Need a ham and cheese soft pretzel sandwich recipe

I've been looking for a recipe for ham and cheese soft pretzel sandwiches. Found one on the net, but it doesn't seem to work well. There is a local farmer's market that has a booth selling them. They are great. Wanted to try to make some at home, if I can find a decent recipe. Any thoughts or recipes would be greatly appreciated.
