AZ Sen Leader Gives Audit Subpoena Timetable, Predicts AG Will Hammer Maricopa County Election Officials

By Randy DeSoto, The Western Journal
Published August 6, 2021 at 8:20pm

Arizona Senate Majority Whip Sonny Borrelli believes state Attorney General Mark Brnovich will act quickly on the lawmaker’s request to investigate Maricopa County’s noncompliance with election audit subpoenas.

In a Tuesday filing to the attorney general’s office, Borrelli cited multiple state statutes the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has violated by failing to supply the materials sought in a July 26 subpoena issued by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann and Senate Judiciary Chair Warren Petersen.

Among other items, the subpoena sought access to the routers used during the November general election and the passwords for the Dominion Voting Systems ballot tabulation devices.

“I’m really confident that the attorney general will follow through with this,” Borrelli told One America News Network on Thursday, regarding his investigation filing, which is known as a 1487 request.

1628307876650.png

“The attorney general did send an amicus brief, if you will, when the county was challenging us on our subpoena,” the senator added.

Access to the routers and tabulation device passwords were both listed in the original subpoena issued in December and reissued in January, but Maricopa County and Dominion have not complied.

Maricopa County took the state Senate to court in December seeking to block enforcement of the subpoena.

Later that month, Brnovich’s office filed a brief looking to persuade Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason, who was overseeing the case, to enforce the subpoena.

The judge “should recognize the Arizona Legislature’s broad authority to issue and enforce legislative subpoenas,” wrote Brnovich aide, Michael Catlett, a deputy solicitor general, according to the Arizona Capitol Times.

The Real Story - OAN Maricopa Latest with Sonny Borrelli
Rumble video 13:09 min

In February, Thomason ruled the Arizona Senate has “broad constitutional power” to subpoena election-related materials, including those items listed in the subpoena.

Borrelli argued his 1487 request now serves the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ noncompliance up to Brnovich on a “silver platter.”

Asked how long he thinks it will take for Brnovich’s office to act on the 1487 request, Borrelli responded, “I’m hoping that we’ll see something within the next seven days.”

“You’ve got to give him something for him to act on. Now I’m giving him something for him to act upon and that is, they’re challenging the direct authority of the state Senate,” the lawmaker said.

“This is pretty much handed to him on a silver platter,” Borrelli added. “Normally, this would take a 30-day window, but since he’s already weighed in on our favor with the courts, it’s already done.”

“It’s a no-brainer. The statute’s pretty clear: Contempt and disobedience of a subpoena is a class II misdemeanor,” the senator said, referring to Arizona Revised Statute 41-1154.

Class II misdemeanors carry a penalty of up to four months in jail and a $750 fine.

Borrelli also pointed out the attorney general can direct after 30 days that 10 percent of state-shared revenue to the county can be cut for not complying, which would be over $61 million.

“On top of that is the jail time and a personal fine,” he said, “which I hope they get all of it.”

Family of Ashli Babbitt Announce They are Suing Capitol Police for $10 Million Over Failure to Warn Before Shooting Their Daughter Dead

Terry Roberts, the attorney for the family of Ashli Babbitt, joined Newsmax TV back in April to discuss the family’s ongoing attempts to seek justice in the shooting death of their daughter Ashli.

Roberts said then he is handling the civil action that will be filed, adding, “The family and I were disappointed in the Department of Justice decision on this but my role really is to bring a civil action and in that way vindicate her rights.”

In regards to the DOJ’s decision to protect the identity of the reckless killer, Roberts said, “We strongly disagree with the Justice Department’s decision on this. We think the evidence is ample and would support criminal charges against the officer.”

Ashli Babbitt was one of two women who were killed by Capitol Police that day. Their stories were completely ignored and/or defended by the fake news mainstream media.

After all, they were Trump supporters.

Earlier this week the Babbitt family announced they were suing the Capitol Police for $10 million over the shooting death of their daughter Ashli.

Russia Today reported:

The family of US Air Force vet Ashli Babbitt plans to sue Capitol Police for $10 million, claiming the still-unnamed officer who shot her issued no warning before firing. His lawyer argues that his warning was muffled by his mask.
The family of the 35-year-old Trump supporter, the only person to be shot dead during the January 6 riot at the Capitol, has announced plans to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against the Capitol Police, pointing to video footage of the shooting in which the officer in question appears to give no warning before firing the shot.
The US Capitol Police are liable for Babbitt’s death, the lawsuit claims, seeking $10 million in damages. “It’s not debatable. There was no warning,” family attorney Terry Roberts told RealClearInvestigations.

Zuckerberg-Funded Group Gave $11.8M to Democrat Consulting Firms for ‘Nonpartisan Voter Education’ in Michigan
WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 10: Facebook co-founder, Chairman and CEO Mark Zuckerberg testifies before a combined Senate Judiciary and Commerce committee hearing in the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill April 10, 2018 in Washington, DC. Zuckerberg, 33, was called to testify after it was reported that 87 million …

Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images
ASHLEY OLIVER6 Aug 202199

The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) gave $12 million in September 2020 to a Michigan nonprofit, which then funneled the money to two Democrat consulting firms for the purpose of “nonpartisan voter education efforts.”

The Michigan Star first reported on the tax form filed in May 2021 by the Michigan nonprofit, the Michigan Center for Election Law and Administration (MCELA), which revealed the MCELA directed 99 percent of the $12 million it received from CEIR to two Democrat-aligned consulting companies.

The outlet’s analysis found the MCELA was relatively inactive aside from its use of the grant — the nonprofit reported on its Form 990 that it received no money in 2019, received the $12 million grant in 2020, and spent $11.8 million in 2020 on the two companies.

The two companies listed on the tax form were Waterfront Strategies, which received $9.7 million, and Alper Strategies, which received $2 million.

Waterfront Strategies, according to Open Secrets, is a leading Democrat consulting firm and an arm of GMMB, the largest Democrat consulting firm in the country. GMMB clients have included Presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden. Waterfront Strategies’ top client in the 2020 election cycle was Democrats’ Senate Majority PAC, followed by a slate of other Democrat-aligned PACs.

The second company, Alper Strategies, was founded by Jill Alper, who touts her past employment with the Democratic National Committee and experience strategizing for top Democrats such as Bill and Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, and John Kerry.

The MCELA’s tax form stated its “mission or most significant activities” in 2020 were “to support the nonpartisan administration of elections” and put forth “nonpartisan voter education efforts,” which means the Democrat consulting companies Waterfront Strategies and Alper Strategies were using the grant money for those purported missions and activities.

The CEIR stated the $11.8 million was used specifically for messaging about election information, which it targeted to Michigan voters:
In addition to a statewide messaging campaign, Michigan sent out targeted mailings to engage voters. Active registered voters received information about ways to vote, elections deadlines and how to request a mail ballot, and those who had not yet returned their mail ballot received instructions on how to do so. Grant funds also helped communicate changes in election laws to voters.

According to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, the state’s low rate of ballot rejection this year was directly attributable to CEIR’s voter education grant.
Benson, a Democrat, founded the MCELA in 2008 and was listed year after year as president of the organization until 2020. Benson, who lost her first secretary of state race in 2010, ran again and won in 2018 and assumed her role in 2019.

Though she was no longer listed as president of the MCELA as of 2020, Benson has been featured as the profile picture for the organization on Facebook since last October.

The person listed as president of MCELA on the 2020 tax form, Jen McKernan, has a history of donating to Democrats, including Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D).

Michigan Public Radio spoke with McKernan who indicated to the outlet that the $12 million MCELA received from CEIR would be used to “air ads on television and radio across the state.”

“The campaign will also send direct mail and text messages to people who have never voted before, or who have not voted in a long time,” Michigan Public Radio stated. “McKernan says people who are being deluged with those kinds of text messages can get rid of them by simply voting.”

The outlet added, “[McKernan] says once you vote, all those groups urging you to get to the polls will be informed by elections officials that you’ve done it, and the messages will cease.”

As the Michigan Star observed, understanding if the voter education efforts were truly nonpartisan requires understanding where text messages, mailers, and other ads were being directed. Phone lists for text messaging, for instance, could have been provided by Waterfront Strategies or Alper Strategies.

Furthermore, if the two Democrat firms targeted Democrat voters, the firms could have been notified once the Democrat voters had cast their ballots, giving the firms a rough idea of how many Democrat votes they had piled up ahead of polls closing. The information would have served as invaluable in the battleground state, where Biden defeated former President Donald Trump by less than three percent.

As Breitbart News reported in December, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla, donated $419.5 million to two nonprofit groups during the 2020 election cycle, $350 million to the Center for Tech and Civic Life and $69.5 million to CEIR.

The $12 million CEIR granted to the Michigan nonprofit came directly from the Zuckerberg’s $69.5 million donation.

IS THE LEFT PANICKING? Fake News CNN Attempts To Discredit Mike Lindell Days Before His Cyber Symposium Where He Promises To Show Evidence Of Massive Voter Fraud [VIDEO]

By Patty McMurray | Aug 6, 2021

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell is hosting a cyber symposium August 10-12 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Mr. Lindell promises that the evidence showing how foreign entities hacked the November election will be revealed at his cyber symposium. He claims the hacking of the voting machines actually changed the vote totals in the November 2020 election, which ultimately affected the outcome, giving Joe Biden an undeserved win. In addition, the My Pillow CEO is offering a whopping $5 million to anyone who can prove the data his cybersecurity experts have
obtained is not valid.

frank-speech-symposium.jpg

Last week, Mike Lindell dropped all of his My Pillow advertising on Fox News for refusing to run an ad promoting his symposium. According to Mike, every major network, including ABC, CBS, and NBC, are currently running the same ad that Fox News rejected. Here is the ad Fox News refused to run:

As the date of Mike’s cyber symposium approaches, CNN, the flailing cable “news” network that unabashedly shills for the Democrat Party, showed their hand when the snarky Anderson Cooper and friends attempted to discredit the popular conservative entrepreneur on their joke network.

The condescending Anderson Cooper mocked Mike Lindell while their third-rate “reporter” attempted to discredit Mike, who stood strong against the network that can’t beat out Sponge Bob Square Pants in ratings, and defended his position. Mike hilariously asked the CNN “reporter” if he needed a hug when he became agitated with Mike for refusing to cave under pressure.

Here’s the video where CNN claims the “two dozen cyber experts” they contacted know better than the cyber experts Mike Lindell has hired to investigate election fraud in the 2020 election. Fake news CNN also contacted city clerks to prove that Mike’s claims are false, yet in none of the 15 counties CNN contacted have conducted a forensic audit of their votes.

