New Poll Finds Trump Closing in on Joe Biden in Blue New Jersey - Within Single Digits

Poll: Donald Trump Within Single-Digits of Joe Biden in Blue New Jersey

Former President Donald Trump is within single digits of President Joe Biden in blue New Jersey, the latest survey from Emerson College Polling/PIX11/the Hill found.

The survey asked respondents, “In a hypothetical 2024 Presidential match-up between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, who would you vote for at this time?”

Less than a majority, 46 percent, said they would vote for Biden, followed by 39 percent who said they would support Trump. This puts Biden’s lead in the single digits in New Jersey — a difference of seven percentage points between the two. Another 15 percent remained undecided.

Biden’s lead shrinks even further when third-party candidates are thrown into the mix. In that scenario, 41 percent support Biden, followed by 36 percent who support Trump — a difference of five percentage points.

See the breakdown below:

Some people seem very convinced about Trump’s chances in New Jersey.

Can you even imagine the reaction from Democrats and the media if Trump pulls this off?

the Blue States not only having a problem with their regular DNC voters casting a ballot for Trump and voting Biden out of office >>> going to be a pathetic turn-out to vote for the Senile Sinner - many just won't be voting period ...

some of states will be able to be called after the normal morning voting rush - huge drop off in the DNC dominated metro areas and the state's final vote can be judged ....

There always has been a base support for a common sense politician in NJ. Kean, Whitman, Fat Boy, all had support from the Red side. Trump brings that to the table, and now the Hispanics, and Blacks, who were always taken for granted by the Dems are onboarding with this new theme. Jersey is a tough place to live. Everything cost more, all people want the same for themselves and their families. They're seeing they had it in '16-'20 with Trump and lost it with the power-hungry elitists who lie about everything.

lt has been 36 years since the Republicans have won NJ in a presidential election. That makes people think it's solid blue, but to your point Chris Christie won 60% to 38% in 2013. In 2017 things swung big back to the democrats. Phil Murphy won 56% to 42%. The last election was closer in 2021 with Murphy winning 51%-48%

Overall the state is probably more "in play" than people think...or at least it should be.

My next door neighbor, a little elderly black lady, was talking with some heat about illegal immigration and stopping it. "Hey, Ida, next thing ya know, YOU'LL BE VOTING FOR TRUMP!"
