You almost made me post my first thread.

Went into the test area and started digging up articles and actually found that this No Mug Shot policy is almost 2 years old and possibly why San Fransisco is seeing such an increase in crime.

what's not being discussed is gang warfare. Asian gangs are a thing on the west coast. This female simply got caught up in that warfare.