Watch:
MyPillow's CEO keeps pushing false claims about the 2020 election.
"No matter who says there was no widespread fraud in the election… Mike Lindell's conclusion is the same — they are all wrong," reports @DrewGriffinCNN. pic.twitter.com/NDHZY0BqL6

THE POLICE KILLED HER: Three More Eye-Witnesses Who Were Later Arrested Speak Out on Police Killing of Jan. 6 Protester Rosanne Boyland – Here Are Their Stories

By Jim Hoft
Published August 7, 2021 at 8:00am
rosanne-boyland.jpg

Guest post by Cara Castronuova

From the dark bowels of DC Jail, the real truth about a January 6th death continues to emerge.

Last month, Gateway Pundit revealed that conservative activist Philip Anderson was an eyewitness to Capitol Police killing Roseanne Boyland.
roseanne-boyland.jpg

A second anonymous eyewitness emerged 5 days ago.

Now, three other witnesses have been identified that confirm Capitol Police were allegedly responsible for the death of January 6th protester Roseann Boyland.

The problem is that two of them are behind bars in Washington DC Jail with no bail for months now. The other is under home incarceration. Their voices have literally been taken away from them.

Now, Cara Castronuova of Citizens Against Political Persecution has exclusively identified two other eyewitnesses willing to speak out from the depths of DC Jail, and another on home incarceration.

Cara Castronuova spoke with Jonathan Mellis, one of the prisoners being held indefinitely in DC Jail with no bail since February 17th. He has yet to have a bond hearing.

This is his statement:
“I was there when Rosanne Boyland was being trampled by the police.
I was at the bottom of the steps in front of the hallway. Many people were screaming that a woman was being trampled by the police. I responded as fast as I could. I saw her lifeless body being crushed under the officers and hit with their batons. They were kicking her viciously. I acted to get them off her. I was maced. I still hear the cries for help. My memories of this hectic situation started effecting me much more after I found out that Rosanne did not make it. We didn’t save her. I’ve seen bodycam footage since then of a Trump supporter giving her chest compressions in the hallway as the police continue to attack the people who are there to save her (this happened about a minute after my involvement). As God as my witness this is the truth.
The cops are even still striking her lifeless body with their batons and boots. These are the bodycam footages they are not releasing. I can send you bodycam footage of my involvement if you would like.”
This statement can be substantiated with video now released of Boyland being struck by police officers with batons as she is crushed by people that the police pushed on top of her. The cries of her fellow citizens asking the police to stop and pleading for help can also be substantiated by newly released video, which has not been shown to the public on any mainstream news outlets.

Via Make America Stop Hate.

Castronuova also spoke with Edward Jacob Lang, a prisoner being held extensively in solitary confinement since January 16th. Lang also witnessed Roseann Boyland’s death, as he was in the area near the entrance where she died. He was holding her hand as she passed away.

According to Lang, he witnessed police viciously shove Roseann Boyland and the crowd, beat them, and douse them with pepper spray and tear gas. He saw Phillip Anderson, unconscious and crushed by the police and crowd, right next to Boyland. He lifted Anderson out and with others carried him away to safety, saving his life. This story has been confirmed with Anderson, who credits Lang with saving his life.

According to Lang:
“I was begging the Capitol police to stop pummeling people over on top of them, brutally beating protesters … I couldn’t let anymore people die in front of my face…I was trying to pull Roseann with all my might as she turned from purple to blue to white. The police kept knocking people all over her, she was at the bottom of the pile. I was frantically flailing my arms begging police to stop but the police kept pummeling. I couldn’t pull out Roseann but I am so thankful I was able to pull out Phillip.”
Lang remains in DC Jain with no bail. He has been there since January 16th, spending the majority of his time there in “the hole.”

Castronuova also spoke with the mother of Michael Foy, who was recently released from DC Jail and remains on home incarceration. He was charged with hitting police with a hockey stick he had fashioned into a makeshift flagpole.

According to Laura Hartley, the mother of Michael Foy, Michael was clearing the police off the body of Roseann Boyland. According to both Foy and Hartley, the police would not allow anyone to help Boyland or administer CPR. In the Defendant’s Emergency Bond Review Motion, Michael Foy said that he used his hockey stick to clear police off the body of Roseann Boyland for approximately 15 seconds before retreating from the scene. According to the Review Motion, seconds later, an apparently unconscious woman, later identified as Roseann Boyland was dragged from the steps.

According to his court documents, Mr. Foy did not use violence until he witnessed the continued advancement of police beginning to crush people at his feet, including Rosanne Boyland. Foy then felt it was his duty to clear the police and others that were surrounding Boyland in order to save her life.

Unfortunately, it was too late.

According to his attorney, there is strong evidence that Mr. Foy acted in defense of others in using non-deadly force and Mr. Foy used the appropriate amount of force to defend individuals who were being crushed by advancing police officers.

The D.C. Pattern Jury Instructions provides the law of defense of a third person- “that every person has the right to use a reasonable amount of force in defense of another person if s/he actually believes that the other person is in imminent danger of bodily harm”.

Mr. Foy’s defense said he used the appropriate amount of force to defend individuals who were being crushed by advancing police officers.

In the case of Roseann Boyland, it is reasonable to assume this, especially considering she died after the brutal alleged assault many eyewitnesses are saying was by Capitol Police.

Audible on bodycam footage of the scene surrounding Boyland’s death are cries of the people to the police of “Stop! Stop! She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die!”, “Please stop pepper spray, we’re trying to (inaudible)!, and “There’s people under here! There’s people pressed under here! (pointing to protesters being pushed by police), as well as “I’m trying to get out, please, I’m trying to get out. I’m on the ground.” Police continued to pummel the crowd and Boyland, ignoring all cries and pleas for help.

Also seen in a video is a police officer wearing a neon jacket strike a lifeless Boyland several times with a baton using an overhead swing as Boyland lay on the ground with her shirt rolled up over her belly, unconscious. Another police officer seems to panic and pull the other officer away to stop them from continuing to bludgeon Boyland.

This led to the above three protesters’ involvement in attempting to clear the police and others from the bodies on the ground. This is the harshest crime they are being charged with- assaulting officers- but in their cases (and substantiated by video), they were defending a third-party person in danger of Capitol Police brutality. This is permissible under D.C. Pattern Jury Instructions. This also changes the narrative of the crowd surrounding the West entrance of the Capitol at the time of the death of Roseann Boyland- that they were actually fighting police off her body and the bodies of others that were hurt, including Phillip Anderson

Interestingly, the testimonies of Mellis, Foy and Lang all paint the same exact picture and none of the defendants knew of the other’s existence that day.

You have three different gentlemen, from three different areas in the country, all in the same general place at the same time.

All witnessed the same thing.
philip-anderson-2.jpg

The accumulation of their accounts and others say they are witness that Capitol Police were responsible for the death of Roseann Boyland. To summarize, that the Capitol Police pushed Boyland to the ground and proceeded to shove other civilians on top of her. A logical person can say it is reasonable to assume police caused Boyland’s death and a real investigation must be opened. When Boyland’s friend and other citizens pleaded with the Capitol Police to stop macing, pepper spraying and beating people so they could save Boyland, their hysterical pleas and cries for help were ignored as police continued to beat Boyland with batons as she lay on the ground, unconscious. Police would not allow any other civilians near her to administer CPR when she needed it and continued to pummel her with batons. Her lifeless body was finally dragged away by her fellow civilians who were finally able to administer CPR (with no help from nearby police) and cops continued to assault the crowd. It was too late. This is now the accumulated testimony of at least five eyewitnesses, substantiated by video.

Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 commission completely neglected to even make mention of this monumental occurrence, and painted Capitol Police as heroes.

When further investigation is done fairly into the conduct of the Capitol Police that day, a whole different picture emerges.

It was hastily reported by the mainstream media that she died of an accidental amphetamine overdose after a report by the DC medical examiner. Many mainstream news sources did nothing to further investigate this with due diligence- their statements must be retracted and apologized for.

In addition, The New York Times falsely reported that Boyland “appears to have been killed in a crush of fellow rioters during their attempt to fight through a police line, according to videos reviewed by The Times.”

An in-depth independent investigation separate from the Congress must be opened pertaining to the death of Roseann Boyland and the conduct of Capitol Police relating to it, particularly the identity of the officer seen in the video in the neon jacket using a long baton to club an unconscious Boyland several times with a hammer like overhead swing.

The People’s January 6th Commission aims to investigate and report the real truth to the American public, free of partisan politics and biased agendas.

“Why Did They Wait Until After the Election?” – President Trump Responds to News that Wisconsin Finally Removed 205,000 Phantom Voters from Voter Rolls

The state of Wisconsin allowed over 200,000 voters to remain on their voter rolls through the 2020 election.

Earlier this week election officials said they have finally removed these voters from their rolls.

On Saturday President Trump responded to this latest corruption.

President Trump’s spokesperson Liz Harrington posted this response from President Trump on Saturday morning.
President Trump: “Wisconsin has just canceled 205,000 voter registrations because they say they could not find the voters. Why did they wait until AFTER the election? Would this mean that we would have won Wisconsin? Congratulations!’

Cindy McCain was rewarded for her endorsement.

Biden nominated her to be US ambassador to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture.

CNN reported:

President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he will nominate Cindy McCain as US ambassador to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture, elevating a longtime friend and Republican ally to an administration post.

If confirmed by the Senate, McCain — the widow of longtime Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona, whose relationship with the President spanned decades — will represent the US in a specialized UN role focused on ending global hunger and expanding access to quality foods worldwide.

“I am deeply honored and look forward the work ahead,” McCain wrote in a tweet.

Republican Issues Subpoenas for Wisconsin Election Info

Friday, 06 August 2021 03:02 PM

The leader of the state Assembly's elections committee issued subpoenas Friday demanding extensive election materials, including all ballots and voting machines, from two Wisconsin counties in what she called a “top-to-bottom” investigation of the state's 2020 presidential results.

Republican Rep. Janel Brandtjen said she has sent subpoenas to Milwaukee and Brown counties for election materials. Brandtjen said last month that she wanted to conduct a review similar to a widely discredited audit performed in Arizona.

Brandtjen and other Wisconsin Republicans traveled to that state in June to observe the review.

“Legislators have been hearing from thousands of disgruntled constituents regarding their concerns with the November 2020 election,” Brandtjen said in a news release.

Former President Donald Trump has been pressuring Wisconsin Republicans to take a closer look at the presidential results in the state, which Joe Biden won by about 20,000 votes.

