Different walmarts have different loss leaders. I worked at a wally world 15 years ago. Was always being told to shop at the walmart I worked in cause it helped my store's numbers. Got a little heated one day when I showed a manager what I saved by going to another walmart for some camping odds and ends and stuff. Saved plenty to cover gas and time. Told him a few other things. I did not work there long, just long enough to have some job history again and hop to something else.

I've seen that big time in the dog food bags. I only feed TOTW and several years ago the large size bags were #40 and then down to #37 and then #35 and then #33 and now #28. I sent them an email and I said that I know their production costs are going up but when I buy a large bag of dog food I want a large bag of dog food regardless of what they have to charge for it.

The gal that emailed me back said these are all decisions of the marketing people. I told her that they weren't fooling anyone just making it more difficult on the end user.

This morning the local news, a OKC fireman caught covid while on duty and died. So a workers comp claim will be issued.

This sets president and now everyone's workers comp mandated insurance policies will go up at least another percentage.

Went to McDonalds today, $8 for two hamburgers and two lg french fries.

Makes me wonder what kind of filler they put in there to make it so cheap. Micky D's makes me sick.
