Just imagine not buying anything you don’t have to for 2-3 weeks and withdraw a few thousand in cash and don't spend it.

It would be a fun 3 weeks watching the big dogs scramble
Even if everyone just filled up their gas tanks would lock up the gas stations.

So, how long have you lived in Florida?

The author of the piece is a life-long resident, IIRC.

I was a huge champion of Ron DeSantis in his early days as a congressman and was happy when he squeaked out the win for Governor, many examples of which have been posted to the forum. When DS RINOs (Paul Ryan, JEB!, in particular) come out early with their support for someone, it naturally causes me to pause. RINOs of their ilk would not throw their support to someone they did not have absolute certainty would perform to their expected standards. No decent candidate for the people would desire an endorsement from those sorts.

DeSantis is turning into TedCruz2.0.

All my opinion; you're welcome to your own. :)

Faithful Steed
The George Washington Institute told Newsweek that searches for a pro-Trump bank run nearly quadrupled between Friday and Saturday, with queries rising again on Monday.
So do Trump a favor and use Google to search for "Pro-Trump Bank Run." Two or three times an hour if you have the time.

Sometimes the threat of action is more powerful than the action.

And that's my Sun-Tzu comment for the day.

Google search in quotes above.

Top of the Google search return. (link) Trump supporters plan bank run to protest his arrest

"Driven by false flag paranoia," Trump supporters have increasingly advocated for a bank run in recent days as a "nonviolent form of social disobedience" against a Trump arrest, according to the George Washington Initiative (GWI), an organization dedicated to combating disinformation.

There is no way for us to expect a peaceful gathering, re: the possible arrest of the former President. All parties are on a hair trigger, and tempers will be high. Is there not a better way?

What about God? What about people coming together for peace? Once you launch a round down range, you can’t call it back. Lives take decades to develop, where death is easily obtained. Lest someone know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, death IS to be be feared. God, the Father said that justice is His responsibility. We know human justice is not always “even,” and that what we expect from written law, will often not happen. We must place our faith in God.

Two empty NYPD cop cars set on fire in Flatiron District

NEW YORK POST By David Propper

Two empty NYPD cop cars were set on fire in Manhattan Monday evening by an arsonist who remained on the loose, authorities said.

An unidentified man approached parked police vehicles in the Flatiron District before setting them ablaze near 29th Street and 6th Avenue around 8:40 p.m., the NYPD said.

One of the police cars was a marked vehicle and the other was unmarked.

Firefighters responded and extinguished the flames. No injuries were reported.

The fires came as New York City braces for possible protests tied to a potential criminal indictment against former President Donald Trump by the Manhattan District Attorney Office.

The ex-president had urged his supporters to take to the streets in protest of his possible arrest. There’s no indication so far that Monday’s cop car fires are connected to any protests surrounding the potential Trump indictment.

Some trash was also set on fire in front of 800 6th Avenue, police said. Authorities believe from their preliminary probe the fires were set by the same person.

No arrest has been made, cops said.

Julie Green was about in tears today.
She said God is telling us to fight this spiritually, with prayer, not physically.
If we do our part spiritually, by praying for the defeat of evil by Gods power, God will prevail.

as has been pointed out before, this "love for desantis" is just the current ruse to drive points away from the FAR AND AWAY LEDER OF THE MAGA PARTY, Trump!

The second desantis became the party candidate he would become "litterally hitler" just as trump was and all efforts would be made to bog his administration dow.

He does not have the experience or staying power, OR THE DECADES OF DC & NYC insidership/connections Trump has had since the 80's... he is THE FORCE in american and global politics today and #1 enemy of soros, the deep state, and they whiney woke left (who are useless idiots to the deep state and globalists.. the woke whiners are just 'easier to control' peon voters who will be used & discarded like the masses of all other communist revolutions.)

In fact one of the reasons desantis is being given so much populaar airtime by hs ENEMIES and the ENEMIES OF TRUMP, the FAKE NEWS MEDIA shows that they are playing the conservatives against each other. Hopefully Trump and Desantis have had a few conversations about this and won't let it creat an actual fissure because they are POLITICAL ALLIES.. just not in the primary.

Desantis is a junior-leader in the maga movement, and likely, (err... possibly..if he plays his cards right while IN TRUMPS HOUSE) a FUTURE LEADER of the maga crowd.. but he won't get their by trouncing or disparaging Trump. It wouldn't play well with his base... who is Trumps base, and Trump will dismantle him like anyone else who chooses "head to head" combat.

The media will do anything to bury trump, including "playing nice" with anything other than trump to make orange-hitler-old-rich-white-christian-literally THE devil- look bad... Don't buy it.

One bedrock foundational cornerstone testament to all time-fact we can use to measure other unknowns against has been proven time and again across the ages is this very simple thing to remember:
The media & government ALWAYS LIE. They hate you, your rights & freedoms, your culture and want you & your children DEAD, after much suffering.
Build your house on that rock, and ye shall not falter.

