I make sausage-stuffers for meat-grinders. You know what a "Porkert" meat grinder is? You bolt it onto the counter, and if you are young and have the arms of oh ...mike tyson, you can grind up tough meat,....or make sausage. Or make venison burgers.

These things are worth the money, if only for the work involved in using them. There's a solution. You can motorize the things. You can take tough venison or beef or any meat cuts and make hamburger or sausage. The sausage thing screws on the front,,....and you buy a great long piece of pig intestine I think it is... and attach it to your faucet in your kitchen sink etc.

I've heard from my guy in the biz that there are motor kits you can buy for the grinders. I guess you (or i) could surf it.
We got my nephew to crank out some for us. We did hot italian sausage, that was the best. And ...etc. The boys here used to go out and haul in like 200 lbs of jackfish...( "great northern pike" ..;) also known as slimy snakes in the water.) ....and grind them up and make fish cakes. Because there were too many bones in the thingsa to just eat them.

that's it.
