him. If they can’t corroborate what he is saying, that may be the end of it,” Mr. Schiliro said. “There should be something they can find if, in fact, it’s true.”

The Justice Department also refused to comment on any ongoing investigations.
Mr. Trump and his allies tried to overturn the November election by claiming widespread fraud, but they were shut down even by Republican and Trump-appointed judges. They lost 62 lawsuits, some on procedural grounds, according to one count.

Jesse Binnall, representing the Trump campaign in Nevada, brought forward hundreds of affidavits demonstrating election irregularities and reports of fraud.
District Court Judge James Russell in Carson City heard oral arguments and reviewed the filings but dismissed the case.

Mr. Binnall said his legal team tried to interview postal workers who said they were instructed to deliver ballots to addresses they knew were false, yet the ballots were returned filled out.

“When we tried to take the deposition of people that would know that, the United States Postal Service stonewalled us and refused to let us take those depositions and get that evidence,” he said. “The Postal Service refused to let their employees testify about the fraud that occurred through the mail.”

Mr. Binnall said law enforcement is likely not following up on the fraud claims, issued under oath, because they are afraid of what they will find.

“Deep down, they know what they are going to find,” he said. “They know about the overwhelming fraud that happened in this election.”

Richard Anderson, a political science professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, said investigators would follow up if they found allegations of crimes to be credible.

He said most elections have incidents of fraud, though the number of incidents would not overturn the outcome.

“The whole beauty of elections is that they must be extremely close for fraud to make a difference in who wins,” he said. “Even in Georgia or Nevada, the margin of the presidential election was too large for incidents of fraud to make a difference, and even if Georgia and Nevada were reversed, Joe Biden would still be president.”

Mandel was one of the first politicians to support candidate Trump in 2016.

WKYC reported:
Former two-term Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel became the first Republican to formally declare a candidacy for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by party-mate Rob Portman, who announced recently he will not seek re-election next year.
In an on-camera interview with 3News, Mandel pledged to carry on former President Donald Trump’s agenda. Repeating lines nearly verbatim from his campaign press release, Mandel said the Trump’s second impeachment pushed him into action.
“I’ve been watching this sham and unconstitutional impeachment, and it’s really made my blood boil and it’s motivated me to run for the U.S. Senate,” he said. “I want to go to Washington to stand up for the Trump ‘America First’ agenda.”
At the heart of the impeachment trial is whether Trump incited the Jan. 6 riot on the U.S. Capitol as Congress began to certify the Electoral College votes. Trump urged his supporters in the months leading up to and on the day itself to challenge the results based on unfounded claims that widespread fraud tipped the election to his Democratic challenger, Joe Biden.
Mandel said time will prove that Trump won the election.

U.S. election commission adopts nationwide paper ballot guidelines

The new regulations also require election equipment companies to submit to basic cybersecurity testing.

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission voted Wednesday to adopt sweeping new guidelines for the first time in 16 years, effectively solidifying the nationwide move to paper ballots.

“That was a long time coming,” Ben Hovland, the EAC’s chair, said on a phone call. “It’s a major step forward.”

The field of voting equipment standards in the U.S. is labyrinthine. The EAC, run by a rotating board of four commissioners — two from each major political party — moves slowly and at times has been hampered by partisan infighting. It can only suggest recommendations to states, which ultimately decide what type of equipment to use.

But states in turn can only select from a limited market of equipment vendors, most of which closely hew to federal guidelines. In an emailed statement, eight of the country’s largest election equipment companies praised the new guidelines as a “significant achievement.”

Voting machine companies threaten right-wing media companies with legal action 6:04 min

The new regulations also require election equipment companies to submit to basic cybersecurity testing, which the industry has slowly adopted after researchers at the Def Con hacker conference began finding and publishing vulnerabilities in voting equipment each year.

The EAC’s changes, called the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines 2.0, are the first major changes since the ones introduced in the wake of the Help America Vote Act of 2002. That act, passed in response to the disastrous equipment failures in Florida during the 2000 election, funded a massive nationwide overhaul of voting equipment.

That legislation prompted much of the country to switch to paperless, fully computerized voting machines, which in recent years have come under fire for not having a way to manually double-check their results in case of errors or potential hacks. While most states have since largely returned to paper-backed systems, about 8.8 percent of Americans still live in jurisdictions without access to paper ballots, according to a tally from the elections nonprofit Verified Voting.

YouTube Censors Gateway Pundit, Locks Down Account After Posting Interview with New Hampshire Official on Stolen Votes from Voting Machines

As we previously reported–

A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

gop-recount-dominion-machines.jpg

Via Facebook

The Dominion machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by almost exactly 300 votes.

On Thursday we posted the interview with Dr. Strang on Youtube.

YouTube took down the video, gave Gateway Pundit a “strike” and shut down our account from uploading videos.

All because we posted an interview with a GOP official and medical doctor in New Hampshire on suspect voting machines.

Google-Youtube will not allow Gateway Pundit to post video after our interview with a New Hampshire GOP official.

This is totalitarianism.

