Inversion Tables - Need Recommendation

DW and I have been looking into maybe getting an inversion table for some back issues. We both go to a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist at times. I currently have a pinched nerve in my back that I am having tended to. We have looked at the Teeter Hangups, the Ironman, and the Elite. Quite a difference in prices.

For those that may have an inversion table, a few questions please.

1. What brand/model do you consider good quality for the price?
2. Did it help your condition?
3. How often do you use it?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings Ta-wo-di,

The wife and I decided on the Teeter Hangups... Personally, I use this for a pinched nerve and an old motorcycle injury. We opted for the adjustable inversion/exercise boot upgrade as it reduces pressure on the ankles and allows for a more comfortable use. I use this 3-4 times a week for about 10 minutes each go -- it helps greatly in my opinion... and I fall asleep and relax more easily immediately after using it.

In shopping, we found Amazon was the best price and were able to save $80 in shipping costs by using an Amazon Prime free-trial... Hope this helps in your quest.

Thank you MearKAt,
I will keep the upgrade in mind. What model is it that you acquired, since there are quite a few to pick from?
