Both my sons tested positive today. Both high school students. Both seem ok so far, no cough or fever. Both just feel crappy. Wife and I tested negative. But I'm waiting for the shoe to drop on us.

I've got us all on zinc, d3, vitamin c.

A neighbor gave us some hydroxychloroquine and I hope to find a doctor that will prescribe ivermectin. If not I'll head to the feed store I guess.

Its borderline impossible to find a doctors appointment around here right now.

That's so weird how it is different based on locality. Sometimes I just don't know what to think. My local hospital system posts their covid stats online every day. They started giving the vax'd vs unvax'd numbers at the end of July. Since July, the # of people admitted for covid has been 85-90% unvax'd and ICU has been 95%+ unvax'd.

Well for one thing, if a patient has only had one dose, they count them as unvacced.

No one in my immediate family has it or anyone that I am in contact with on a regular basis. I do have an acquaintance that I have not seen in years who lives one state over from me whose family has been decimated by this. She, her husband and grown son came down with it and now only her son remains alive, on a vent and not expected to make it. The daughter is the only one that did not catch it and I pray for her strength during this horrific ordeal.

Doing better ... loss of taste was weird as was the fatigue. Then the chest congestion started and the battle of 02 levels along with the cough. That was touch and go for a few days. Lots of D, C, Zinc, and Tylenol

Inversion therapy is where they hang you by your ankles.. it stretches the spine. Or it could just be a technique the ICU uses for Obese patients.. Roll them over on their belly to help them breath.

That's called "proning" and it's a very useful technique for anyone with pneumonia, not just the obese.

Knock on wood my sore throat went away and it was probably allergies. Back in March my son and future daughter in law got it (she didn’t make it) but since then nobody else close to me has gotten “the vid” (knock on wood).

I probably have said this before but I catch everything …… I always get colds easily I was sure I would have caught it by now. I’ve probably been more healthier than normal the past 18months. I am vaccinated and have gone on many road trips and vacations during the pandemic though we haven’t flown yet since early 2020

Just got word she has been discharged from the hospital and is home on oxygen. My brother said his son went through the worst week of his life. Just the thought of him losing the woman of his dreams with three girls to take care of. One 7 months old with the high end car and house payments, not to mention taking the middle daughter to Wake Forest for liver analysis. I think they all dodged a bullet. Everyone in the family got the Delta. Best not to live on a two income lifestyle these days. Pay off debts and be prepared for the worse.

Even the in-laws had no trouble, however it scared my conservative brother into getting the vaccine. Now he's ragging my ass to get one too. I'll stick with the alternative treatment.

I talked to a neighbor yesterday down the street from me and her son got the vaccine, then took a video of holding a magnet on his arm where the needle was administered and go figure, it stuck to his skin. The neighbor is an EMT for our local fire dept and she is diabetic with type 0- blood. No vaccine for her.

We both agreed that the vaccine wasn't designed for Covid, Covid was designed for the vaccine. Something more sinister is going on. Do a search on Klaus Schwab, the man behind the Davos World Economic Forum and reset. He is on video claiming within ten years everyone will be micro-chipped. Imo, the vaccine changes the body so it will accept the chip and not be rejected. I'm thinking imprinted right onto the skin.

Creating a poll to calculate all the scenarios, which would give us a clear picture is difficult. There are too many facets to ponder.

Then there are the videos going around locally here where we see the known administrators of our hospital system talking about how to inflate the numbers and how to do wonky math.

Just remember, anyone who hasn't had 2 shots, or whose second shot was less than 14 days before admittance OR death is NOT vaxed for their records! Neither is anyone whose first vax was longer than THREE MONTHS earlier! What does that mean-? By their definition, you'd need a shot every ten weeks to stay "legally vaccinated "! This is bullsh!t!

Exactly, and if we could get all the data parsed, I believe the narrative would change dramatically. How many un-vaxed in the hospital with one shot, or past the deadline or still within the 14 day window. They are not reporting that information because it would change the numbers and give a clear picture of what is going on behind the curtain in OZ.

DD had influenza A a few months ago. I was surprised and thought for sure she would test positive for Covid but no.

Just wanted to update on my numbers, but not really change the numbers. When I posted previously I had three family members with COVID, all vaxxed. Since that time, they have recovered and all are okay. However, I just learned of three other family members that have it, all vaxxed. These three were not exposed to the first three.

I know more people that have had COVID after being fully vaccinated than unvaccinated that have caught it.

I'm going to a big family/friends get together this weekend and will be testing the IVM as a prophylactic for sure.

I had covid in January. My kids both had it in Oct.2020. My daughter and I have both received both Pfizer shots as of May.

Probably 70% of.the unvavcinated people I know in my immediate area have had it in the past 2 or 3 months.

My sister in law got it and ended up in the hospital. She was able to get the antibodies but still spent 2 weeks in the hospital and came home on o2. Her parents and husband had the one shot vaccine and they did not get it despite being on vacation with her when she first had symptoms.

A 42 yo friend of mine got it last month. Spent 3 weeks in the hospital. The last 2 weeks on a ventilator. Her family tried to have her moved to a hospital in Nashville but they couldn't find her a bed. She died Friday morning.

My husband works for a big box store. They have had 6 employees die from it this year. The latest one, 42 years old with 5 kids died last night. They normally have about 40ish employees working at any given time. The past 2 months, they have had to close the store each night with 8 employees. They have had more than 30 people out each day with it.

I have not personally known anyone who is vaccinated who has had it since getting the shots.

Last week was the county fair here in my little town. On Friday night the gate took in admission for > 20,000. Next week should be interesting. The local hospital has no open beds in its covid unit.

This thing burned through my family and friends right after Dennis posted this thread. I had voted “zero,” and a week later changed my vote to me plus 4.

The following week, a number of friends also got it (from contact prior). Very contagious, but not very lethal. Takes about 2 weeks to start feeling better. None of us were vaxxed. All of us followed the TB2K medical advice.

My 87-yr-old mother remains hospitalized and on oxygen, but no serious trouble for anyone else.

I believe Dennis has the correct intuition with this outbreak. Going forward, many of us are going to experience this virus.

I had this done yesterday but since they were trying to close before the flooding rains approaching they gave me 4 shots in my belly instead of hanging the IV bags over a period of 4 hours. I am better today however I still have this brain splitting headache and what feels like glass in my throat. I'll be glad when these two are gone.

CDC (source of all wisdom on Covid) says if not vac'd, your chances of dying are 11x that of fully vac'd. So your chances of dying un vac'd are about 11 per 1,000 known infections. Vac'd 1 in 1000 known infections.
