For all the faults, Chicago has the best Pizza. I think I will take a run to one of the Original "Home Run Inn" pizza in the Chicago Western Burbs.

Thanks for the thought.
Home Run did something special to be able to translate their pizza into something good that continues into a frozen pie. IMO Ginos failed miserably at this.

I do like my Ledo Pizza, yes you have to go there and pick it up. The best Ledo Pizza was in my home town of Adelphi, Md. they actually cooked it in a Pizza Oven back in the 50's thru the 2016's before the mexicants ran them out of business. They have a bunch of chains run by the sons that are chain driven ovens like you see today. The Pizza is still good if you order well done, but you can never ever beat a real Well Seasoned Pizza Oven, There crust is a pastry crust with sauce and provolone cheese is out of this world, I know this is a frozen pizza thread, but a well frozen ledo pizza is the bomb....
The original Ledos will always be the best! And they always put a cherry in your sodas. It was a great date place when I was in high school and college. The franchise’s are still very good but nothing like the original

I’ve been searching for the best frozen pizza I can find. Unfortunately they’re all just mediocre so far. So I’m open to suggestions. I tend to want “meat lover” style. Pineapple is a non-starter. It’ll have to me a national brand, or a Texas local. We don’t have Kroger, Meijers, Publix, etc down here.

So the floor is open. I welcome your thoughts. (Note that I often add stuff to them before baking, such as extra chees, different meats, calamata olives, etc.
Well now that I thought I've had them all, I've gone over to Winco foods a couple times now and found "Tombstone" frozen pizza. The Supreme is a meat lovers with peperoni. sausage, bell peppers and such.

I bought 2 a month ago and had the first one without adding anything and it was pretty darn good. The second I added truffle oil after cooking but couldn't notice much difference.

I picked up 3 more over the weekend and will have the first one tonight. So I'll be adding shredded Beechers smoked flagship and cod(cod also shredded). Cholula and Sriracha sauces on standby if needed. Oh, and a beer.