COLORADO TOO! Colorado’s 2020 Election Results Are Also Suspect – Biden’s Numbers Raise Serious Red Flags and Alleged Turnout Is More Like Saddam’s Iraq than the US

By Joe Hoft
Published February 12, 2021 at 11:30am
Joe-Biden-Voter-Fraud-600x400.jpg

Colorado’s 2020 Election results made absolutely no sense raise several red flags.

Colorado allegedly had record-setting voter turnout in 2020 and JoeBiden somehow captured virtually all the new votes despite never visiting the state during his basement campaign.

Colorado’s results from the 2020 Presidential election are suspect along with the rest of the country. With the emphasis on the swing states with clear acts of election fraud, Colorado has not been the focus of massive fraud. But today we have information on the election results that show a clear indication of election fraud.

A report from the New York Gazette analyzed the results of the 2020 election in Colorado. Their analysis shows something is not right.

In the 2016 Presidential election in Colorado, Hillary beat future President Trump with 1,339,000 votes to Trump’s 1,202,000 votes, a difference of approximately 137,000 votes. Neither candidate won the majority of the votes with Hillary at 48% and Trump at 43%. Libertarian Gary Johnson won 5% with 145,000 votes. Voter turnout was 74%.

Obama received 1,289,000 votes in Colorado in 2008 and 1,323,000 in 2012.

In the 2020 election, Joe Biden reportedly received 1,804,000 votes to President Trump 1,366,000 votes.

We are supposed to believe this nonsense without question.

2020-Colorado-Election-Results.jpg

Trump improved his vote in the state by approximately 162,000 votes!
Joe Biden reportedly improved on Hillary’s haul by 465,352 votes!
Colorado reportedly had a record-setting turnout of 85%:
Votes are still being counted nationwide (and in Colorado), but the Centennial State has already set a new record for voter turnout. As of this afternoon, 3,276,575 ballots have been returned—a turnout rate of 85 percent of active voters—and about 400,000 more than the 2016 election, according to data from Magellan Strategies.
However, voter turnout for Presidential elections is usually closer to 50-55% which puts Colorado’s results into question:
US-Voter-Turnout.jpg

Colorado’s population has grown less than 200,000 since 2016:

Colorado-population-2020.jpg

And by cross multiplying we can determine that the number of eligible voters in 2016 was around 3.6 million to 3.7 million in 2020. So there basically was an increase in voters in Colorado between 2016 and 2020 of 100,000 to 150,000 individuals.

Somehow with an increase in voters and population of less than 200,000 since 2016, Joe Biden attracted 460,000 more (38%) votes than Obama or Hillary did in the prior elections. Biden received 440,000 more votes than President Trump who surpassed his, Hillary’s and Obama’s record totals from the past. This guy who couldn’t make it out of the basement and who we can’t recall ever drawing circles in Colorado won. He was not that popular. This absolutely does not add up.

Trump-vs-Biden.jpg

Colorado’s numbers for Biden make no sense, they don’t add up, there is something going on with these nearly impossible results.

UNCOVERED: Conman With Long History of Deceit, Dennis Montgomery, Inserted False Information Into Election Fraud Investigation, Who’s Paying Him?

By Joe Hoft
Published February 12, 2021 at 8:20am
dennis-montgomery.jpg

To our disgust, we confirmed earlier this week that information was inserted into the 2020 election fraud narrative to sidetrack and defraud the effort to uncover the fraud.

The man behind this false information is a huckster with a long track record of deceit, Dennis Montgomery.

Earlier this week, Larry Johnson at the Gateway Pundit, reported that Dennis Montgomery was behind an operation to insert false narratives into the 2020 election fraud investigation.

Some readers were upset hearing Larry’s news. One comment was that there was more support for the ‘Hammer and Scorecard’ than Russia collusion. This is a good point since the Russia collusion hoax was a big lie that the Democrats and the Big Media are still pushing to this day.

Because the FBI, DOJ, and other federal and state agencies refused to look into the massive fraud in the 2020 election or were part of it, individuals outside of the government have had to dig into the data and events to uncover the mountains of fraud surrounding the election stolen from President Trump.

Together a relatively small group of patriots has uncovered mountains of real fraud and crimes that occurred in the 2020 election (e.g. cars dropping off late-night ballots after the election is over, ballots counted without poll watchers present, machines flipping votes to Biden, lack of documentation on millions of absentee ballots, etc.). All of this leads to an election that was stolen through fraud on a massive scale.

We have enough already to overturn this election. However, we don’t have the courts or legislatures with the courage to address this massive fraud to date. (Everyone knows the election was stolen.)

Unfortunately, hucksters like Dennis Montgomery have inserted garbage data into the narrative in an attempt to discredit the fraud investigations and related crimes. We don’t know who’s paying him.

Montgomery was behind data that made it into the hands of some of the top individuals who are fighting for President Trump. Montgomery claimed to prove that President Trump won the election based on his data. (We believe the election was stolen but Montgomery’s data doesn’t prove it.)

