This is really good!
2 cube butter
1 8 oz pkg full fat cream cheese (I use Philadelphia)
1 cup Super Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Confectioners Swerve (best)
1/4 powdered Dark Hershey's Chicolate
1 tbs vanilla
Melt peanut butter, cream cheese, and butter in microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and mix well. Stir in Swerve, chocolate and vanilla. Mix well until smooth. In an 8x8 pan place a sheet of parchment paper into pan and pour fudge onto the parchment paper. Place in frig until set and can be cut into cubes. I take it out of the parchment paper and place the fudge on tin foil and refrigerate. DH loves this stuff...so do I!
