CRIME Man who fantasizes beheading a teen and eating them has moved into my city!

Man who fantasized about beheading, eating teen moves into Lincoln neighborhood He lives close to a small park and walking distance from our children’s zoo. Lincoln Ne has gone to hell! Also kids drag race and have speed contests up and down the Main Street called O st every night and even a mile away, noise is terrible with them racing! i was hit by someone in a speed contest and officer wrote ticket like I was to blame. I did so much complaining to police dept with no results! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here! This weirdo coming from UK moving here really is bad and at least someone got it in the paper or people would not even know! I just wish I knew how to get results in this city! Any suggestions?

The article says he is originally from the US. So they dumped him back on us.

The article also says way too many to keep track of them all.

And that's just the one that you know about. Trust me, there's more. Desire isn't intent and even if it was, we all know they either ignore the warning signs or aid them in the execution so that they can "catch" them.

There really are too many for them to keep up with. That's why so many slip through the cracks. Plus, unless he is a convicted violent or sexual offender, they can't force him to register so that they CAN keep track of him.

Had a Sheriff's Deputy show up at my door a few years ago looking for someone. Since it was only me, my landlady, and an empty church on my side of the block, I let him know he was barking up the wrong tree all the way around. I then proceeded to tell him that registered sex offender XYZ showed a physical address that was actually in the middle of an empty pasture. He sighed, took the information, and commented that they just couldn't keep up with them all. I told him, I know...that's why I at least try to keep track of the ones in my AO.

Actually most, possibly all, of these crimes have a phase in which fantasy is the
sufficient outlet, and they progress to actualization when that outlet no longer
provides the pay off.

I have lost count of the cases in which the ultimate crime was years in the making
via this process.

When the stories of clowns going around knocking on doors or scaring people was happening in the news, I told my son that if a clown came to this town there is no way I would sit in my house afraid to go out at night or go to sleep, and I would go clown hunting at night and I am not sure in my fantasy thoughts what I would do to this clown, but the clown would know it had been hunted. LOL

Ya know, I've grown comfie with the idea that since I'm living in a land of RwoL,
that this should be moved to the head of the line of those things that merit it.

..if only we had committees of upstanding and moral men in this day to take on
such hard tasks.

He has made actual attempts in UK, that’s enough for me! I think the least they could do is put him in a group home and not let wackos like him be allowed to be next to parks, zoos, schools,etc. Luckily my kids are grown but I fear for the ones that arent! I agree lot more out there but not as many have acted on their fantasies. And him sitting outside at home and can watch kids play, not a good idea!

Then, publish the FACTS so everyone in town knows who he is, and gets a heads up. If the facts are bad enough, someone else will quietly take care of it.

Having an officially sanctioned thought police isn't a good idea. Most of us REALLY don't want to live with that.

is older than am I- and it can probably be applied here as well... especially

murderously deviant really do seem to demonstrate that the ideation is a
piece of the process of the commission of the crime, and not something they'll
flirt with and set aside...

Read up on the way the BTK serial killer evolved. It is a great lesson in why to keep your thought life in control, and "whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. "

Dennis, can you splain to me what I am doing to get such funky
texts lines? What should I do so my lines wrap to whatever screen
they're viewed on.

..right now I just use about half of the available line space (on a huge monitor) so
I don't get those weird, one word lines when I switch to/view on phone or tablets. . .

And the paper reminds people not to do anything to him or you will be sentenced! Well too bad he’ll pull crap like this again but the prison inmates won’t be so kind to him!

Unfortunately the good ol boys days are dead and gone. He would have been strung up by now.
I remember some folks that were in Lincoln decades ago not much different. Purely evil sick human beings. Starkweather was only 30 minutes out from your AO.
5 minutes from my home as a child. Your best bet is to keep your eyes and ears peeled. You'll get no support from the mayor there.

I remember starkweather, I was 5. wondered why all the fathers were standing out in the street with shotguns, was in Omaha . about 50 miles east of Lincoln