Yaacov Apelbaum looked at Montgomery’s data and shared these observations:
  1. Many of the source and destination IP addresses don’t match the locations specified in the location description
  2. Some of the company/entity names don’t match the assigned geo locations
  3. The “SOURCE OWNER” column uses DBA names for companies instead of the actual legal name, which is what you would get if you did an actual low-level IP to organization resolution
  4. All of the destinations are protected with firewalls, so, the “INTRUSION METHOD” referencing the word “FIREWALL” is meaningless. From the limited attack vocabulary its obvious that whoever wrote this isn’t familiar with actual cyber offensive operations
  5. The DATE column is missing a time zone data. The odd distribution pattern of date-time stamps also strongly suggests that they are nonorganic and were produced using some sort of a cyclic function with a random number generator
  6. Some of the records are incomplete, for example, one row states that “TRUMP: DOWN 44,905”, but it failed to add the a “Y” under the corresponding “SUCCESS” column
  7. The tabs on the spreadsheet show that the titles were created manually (“Sheet 1” vs. “Sheet1”), which is unlikely if this data came from an automated process
  8. The values in the fields titled “SOURCE ID” and “TARGET ID”, which have a MAC address format were most likely created with a random number generator. A sampling of these MAC addresses yielded no results of known network card manufacturers
Montgomery’s efforts have paid off in the past as he lives in a multi-million dollar home.
Dennis-Montgomery-Home.jpg

Yaacov shares:
It’s not entirely clear who paid Montgomery to forge the data and promote this fabrication. Motivation wise, It could be just another con and money-making venture, but, it’s also possible that it’s a political gambit that is designed to kill any real discussion about potential election fraud.
The far-left Daily Beast knew a lot about Montgomery already on November 9th and reported on Montgomery to debunk the entire election fraud narrative:
The election fraud claims center on Dennis Montgomery, a former intelligence contractor and self-proclaimed whistleblower who claims to have created the “Hammer” supercomputer and the “Scorecard” software some Trump fans believe was used to change the votes…
…What Trump allies tend to leave out, however, is that Montgomery has a long history of making outlandish claims that fail to come true. As an intelligence contractor at the height of the War on Terror, Montgomery was behind what’s been called “one of the most elaborate and dangerous hoaxes in American history,” churning out allegedly fictitious data that once prompted the Bush administration to consider shooting down airplanes…

…As of 2011, Montgomery was fighting Nevada charges for writing bad checks worth $1.8 million at casinos. The Daily Beast was unable to determine the ultimate disposition of those charges…
…Montgomery resurfaced in 2013, as a “confidential informant” for controversial Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Montgomery reportedly swindled good Sheriff Joe Arpaio out of more than $100,000.

Anything connected to Dennis Montgomery is suspect based on what is known about this guy. The real question is who is backing this huckster or is he on his own?

Officials say they still don't know why Officer Brian Sicknick died following Capitol riot

Unofficial speculation has included a head injury, chemical poisoning via bear spray, and a stroke.

By Susan Katz Keatin
Updated: February 12, 2021 - 8:53am

More than a month after the siege on the U.S. Capitol, the Washington, D.C. medical examiner's office says it does not know when it will reveal why Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died after responding to the Jan. 6 melee.

"The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will release the cause and manner of death when this information is available," spokesperson Cheryle Adams said in an email to Just the News.

"OCME medical examiners comply with the National Association of Medical Examiners' standard to determine the cause and manner of death within 90 days; however, for cases that are more complex it could be longer," Adams said.

A longtime officer with Capitol Police, Sicknick died on Jan. 7, one day after the riot. Official explanations about what killed him have evolved and softened, leaving questions surrounding his death and the reason it remains unresolved. Unofficial speculation in media reports has included a head injury, chemical poisoning via bear spray, and a pre-existing medical condition that led to a stroke.

Sicknick "passed away due to injuries sustained while on-duty," officials initially said, explaining that he "was injured while physically engaging with protesters" during the Jan. 6 riot.

"He returned to his division office and collapsed," Capitol Police wrote in a Jan. 7 statement. "He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries." Sicknick's death would be investigated by homicide detectives, officials noted.

According to early media reports based on unnamed sources, Sicknick died in a particularly gruesome manner, after being clubbed in the head with a fire extinguisher.

Professional and amateur sleuths scoured social media and other sources to uncover the alleged killer — and in the process, found a video posted to YouTube that appears to bolster the notion that someone threw a fire extinguisher at police. The video depicts a man apparently hurling a metal cylinder Jan. 6 at a group of officers on the Capitol's Lower West Terrace.

"The object appears to strike one officer, who was wearing a helmet, in the head," an FBI Special Agent wrote Jan. 13 in a statement of facts. "The object then ricochets and strikes another officer, who was not wearing a helmet, in the head. The object then ricochets a third time and strikes a third officer, wearing a helmet, in the head. Immediately after throwing the object, the Subject moves quickly in the opposite direction."

According to the FBI agent, Capitol Police Officer William Young later identified himself as among those who were hit.

"While Officer Young was on duty and attempting to control the crowd, he felt a hard strike to the back of his helmet," the agent wrote. "When he turned to see where the blow had originated, Officer Young saw a fire extinguisher on the ground but could not determine who had struck him. Officer Young was subsequently evaluated at a hospital and cleared to return to duty."

According to court documents, the FBI claimed that the assailant was Pennsylvania resident Robert Sanford. In charging documents, Sanford was accused of assault, disorderly conduct, and other alleged crimes — but not murder, leaving unresolved what happened to Brian Sicknick.

