I spent 4.38 hrs on fone with my EX service provider. (Rogers)

It would have been longer but my fone died.

I have starlink now.

and NO..

I am not patient person, but after a 2.30 hr call I wanted to see how long they would **** around.

I eventually sent a letter to their head office.

They called back 3 weeks later asking what the letter was about.

I was VERY clear that I wanted to cancel any service they had with me.

I had called b4 and the rep said I had no acct with Rogers

I asked "then why do you have my acct #?"

This so touched my heart. Our sweet Border Collie would wait at the door each night for her “ daddy “ to come home. She continued to do this for a full month after my husband went home to be with the Lord.
One night I cried when she went to the door waiting for him. I told her that daddy wasn’t coming home any more and she never waited at the door again.
