Way too narrow for a motorcycle lane.

Depends on whether you get off the bike to fuel it. I don't, so I pull up very close to the pump so I can operate the card reader. Having the curb on the other side is a bonus so it's easier to flat-foot and balance the bike while I fill the tank. I can see that a big tourer or bagger might have trouble, but standards, sportbikes, and dual-sport/adventure bikes should have no issue.

You must not have a big bike. My Goldwing is 37” wide. That means the wheels touch down about where the curb is. If you have a crotch rocket, those are pretty narrow. Also, I’m not able to fill the tank without dismounting. If a gas station were actually going to design a motorcycles-only side, it would be double the width of that image and clearly mark it MOTORCYCLES ONLY. Neither of which is true in the proffered example.

You're not going to fit that in that ill-designed pump lane.

I agree, it would be way too close for that era of wing (like mine and yours. mine 93 1500 SE) I still fuel mine while sitting on it but to make sure the mirrors cleared the pumps on the left, I would be seriously close to scaping the belly pan flairs below the driver's pegs. I might make it with the GS 1150, as long as I watched the hard bags in the back.