No one has produced any evidence of widespread election fraud in Wisconsin and Biden's victory withstood a partial recount Trump ordered in Milwaukee and Dane counties, both Democratic strongholds.

Still, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has hired private investigators to review the results and the Legislature Audit Bureau has launched its own investigation. Vos said last month he doesn't know what a third review would prove and wouldn't commit to giving Brandtjen any additional resources.

Brandtjen said she welcomes both probes. But Wisconsin residents have objected to the audit bureau review because it's taking too long and she wants to give people a “transparent, full, cyber-forensic audit," she said.

“The clock is ticking as the 2022 elections will commence in just a matter of months,” she said.

Republicans have heavily criticized Milwaukee and Brown County’s election procedures.

They’ve questioned why Milwaukee officials didn’t release results until the early morning after Election Day. They’ve also accused Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich of ceding authority over the election to Facebook-funded consultant Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, questioning why Genrich handed over keys to the city’s central ballot counting location to him.

The subpoenas demand that Milwaukee County Clerk George Christenson and Brown County Clerk Patrick Moynihan appear before the committee on Sept. 7 and bring along all ballots cast in the presidential elections in the counties, including mail-in, provisional and physical ballots.

They also must turn over all their tabulation equipment, software, images taken from their election management servers, routers and networking equipment, all absentee ballot logs, media used to transfer data such as flash drives and external hard drives, lists of all internet addresses used at any location where election equipment was used, names of voters and their addresses and birthdates and dates and times equipment was certified.

Brandtjen didn't immediately return a message asking how she will cover the costs of reviewing all that data since Vos said he wouldn't give her any additional resources.

Scores of people cheered Brandtjen at a rally outside the state Capitol hours after she issued the subpoenas. They held signs and flags that read “Trump Won” and “Cyber Forensic Audit Now.” Someone planted a sign in the Capitol lawn that read “Thanks, Janel for honoring your oath of office. #TossVos.”

Brandtjen told the crowd she planned to perform an audit annually.

“We're going to finally put this to bed,” she said, referring to questions about election integrity. She didn't say how she would accomplish such audits.

Christenson and Moynihan didn't immediately respond to messages seeking comment. Brown County Deputy Executive Jeff Flynt said the county had received the subpoena and was reviewing it.

Assembly Democratic Minority Leader Gordon Hintz didn't immediately return messages.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich

Attorney General Mark Brnovich has opened an investigation into Maricopa County’s failure to comply with valid and enforceable legislative subpoenas as requested by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli.

Senator Borrelli made the request last week after Maricopa County officials defied a Senate subpoena.

1628396503175.png

The Attorney General will conduct an investigation and prepare a report that must be completed within 30 days.

If a violation is found, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors will have 30 days to resolve it. If they fail, “the Attorney General will notify the State Treasurer, who shall withhold and redistribute from Maricopa County state shared monies”.

The law was clearly violated and Brnovich needs to decide if he is going to fight for the voters or let these criminals go.

The Attorney General’s Office requested a written response from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers shared this news on Twitter.

FBI Investigating Threats to Head of Milwaukee Election Commission after Gateway Pundit and Wisconsin Spotlight Publish Election Night Emails

By Jim Hoft
Published August 7, 2021 at 10:49pm
Wisconsin-Email-Shocking-Claire-Woodall-Vogg.jpg

Earlier this week The Gateway Pundit reported that corrupt Milwaukee Election Director Claire Woodall-Vogg was giving daily reports on voting data to Democrat operative Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein and private liberal organizations before the election on exactly who was voting. This occurred in the runup of the November election.

Claire Woodall-Vogg also was exchanging emails on election night joking about “delivering the margin needed” to flip the state from a large Trump win to a Biden victory. This email was sent around the same time a still unexplained drop of over 140,000 ballots for Joe Biden was dumped in Milwaukee in the wee hours of the morning.

Claire Woodall-Vogg was working alone late at night on November 4th with the voting machines in Milwaukee. Her actions then were suspect, now they are borderline criminal.

1628396654213.png

Since our reporting on The Gateway Pundit this week Claire Woodall-Vogg says she is being threatened.

The FBI and Milwaukee Police Department are investigating the claims.

WISN.com reported:
A wave of threatening e-mails and voicemails targeting the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission has gained the attention of investigators with the Milwaukee Police Department and FBI.

“I really sincerely hope you get what’s coming to you, you fraudulent (expletive),” one voicemail said.

The threats have targeted Claire Woodall-Vogg this past week after an e-mail exchange Election Night was obtained and published on the conservative websites Wisconsin Spotlight and Gateway Pundit.

Ryan Chew, with the Election Group, wrote at 4:07 a.m. Wednesday, “Damn, Claire you have a flair for drama, delivering just the margin needed at 3 a.m. I bet you had those votes counted at midnight, and just wanted to keep the world waiting!”

Woodall-Vogg responded several minutes later, “Lol. I just wanted to wait to say I had been awake for a full 24 hours!”

The e-mails and calls haven’t stopped since.

“We’re going to try you and we’re going to (expletive) convict your piece of (expletive) (expletive) and we’re going to hang you,” one caller said.

A spokesperson for MPD said the e-mails are being investigated by the department’s Fusion Division. Woodall-Vogg added the FBI is investigating too.
“I’m very concerned about the messages for her personally,” Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said Friday. “I’m very concerned about the staff. There’s concerns in the office today about some disconcerting messages she’s received.”

FBI Investigating Threats to Head of Milwaukee Election Commission after Gateway Pundit and Wisconsin Spotlight Publish Election Night Emails

Since our reporting on The Gateway Pundit this week Claire Woodall-Vogg says she is being threatened.

The FBI and Milwaukee Police Department are investigating the claims.

Maricopa County Given Until Friday August 20 to Honor Subpoena — County Officials Continue to Spout Off and Deny Requests

On Friday, Attorney General Mark Brnovich opened an investigation into Maricopa County’s failure to comply with valid and enforceable legislative subpoenas as requested by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli.

Attorney General Brnovich sent notice to Maricopa County with a request for a written response from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021.

1628457659444.png

This comes after Maricopa County failed to comply with subpoenas for routers, passwords, splunk logs, and other items relating to the 2020 election.

In response to the Senate, the County sent a disdainful letter that attacked the efforts of their constituents volunteering for the audit and shared more tweets claiming innocence.
The County has made consistent efforts to meet Senate demands that were safe and supported by law. Of course, we can only provide what we actually have. Find the facts and learn more about election processes at http://JustTheFacts.Vote
Our election professionals and Board members have complied w/Senate demands & supplied everything professional auditors would need to do their job. In fact, you can find results from 2 audits performed by certified companies the County hired here: https://maricopa.gov/5681/Elections-Equipment-Audit… #azaudit

The Arizona Senate’s latest subpoena requested the following items from the County.

These subpoenas are safe and supported by law.

1. All reports, findings and other documents concerning any breach of the voter registration server, the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office systems, or any other aspect of the Maricopa County elections systems at any time within six months of the November 3, 2020 general election.

2. All ballot envelopes received in connection with the November 3, 2020 general election, or digital images of the same.

3. All user names, passwords, pins and/or security keys or tokens required to access, or otherwise relating to, any and all ballot tabulation devices used in connection with the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County. This is specifically for all levels of access, including, but not limited to, administrator access or any other level of access required to access and print the configuration of the ICP2 devices. This request also includes any materials that the County does not possess but which it has a right to access.

4. All Maricopa County registered voter records to date, with any and all change histories including but not limited to the following:
  • The field that was added, removed, or changed
  • A timestamp (date and time) for the change
  • Identifying information for the individual who made the change (internal employee ID and/or IP address)

5. All routers used in connection with the November 3, 2020 general election, or virtual images of the same, and the public IP of each such router.

6. All Splunk logs, network logs, net flows, or similar data related with systems associated in any way with the administration of the November 3, 2020 general election, for the time period beginning 60 days before the election and ending 90 days after the election.
Maricopa County claims that all of these items were given to the Senate already and that “No routers have ever been connected to the tabulation equipment or the Election Management System. The County will not provide its network routers used to support over 50 departments as there are significant security risks posed by producing its routers.”

The routers do not carry data. They only show where data has been sent. What are they hiding?

In addition, they claim that “all logs needed to independently assess whether the tabulation equipment connected to the internet were provided to the Senate”.

This includes Windows Security Event Logs.

Not all logs. Only the logs that the county says are “needed”.

They still have not answered the question, who ran a script with 37,646 queries to delete Windows Security Event Logs prior to February 5th, 2021?

Who deleted these election logs and what was on them?

Dominion Voting Machines was subpoenaed for “all user names, passwords, pins and/or security keys or tokens”. In May, they responded to the Arizona Senate saying,

“Releasing Dominion’s intellectual property to an unaccredited, biased, and plainly unreliable actor such as Cyber Ninjas would be reckless, causing irreparable damage to the commercial interests of the company and the election security interests of the country… No company should be compelled to participate in such an irresponsible act.”
The County is not in possession of these administrative passwords which give the user complete and total access to the system. Only Dominion has this level of control over our elections.

Dominion will not release this information to the Arizona Senate, citing their intellectual property rights.

Since when are private companies granted intellectual property rights over our elections? Do the commercial interests of Dominion take precedence over U.S. national security interests?

Dominion was hired by Arizona to provide a free, fair, and TRANSPARENT election. They are not fulfilling their contract.

The County and Dominion’s refusal to cooperate is causing serious concern.

Traitor Gov. Brian Kemp Brutally Booed Off Stage AGAIN For Helping Democrats Steal The Election
By Alicia Powe
Published August 8, 2021 at 1:00pm

After capitulating to Democrats – certifying the fraud-ridden 2020 election and blocking forensic audits – Republican Gov. Brian Kemp is paying the price at every turn.

The Democrat-media complex continues to cajole the public into believing Joe Biden is a legitimate president, but Americans are not turning the page on the stolen election.

As the maligned Georgia governor took the stage at an event hosted by the Georgia Republican Party on Saturday, he was ferociously booed by the crowd.

“I have been fighting for you – on the roads over the last couple of months – fighting against big corporations,” Kemp declared in speech that can barely be heard over roaring jeers.

Kemp won the Georgia gubernatorial race against Democrat Stacey Abrams in 2018 after President Trump proudly endorsed him. Then in November 2020, he stabbed Trump in the back, aggressively dismissing the president’s warnings about significant voting anomalies.

The disgraced governor rushed to certify the fraudulent election results without allowing GOP poll watchers to check signatures on absentee ballots.