This week, the Capitol Police department seemed to soften its language when describing the deaths of its officers.

"The events of January 6 were tragic and heartbreaking," the department said in a Wednesday statement. "Two of our own died and others were subjected to inexcusable violence during the attack."

Police made those comments as part of a larger statement, after the police union said it would vote no confidence in certain department officials, including acting Chief Yogananda Pittman.
In the statement, police did not address whether homicide investigators still are investigating whether Sicknick were murdered.

Capitol Police did not respond to a query from Just the News.

The Medical Examiner's office confirmed that there is no expected date for an autopsy report.

"Therefore, when this information is available and the decedent's next of kin has been notified, I will provide you with the cause and manner of death," Adams wrote in an email to Just the News.

Police officers and national officials honored Sicknick in a Feb. 3 ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda.

U.S. prosecutors: Former FBI official, Navy intel officer 'key figure' in Capitol breach

Federal prosecutors say Thomas Caldwell plotted months in advance, working with self-styled militia groups including Proud Boys.

U.S. prosecutors alleged Thursday that a former FBI official and Navy intelligence officer before the Jan. 6 Capitol breach organized a group of trained fighters and was in contact with self-styled militia groups including the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and Three Percenters, making him a "key figure" in the federal probe into the incident.

The revelations emerged as prosecutors asked a federal judge to detain Thomas Edward Caldwell, pending trial, according to The Washington Post.

The allegations appear to provide further evidence that the deadly siege was coordinated and planned months in advance. A police officer and one person who breached the U.S. capitol building died as a result of the siege, as Congress attempted to certify the 2020 presidential election for Democrat Joe Biden.

Prosecutors allege the 66-year-old Caldwell used his military and law enforcement experience to plan an assault weeks ahead of the siege – including possible snipers and ferrying a cache of weapons along the Potomac River.

Caldwell, of Berryville, Va., is charged on counts of conspiracy, obstructing an official proceeding, trespassing, destruction of government property, and aiding and abetting, The Post also reports.

The prosecutors in making their case to keep Caldwell behind bars alleged he hosted members of the Oath Keepers at his Virginia home and messaged such groups.

Caldwell’s lawyer, Thomas K. Plofchan Jr., didn’t address the new allegations in the government brief when reached by the Post but reasserted his client’s innocence.

He also said the prosecutors didn’t address the two issues pending before the court – whether his client is a flight risk or a danger to the community.

“WEB REPORTS… COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED” – Virginia Delegate Chris Head Responds to Ballot Dumps of 300,000 Biden Votes and He Doesn’t Seem to Care

By Joe Hoft

A Republican delegate from the Virginia House provided a response to a constituent’s questions about the 2020 Presidential election results in Virginia.

The response unfortunately leads to more questions.

A Virginia resident shared a post from the Gateway Pundit with a local state delegate. The post share was as follows:

In the above report we noted that:
Overall three entries of over 300,000 votes were posted in the data base to Biden’s vote total [in Virginia]. Two entries of over 300,000 votes were taken away.
We also reported that a judge looked at the state’s methods of counting absentee ballots and ruled against them:
One of those changes allowed ballots arriving after election day and without a postage mark indicating when they were mailed to be counted. Now a circuit court judge has ruled that the rule in question violates state statutes and the practice will be banned in the future.
The purpose of our article was to point out that Virginia had five large vote recordings that were over 300,000 ballots for Biden that were suspect and that the state allowed ballots to be counted that had no evidence of being mailed. Both of these items indicate large scale fraud in Virginia.

A Virginia resident forwarded our post to a Republican representative who provided the following information in an email to their constituent. We received a copy of the response (attached below):

The representative starts off referencing Dominion which was not mentioned in our post and suggests that Trump won 24 or 27 localities in Virginia (not including Fairfax county) and therefore the election there had no problem with Dominion machines. The representative even provided a list but not include Fairfax. It’s unknown what logic was used to make this argument.

Next, the representative stated that the local committee chairmen had no problem with a portion of Dominion’s work and noted that Dominion has sued some people, insinuating that therefore they must be legitimate(?)

Next, the representative claims that TGP data is “manipulated two times”.
First, in Edison Research, the numbers only appear as whole integers unlike in the Gateway Pundit article. Second, Edison Research’s data had the margin of votes from a few hundred to over two thousand votes edited.
[What the represenative claims is the Edison data is in whole numbers. This is not true. The data we received from the New York Times live feed on election night does not include whole numbers and they had to be derived from the report. This is what the media was using to report the official results for the election. Second, the file we received was for all of Virginia which accounts for the small differences between our numbers and the representative’s numbers which are for Fairfax County only.]
Next, the representative notes the following regarding the massive vote dumps in Fairfax County [something we didn’t know before – that these occurred in Fairfax County]:
The first large vote dump entry at 23:42:34 ET on Nov. 3 shows an addition of 330,442 votes for Biden and 38,150 for Trump in the Edison data. This is close to the 331,289.50 votes for Biden and 39,368.76 for Trump recorded in the Gateway Pundit chart, which carries a timestamp of 04:42:43 GMT. As GMT is five hours ahead of ET, this time stamp is the same as the Edison data. In the Edison data, 330,442 and 38,150 votes were subtracted from Biden and Trump’s vote totals respectively at 00:12:37 ET on Nov. 4. In the Gateway Pundit data, 330,153.34 votes were subtracted from Biden and 37,510.59 from Trump at 05:12:38 GMT.
A second large entry at 00:26:42 ET on Nov. 4 showed 308,407 votes added to Biden’s total and 79,372 to Trump, all of which were then subtracted at 00:30:55 in the Edison data. In the Gateway Pundit data Biden received 308,341.59 votes and Trump 80,357.05 at 05:26:48 GMT, all of which were subtracted at 05:30:56 GMT.
The third large entry at 02:17:05 ET saw Biden receive 308,407 votes and Trump 79,372 in the Edison data, while in the Gateway pundit data Biden received 308,051.63 votes and Trump 77,492.67 at 07:17:06 GMT. There was no subtraction of votes following this addition.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported–

