ECON Extra Deposit from SSA?

Got the $1200 last month or month before.

Got my usual miniscule Disability check.

We had to go out and do Doctor stuff today and, while I was waiting I checkec my bank account to shuffle funds with what was left and there is another Deposit from the SSA.

Tried calling but gettinfg past the Robot is nearly impossible and the Website only seemed to talk about the first Stimul so not sure what to do-I don't need to use it then have them Dock the next 2.5 months of Disability-had something similar happen before.

Anyone?

Id say leave it in your account......but even that might not be safe...….. sorry man......no advice......

Don't get excited. Give it a two month rest and then spend it unless ou need it for food. I once got two identical income tax refund checks. Waited 3 months and spent it. Never heard from any government office.

Leave it but do not use it. Wait until they discover it some months from now and then pay it back. One year I payed my Federal taxes and some months later they gave me a check for over payment. Then a few months later they billed me for the over payment and said I owed them that money back and they tacked some interest and penalty on it. I was really mad. Wrote them a letter but still got stuck paying the interest and penalty. It was only about 20 dollars so no big loss but it still pissed me off. Dumb asses.

Not Stimulu-backpay they apparently owed me on disability. If that's the case it should be a hundred grand plus between what I get and when they actually started doing the numbers versus when I became disabled. I actually used to make a nice living in a far, far place a long, long time ago but they and the people Representing me screwed up Bigly.
