Recipe I made 2 ingredient biscuits

I decided to try the 2 ingredient biscuits tonight. I’ve watched a few different videos and took what made sense to me LOL. I used 2 cups of self rising White Lily flour and “fluffed” it before measuring and again after. I measured out 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream and thought if I needed to, I could add a tablespoon or so. I didn’t need any more cream. I mixed the two together just enough that all the flour was moistened then patted the dough out, cut them out. I ended up with 11 biscuits that I put on a cast iron griddle and put into our toaster oven that was preheated to 425. I baked them about 12 minutes.

They were really good, very tender biscuits. I’ll probably make them again sometime but cut the recipe in half for just the two of us!

Sounds good, I'll have to try this this weekend, and the best part is I didn't have to watch a video.