Antifa-Insurgence leader John Earl Sullivan was arrested in Utah after the US Capitol riots.
As reported previously Antifa protester John Sullivan was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th.

Footage obtained by the Gateway Pundit from militant Black Lives Matter and Antifa activist John Sullivan’s Discord server shows the so-called “civil rights activist” reveling inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6 as he damaged federal property.

Sullivan has maintained in multiple interviews that he regularly attends protests only to record what’s going on, but did not actively partake in the insurgence in Washington. This is a lie. He is a leader of the Utah Antifa-BLM movement and has been previously arrested.

“It’s just recording, solely, and not being active in it,” he told Fox News last week.

Sullivan also organized an Antifa-Insurgence rally on January 6th at the Washington Monument at 11 AM before they stormed the US Capitol.

The mainstream media refuses to report these facts.

Capitol Police Officers Issue Vote of No Confidence in Acting Chief and Leadership

By Cassandra Fairbanks

Members of the US Capitol Police have issued a vote of no confidence in their acting chief and other top leadership.

The rank and file officers passed votes of no confidence in acting Chief Yoganada Pittman, two assistant chiefs, three deputy chiefs and a captain in the Capitol building division.

The vote began on Thursday afternoon and continued for 24 hours, so that three shifts of officers could vote during work. Only officers represented by the rank and file union were permitted to vote.

The chief issued a statement claiming that there has been “progress” since the Capitol takeover on January 6, in which officers were not prepared at all for a large demonstration.

“It’s been just over one month since one of our nation’s darkest days, and the trauma is still incredibly raw and difficult for the many officers who fought heroically on the 6th,” Chief Pittman said in a statement obtained by CNN. “Since being sworn in on January 8th, my executive team and I have made the well-being of our officers our top priority. While progress has been made, more work remains. And I am committed to ensuring every officer gets what they need and deserve.”

Capitol Police officers told CNN that they were left vulnerable on the 6th and that they do not believe the current leadership will be able to properly manage these kinds of situations in the future.

Former Chief Steven Sund and the Sergeants-at-Arms for the US House and Senate both resigned after the January 6 protest.

New Democrat Senator Warnock Of Georgia Under Investigation For Voter Registration Misconduct
By

Raphael-Warnock.jpg

Democrat Raphael Warnock has been a senator for Georgia for about a month. He is already under investigation.

Election authorities are looking into allegations of voter registration fraud.
How odd. Democrats insist this never happens.

Forbes reports:

Georgia Sen. Warnock Under Investigation For Voter Registration Misconduct
The Georgia State Election Board voted unanimously Wednesday to move forward with an investigation of U.S. Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) for his role serving as board chairman of a voter registration organization founded by Stacey Abrams that election officials say failed to follow deadlines, in what appears to be the latest legal step in the ongoing feud between the progressive Abrams and the state’s Republican election officials.

KEY FACTS
Warnock served as chairman of the board for the New Georgia Project in 2019, which is when election officials claim misconduct took place.

Under Georgia election rules, voting registration organizations like the New Georgia Project have to submit completed voter applications within ten days after they are received from the voter.

But officials allege that during a 2019 registration effort, some 1,268 applications were submitted to the Gwinnett County elections office after the ten-day deadline.

The Board voted 3-0 to refer the investigation to Georgia’s Republican Attorney General Chris Carr, with the board’s lone Democrat joining Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in abstaining from the vote.

Reminder: The anti-Trump group the ‘Lincoln Project’ helped get Warnock elected.
Interesting. The Lincoln Project’s largest donor was Chuck Schumer ($1.9M). They spent millions to help Dems like Biden, Bullock, Warnock, Ossoff and the new DNC Chair Jaime Harrison. https://t.co/nf6TikFgIP

Well isn’t this ironic.

Warnock has to run again in 2022. This could come back to haunt him.

The Democrats and the corrupt Big Media would like you to believe that the individuals behind the riots on January 6th were all Trump supporters. This is not true. There were numerous suspicious characters at the US Capitol on January 6th.

We reported a week ago on a number of suspicious characters at the Capitol on January 6th:

We also reported on Neo-Nazi Ukrainians who were at the Capitol that day:

Today we have three more individuals seen at the Capitol on January 6th who were partaking in vary suspicious actions.

No, the Capitol riot was not a spontaneous event. The riots were planned out far in advance by some very seedy characters.

