I love RoseRed. back a few years ago during the pandemic I bought three cans of the Rumsford brand that does not have alluminum in it. Each can fit in a wide mouth jar and I vacuum sealed them in jars. The one I'm using is in the fridg, I can't remember that last time I use it. I can't even think what I used it for, as I almost never bake anything.

Rumford is what I use and it's been known to be good years after it's use by date. I also buy aluminum free baking soda.