Georgia gubernatorial candidate Vernon Jones, a former Democrat who switched to the GOP after he renounced the left’s communist platform, is calling for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to investigate “scores of duplicate ballots that are missing chain of custody documents” and is demanding the sitting sell-out Georgia governor resign.

1628458834144.png

As The Gateway Pundit reported, over 10,300 people voted in a Georgia County they no longer lived in. These are illegal votes according to Georgia law and nearly comprise Trump’s loss margin of 12,670 votes.

Rather than working to secure the state for Trump and the American people amid Georgia’s documented election corruption, Kemp decided to hunt quail and party.

If traitorous Republicans who allowed the presidency to be stolen expect legitimate reelection, they’re in for a rude awakening.

Outrage against traitorous Republicans amongst voters will only escalate as the next election nears, national co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots Debbie Dooley told The Gateway Pundit on Sunday.

“Those boos are a reflection that Brian Kemp and his political consultants are completely underestimating the lingering anger toward the Georgia establishment for not calling a special session to investigate election fraud, it does not require approval of the Georgia legislature,” she said. “He betrayed us, and he betrayed the nation.

“Georgia still doesn’t have constitutional carry, liberal districts are exploiting the pandemic to consolidate Democrat control and Brian Kemp just hides in the Governor’s mansion in hopes of avoiding crowds like this. Twenty percent of Republicans will sit out the general election if he is the nominee.”

Durbin: ‘Forces Within the White House’ Pushed Back Against Trump’s Coup Attempt

Video on website .27 min

PAM KEY8 Aug 2021461
Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that “there were forces within the White House” that pushed back at former President Donald Trump’s claims he actually won the 2020 presidential election.

Anchor Dana Bash said, “Your committee interviewed Jeffrey Rosen who is, was the acting attorney general for Donald Trump at the end of his presidency. Rosen was reportedly getting calls from Trump nearly every day about overturning election results. What did he tell you?”

Durbin said, “He told us a lot. Seven hours of testimony. I might quickly add, this was done on a bipartisan basis, Democratic staff and Republican legal staff asking questions during this period of time. Mr. Rosen appeared voluntarily, which says a lot and cooperated with us. The Justice Department had set it up for us and said we are waving any privilege. He can speak to any issue. We’re not holding back. I thought he was very open. There’s a lot there, an awful lot there. You can imagine seven hours of testimony. It really is important that we ask these questions because what was going on in the Department of Justice was frightening from a constitutional point of view. To think that Bill Barr left, resigned after he had announced he didn’t see irregularities in the election, and then his replacement was under extraordinary pressure, the president of the United States, even to the point where they were talking about replacing him.”

Bash said, “When you were listening to that testimony yesterday, what was the most shocking to you?”

Durbin said, “Just how directly personally involved the president was, the pressure he was putting on Jeffrey Rosen. It was real, very real, and it was very specific. This president is not subtle when he wants something. The former president is not subtle when he wants something. It’s a good thing for America we had a person like Rosen in that position, who withstood the pressure.”

He added, “I also say that there were forces within the White House who were also pushing back against the president’s wild views.”

Bash said, “Is what you’re seeing and describing an attempted coup?”

Durbin said, “It was leading up to that process.”

Seth Keshel Releases Analysis on Five Pennsylvania Counties with Enough Fraudulent Ballots to Flip the State to Trump

By Jim Hoft

In July Steve Bannon invited Professor David K. Clements from New Mexico State University and former Army intelligence captain and former baseball analyst Seth Keshel on The War Room to discuss their latest analysis on the 2020 election.

Seth Keshel dropped a BOMB on the War Room.

According to Seth, President Trump won Pennsylvania by 6-8% in 2020.

Over the weekend the two experts released a more detailed report on the Pennsylvania 2020 election.

Here are their observations.

PENNSYLVANIA SUMMARY
Biden – 3.458m (50.0%)
Trump – 3.338m (48.8%)

Captain Keshel’s Observations
Even worse than I thought. PA was a slam dunk for Trump, with a 244k -12k (21 to 1 ratio) of net new registration in 4 years. Previously predicted Trump flip in 2016.

Fraud in PA horrific. Only 3 counties I see as relatively clean, with 27 classified with major fraud. 60 of 67 counties should have demonstrated GOP improvement per registration trends, but only 20 trended more GOP. Erie and Northampton were flipped, and should have been slam dunks for Trump.

Trump crushed Obama ’08 total in a shrinking state, only to be passed on strength of what I assess to be 504k excess votes!

Trump margin, if accurate, should have been 52.0% to 46.1% (5.9%), or 424k votes. A bludgeoning in keeping with registration trend.

On Sunday night Seth Keshel released his latest analysis of Pennsylvania with analysis of five counties with enough fraudulent ballots to flip the state to Trump.

Here is the promised voter registration rolls with analysis on FIVE COUNTIES holding an estimated 92,000 extra Biden votes (AKA, enough to flip the state!)

DHS Warns of ‘Increasing’ Threat of Violence From ‘Trump Conspiracy’ – Admits There is No Evidence of Specific Plot

By Cristina Laila
Published August 8, 2021 at 5:30pm
1-1.bmp

The Department of Homeland Security has once again released a bulletin warning of an ‘increasing but modest’ threat of violence related to an online ‘conspiracy theory’ that Trump will be reinstated.

The DHS also conceded there is no specific evidence of a credible plot.

“Some conspiracy theories associated with reinstating former President Trump have included calls for violence if desired outcomes are not realized,” according to a DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis bulletin obtained by ABC News.
ABC News reported:

“Over the last few days what has occurred is there’s been much more public visibility, meaning the discussions and these theories have migrated away from being contained within the conspiracy and extremist online communities, to where they’re being the topic of discussion on web forums, or more public web forums, and even within the sort of media ecosystem,” a senior DHS official explained.

DHS says in the bulletin they do not have specific evidence there is a plot imminent.

“As public visibility of the narratives increases, we are concerned about more calls to violence. Reporting indicates that the timing for these activities may occur during August 2021, although we lack information on specific plots or planned actions,” the bulletin sent to state and local partners reads.

The department “does not have the luxury of waiting till we uncover information with the level of specificity, regarding a potential location and the time of an attack” to act on potential threats due to the threat environment, the senior DHS official explained.

“Past circumstances have illustrated that calls for violence could expand rapidly in the public domain and may be occurring outside of publicly available channels. As such, lone offenders and small groups of individuals could mobilize to violence with little-to-no warning,” the bulletin says.

Maricopa County Continues To Claim Their FRAUDITs Performed By Two Voting Machine Companies Were Sufficient – THEY WEREN’T

Arizona Senate-led Audit

After Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli issued a formal request to Attorney General Brnovich to investigate Maricopa County’s noncompliance with legislative subpoenas, Maricopa County continued to claim innocence.

Yesterday, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich issued a notice to Maricopa County with a request for a written response from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021.

1628485519872.png

On Wednesday, Maricopa County tweeted about the previous audits that they performed themselves with “certified, professional auditors”

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the County-led audits. We previously reported that the two companies chosen to conduct this audit were not certified until AFTER they were chosen.
1628485593235.png

Maricopa County Tweeted,

It also appears that the same companies used to audit these machines were the same ones that certify machines are safe to use in the first place. How is this not a conflict of interest?

1628485758070.png

Extreme leftist Secretary of State Katie Hobbs also shared a tweet featuring a video where Rachel Maddow refers to these “full-on actual recounts” in another classic Maddow meltdown.

Hobbs also blames the Arizona Senate for the lack of confidence in Arizona’s elections and labels this audit an embarrassment.

The audits that were performed on the behalf of the County were not full forensic audits. The “audits” were extremely limited in scope.
  1. Source Code Tests only tested 20% of Election Day Tabulators and 40% of Adjudication Stations. Pro V&V and SLI Compliance found that all software and equipment inspected was using certified software and was not modified.
  2. Malicious Software and Hardware Tests only tested 20% of Election Day Tabulators and 40% of Adjudication Stations. Pro V&V and SLI Compliance found no instances of malicious software or hardware installed on the tabulators or system.
  3. Network Connectivity Tests found no evidence of internet connectivity.
  4. Accuracy Tests found no evidence of vote switching and concluded that the equipment tabulated and adjudicated ballots accurately.
These audits were a joke. The County says that they forensically examined this equipment but did they really?

How could they say there was no evidence of vote switching? The Gateway Pundit previously reported that they did not even check a key component.

1628485870965.png

The Arizona Senate’s full forensic audit aims to examine everything that the County frauditors failed to look at including all 2.1 million ballots. We are expecting the final report to show a difference in the certified total and the actual total.

The auditors only looked at a fraction of the machines and adjudication stations and after a closer look, more questions need to be answered.

It has been found that many problems happened on election day with the sharpiegate debacle, misprinted ballots and the fact that Trump voters rushed the polls for in-person voting.

More problems were found with ballot adjudication and duplication when ballot serial numbers were discovered to be inconsistent.

The Arizona Senate hearing with audit officials on July 15, left Maricopa County voters with questions that still go unanswered.

Who ran a script with 37,646 queries to delete Windows Security Event Logs prior to February 5th, 2021?
Why do multiple original ballots have the same serial numbers with only one duplicate ballot to correspond?
Why were ballots printed with offsets of up to 3200%?
Why were the same passwords used with different user accounts?
Why were the passwords not changed regularly?
Why doesn’t the certified total match the total sent to the audit?
Why did the other audits not find these issues?
Why did Maricopa County fight tooth and nail against a full forensic audit?

The County’s audit was so limited that SLI Compliance claimed that it must not be used by anyone to claim the 2020 Election results were fine and accurate in Maricopa County, but that is exactly what the Democrats and RINOs did.
SLI Compliance: All evaluation conducted for this engagement has been done outside of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) Test and Certification Program.
1628485937341.png

This audit did not do much more than the Logic and Accuracy tests which were performed prior to certifying the equipment and after using it.

When is it a good idea to let the auditee audit themselves?

Georgia ballots rejected by machines were later altered by election workers to count

Records obtained by Just the News provide unprecedented glimpse into human adjudication of thousands of ballots, where marks for candidates like Trump were sometimes removed so ballots could count for Biden.

Updated: August 8, 2021 - 11:21pm

A day after the November election, as Donald Trump and other Republican candidates clung to evaporating leads in Georgia, vote counters in Atlanta were confronted by a paper ballot known only by its anonymizing number 5150-232-18.

A Dominion Voting machine had rejected the ballot on election night because the voter had filled in boxes for both Trump and his Democratic opponent Joe Biden, an error known as an "overvote." The machine determined neither candidate should get a tally, and the ballot was referred for human review.

