On a side note, sanitary napkins are a great addition to a BOB first aid supplies for blood stopping emergencies. Their relatively cheap and serve a purpose.

As far as adult diapers you still have the stink and carry it with you, plus the problem of clean up after use.

We carry kotex overnight pads for first aid. I am told the emergency staff know how much blood is lost if the pad is full.
