Odd “Whack Job” given his Science is all too solid, plus neither NASA, JPL or the Pentagon employ distinguished Plasma Physicist Researchers who happened to discover the Frozen Northern Ocean on Mars plus so many other things about Mars, such as the classic residues from thermonuclear detonations that were pointed out to him what they were, by nuclear weapon designers at the laboratory where he was working. Some nut job eh? The only matter with which I personally may have an issue with Dr Brandenberg, is the Timing of what was done to Mars, and the destruction of the Planet beyond Mars, that Mars might have been a Moon of. Something really doesn’t add up.Nuclear Decay rates as published, point to Mars being Nuked about 250 million years ago? Yet the Destroyed Planet That is now the Asteroid Belt, has Asteroid Trajectories and velocities confirming that planet destruction happened between 10 & 20 thousand years ago. Being so relatively recent historically, could be a good reason for someone saying “Let’s say it’s about 250 million years ago so people don’t freak out “ or, there is something seriously wrong with the nuclear decay rates that we literally set our clocks by. That said, there is something far from right with Carbon 14 dating, and if we can even get how evolution works 180 degrees wrong, I’m not prepared to put my money on anything other than Mars having had an Earth type flourishing eco system for probably billions of years. The big clue is in why it is the Red Planet, and that doesn’t take Rocket Science or Nuclear Physics. That’s just basic Geology.

By the way, all of us owe Dr John Brandenberg a massive debt of gratitude for his stunning Research work on the mechanisms of atmosphere, all from Mars Atmosphere observations, that have clearly demonstrated the importance of having enough CO2 in the atmosphere to drive efficient Photosynthesis to provide a stable Climate. The takeaway from which, is that Earth’s Atmosphere is dangerously low in CO2 for when Cooling really kicks in.
other clues on Mars include former freshwater lakes that rovers have been inspecting clays left behind, freshwater Glaciers still there, and the ruins of cities that were on the southern shores of that Northern Ocean, plus the very deep layers of sedimentary rock deposits. Isn’t an individual who ignores such hard evidence the Real “Nut Job”?