The image of the ballot, obtained by Just the News, shows the voter messily scribbled a large blob in the box to select Trump as president while also putting a thinner check mark next to Biden's name.

At 6:10 p.m. ET on Nov. 4, 24 hours after the ballot was first scanned and rejected by Machine 5150, a panel of humans decided the vote should be awarded to Biden, with the notation "mark removed for Donald J. Trump." You can see that ballot here:

File
05150_00232_000018_0.pdf

Scores of additional ballots that same day had checks manually removed next to Trump's name as well as many other candidates up and down the ticket — Libertarians, Democrats and write-ins alike — and the votes awarded instead to other candidates.

Welcome to the arcane process known as adjudication, where human judgment is substituted for machine scanning in cases where voters incorrectly filled out a paper ballot. Election officials and official observers have dealt with it for years, with everyday citizens mostly oblivious to the process.

But in 2020, adjudication played a much larger role in states like Georgia, which allowed hundreds of thousands of additional citizens to vote absentee for the first time during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In all, more than 5,000 of the 148,000 absentee ballots cast — or about 3% — in Georgia's largest county required some form of human intervention, according to logs obtained from Fulton County by Just the News under an open records act request.

File
ORR_5053-2021Adjudication_Activity_Log_11.7.2020.pdf

The adjudication ballots alone are not enough to change a Georgia election in which Biden and Trump were separated by less than 13,000 votes. However, they reveal an imperfect system vulnerable to chaos, subjectivity, or political dirty tricks, especially in a county like Fulton where state officials documented widespread irregularities and misconduct and now want to take over election counting.

Just the News reviewed 1,604 pages of adjudication logs from Fulton County and reviewed 4820 of the 5064 ballot images where human vote counters reviewed or overrode the Dominion Voting machines. The JTN review provided an unprecedented window into the extraordinary discretion accorded adjudication judges to interpret a voter's intent on a flawed ballot.

It also raised another troubling question, at least in Georgia, where election regulations create two conflicting imperatives. One regulation, which is quoted on each absentee ballot, emphatically declares that a paper ballot should be deemed "spoiled" and uncountable if a voter makes any mistakes or unauthorized marks.

"If you make a mistake or change your mind or change your mind on a selection do not attempt to mark through the selection or attempt to erase. Write 'Spoiled' across the ballot and across the return envelope" and get a new ballot, language on each ballot reads.

Just the News reviewed hundreds of ballots that met the "spoiled" definition — ballots that voters had in some way altered, defaced, or corrected — that were still allowed to count after adjudication. The reason? Another Georgia regulation gives election officials broad discretion to try to determine the intent of a confused voter, and actually encourages them to find a way to make flawed ballots count.

The Georgia code stipulates that voting tabulators must be programmed to "reject any ballot, including absentee ballots, on which an overvote is detected," with those ballots to be "manually reviewed" by a review panel following their rejection.

If a voter "has marked his or her ballot in such a manner that he or she has indicated clearly and without question the candidate for whom he or she desires to cast his or her vote," the state code says elsewhere, then the ballot "shall be counted and such candidate shall receive his or her vote."

Yet state law also directs that a ballot should be considered "spoiled" if, in part, a voter has used it to "cast more than the permitted number of votes." A spoiled ballot "shall not be reinstated," the code states, suggesting that any ballots deemed as such should not be counted.

Instructions on the Georgia Secretary of State's website, meanwhile, suggest that voters have no choice but to declare their ballots spoiled in the event that they make a mistake on it.

"If you inadvertently make an error, spoil, or otherwise deface the ballot, IMMEDIATELY contact your local county board of registrars or the municipal absentee ballot clerk, whichever is applicable, to receive a replacement ballot," the instructions dictate.

Just the News identified hundreds of ballots that met that definition but nonetheless were counted as lawful votes after election judges intervened. Some counted ballots even had the word "spoiled" written across them and still were counted.

For instance, "spoiled" was clearly written on ballot number 729-98-76, which had boxes for both Trump and Biden selected. Election judges awarded the vote to Biden and removed the mark for Trump. You can see that here:

File
00729_00098_000076Spoiled.pdf

But another ballot, 5162-207-61, had the word spoiled written on it and a vote solely for Trump. But it was rejected by the same process, showing just how uneven the system was. You can see that here:

File
05162_00207_000061SpoiledTrumpNoCount.pdf

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office said it did not have an immediate response on whether such spoiled ballots should have been allowed to go to adjudication, saying it was studying the matter. Raffensperger has said, however, Fulton County's election processes are so flawed he believes the state of Georgia should take it into receivership.

State officials said Fulton County should have adjudicated ballots using a panel of two Democrat judges, two Republican judges and one independent judge, but they did not know for sure whether each ballot went through that process.

Raffensperger's handpicked election monitor for Fulton County compiled a 29-page report identifying voting irregularities that occurred in the Atlanta vote counting center, including documented problems with spoiled and adjudicated ballots.

Fulton County refused to answer any questions about the records they provided to Just the News.

But Bridget Thorne, who has worked for years in various election jobs in Fulton County, said officials there did not have clear instructions for handling spoiled or adjudicated ballots last fall.

"According to a Fulton County Board member, there were no written adjudication processes given to adjudicators," Thorne told Just the News.

"Processes were given verbally. In the event the Democrat and the Republican adjudicators could not agree, [county executive] Ralph Jones would decide.

"Based on my experience, it is not surprising that they did not have a standard written process for adjudicators," she added. "An internal audit financial report that came out on Wednesday also states that they are missing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)."

The Just the News review shows adjudication judges have the power to "remove marks" and or "add marks" to reflect a voter's assumed intention and did so hundreds of times in Fulton County alone. They also can reject them. And at least in Georgia last November, they made such decisions one to four days after Election Day had ended, when preliminary vote counts showed who was leading or losing in close races. The entire scenario makes some extremely squeamish.

Scores of adjudicated ballots ultimately were resolved with the notation "removed mark" next to Trump's name, in most cases allowing a second mark next to Biden's name to count. But at times it happened in reverse too, or to the detriment of third-party candidates.

Ballot number 729-4-39, for instance, included blob marks for the Libertarian candidates for president (Jo Jorgensen) and U.S. Senate (Shane Hazel) as well as Democrats Biden and Senate winner Jon Ossoff. The adjudication team awarded the ballot to Biden and Ossof, the logs and ballot images showed. To do so, they had to remove the marks for the Libertarian candidates.

On another ballot, a voter messily scribbled in the bubble to select Donald Trump as president; the voter also gave a small check mark next to Joe Biden.

The adjudication log shows the choice being flagged as an "over-vote," after which an adjudication review awarded the ballot to Biden.

In one particularly striking example, a ballot clearly marked "spoiled" was apparently adjudicated and counted by an election staff worker, raising the question of whether or not that voter or other voters managed to vote twice in the election. In that case, Trump would have been the beneficary.

In all, 1,341 marks were removed from the names of candidates on the 5,000 ballots, a computer analysis of the logs showed.

The alteration and counting of flawed ballots were spread across all races, including state constitutional amendments and local legislative campaigns.

One of the clearest patterns involved the highly watched special U.S. Senate election that pitted Republican incumbent Sen. Kelly Loeffler against Democratic activist Raphael Warnock. The Just the News review showed the design of the ballot by Raffensperger's office clearly confused many in the race because it offered 20 candidates, most of them Democrats. Voters often selected two or more of a party's candidates, causing their votes ultimately to be rejected even after adjudication. Democrats were more likely to be negatively affected in that instance.

Just the News is fighting for adjudication logs in other states like Arizona, where its largest election metropolis, Maricopa County, recently told the news organization there were about 27,000 adjudicated ballots in November but so far has refused to provide the logs or images.

The release of the ballot images comes after a bombshell Just the News report that revealed an election watchdog's searing criticism of Fulton County's handling of the absentee ballot counting process at Atlanta's State Farm Arena.

The watchdog, Carter Jones — who had been assigned by Raffensperger's office to monitor the State Farm Arena operations — highlighted what he said were several key security problems with the absentee ballot operation there.

Jones at one point wrote of witnessing absentee ballots arriving at the arena "in rolling bins 2k at a time."

"It is my understanding is that the ballots are supposed to be moved in numbered, sealed boxes to protect them," he wrote, also noting "too many ballots coming in for secure black ballot boxes."

File
Unabridged Notes.pdf

Jones also made numerous citations raising concerns about how absentee ballots and spoiled ballots were handled. Here are some direct excerpts from his notes:
  • "My math is still not zeroing out, so I get a staffer to explain it to me and they realize (after I talk to three and no one listens) that their math doesn't add up, which prompts a search for more spoiled ballots to make up for the missing seven."
  • "We missed one ballot! — Found during cleanupI pointed it out to Ralph, otherwise he would've missed it or left it unsecured. Turns out that it was spoiled but written in small print on the back."
  • "Big problem! Rick just called me to explain that Fulton did not verify their numbers on the backend after adjudication last night, so their provisional number is off by 484 from what it should be. Their current plan is to re-scan all of yesterday's batch to make sure that everything is done properly."
  • "Press release yesterday said that there were 3,604 accepted provisionals. My count shows that last night they scanned 3,420. Rick says that they're 484 short, but my math says it's only 184."
With such chaos and mismanagement observed by the state, some wonder whether any of the adjudicated ballots were counted correctly and consistently in Georgia's biggest metropolis, or other major urban areas for that matter.

"Similar actions took place in Detroit, Philadelphia, Green Bay and other major urban centers in swing states where tens of thousands of ballots were interpreted and counted by review panels," said Phill Kline, the former Kansas attorney general and head of the Amistad Project, which has filed lawsuits to gain transparency in elections nationwide. "This happens every year. But in 2020 laws requiring both parties to review this process weren’t followed.

"With COVID as an excuse, election observers were kicked out of the counting room and private billionaires invited in," Kline added, citing Mark Zuckerberg's donations to election judges. "Americans deserve to know how this shadow government managed the election, and state election officials, rather than fighting efforts to understand what happened, should open the doors and support the effort to get at the truth!"

See disputed Georgia ballots where election workers decided a vote was for Biden, not Trump

State policy appears to allow subjective worker judgment in divining voter intent where vote is unclear.

Updated: August 8, 2021 - 11:21pm

As part of a review of hundreds of pages of election documents from Georgia's Fulton County, Just the News reviewed dozens of disputed ballots in which election workers known as "adjudicators" determined that a voter intended to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden instead of Republican incumbent Donald Trump.

