Help - Need treatment for foot issue

Hopefully someone will have a remedy to help with a foot issue that has popped up. About 2-3 weeks ago I started noticing a pain on the bottom of my left foot on the instep side close to where the heel starts. I have tried wearing my orthodics, but it seems to irrate it more. I have soaked it in hot water and epsom salts but that does not seem to help. I do not feel any bone spurs and I don't think it is a plantar wart. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

IMO, you need to stretch out your tendons in the arch of your foot. Take a plastic bottle of water and freeze it SOLID. Then, go sit in a comfy chair somewhere. Place the bottle on the floor parallel to the front of your chair and place the arch of your foot on the bottle. Roll your foot forward and backward while putting pressure down on your foot. You should feel stretching in your arch and the ice helps keep inflammation down. Do this daily, preferably twice a day.

I bet if you stretch your tendons properly, your pain will go away.

Inflexible muscles are an injury waiting to happen.
