My Win 10 SEARCH shows less and less interest in what is on my computer and more and more interest in the Web.

I'd like something that searches my computer and maybe any external HD.

Any suggestions.

A program called "everything" will quickly find files by name, but will not search within the files. I downloaded it from Major Geeks.