Just the News's review of the Fulton documents revealed a system rife with subjective judgment of thousands of ballots on the part of a small number of election workers, all of it governed by a confusing patchwork of state laws that simultaneously seemed to sanction and proscribe the practice of ballot adjudication.

Votes for candidates of all types — Democratic, Republican and independent — were subject to the adjudication process. Many ballots reviewed by Just the News, meanwhile, revealed adjudication decisions regarding votes for Trump that ranged from the obvious to the uncertain.

In one ballot, for instance, a voter bubbled in a vote for Trump before drawing a big X through the choice and opting instead for Biden. In another case, a voter did the same thing and added "NOT MY CHOICE" above Trump's name, along with the voter's initials.

Those examples constitute some of the more self-evident judgment calls that adjudicators would have to make. Others were less clear.

In one, for instance, the voter scribbled in bubbles for both Trump and Biden, after which he or she appears to have appended a tiny check mark next to Biden's name with no commentary. The adjudicator awarded the ballot to Biden.

In another, a voter heavily scribbled the bubble next to Trump and then put a small checkmark in Biden's bubble. In still another, the voter messily bubbled in Biden's name but drew a larger X through the bubble beside Trump. Both ballots went to Biden.

The images highlight the difficult and in many cases purely instinctive nature of ballot adjudication, where election workers might be confronted with an obvious judgment call on one ballot and then far more uncertain decisions on many others.

Georgia code stipulates that ballots with more than the permitted number of votes should be rejected by tabulators and reviewed by adjudication teams in the manner as was done in the ballots above.

Yet Georgia law also states that ballots should be considered "spoiled" if a voter has "cast more than the permitted number of votes." A spoiled ballot "shall not be reinstated," the code states, suggesting that any ballots deemed as such should not be used.

Popular Trump supporter and MyPillow owner and founder Mike Lindell joined Steve Bannon Monday on The War Room the day before his much anticipated Cyber Symposium this week.

Mike’s symposium in Sioux Falls, South Dakota will take place August 10-12 starting at 9 AM Central time.

The Gateway Pundit is sending two reporters to cover this historic event.

On Monday Mike Lindell told Steve the symposium will cover 25 states on Tuesday, 25 states on Wednesday and a recap on Thursday.

Mike Lindell, “I would recommend we melt down the voting machines and use them as prison bars.”

Lindell, “On the stage, 200 politicians will be here, we will have a whole page on all the states. We are going to start on the east coast and go across the country like they do on election night… You can go to Frank Speech every day.”

Mike Lindell, “We are going to have 5 people on the panel. We are hoping we get you up there. Some of the states we won’t spent much time on. Dr. Frank’s up there we’re going to show you what they did with the 2010 census… Right below me is a cyber center. You can go up there at any time and put in a county and you’re going to find out what the real count is… Anybody here can do that.

On the last day I want those cyber guys to say – this data correctly correlates what the data says. We are going to bring them out and question the cyber guys. ‘What do you think?'”

WE CAUGHT THEM: Fulton County GA Caught In Another Lie – Claim Only 5,000 Absentee Ballots Were Adjudicated in the 2020 Election – Previously Claimed Over 100,000 Absentee Ballots Were Adjudicated

By Joe Hoft

Yesterday John Solomon at Just the News reported that Fulton County claims they only processed 5,000 adjudicated absentee ballots after the 2020 Election. Curiously, this doesn’t agree with the numbers reported by the County after the Election.

Just the News reported yesterday that 5,000 absentee ballots were adjudicated after the 2020 Election in Fulton County.

In all, more than 5,000 of the 148,000 absentee ballots cast — or about 3% — in Georgia’s largest county required some form of human intervention, according to logs obtained from Fulton County by Just the News under an open records act request.
In addition, Solomon claims ballots adjudicated were altered by election workers.

1628569644264.png

The problem with Fulton County’s reporting to John Solomon is that the County claimed over 100,000 absentee ballots were adjudicated on Election Day.

Fulton-County-Adjudication-97-percent.jpg

This was pointed out by Jovan Pulitzer in his presentation to the Georgia Senate who ultimately refused to allow Pulitzer to audit the corruption in the 2020 Election in their state.

A video of Fulton County’s Barron shows him explaining the adjudication process for absentee ballots and noting over 100,000 absentee ballots had been adjudicated in the County at that time on Election Day.

There is no way that Fulton County could adjudicate over 100,000 absentee ballots in the county on Election Day and then accurately state months later to John Solomon that they adjudicated only 5,000 absentee ballots in their county in the 2020 Election. This is not correct. It is a lie.

Vehement anti-Trump group donated $85k to Atlanta election judges, now auditors want some repaid

Southern Poverty Law Center grant for absentee ballot drop boxes was part of campaign seeking to turn out black voters.

Updated: August 9, 2021 - 11:31pm

Aliberal nonprofit that accused President Donald Trump of unleashing a "surge in white supremacy and hate" donated $85,000 last fall to election administrators in Georgia's largest county as part of a campaign to turn out black votes in the 2020 election. Auditors now want some of that money returned.

The Fulton County Auditor declared this month that county election officials failed to spend all of the Southern Poverty Law Center's grant for buying absentee ballot drop boxes and did not comply with one of the grant's primary requirements to publicly disclose how many ballots were collected in the boxes.

"The grant specified that any unused funds were to be returned to the SPLC by December 31, 2020. During our review, we identified that (21) ballot drop boxes were purchased on September 10, 2020 for a total cost of $40,614," the auditor reported. "We also noted that as of the date of our review, the remaining $44,386 had not been returned to the SPLC and the funds remain in the Registration and Election Department's budget."

Officials in the county elections office, which includes Atlanta and has suffered from documented mismanagement, told the auditors they were in touch with the county's grant division about returning money. But the report noted the deadline for doing so was already eight months past.

"Failure to return grant funds by the agreed upon deadline may lead to misuse of funds, restriction of future funding, as well as inaccurate record-keeping and financial reporting," the auditors noted.

File
FultonCountyAuditSPLCConcerns.pdf

The audit findings are the latest to shine a light on private funds from prominent liberals that bypassed political parties, candidates and campaigns during the 2020 election and went instead to the independent judges and administrators of local elections, all in the name of pandemic safety.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg stirred controversy by donating a stunning $350 million in 2020 to another group, the Center for Tech and Civic Life, to provide grants to election administrators. Much of that money was targeted to large blue, urban areas and made requests to increase voter access for minority groups that typically lean Democrat.

After the election, when the impact of Zuckerberg's funding became more clear, conservatives complained his funding was really Democratic get-out-the-vote money disguised as COVID aid so it could enlist local governments in the effort.

At least eight states, including Arizona, have banned such private funding to election administrators since the November 2020 election.

SPLC's role in Fulton County is likely to increase scrutiny of such private funding.

Founded in the 1970s by the civil rights lawyer Morris Dees, SPLC earned a bipartisan reputation as a source of research on hate groups and racist groups.

But in recent years, especially during the Trump administration, it became relentlessly critical of conservatives and aligned more with liberal doctrine.

The audit sharply criticized Fulton County's election division for failing to comply with a requirement of the SPLC grant to provide a "direct link" on the county website "displaying the amount of absentee ballots that were returned to the Registration and Elections Board, for the 2020 general election, using the absentee ballot drop boxes." The auditors found no such disclosure.

"We were informed by management that the request for this information to be placed on the County's website was made verbally, but not in writing," the auditors wrote. "Failure to adhere to agreed upon grant requirement could lead to revocation of grant funds or prohibition of future funds."

The episode is noteworthy as much for its noncompliance as the actual source of funds.

Though a 501c3 nonprofit that is supposed to avoid direct politics, the SPLC was vocally opposed to Trump and his policies from the start of his tenure to his very last days in office. Its position was overtly stated in one campaign it ran to get Americans to sign an online petition demanding America's 45th president accept responsibility for white supremacy.

"President Trump's campaign and presidency have energized the white supremacist movement in unprecedented ways," the petition read. "We saw it in the support he received from the likes of David Duke during his campaign. We saw it in the surge in hate crimes committed in his name after his election. And we saw it in the deadly gathering of white supremacists in Charlottesville."

It added: "At this point, it's not enough for Trump simply to condemn bigotry. He must take responsibility for the surge in white supremacy and hate that he has unleashed."

SPLC relentlessly attacked Trump and Republicans throughout the 2020 election, from its Twitter feed to official statements. For instance, in June 2020 it decried Trump's announcement he was listing the anarchist group Antifa as a terrorist organization as "further criminalization as a response to mourners and protesters demonstrating against abuses of police power. It is dangerous and unjust."

It also described Antifa this way: "Individuals loosely affiliated with antifa are typically involved in skirmishes and property crimes at demonstrations across the country, but the threat of lethal violence pales in comparison to that posed by far-right extremists."

In another infamous attack in December 2019, the group alleged that Trump had "weaponized the immigration courts into a deportation machine."

1628572131903.png

The SPLC did not respond to an email seeking comment Monday. But when it provided the grant in October 2020, SPLC claimed it was part of a broader initiative to increase the African-American vote in Georgia, which also included multiple mailers to encourage blacks to vote by absentee ballot.

File
SPLC-FultonLetter2020-10-07-13-28-244.pdf

"Because lower propensity voters of color are less likely to be aware that they do not need an excuse, such as being out of town, to vote absentee, the SPLC is targeting many of them with official absentee ballot applications and instructions," the group said at the time. "Included in the over one million eligible voters to be sent mailings are also new registrants of color since 2016, as well as more high propensity older voters of color who, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, may feel safer voting from home but are not tech-savvy enough to effectively use the state's online absentee ballot request system."

File
SPLC Announces Georgia-based Actions to Fund Ballot Drop Boxes in Fulton Co. and Mail 1 Million Absentee Ballot Requests to Meet Voter Needs in Historic Election _ Southern Poverty Law Center.pdf

Phill Kline, a former Kansas attorney general and current head of the Amistad Project voter integrity initiative, said the overt anti-Trump posture of SPLC as well as its racial targeting could open the door for legal challenges.

"The SPLC joins dozens of left-leaning nonprofits funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into government election offices dictating policies which turned those offices into partisan campaign centers," Kline said. "We have circumstantial evidence this effort was multistate and coordinated thereby implicating federal and state law concerns."

Written by Kyle Becker

The Department of Justice has provided one of the first documented concessions that prosecutors are withholding potentially exculpatory evidence in court cases concerning January 6 defendants.

Acting United States Attorney Channing D. Phillips suggested on Monday that this is the motivation behind keeping more than 14,000 hours of documentary footage of the January 6 events out of the hands of defense attorneys and the public in United States v. Couy Griffin.

