And has anyone else noticed how haggard he's looking lately. I realize the job of POTUS takes a terrible toll on someone sitting in that seat, but I'm starting to wonder if he's going to make to the finish line of this term.

I attended a speech given in Philadelphia in 1976 by then candidate Ronald Reagan. During it he repeatedly said "third world war" instead of the intended words of just "third world", but near the end he did correct himself. Fortunately, he did not develop dementia until years later, after his second presidential term was over.
As with any world leader with their finger on a nuclear "button", we would pray that dementia is not an additional problem.

We'll have to see if a repeated pattern of this type of slip up continues to occur. I could easily see myself accidentally saying that, especially if I had been thinking or talking about Japan a few minutes or hours earlier. That could have been a real possibility with Trump.

What will really be telling is whether or not the so called "mainstream media" hypocritically jumps on this and complains about Trump not being fit for office after years of covering for their water boy, Joe Biden, and his well documented dementia.

Sure, we would've raked Slow Joe over the coals for something like this. But the difference is that, with Trump, you can see it being tiredness or a slip-up - but he still has it.

With Joe, you didn't know if he really knew where he was, because all he would ever do is read what was put in front of him, and very poorly at that. He was past the point of inexactly expressing a coherent original thought, because those weren't the kinds of thoughts he was expressing.

I have a news app on my phone that came pre-installed. Everyday for the past several weeks, there's a news article, among other articles, that has President Trump, on the verge of death, having Alzheimer's, his doctor's are very concerned, he's showing symptoms of XYZ disease, he's unfit for duty, he's falling asleep during meetings, etc, etc, ad nauseum.
