CORONA My turn for the covid..........

Yeah shocked me when that positive came back. I'm now into day 5.

Here's what I'm taking - feel free to let me know if I'm missing anything. I know you guys already had most of this figured out.
Black Seed Oil
Green Tea
Zinc
D3
Vit C (chewable) 3x/day
decongestant
Tylenol (fever is gone though)
gargling with listerine to keep the sinus plumbing clean

So far the sore throat lasted 2 days and the cough is gone after 3days. Some gunk is coming up from a lung but that isn't too much of a problem. Trying to get 3 liters of water down a day is problemmatic but I am trying to get at least that much down.

Only issue remains is the exhaustion and no appetite.

Missing my prayers, and recommendation of beef bone broth to help keep the blood purified and oxygenated.
also, consider sambucol a few times a day in some hot tea to likewise keep viral loads lowered. I throw my fav meds- garlic and onion- into the broth when I am knocking back cases of the crud...

Be forewarned that a lot of Doc's are seeing BOTH Covid and Viral Influenza at the same time here lately.

A couple of months back when my DW got sick we did the home test for Covid on day two of her very first symptoms and she was Covid positive. When we went into the local Urgent Care Clinic because it was quickly settling into her lungs, they did further testing and confirmed she had BOTH Covid and Viral Influenza!!

With her past history of asthma they put her on azithromycin, tesselon for the severe cough and an inhaler added to the our home treatment along the FLCCC lines. The combo of Covid and Influenza initially kicked her butt but she ultimately came through fine, although the lingering fatigue is finally starting to get better now.

If I were to ever meet Fauci I'm going to seriously Roshambo the little sawed off bastard for being behind this crap!! Once again...."Just because we can do a "thing" (like gain of function)....does not mean we should!" And....when something is outlawed or forbidden on American soil does not mean we send it offshore to somewhere else to continue screwing around with it...ESPECIALLY CHINA!!

Quercitin is a good over the counter side dish for a main course of zinc IMO ... and keep up your vitamin D blood levels (get it tested).

Antiviral Effects of Quercetin through Zinc Ionophore Activity

Quercetin is an increasingly well-known plant compound with potent anti-inflammatory effects. The recent SARS-CoV-2 outbreak resulted in renewed research efforts focusing on its effects as a zinc-ionophore, increasing intracellular zinc concentrations and thus Quercetin working as an antiviral.

In this article, we explore the relationship between zinc, ionophores, antivirals, and their potential use in modern society.

My favorite D3. Enough to be taken seriously. Nowhere near toxic.

Agreeing with those who suggested Quercitin. It's a zinc ionosphere, you need one to get the zinc into your cells. Make sure it's not contraindicated with any medication you are taking or any medical condition you might have (google is your friend here). Adding my prayers for a quick and uneventful recovery.

My daughter had it for 10 days. She just had it 6 months back and she is double vaxxed. My teen grand daughter just got over a spell, but it only lasted a few days. This was more stomach and tired symptoms, but she did test positive.

Believe it’s not supposed to be taken at the same time as IVM. Stagger it AM/PM.
