Lots of my Amish based cookbooks have for large groups. I think the Doris Longacre one also has a section for large groups. My favorite is the best of Mennonite Fellowship meals by good and stoltzfus.

The Farm Journal Country Cookbook has one section with recipes for groups: 25-100 people. Not a major part of the book though...

I am looking for a good cookbook for groups. About 50-75 people. Any recommendations?

I remember a friend in college who had a dorm-mate that had been a cook in the Navy. he had a wooden box full of recipe cards about 5 X 7 that were for 100 servings. I remember looking through them and they were quite complete from the standpoint of the range of items - salads to meat dishes to soups and stews; baking and pastries - bread, cookies, cake,
E V E R Y T H I N G. wonder if you could search on line and find something like used like that?

ETA:
quick goole search "Navy recipie cards here: navy recipie cards - Google Search

found this in particular - take a look: Interactive US Navy Recipe Card catalog - aroundtheyard.com Forums
