Does anyone have a picture of the COVID pass.
I am curious my SIL said it was just a piece of paper dated and a time stamp. No letter head of the institution. Not even the name of the shot administrator.
It is a small official CDC card or form.
It has your name, dob, and when you received each shot, Vaccine name, lot number etc and mine is stamped with the organization who administered the shot.
It is not a pass.
The data from the shots is collected by the dispensing agency and forwarded to the state health departments and eventually back to the CDC.
The "card:" only has minimal info on it. Most of the data collected by the government comes from the paper forms you fill out prior to getting the shot. So if you get the shot the government will soon have a hell of a lot more of your personal info than what is on the covid shot card.
Why do so many here have this incessant curiosity about a little card?
Perhaps you should go get the shots your self just to satisfy your curiosity
I recommend the pfyzer shot myself. I found it
"Aggressive and Boldly assertive in aroma and/or taste. Balanced with malt and hops in similar proportions; equal representation of malt sweetness and hop bitterness in the flavor — especially at the finish "
The J&J is a peasant brew. But to each his own.
