I think the tweet birds were spelling some word.
Looks like a word that starts with Ni, I can’t imagine what that word might be...
There are four more birds flying in the background, possibly carrying additional letters.
Earlier the “girl” was saying how glad she was that all racists were kicked off the internet.
Maybe I‘m just using to much INTJ here.

I think the cartoon was pointing out that kicking the racists off the internet doesn't delete them. They are still there, just not on the platform she's on anymore. It didn't get rid of anyone.

It wasn't my post, so I could be wrong, but that was how I read it.
