My employer is waiting for the CDC protocol to be written. Hopefully testing is an option. Otherwise I won’t be forced to be infected with their bio weapon. They will have to fire me. I would try to get unemployment if not blocked. Otherwise look for working for a smaller company, or file for retirement.

my ex just retired at age 63. He was fired for missing work cuz his drug addict girlfriend totaled his car and he couldn't get to work. That's ok cuz I got half the insurance money.

Was thinking similar regarding a potential bonanza for new start-up companies - one fly in this ointment could be a shortage of operating/startup capital. Barter may have to become the new currency in trade - and employees may have to be willing to accept food, fuels, services, other as part of their pay packages.

My son's friend who just joined the Navy last year is getting kicked out and a dishonorable discharge for not taking the shot. It's a real sad situation. He was going to be in the nuclear engineering program. He had college scholorships lined up too, but wanted to serve his country. I feel sorry for him.

Since the Obama-era there have been significant, repeated purges of personnel. The vaccine mandate is simply the last major push to "clean" ranks.
These purges have left voids in the chain-of-command that have been filled by ridiculously incompetent or wholly unscrupulous, uncaring commands.
I think Afghanistan was useful to the elite in more than one way, I think it aided greatly in shining a light on any principled, morally grounded leadership left in the command pool, with Lt Col. Stuart Scheller being one their examples.
Your battalion and brigade commanders of today, where your platoon and company commanders on the ground when we first ventured into Afghanistan and Iraq.
As they finish emptying the box of any remaining good solid leadership, that void will be fill by the previously mentioned incompetent and unscrupulous.
This vaccine mandate and relief-of-command is just the final push clean to the pipes of any stragglers in the NCO and enlisted pools.
Good leadership means not only a good, principled leader or leaders, but good followership under their tutelage and an environment and unit infrastructure built on traits and ideals such as honor, courage, sacrifice, selfless service, integrity, decency, trustworthiness, ect... This breeds comraderie, confidence-in-command, trust and loyalty within a unit and it's command.
All of these things present a problem to the Left and the Elite, it interferes with the agenda, they need personnel who's sole motive and strick adherence is to The Agenda...any inclusion of the aforementioned traits or ideas provides a haven for independent thought, critical thought, individualism, and provides stark contrast against the agenda for it to be compared against.
So, I'd count him blessed to be apart of those being discharged.

I can wait for the headlines say mid 2022 talking about bankruptcies and failed businesses because of this mandate and how the mandate did nothing to help the scamdemic, but probably made it worse, and how the adverse effects and deaths far exceeded expectations (or did it)?

My agency is floating around 20-30% that have not turned in their vaccine forms. That's not including the ~25% that found religion either. If they fire the 20-30% expect the government to implode.
