Mother's Finest-******s can't sing rock and roll
Oh yes they can.............This all black rock group is from my hometown Atlanta. Came out in '77. Got crazy amounts of airplay on 96 rock and was a local hit for the group. Home was a place where black and white got along, we rocked out together. This is what I grew up in, where we all got along, not this BS going on these days. At that time the only color that mattered in Atlanta was green(money). Sad it's going away. These folks ROCKED on stage, by the way.

Just to slip in one more relatively brief video that's definitely fun. The song is Phil Collins' 1981 hit but the commercial is from 2007. Still, a gorilla pounding away on drums has to fall under "hard rock," doncha think?