Griffin, a county commissioner for Otero County, New Mexico, was arrested for Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building and Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building, on January 19. The prosecution sought to waive the defendants’ right to a speedy trial.

The defendant was released on his own personal recognizance on February 5, 2021. On March 18, 2021, the United States filed a motion for a 60-day continuance of the proceeding, according to the court filing.

The government’s reasoning on the continuance motion was that the Capitol Breach investigation was so complex and sweeping that it would “make the immediate legal proceeding impossible, or result in a miscarriage of justice,” the prosecutors argued. The defense called the prosecution’s bluff. The U.S. attorneys did not want to give the defendant a speedy trial because they have other concerns.

“The same day, Defendant filed an opposition to the government’s motion, objecting to tolling of his constitutional and statutory rights to a speedy trial.

Defendant asserted that there was nothing complex about his case, which ‘actually involves pictures of [him] with a bullhorn on the Capitol steps,’ argued that the government had mischaracterized its own ‘logistical and manpower burdens’ as a complexity created by the case itself, and essentially accused the government of weaponizing the STA ‘to strategically manage which trials and cases it wishes to put forward to the public first’,” the court filing states.

The obvious issue is a complication arising over the matter of potentially exculpatory evidence within the more than 14,000 hours of archival footage and other documentary evidence related to the January 6th events at the capitol.

“Although we are aware that we possess some information that the defense may view as supportive of arguments that law enforcement authorized defendants (including Defendant) to enter the restricted grounds, e.g., images of officers hugging or fist bumping rioters, posing for photos with rioters, and moving bike racks, we are not in a position to state whether we have identified all such information,” Acting United States Attorney Channing D. Phillips writes.

There is already publicly available evidence of Capitol Police officers opening doors for attendees of the Electoral College protest, opening gates, posing for selfies, telling protesters to proceed as long as they remain peaceful, and watching unarmed rioters take over the Senate chambers and give speeches, despite outnumbering them.

The potentially exculpatory footage could also provide clues to potential FBI agents and other undercover officers working the extremist groups in the January 6 crowd. At least one undercover agent with the Metropolitan Police Department was confirmed by a Jan. 6 court filing.

When Watergate broke and prosecutors were investigating how to take President Nixon down, the proposition was put forth that the “cover-up was worse than the crime.” That certainly appears to be the case with the January 6 “insurrection.”

The DOJ has not charged any of the 557 defendants with treason, insurrection, or an attempt to overthrow the government, a legal fact that stands in stark relief with the exaggerated claims being made by the U.S. government.

It has, however, still managed to have overcharged scores of defendants for felonies that are now being pleaded down to petty misdemeanors.

“So far, at least 30 defendants have pleaded guilty,” CBS News reported on Wednesday. “At least 24 have pleaded guilty to misdemeanors only, while six have pleaded guilty to felonies.”

“What is obvious now in hindsight is that the Biden Justice Department prosecutors sought and obtained felony charges in many cases based on almost no meaningful review of actual evidence about what happened; it used fear and hysteria to justify doing so,” Shipwreckedcrew of Human Events observes. “Now they are being pressed to provide the evidence that is supposed to support the felony charges they brought, and are unable to do so in the timeframe required by law. So they are abandoning the cases on the best possible outcome available—the least serious of all federal crimes, ‘petty’ misdemeanors.”

“Now that the DOJ has gone down the path of exchanging guilty pleas to misdemeanors for some defendants charged with felonies, it will become more difficult to not do the same for a much larger number of defendants where the facts are substantially the same,” the Human Events piece added.

The Department of Justice appears to have politicized the charges against the Jan. 6 defendants for effect. This is not consistent with “justice,” this is the weaponization of the nation’s highest law enforcement agency to do the bidding of the dominant political party.

Colorado Investigating How Voting Machine Passwords Ended up on the Internet

Most secure election ever.

Colorado officials are investigating how passwords to its voting machines ended up on the internet.

The far-left Secretary of State Jenna Griswold is investigating.

The information included passwords to Mesa County’s voting machine equipment.

Matt Crane, whose wife works/worked for Dominion, weighed in on the situation.

The Colorado Sun reported:
Colorado state officials are investigating a county election office after passwords for its voting systems were posted online, the Secretary of State announced Monday.

The breach included specific passwords from Mesa County’s voting equipment, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold said in a statement.

The passwords were posted on a far-right blog, according to a spokesperson from Griswold’s office.

Griswold called it a “a serious breach” in a statement, but said it did not happen during the past election or create any risk to state elections.

It is likely that the passwords were collected during software updates to voting equipment in Mesa County on May 25, 2021, Griswold said.

Officials have asked to inspect the county’s election equipment and other relevant materials from the county clerk and recorder. If violations are found, it could lead to a decertification of the county’s voting machines…

…The Colorado County Clerks Association said it is aware of the inquiry by Griswold’s office “into a potential chain-of-custody and security protocol breach for Mesa County’s voting system components to be used for the upcoming 2021 Coordinated Election.”

“We take any credible information that questions the integrity of the conduct of our elections seriously,” said Matt Crane, who leads the association. “We offer our full support to this inquiry and hope that a thorough investigation will provide clear answers to the concerns raised by the Secretary of State’s Office.”

HYPOCRISY: Pelosi Commission Demanded Election Audits, Warned Against ‘Altered Vote Totals’ From Cyberattacks Carried Out By Chinese Communist

Natalie Winters August 9, 2021

An election security report authored by House Democrats in 2018 expressed support for post-election audits in response to a plethora of vulnerabilities in U.S. election infrastructure, including machines that could be susceptible to “altered vote totals” and influence efforts carried out by the Chinese Communist Party.

Inaugurated in June 2017, the Congressional Task Force on Election Security counted six exclusively Democratic representatives selected by Nancy Pelosi. Convened to “protect electoral infrastructure” from foreign interference, the group published their findings in a 56-page report in January 2018.

Many of the assertions about the lax security of U.S. election infrastructure and subsequent solutions are at odds with Democratic leaders – including Joe Biden’s own Department of Justice – position on audits and outcome accuracy.

The task force’s primary finding – “OUR ELECTION INFRASTRUCTURE IS VULNERABLE” – appears to lend credence to claims that the results of the 2020 election could have been manipulated by a foreign actor. Upon the report’s release, no mainstream media outlets criticized House Democrats for subverting U.S. democracy with “conspiracy theories,” as they have done with individuals making the same claims in the context of the 2020 election.

The report highlights problems presented with the use of voting machines, “unequivocally” insisting that “many jurisdictions are using voting machines that are highly vulnerable to an outside attack.”

It continues, noting how even voting systems – including those that aren’t connected to the internet – could be susceptible to “alter[ed] vote totals”:

Some will defend the security of election systems by arguing that voting systems are secure because they are not connected to the internet. However, many voting machines contain software or hardware that could be used to connect to the internet. In addition, many machines use removable memory cards or USB sticks to program their machines with ballot data, and it is possible to infect a memory card with malware that could crash a machine or alter vote totals.

The report also presents scenarios whereby hackers could manipulate “unattended” machines in person or their memory cards:

“A hacker could exploit the memory card vulnerability in a few different ways. First, an attacker could physically access the machines. While this may seem unlikely, voting machines are sometimes left unattended in polling stations in the days leading up to an election. A greater threat, however, comes from outside vendors.

The Brennan Center reports that a relatively small number of outside vendors can be responsible for programming the memory cards for multiple counties in a state. For example, according to Professor J. Alex Halderman, Director of the University of Michigan’s Center for Computer Security and Society, “In Michigan, 75% of counties use just two 20-person companies to do that programming.”

The report singles out China as one of the “four greatest state-actor threats,” noting that “the most concerning issue is China’s advanced cyber warfare capabilities could be rapidly deployed and used against the U.S. and our interests should their political motivations and calculations change.” A report from the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) concluded that the Chinese Communist Party “prefers President Trump doesn’t win re-election.”

“China has engaged in various cyber operations either for espionage or political motivations. Furthermore, China, together with Russia, tops the list of state actors that possess the most sophisticated capabilities and have also integrated their cyber tactics into their warfighting strategies and doctrines,” the task force adds.

Among the proposed solutions were that “states should conduct risk-limiting post-election audits.”

“Election security experts agree that all states should be routinely conducting these audits to detect any anomalies in election results and to increase the public’s confidence in elections,” the task force summarizes before reiterating that audits “increase public confidence in the election system.”
EXC: Dem Congressman Leading Election Reforms Has 6-Figure Investments In Chinese Communist Espionage-Linked Firms.
“These audits are useful in detecting any incorrect election outcomes, whether they are caused by a cyberattack or something more mundane like a programming error,” the report reiterates.

In contrast, officials including Pamela Karlan from Biden’s Department of Justice has threatened leaders of the Arizona election audit with criminal prosecution.

“Federal funds should be provided to help states replace aging, vulnerable voting machines with paper ballots,” the report also argues before admitting that “many states purchase their voting systems from third-party vendors who have little financial incentive to prioritize election security, and are not subject to regulations requiring them to use cybersecurity best practices.”

EXC: Dem Congressman Leading Election Reforms Has 6-Figure Investments In Chinese Communist Espionage-Linked Firms.
Rep. Jim Langevin (RI-2) – a Democratic Party Congressman leading his party’s so-called ‘election security reforms’ – retains six-figure investments in a Chinese Communist Party-linked tech firm flagged by the U.S. State Department for aiding the regime’s military and espionage capabilities, The National Pulse can reveal.

The Biden-endorsing Congressman serves as co-chair and co-founder of the Congressional Cybersecurity Caucus, a subcommittee of the House Committee on Homeland Security. He was tapped for the Democrat’s Congressional Task Force on Election Security in 2017.

Fueled by allegations of pro-Trump Russian election interference, the task force produced a list of recommendations for the federal government to improve election infrastructure. Langevin remarked:

“With the 2018 elections just months away, Congress must act now to bolster our election cybersecurity especially as intelligence leaders are confident that Russian interference will not stop. The report recommendations and corresponding legislation are important first steps in restoring the American people’s trust in our democratic system and securing our elections for years to come…”

Langevin himself, however, has financial ties to a foreign adversary – the Chinese Communist Party – through six-figure investments in Alibaba. The Chinese e-commerce giant, whose executives include powerful members of the Chinese Communist Party, has been flagged by the U.S. State Department as a proxy of the brutal regime.

