Trailers Imput on small cargo trailer for winter camping

I would like to get it over the next month because the weather will be good but not blistering hot and I can take my time work on it try things out. My oldest grandson will be 18 this month is a great mechanic and fabricator and can do all kinds of stuff and loves doing it.
I'll have to go as cheap as possible you know Facebook marketplace, scrap yards etc keep it as simple as possible.
