Quercetin is found in many foods. It can also be found in health food stores. The Billings, Montana store sold me a bottle of 100 capsules for a little over 20 dollars a few months ago. A search on the internet should lead to at least one site listing food high in Quercetin. Walmart sells cheap Zinc. Add a one a day multivitamin.

I think the reason why some people get very sick from the virus and others only have barely noticeable symptoms is due to their diet. They may be eating enough zinc but if they are not eating an ionophore such as Quercetin the zinc will probably not enter the cells in a sufficient quantity.

I think that is why Japan has a very low covid death rate. Fermented soy beans have a very high amount of Quercetin.

I found Dr. Zelenko on Twitter at Dr. Zev Zelenko (@zev_dr) on Twitter - that links to a prophylaxis protocol at Zelenko Covid-19 Prophylaxis Protocol which, for high risk patients, which he defines as over 60 and/or having one or more of the well-known co-morbidities, says 200 mg HCQ for 5 days, then 200 mg once a week. Plus zinc, quercetin if you can't get HCQ.

Obviously, first follow your own physicians course of action as he/she best
knows your personal medical history, conditions and current medications.

My doctor is an idiot. I wouldn't even think of asking him for HCQ. At some point I really need to find a new doctor. I checked my drug interactions at drugs.com and weaned myself off of one that had a possible interaction with HCQ. I read a bunch of studies and at these doses, the chance of cardiac problems was well within my risk tolerance.. I've been living like a hermit since March - I've been on high vitamin D for a while; after reading the studies on that, I'm ready to go get my blood levels checked, and if above 40 ng/ml - I'm going to start living much more normally.

Really? Last time I looked for it there (way back in March) they said they were out and didn't know when it would be back in. Called them and the guy said they didn't carry it anymore.

Check the link. It shows as being in stock. I just now put one in my cart and it appeared to be in stock. Now if I go and pay, they may say they are out of stock. All I can tell you is right now the website says it is available. March was how many months ago?? Things can change over six months. Do you think it is possible the guy you talked to was not sure what you wanted or was too lazy to look? Let's not turn this thread in a damn dam thread, OK? I was trying to help someone. Ordered from safegenericpharmacy. All orders took a little over a month to arrive (spent most of that time in Customs). Have family that ordered more recently and the meds arrived in just under two weeks.
