The latest video exposé from Project Veritas reveals a ballot harvesting scheme involving political allies and associates of Rep. Ilhan Omar,” according to the organization.

In undercover footage released on Sunday, the investigative journalists at Project Veritas found that Omar’s campaign manager Ali Isse Gainey is a key player in the ballot harvesting scheme.

The footage shows a man named Liban Mohamed saying that he was collecting the ballots to help his brother win the city’s Aug. 11 special election for a vacant Ward 6 city council race—which was held the same day as the primary for Omar’s MN-05 congressional seat.

“Numbers don’t lie. Numbers don’t lie. You can see my car is full. All these here are absentees’ ballots. Can’t you see? Look at all these, my car is full. All these are for Jamal Osman… We got 300 today for Jamal Osman only,” said Liban Mohamed in a series of Snapchat videos posted July 1 and July 2 on his own Snapchat profile.

Mohamed continued on to say that “Money is everything. Money is the king in this world. If you got no money, you should not be here period. You know what I am saying.”

“Ballot harvesting is real and it has become a big business. Our investigation into this ballot harvesting ring demonstrates clearly how these unscrupulous operators exploit the elderly and immigrant communities—and have turned the sacred ballot box into a commodities trading desk,” Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe III said in a statement accompanying the video release.

O’Keefe added, “We are showing Americans what is really going on in one of our great cities—but, it’s not me saying—we have the operators on tape saying it all themselves.”

Omar Jamal, political insider active in the city’s Somali community, had reached out to Project Veritas to expose the scheme.
“It’s an open secret,” he said. “she [Omar] will do anything that she can do to get elected and she has hundreds of people on the streets doing that.”

“I’m afraid it’s already too big to stop, you know, maybe it’s too late. Maybe it’s already too big to stop,” Jamal added. “There’s a lot of people invested in this, you know, and they don’t care how they did it: ‘We win,’ and that’s it.”

Jamal explained that Omar operatives request ballots and fill them out for the voters.

“They come to us. They came to our homes. They said: ‘This year, you will vote for Ilhan,’” he said. “They said: ‘We will make the absentee ballots. We will fill out the forms for you and when you get them back, we will again fill it out and send it.”

According to Project Veritas,, Hennepin County Attorney Jeff Wojciechowski told them on a recorded line the ballot harvesting conduct described to him was “Illegal, and we will be investigating.”

An anonymous Democratic operative revealed he has been rigging mail-in ballots for decades.

“This is a real thing. And there is going to be a f---ing war coming November 3rd over this stuff,” the operative, who spoke to the New York Post on the condition of anonymity, explained. “If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”
He added, according to the New York Post, that “fraud is more the rule than the exception” when it comes to mail-in voting.
The whistleblower described himself as a Bernie Sanders supporter and said he chose to come forward a couple months before the election in the hopes that election officials will beef up security.

The operative explained that the ballots themselves were easy to reproduce and feature no security features. He would put them into a copy machine and make his own. However, the return envelopes are “more secure than the ballot,” so he procured them from legitimate voters by canvassing neighborhoods with other staff members and convincing voters to give them their completed ballots.
He’d then take the legitimate ballots home, steam the envelopes open, and remove the real ballot. Then he would put the fraudulent ballot inside the signed certificate and reseal the envelope before putting the ballots into several mailboxes, as to draw less attention.
Nursing homes, he explained, are also fertile ground for fraud.
“There are nursing homes where the nurse is actually a paid operative. And they go room by room by room to these old people who still want to feel like they’re relevant,” said the whistleblower. “[They] literally fill it out for them.”
He said some postal workers participate in voter suppression by throwing away ballots in heavily Republican areas. Others would use the mail as a procurement tool for envelopes.

“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he’s working in Bedminster or some Republican stronghold ... He can take those [filled-out] ballots, and knowing 95% are going to a Republican, he can just throw those in the garbage.”
State governments have changed vote-by-mail procedures in response to the coronavirus pandemic. California, for example, will mail ballots to all registered voters automatically, while other states will allow absentee voting without an excuse. Seventy-five percent of registered voters in the U.S. will be “eligible to receive a ballot in the mail for the 2020 election — the most in U.S. history,” according to the New York Times.
President Trump has expressed his ardent opposition to universal mail-in voting, saying fraud is rampant. A study from the Heritage Foundation has also found over 1,200 “ proven instances of voter fraud.”
" Universal mail-in voting is going to be catastrophic, it's going to make our country the laughing stock of the world," Trump said in an August press conference. “The problem with the mail-in voting, number one, is you're never going to know when the election is over."

Supporters of an expanded mail-in ballot system, however, say fraud is rare. The Brennan Center for Justice, a public policy institute associated with New York University, says that “most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless and that most of the few remaining allegations reveal irregularities and other forms of election misconduct.”

By ‘misdeeds’ President Trump is referring to Ilhan Omar’s marriage to her own brother to defraud US immigration, campaign finance violations and other crimes.

Long story short. I have family members who are ex-felons. Nothing violent, but they did the crime and they did the time long, long ago. Since release they have been upstanding citizens. In one case after his release he married, they raised three children, (one a Marine) and he now owns multiple pieces of property which he rents. SHOOT, Grandpop met Grandmom when he was running from the revenuers back in the 20's. And her father was the local sheriff. Our family has always been law abiding...mostly.

That being said, I know it is most difficult for an ex-felon to have his voting rights restored. So if James wants to help people like that, I'm all for it. If he is talking about allowing felons still serving time or on probation and they haven't had their rights restored, then he is dead wrong.

I believe as you do. In fact, in Texas, once a felon has served his time, inside & parole, and paid all his fines & restitutions, his right to vote is restored. Makes no sence to keep punishing a person after all dues have been paid. They have no reason to continue a clean life.

meet option 1.5 - the 2 man harvest at distance.
  • plenty of well developed skill exists.
  • commence the harvest at will - when and where appropriate
  • seems there's an excess of media shills, commie indoctrination specialists from K- PhD level and local bureaucrats that have forgotten the difference between right and wrong
  • I'm betting that it would become quite the fashionable thing - and in short order at that

I have friends in MN - they couldn't figure out how she got re-elected with 65% of the vote unless they were buying votes (which was also rumored) or ballot harvesting.

She's one of the most hated people in the state.

Also questioned a friend who is in a nursing home in rural MN. She didn't have to sign her ballot to vote - little corruption going on there you think?
