I agree with Helen.
I thought I had a cold a while back. No fever.
Felt like a hammered turd.

All sense of taste left in about 3 hours.
Smell disappeared the next day.
I had been on a monthly horse paste regime. Went to about a dose and a quarter for 3 days in a row. Smell and taste returned slowly after day 4.

Fear not.
Hope your experience is similar to mine.

Ftr, no tests here to verify. I refuse to add to their numbers.

I did completely isolate myself. No one caught it from me, to my knowledge.
Eta: after one day of eating out of habit, I went on a fast. No taste so no big deal. Only black coffee and water for 48 hours.

As a service person that works on people's HVAC system and often cleans the coils and filters where the air in one's home is exchanged most the time...

Been exposed a lot. By the grace of God. Also I'm sure we had the Delta strain from the grandkids.

So far so good. We do dose with the pony paste, also take supplements and lots of sun, out side stuff.

And drink only good well water. Really think that helps.

A year ago my "friend" exposed me knowingly, after she had been in lockdown in the same maternity room with her covid positive daughter who was recovering from a c-section.

Only a week later she had invited me to lunch, told me her covid story then said she wasn't feeling well after she hugged me and we chatted over lunch. Soon after I had all the classic covid symptoms.

Fast forward to last week and a new peer reviewed study indicated natural immunity is not only far superior but almost guarantees you won't get covid again and I haven't had similar symptoms since. I guess foolish "friends" do some good sometimes. Yes I isolated myself rather risk exposing others. Did all the proscribed herbs, vitamins and horse paste.

You’re not to the point where you would get sick yet; maybe symptoms in 4 days, maybe a week

Tales a while

I got my test from the drugstore and did it at home. They were definitely accurate.

With "friends" like that, who needs enemies? Dayum.
