Equity Means Punishing White People For Not Sucking At Life

How often has it been said: words have meaning. Give them credit, the Left has mastered the art of manipulating language so that the language normal people use, often unconsciously, has been perverted into something very different than what regular people think words mean. The best example is "racism", a word that once had a definitive, if silly, definition that boiled down to "hatred for a people group based solely on their race". Now "racism" is a term that is only applied to one race and is defined in such a way that every White person is "guilty" of it simply by existing. Or "justice", which meant a just decision based on the facts and evidence available but now means "an outcome favorable to my race at the expense of White people".

Another word that has been inserted into our culture is "equity". Most people think they understand equality, as in all men are created equal. We understood that everyone should have the same opportunities to succeed or fail on their own merit and effort. While we watched sportsball and The Bachelor, that quietly turned into a new word, "equity". Equity is different from equality in where it is applied. While equality is applied at the beginning, with everyone having equal opportunities, equity is applied at the end. Because people are different, they will have different strengths and weaknesses and this invariably leads to unequal outcomes. As the undeserved hubris deeply conditioned in many non-Whites won't let them accept that maybe they aren't as good in some things, any variance in outcome must mean some sort of injustice and discrimination is in play. Equity is designed to pre-determine the outcome and then build the process backward to ensure that outcome is realized.

When you can not elevate one group, you bring the other group down.

If one group is committing too much crime, remove those actions from being a crime, problem solved, less crime when you do not prosecute shop lifting, trespassing, and others.

The word "Equity" started to show up in our state curriculum's a couple of years ago. Solid red states can rant all they want about no CRT will be taught in our state. Well, what they don't realize is the foundation for CRT "Equity Education" was introduced slowly over time by state school boards who all most always are very liberal leaning. In my solid red state "Equity Education" will be in full force next year. Local school boards and parents are almost completely clueless. That is the main reason I called it quits this year and retired, I refused to teach "Equity Education" 25% of our states older teachers retired or quit this year due to this issue. New teachers have no problems with "Equity Education" because they are almost all socialists to the core. They hate our country, our traditions and our patriotism. The battle for the minds of our children has been lost in public education, The only real hope we have is home school, local school boards waking up, or parents pushing states to eliminate state school boards and giving the power back to the local school boards and parents.

The weird thing is how many things they assume white people have been taught that POC have not. It makes me shake my head. Supposedly we are taught how to invest, how to buy houses, how to do all these wealth building things. And we are taught by our parents. And so far everything that my parents supposedly taught me, that was not taught to POC, was not taught to me either. I had to learn it the hard way and some of it I still don't know. Asked my Dad how to invest once, he laughed and said he had no clue.
Sometimes it's wild just how different they think things are just because our skin is white. I've yet to have my skin tone make my life easier. And there have been quite a few times that it has made my life harder.

Around 1995, I (being a contractor) lost a job from a minority owned business. My bid was 10% lower than theirs. But they got the job, because they was minority owned. Granted it was a government job. But just the same. The tax payers get the shaft.

So much BS and it doesn't really help minority owned businesses, in the long run it just kills competitive bidding and then increases all cost of all projects and many just don't happen because of higher cost by government mandate of BS like above.
