with a spider: http://www.httrack.com/

it's a freeware product that follows and copies all the links on a site. it allows you to DL the whole thing and retain working links. it's memory intensive though, the site above contains near 700 MB's of data.

once you copy the site to your machine simply zip it and copy it to CD.

Unbelievable site! I don't know if I could ever figure how to copy the site to CD, but it does look like a great rainy afternoon project to copy it all to a notebook...or two or three!