Georgia State Legislature Considers Bill to Ban Zuckerberg-Funded Private Election Administration Donations

WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 10: Facebook co-founder, Chairman and CEO Mark Zuckerberg testifies before a combined Senate Judiciary and Commerce committee hearing in the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill April 10, 2018 in Washington, DC. State Rep. Joseph Gullett introduced a bill to the Georgia House of Representatives that would ban private funding for the administration of federal, state, and local elections.

As Breitbart News reported, this controversial practice pioneered by Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan through $419 million in donations to nonprofits Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) and the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) played a key role in determining the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, particularly in five key battleground states where President Biden narrowly defeated former President Trump: Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

During Georgia’s 2020 election, the CTCL donated more than $24 million to four counties–Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, and DeKalb–where Biden outperformed Hillary Clinton by more than 200,000 votes, and the CEIR donated an estimated $3 million to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office “for the purpose of educating voters about election rules and process.”

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported:
State Rep. Joseph Gullett, a Republican from Dallas, said taxpayers and their governments should fund elections administration, not nonprofit groups.
Gullett introduced his legislation after the Center for Tech and Civic Life awarded grants to several county election offices in Georgia. The group is funded by Zuckerberg and philanthropist Priscilla Chan, who is married to Zuckerberg.
The money went toward elections staffing, hazard pay, absentee ballot postage costs, equipment, voter outreach and personal protective gear.

“That money was beneficial to the counties, but one role of government is to run elections, and I don’t think it’s appropriate to allow outside organizations to do it,” said Gullett, a former member of the Paulding County elections board. “We want as little influence on elections as possible.”
The AJC legislative navigator, which gives the bill an 11 percent probability of passing, describes the bill as follows:
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to primaries and elections generally, so as to prohibit boards of elections, boards of elections and registration, local election superintendents, and county boards of registrars from accepting or expending private funds; to provide that such local elections officials can only accept lawful appropriations of public funds or authorized fees; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
Key components of HB 62, cosponsored by State Rep. Alan Powell, State Rep. Martin Momtahan, State Rep. Rick Williams, State Rep. Matthew Gambill, and State Rep. Philip Singleton, are as follows:
  • A board of elections or board of elections and registration established pursuant to this subpart shall only be authorized to accept funding from lawful appropriations of public funds from the government of the United States, the State of Georgia, or a Georgia county municipality. No such board of elections or board of elections and registration shall be authorized to accept or expend any grant, gift, or funding from private persons, corporations, organizations, partnerships, registered political parties, or political bodies.
  • A superintendent of a county or municipality shall only be authorized to accept funding from lawful appropriations of public funds from the government of the United States, the State of Georgia, or a Georgia county or municipality. No such superintendent shall be authorized to accept or expend any grant, gift, or funding from private persons, corporations, organizations, partnerships, registered political parties, or political bodies.
  • A county board of registrars shall only be authorized to accept funding from lawful appropriations of public funds from the government of the United States, the State of Georgia, or a Georgia county or municipality. No county board of registrars shall be authorized to accept or expend any grant, gift, or funding from private persons, corporations, organizations, partnerships, registered political parties, or political bodies.
The bill has been referred to the House Special Committee on Election Integrity.

Should HB 62 become law, CTCL or any other private group will be prohibited by law from providing funding directly to county officials for the administration of any elections–either state or federal–in Georgia after its enactment. It may allow such groups to provide donations to the Georgia state government, but in such cases, expenditures to counties would only be allowed if the earmarked donations were then appropriated by the Georgia State Legislature.

A companion bill has not yet been introduced in the State Senate, though State Sen. Jeff Mullis has introduced seven election-related bills that could possibly be modified during the session to include the provisions included in HB 62.

Among the election-related bills Sen. Mullis introduced are SB 68, which states, “Absentee ballots shall not be delivered to the office of the board of registrars or absentee ballot clerk through drop boxes or other receptacles but shall be mailed or delivered personally to a registrar or absentee ballot clerk or other appropriate staff member of the office of the board of registrars or absentee ballot clerk” (emphasis added).

During his State of the State address on January 14, Gov. Brian Kemp made little mention of election integrity reform, as the Journal-Constitution reported:
Notably absent from the speech was mention of conservative campaign promises that dominated his first legislative session in office two years ago, when he signed an anti-abortion bill that divided the Statehouse. This year, there was no talk of gun rights expansions, new crackdowns on illegal immigration or other base-pleasing initiatives.

And he also skirted the thorny topic of an overhaul of voting laws, though in an interview this week with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he unequivocally endorsed adding a photo ID requirement for absentee ballots, angering Democrats and voting rights activists who see it as restrictive.
Instead, Kemp seemed to send a message to fellow Republicans with a call to put aside the “ridiculous and harmful conspiracies” and move beyond the painful 2020 election and President Donald Trump’s ceaseless attempts to reverse the outcome.
Gov. Kemp, Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, and House Speaker David Ralston have not indicated whether they support or oppose State Rep. Gullet’s bill.

EXCLUSIVE: Three 300,000 Biden Vote Dumps Late on Election Night in Virginia Cannot Be Adequately Explained or Tied to Final Results

By Joe Hoft
Published February 13, 2021 at 5:30pm

There’s something not right with the 2020 Election results in Virginia. There were three massive vote dumps of more than 300,000 Biden votes late on Election night that are being ignored by politicians and the media.

