After reading about your walk tonight... think about it, one puppy spreading so much joy!! And then spreading more joy here as we are all reading about it. TBear is priceless -- along with his brand of "therapy"!

JWard, these are especially for you. TBear read your post, and this morning he set out to make your day a little better. He's still a puppy so reading comprehension is still a bit iffy. I helped him "cipher" things out. Here's what he said.
"JWard, I'm sorry your dear husband is gone. My heart feels sad for you. But I wanted to say that he loves you, and I do too!"
"I started my day nibbling on daddy's toes for you. He yelps like I do when I clamp down on them. But they're love nips, daddy loves me like I love you!"
"I've got mommy's slippers here too. They are SO MUCH fun to drag around and nibble on. They're soft and cuddly!"
"This is my first toy, I treasure it like I treasure you. Don't feel sad, let's play!" Daddy takes so many pictures of me; he's a real shutterbug. But you'll see my eyes; they're clear of tears. As yours I hope are. DH is gone for just a little while; when you get to heaven he's going to be there and smother you in human puppy kisses!"
"Oops, couldn't resist a nibble on daddy's finger. We had a nice egg and mushroom omlette for breakfast, he lets me sit with him when he eats. I snuck a few pieces of egg when he wasn't looking; tee hee hee. Mommy is such a good cook! Daddy's fingers taste good too, they're my after breakfast dessert!"

Same here. Not sorry. My wife has a 32GB sd card from her old phone; it has THOUSANDS of Astor pics. I can't look at them without sadness. TBear will end up probably the most photographed dog alive.

I think you have ruined a perfectly good dog.
And he's loving it too. I had a little mid day snack, a Pop Tart. TBear had to taste test if before I ate it-it had puppy teeth perforations on it. The TBear seal of good housekeeping, I guess. Now he's in my chair with me chomping down on some employee evals I'm doing for work. It's so much fun to see the curiosity a dog has. You can see the glimmer of intelligence in their eyes.
