The section on treating blood loss from gunshot wounds was, ah, "interesting" to say the least. I don't think I would ever use intravenous infusions of coconut water or clean sea water to maintain circulatory plasma volume, but then I am hundreds of miles from the ocean . Well, I'm on dial up so loading the magazines past issues to look for the title is really a pain, so just go to Intrepid Magazine in your search engine and look at the past issues on line, the indexes and you should be able to find the title mentioned in the OP...sorry I can't do much with dial up...
