PRYR RQST For my Dh

We were packing up to leave the amazing Airbnb we had been at since Wednesday and dh was taking a cooler Down to his vehicle. The place was 2nd and third floors above s barn. I heard a loud crash and ran to find hubby at the bottom of the stairs face Down and feet up the stairs. Called an ambulance as soon as I realized he had lost consciousness.

Long story short he had a brain bleed now under control, several non displaced skull fractures and fractured his maxillary sinus bone.

I am so thankful for Gods grace and mercy that his injuries were not worse. He’s going to have a bit of a recovery period but he’s going to be okay.

Please pray for his recovery and patience as he recovers.

Update. Hubby is being transferred to an acute care facility. It is nationally recognized for spinal and tbi injuries. Funny enough his mom worked there 40 years ago and I’m grateful they have a bed available. I mentioned to him this morning he didn’t go to go to these lengths to avoid taking me out to dinner for our anniversary!!! Today is our 43rd.