BREAKING: Bomb Threat Called In to Lower Manhattan Court Where Trump Hearing is Being Held
Cassandra MacDonald
3 - 4 minutes
A bomb threat was reportedly called into a lower Manhattan court where a judge was about to begin a hearing on the $250 million lawsuit by New York Attorney General Letitia James against former President Donald Trump.

The 9-1-1 call led to the court being temporarily closed and searched by authorities.

Bloomberg News reports, “the building, featured in the opening footage of Law and Order, is where state civil cases are heard. James sued Trump, his company and three of his children in September for allegedly inflating the value of his real estate company’s assets.”

“The New York Police Department said in a statement it had an increased uniformed presence throughout the city and stressed that “there are currently no credible threats” to New York, but that it remained ready to respond to protests and counterprotests,” the report continued.

The report states that once the building was cleared, New York State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, who is presiding over the James case, dryly noted, “As if this case wasn’t interesting enough.”

According to a report from ABC 7, there were other bomb threats throughout the area — all deemed unfounded.

“As the NYPD braces for potential unrest, the department and other NYC agencies received numerous bomb threats in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday morning — and not just at the courthouses. All were determined to be unfounded,” the report said.

All eyes have been on New York City this week as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is said to be preparing an indictment against Trump over an alleged “hush money” payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016 over an alleged sexual encounter that the two had in 2006.

Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, pleaded guilty to charges over the payment in 2018 and was sentenced to three years in prison.

In July 2019, federal prosecutors determined that no additional people would be charged alongside Cohen.

If he is arrested, Trump has called for demonstrations, posting to Truth Social that we need to “protest! Take our nation back!”

The NYPD has issued a statement urging any protesters to come unarmed.

“The NYPD continues to work with our federal, state and local partners to keep New Yorkers safe. While you will see an increased uniformed presence throughout the five boroughs, there are currently no credible threats to New York City. The department remains ready and available to respond to protest and counter protests and will ensure everyone is able to peacefully exercise their first amendment rights. We will never tolerate violence or property damage. As a general reminder, firearm permit holders may not carry firearms at First Amendment gatherings, courthouses, government buildings, and other legally-designated sensitive locations, as this is unlawful under New York State Law, except for certain law enforcement personnel. There are millions of sets of eyes and ears in New York City. If you see something, say something by calling 9-1-1 or 1-888-NYC-SAFE.”

If Trump is charged, he will be the first former president in US history to ever be arrested after leaving office. He is also the current leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024.

Ok, my understanding on this is that for this NY case to have gone to a grand jury it must be a felony charge - that means the misdemeanor was committed as part of a felony crime.

Since this was a federal and not a state election, not sure how Bragg gets there. Perhaps we'll find out tomorrow.

Not sure. It would seem to have taken some time to orchestrate, and I would expect the primary reason remains making him unelectable.
This. It's the latest round of "Get Trump", designed to either take him out of contention or assure the deep state that he would not he able to gather needed support. Until they feel they reach that point, we will see more rounds.

As I've said before, they don't need anything big to distract. The way the media and the general public are these days, they just need to bury or outright not cover a story, and many will go about their merry way.

You may be able to win the Presidency but attacking Trump while he is being hauled in front of a circus court is definitely not the way to do it.

For Republicans attacking Republicans except for policy differences is a very long standing losing strategy. As soon as these candidates start listenning to Washington insider establishment ‘experts’ they are toast. Trump learned this lesson early until he got into office and staring listenning to @$&hat traitors and dumping his insiders who tried to have his back.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Trump that started calling DeSantis silly names?

Who in the world is DeSantis listening to? How does he think this would be a good
Idea? He’s not going to peel away Trump’s base so who is he pandering to to get the votes?

Report, President Trump to Be Indicted in Manhattan Tomorrow, City Coordinating with Secret Service for High Publicity Arrest Next Week

March 21, 2023 | Sundance

Not much really needs to be said about this. After all of the effort and thousands of man-hours put into the political weaponized construct by Soros District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a high publicity handcuffed perp walk into a Manhattan courtroom is the ultimate leftist end goal.

According to The Daily Mail, here’s the details for the next several days:

DAILY MAIL – Donald Trump will likely be indicted on Wednesday but won’t appear before a judge in New York until next week, DailyMail.com has learned. ‘There will be no arraignment this week,’ a source familiar with the proceedings told DailyMail.com exclusively on Tuesday.

The former president, who is currently in Florida, is expected to be formally charged tomorrow, after which the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will reach out to Trump and his Secret Service detail to make arrangements for his surrender, according to the insider.

He will then fly to New York where he will be arraigned, fingerprinted, and pose for his mug shot.

Meanwhile, it’s all-hands-on-deck for the New York Police Department and Metro Police Department as all officers on Tuesday are expected to be in uniform, ready for anything in the wake of the potential indictment.

Officials in New York City and Washington, D.C., are preparing for possible unrest and demonstrations following the former president’s plea to his supporters to ‘protest, protest, protest’ in response to a potential indictment handed down by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg over hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.

Trump, 76, said last week that he expected to be arrested on Tuesday, but a law enforcement official told DailyMail.com that an indictment would likely happen on Wednesday at the earliest. (read more)
