India is broadcasting air Tibetan news into Tibet. There was a small skirmish between Indian and Chinese forces. 20 Indian casualties and claims of 35 or more Chinese casualties. Reporter claims India is not backing down.

India is also broadcasting weather reports into disputed territories bordering Pakistan and Kashmir.