We reported previously on the 2020 election results for President in Virginia. Hundreds of thousands of votes for Joe Biden were reported in massive vote dumps in the middle of the night and yesterday we discovered this all took place in Fairfax County. A response from Delegate Chris Head to a constituent attempted to answer questions related to these ballot dumps but failed miserably:

The delegate’s response brushed by the fact that massive dumps of Biden votes at 90/10 and 80/20 Biden to Trump were dropped in the middle of the night.

After rambling on about the vote drop the delegate then noted that the Edison data doesn’t matter anyway it’s the official state results that matter that can be found here.

We looked at this site and we found that the results on the site don’t agree with the results on the Edison feed. The Edison feed is the official results from the election provided to the media on the night of the election. We reported in November on these results using the New York Times/Edison data feed from Election night.

The Virginia delegate provided Edison data for Fairfax County only, which were the bulk of the entries posted late on Election Night. Next, we looked at the ‘official results’ at the link provided by the representative. Unfortunately, we were unable to tie these results to the Edison data provided by the representative for Fairfax County. Why are the data and results not transparent?

The following results are divided by US Congressional District:

Congressional District 11 includes Fairfax City and Fairfax County and Prince William County. The total number of votes for Biden is 281,000 votes with 61,000 from Prince William County:
VA-Fairfax-County-Official-Results-CD-11-All.jpg

Another entry for Fairfax County was located in Congressional District 10, where Fairfax County shows with 77,000 votes for Biden.
VA-Fairfax-County-Official-Results-CD-10.jpg

The problem here is that the total votes for Fairfax County per the official state results don’t tie with the Edison data provided to the public on Election Night after the big data dumps of 300,000 ballots for Biden. If you take away the Prince William County votes for Biden in District 11 and add in the Fairfax County votes for Biden found in District 10, you only come up with 295,000 votes for Biden.

But the Edison data provided yesterday from the Virginia State delegate shows 405,000 votes for Biden from Fairfax County. This is a 110,000 ballot difference. What is going on?

Virginia-Election-Response-Fairfax-County.jpg

The more we look into the results from the 2020 election the more questions we have.

Why is no one else looking into this especially politicians who we voted in to preserve the US Constitution?

Developing: New Hampshire Department of Justice Refuses to Investigate the Largest Voting Machine Counting Error in State History

By Jim Hoft

windham-new-hampshire-seal.jpg

As we previously reported at The Gateway Pundit —

A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

gop-recount-dominion-machines.jpg

Via Facebook

The Dominion-owned machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by almost exactly 300 votes.

Dominion Voting Systems owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines used in New Hampshire.

** Republicans flipped the New Hampshire Senate from 14-10, Democrat, to 14-10 Republican in 2020.
** Republicans flipped the New Hampshire House from 230-156 majority Democrat to 213-187 Republican majority in 2020!
** Yet, Joe Biden who was 4th in Dem primary and Kamala Harris, who did not make it to the
Dem primary, won the state 52.7 to 45.4 to Trump.

These results are IMPOSSIBLE.

Now, state Senator Bob Giuda is calling out state officials for their dereliction of duty.
New Hampshire State Senator Bob Giuda wrote a letter to Granite Grok website this week.

Senator Giuda accused the New Hampshire Department of Justice of refusing to investigate the largest voting machine counting error in state history.

During the most recent conference call on February 5th, associate AG Ann Edwards and Election Law chief Nicholas Chong Yen reiterated the department’s refusal to test the voting machines or count the ballots. They also refused to consider obtaining a court order to alleviate their concerns about statutory authority under RSA 7:6(c).
This isn’t a partisan issue; it’s a matter of election integrity. The town, the Secretary of State, the Democrat candidate, the Ballot Law Commission, a concerned citizen, and a Republican State Senator asked the NH Department of Justice to investigate the largest machine count error in NH history. The department refused.

This refusal by those charged with ensuring the integrity of our elections is inexcusable. Absent legal action – which would probably wind up in a Supreme Court led by Chief Justice MacDonald – we will never know what happened in Windham, or if any machine count errors occurred in the nearly 200 other towns that use those machines today.
In choosing not to investigate the Windham incident, the Department of Justice failed our state and her citizens, both of whom had every right to expect a prompt, thorough investigation into the still-unexplained largest recount error in state history.

SHOCKING EXCLUSIVE: Auditors Selected by Arizona Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Send Message to Observers: “F@#$ You”

By Joe Hoft
Published February 14, 2021 at 9:00am
03DFC960-0036-45DC-9B84-CC22205371FE-600x338.jpeg

The audit professionals selected by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ (MCBOS) to perform the audit of the Phoenix area 2020 election results, were first identified as being not certified, despite the MCBOS’s claims that they were.

Now, these same auditors were observed while performing their audit, not adhering to numerous activities they themselves should be auditing, and then they were involved in the most profane action you can imagine.

