Recipe Lemon Dill Rice

I remember doing a bunch of this during Y2K, just for a flavor change. Goes really well with fish or pork. The original recipe came out of a Stocking Up which someone borrowed and never returned. Just found it again on-line so I'm doing 6 or 8 more of them.

1 C uncooked long grain rice
1-1/2 tsp dried lemon peel, grated
1 tsp dill weed
3 tsp Chicken Boullion (I used one Large Maggi cube or you can use 2 small ones)
1 tsp salt (I left out due to the saltiness of the chicken boullion cubes I'm using)
2 C cold water
1 TB butter

Bring water to a boil, add rice and seasonings - cook until all water is absorbed.

I packed the seasonings in a snack bag and will vacuum pack with the rice, just so I can keep them separate.

Corrected - and thank you for catching my screw up - I also added the original amount of just loose chicken bouillon rather than cubes, plus my changes.

Appreciated another set of eyes!;)