Alibaba has also been involved in the “research, production, and repair of weapons and equipment for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA)” and has a “deep record of cooperation and collaboration” with China’s “state security bureaucracy,” former Assistant Secretary for International Security and Nonproliferation Christopher Ford revealed.

The State Department has also flagged the company as a “tool” of the Chinese Communist Party, aiding in its build-up of “technology-facilitated surveillance and social control.”

The report states:

Significantly, the modern “China Model” is built upon a foundation of technology-facilitated surveillance and social control. These techniques for ruling China have been – and continue to be – in critical ways developed, built, and maintained on behalf of the Party-State by technology firms such as Huawei, Tencent, ZTE, Alibaba, and Baidu. As these companies export their products and services to the rest of the world, the security and human rights problems associated with this “China Model” are progressively exported with them.

Companies including Alibaba “have no meaningful ability to tell the Chinese Communist Party “no” if officials decide to ask for their assistance – e.g., in the form of access to foreign technologies, access to foreign networks, useful information about foreign commercial counterparties, insight into patterns of foreign commerce, or specific information about the profiles, activity, or locations of foreign users of Chinese-hosted or -facilitated social media, computer or smartphone applications, or telecommunications,” the report adds.

Despite Alibaba’s inextricability from the Chinese Communist Party, Representative Langevin’s 2020 financial disclosure reveals sizable, six-figure investments in the firm. The form shows $265,002 to $550,000 in Alibaba stock.

Up to $200,000 of Alibaba stock was acquired in trade made in February and September of 2019.

Two transaction reports filed in 2021 also reveal continued Alibaba trades amidst the Chinese Communist Party-caused COVID-19 pandemic, including a purchase of up to $15,000 of company stock on March 3rd, 2021.

Throughout 2019, he also sold up to $680,000 of Alibaba stock and engaged in options trading with over $100,000 of Alibaba stock.

KEY POINTS
  • The complaints say that OAN, Newsmax and Patrick Byrne “knowingly and continuously sold the false story of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election, with Dominion cast as the villain.”
  • Former President Donald Trump refused to accept the 2020 presidential election results and instead backed dozens of failed lawsuits and spread baseless claims of voter fraud.

WASHINGTON – Dominion Voting Systems on Tuesday filed defamation suits against One America News Network, Herring Networks’ Newsmax Media and the founder and former CEO of Overstock.com over claims by the defendants that the company rigged the 2020 U.S. election for President Joe Biden.

Also named in the complaint are OAN personalities Chanel Rion and Christina Bobb, and Herring Networks owners Robert Herring and Charles Herring.

OAN didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Former President Donald Trump refused to accept the 2020 presidential election results and instead backed dozens of failed lawsuits and continued to spread baseless claims of voter fraud. OAN and Newsmax are pro-Trump news organizations.

The trio of complaints details that OAN, Newsmax and former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne “knowingly and continuously sold the false story of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election, with Dominion cast as the villain.”

“Newsmax and OAN both endorsed, repeated, broadcast, and amplified a series of verifiably false lies about Dominion to serve their own commercial purposes,” wrote Dominion lawyer Stephen Shackelford, a partner at Susman Godfrey LLP.

“Patrick Byrne is responsible for bankrolling and promoting a viral disinformation campaign about Dominion that reached millions of people worldwide. We are suing to set the record straight, to vindicate Dominion’s rights, to hold the defendants accountable, and to recover damages for the devastating economic harm done to Dominion’s business,” Shackelford added.

According to the complaint, OAN and Newsmax repeated outlandish and far-fetched fictions to include:
  • Dominion committed election fraud by rigging the 2020 Presidential Election
  • Dominion’s software and algorithms manipulated vote counts in the 2020 Presidential Election
  • Dominion is owned by or owns a company founded in Venezuela to rig elections for the late dictator Hugo Chávez
  • Dominion was involved with alleged voting irregularities in Philadelphia and Dallas — cities where its voting system is not even used.
  • Dominion paid kickbacks to government officials who used its machines in swing states during the 2020 Presidential Election
“The defendants in today’s filings recklessly disregarded the truth when they spread lies in November and continue to do so today,” Dominion CEO John Poulos wrote in a statement Tuesday, referring to the false claims of a fraudulent election.

Dominion Voting Systems CEO says company’s intention is to get the facts on the table

“This barrage of lies by the defendants and others have caused — and continue to cause — severe damage to our company, customers, and employees. We have no choice but to seek to hold those responsible to account,” Poulos added.
Newsmax condemned the suit in a statement.

“While Newsmax has not reviewed the Dominion filing, in its coverage of the 2020 Presidential elections, Newsmax simply reported on allegations made by well-known public figures, including the President, his advisors and members of Congress — Dominion’s action today is a clear attempt to squelch such reporting and undermine a free press,” the company said.

OAN and Overstock didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Dominion was already suing Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Fox News and other pro-Trump figures over election conspiracy claims. Fox has sought to have the suit dismissed.

Trump’s refusal to accept the results in the immediate aftermath of the election culminated in a deadly riot on Jan. 6, when swarms of his supporters left a rally he led and stormed the U.S. Capitol. They derailed for several hours congressional proceedings to tally electors’ votes and confirm Biden’s win in the Nov. 3 election.

Trump was later impeached by the House and acquitted by the Senate, although several Republicans voted to hold him accountable for the riot.

The former president has since been banned from social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, but he has continued to spread the false narrative that the election was stolen from him.

Correction: The lawsuits were filed Tuesday. A previous version misstated when they were filed.

Arizona Audit update…

Lawyer Robert Barnes offers his perspective on Maricopa subpoenas

Arizona AG investigating Maricopa County failure to comply with Audit Subpoena

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich opened an investigation into whether Maricopa County broke the law by refusing to comply with legislative subpoenas issued in connection to the 2020 election audit there, according to a letter made public on Sunday.

Deputy Solicitor General Michael Catlett informed the county’s legal arm in an Aug. 6 letter that the attorney general’s office will look at whether the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors failed “to comply with valid and enforceable legislative subpoenas” as alleged in the complaint, filed by Arizona Senate Majority Whip Sonny Borrelli, which spurred the investigation.

The Aug. 3 complaint alleged a “clear violation of the law” and followed the county’s failure to turn over router access and election materials to the Republican-led state Senate, which had demanded them as part of the audit of the county’s 2020 election.

Senate President Karen Fann and Judiciary Committee Chairman Warren Petersen recently served the county a new subpoena as part of the monthslong audit, demanding router access and network logins for ballot tabulation devices, among other things.

County Chairman Jack Sellers, one of four Republicans on the five-member board, slammed the subpoena as an “attempt to distract attention from their botched audit and conspiracy-obsessed contractors.”

The attorney general’s investigation will determine whether the county violated state law and will take no further action if it is determined that no violation occurred, according to Catlett’s letter.

Why I Support Mike Lindell and His Cyber Symposium Despite the Hiccups

On the surface, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy I would support. But I do. Wholeheartedly.

by JD Rucker
August 10, 2021

Why I Support Mike Lindell and His Cyber Symposium Despite the Hiccups

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is a firebrand. His passion is a benefit to our nation in the eyes of his supporters and a detriment to those who hate him. As his three-day Cyber Symposium starts today, the hate coming from mainstream media as well as an unfortunate number of “conservative” news outlets is already flowing freely. They’re busy rolling their eyes and chuckling through their articles as they do their best to dismiss the bombshells promised regarding the stolen 2020 presidential election.

For complete transparency, MyPillow is our primary sponsor. Anytime people buy from them with promo code, “NOQ,” they save money and we get a commission.

But here’s the thing, and I have the receipts to prove it. We supported Lindell and MyPillow long before we ever made them a sponsor and I would be supporting them today if they weren’t a sponsor. The commissions are good. The truth is much better.

His Cyber Symposium had a rocky start as hackers took down the livestream for around an hour. This is not shocking because his sites have a history of both being attacked and not being prepared to handle them properly. I’m no tech guy, but I would have hoped they’d be ready for whatever came their way.

It was a hiccup. They’ve overcome it and will hopefully be able to stave off other attacks for the duration of the event. The Cyber Symposium is on right now with speakers explaining the events before, during, and after the 2020 election. We’ll be covering the bombshells as quickly as they’re dropped.

As the saying goes, if you’re taking flak you’re over the target. Lindell has been taking some of the most intense flak imaginable in the months that he’s dedicated to exposing the stolen nature of the election. It’s not just the hacking. It’s the lawsuits from groups like Dominion Voting Systems, which filed fresh lawsuits today. It’s the massive number of cancellations by retail stores that no longer carry his products. It’s hateful media from both sides of the political aisle that are desperate to keep people from taking him seriously.

Mike Lindell takes more abuse from media and corporate America than anyone other than Donald Trump. It’s been a hard, expensive road for both him and his company, but he pushes forward. And therein lies one of the most important reasons I support his efforts even if I don’t agree with some of the ways he presents his ideas. There’s a kinship amongst those of us who speak the truth despite the consequences. We have been canceled, banned, harassed, blacklisted, and have had attempts made to destroy us as an outlet. My experience may be a very tiny microcosm of what Lindell is going through, but I can understand what it feels like to wake up every morning wondering what new attacks would be landing today.

This Cyber Symposium is intended to deliver enough evidence to force a reversal of the 2020 election results, correcting them in a way that will bring back the rightful President of the United States. I don’t know if it will work, and like many I have my doubts. It’s not that I doubt the evidence. From what I’ve seen, it’s rock solid. My doubts surface when I see the mountains of evidence we already saw in the wake of the election, evidence that was suppressed, ignored, falsely fact-checked, and denied by most, including the judiciary.

But I’m still going to watch. I’m still going to share what they reveal. We must keep fighting because accepting the results of the stolen election as irreversible is to accept that our nation and the Constitution upon which it was stabilized are both lost. As difficult as it seems to be able to correct the election, it’s even more difficult to imagine making it as a nation if the stolen election is allowed to stand without recourse or repercussions.

I don’t have to agree with everything Lindell says or the ways in which he presents his information. I’ll continue to support him and his company because he’s a patriot. He loves this nation. He is putting himself at great financial, social, and even physical risk every day to get the truth out there. Those who dismiss him are either complicit, such as mainstream media, or utter cowards, such as the “conservatives” who believe the election was stolen but now want us all to just move on and try again next time. If these “conservatives” were around in 1776, they would have been trying to convince everyone that England wasn’t so bad and we should just push for reforms instead of independence.

Leftists will laugh and far too many on the right will cringe at those of us who support “crazy” Mike Lindell and this Cyber Symposium. But I’d rather take a shot, even a slim one, at saving the nation than sit back and accept our demise.