We reported previously that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS), the body that oversees elections in the Phoenix area, finally agreed to have audits performed of their 2020 election results after suing the Arizona Senate to prevent the audits from taking place. The MCBOS finally agreed but only if they could choose the auditors. The auditors they chose they claimed were certified but we found out that they were not. Within hours of our reporting, the governing body in Washington D.C. certified these entities. We have no idea what information the governing body used to make this change.

Pro V&V was one of the firms selected by the MCBOS. Not only were they NOT certified when selected, they apparently are not very professional as well.

A local group of Pheonix IT specialists decided to observe the Pro V&V team performing their audit in Maricopa County. Surveilance was available per public access to surveillance cameras at the location the audit was being performed. The observers were able to review the activities going on inside the auditee’s location. Many actions caused the observers concern.

One observer, Ryan Hartwig, signed an affidavit where he explained that he was concerned about the audit being performed because the nest cams (cameras set up to film the work being performed) in the tabulation center were not working properly and the auditors there often looked at the cameras, used their phones in the facilities, and left the door to the facility open, which indicates a lack of knowledge of, or contempt for, proper access controls. (Access controls are those controls that prevent unwelcomed access to a facility or network. Ensuring doors are locked, ensuring proper access to a facility through passwords or keys, ensuring property access to machines and networks through the use of adequate passwords, prevention of intrusion through the Internet, etc. would be types of access controls.)

On the evening of the 5th, after observing the auditors for a week, Ryan and some members of his IT group decided to drive to the location where the audit was taking place and review the location for improper system and building access. He observed, as noted in his affidavit below:
I left my home and drove to the MCTEC, getting there around 10:20pm. I opened an app on my android phone named Wifi Analyzer (made by VRem Software Development) and saw that there was a network with the name of MCPublic that was an open network. When Aaron got there and ran a scan, he told me he saw an Apple TV, Xbox, and a Wii on the public county network. Where we were at, there weren’t that many other buildings nearby. Aaron also scanned and said he saw a 3Com device on the network, which he told me is vulnerable to hacking.
What were the auditors doing? Playing video games? Then the professionalism of the auditors came shining through per Ryan’s Affidavit:
At one point, Aaron told me he saw one of the networks change names to “f$$kyou” [see picture below]. I looked over at his laptop and saw the WiFi name “f$$kyou”, and I took a picture of his laptop showing that. I then used The WiFi Analyzer on my phone and also saw the same network “f$$kyou” on my phone as well. I took a screenshot of that on my own phone. The Wifi Analyzer shows distances and I looked on my phone and saw that it said that the MCPublic network was at approximately 195.3m and the “****you” network was at approximately 193.3m from my position.
Ryan provided the screenshot below as well:

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/wp-content/uploads/MC-Public-Wifi_****you_name-of-wifi-network_2_5_2021.jpg The fact that the auditors would send such a profane message while having such an irreverent contempt for the controls they themselves should be auditing is a major cause of concern. This was no professional audit. Why would this firm ever be selected to perform an audit of anything with this type of professionalism and flippant regard for the activities they should be auditing?

There is much more in the affidavits below.

Six people who guarded Roger Stone entered Capitol during attack: NYT
Six people who guarded Roger Stone entered Capitol during attack: NYT

BY JUSTINE COLEMANTWEET SHARE EMAIL

At least six people seen guarding Trump ally Roger Stone entered the Capitol during the Jan. 6 attack, The New York Times reported on Sunday.

The Times reviewed hundreds of videos and photos, as well as research from the Capitol Terrorist Exposers, that showed the six people, all associated with the Oath Keepers, guarding Stone on Jan. 5 and 6 and later inside the Capitol building during the breach.

Stone made two public appearances on Jan. 5, near the Supreme Court and later by the White House, during which five of the individuals were seen providing security for Trump's longtime friend, according to video analyzed by the Times. One of the people identified by the Times drove Stone in a golf cart that afternoon.

Footage shows Stone outside the Willard InterContinental hotel the following morning ahead of the raid, while accompanied by the sixth individual singled out in the report, in his only public appearance.

Videos taken at the Capitol later that day show all six of the individuals inside the Capitol building during the breach. The footage shows some of them meeting up with other Oath Keepers, who have since been charged, and others in hallways.

Stone wrote in a statement last week that he "saw no evidence whatsoever of illegal activity by any members" of the Oath Keepers, noting that if evidence emerged "they should be prosecuted," according to the Times.

The Oath Keepers are a far-right anti-government militia group that the Southern Poverty Law Center has designated as the "largest radical antigovernment group in the U.S. today." The Justice Department has announced three members are facing conspiracy charges over their alleged role in the Capitol attacks.

Footage of Stone outside of the Willard InterContinental hotel on Jan. 6, along with Oath Keepers members, was first released by ABC News earlier this month.

"I had no advance knowledge of the riot at the Capitol," Stone told ABC News at the time. "I could not even tell you the names of those who volunteered to provide security for me, required because of the many threats against me and my family."

Stone has been a longtime supporter of Trump and was pardoned by the former president after he was convicted of obstructing a congressional investigation.

On Saturday, the Senate acquitted Trump after the House impeached him last month alleging that he incited the violence at the Capitol.

The Justice Department has arrested more than 200 people involved in the Capitol riot, including several people who claim they were following Trump's directions. Five people, including a Capitol Police officer, died due to injuries sustained on Jan. 6.
