He dodged and passed the mic to some official, who— I'm not kidding— said the answer was a "library card-esque" system, which means ID.

You CAN'T require ID for voting because it's racist!

Of course, requiring ID would be too common sense, so the Mayor's office quickly backpedaled to a "grocery savings card." Um, I'm pretty sure that still requires an ID.
