What a shame. I didn't know him well but his stories were excellent. Rest in peace Gary.

Gary was in poor health these last few years. His writings started off a lot of survivalists.

He will be missed.

Bet he n fleataxi are having a drink and looking down on jerry and laughing at all us.

Bye TOM

Can't say its surprising news, but sorry to hear it none the less. He captured many of my hours over the years.
Got to hear him interviewed a while back. Glad I did .
Fair thee well TOM.

His stories were a major part of my introduction to survivalist fiction. He will be missed. RIP, Gary. Godspeed. :flngl:

I always wanted to meet him in person.

Way back in my family tree we have Otts.

I imagined going to a TBK gathering and walking up to a fella that looked a lot like me.

We'd sit and chat and talk of family, work, writing, being good guides for the younger one's.

He would introduce his beloved wife and she and I would hit it off real quick.

Maybe one day we will meet in the time after this.

As I re-read his stories I am blessed.

sorry I missed this earlier. I'll miss TOM as well. He was my first introduction to prepper fiction. He had a fun imagination and was an easy read. RIP Gary. You well deserve your rest.
