MRC has been around for 5 or 6 years.

More active in the West than Midwest or East, with a couple different org models up and running.

Those will be the people who have "volunteered BY THEIR JOINING" ( drafted) to clean up any American Fukishimas, to collect and bury the bloody piles of melted infection along the streets. They will be the ones forcibly dragging the "exposed" off to be imprisoned in "health holding" impoundments. They will be the extra hands required to forcibly vaccinate those who refuse mystery vaccines.
