Remember a couple of weeks ago it was reported how all the piglets in the U.S. were dying off, (attached link), couple that with the second article, (attached link), about Ebola Reston Virus in Pigs, makes you wonder if these two are related.

That's right.

Pigs can be infected by many diseases that also affect Humans.

(And there may be people trying to "Weaponize" various bugs, are you wondering if this is an attack with
multiple viruses at once?)

PEDV is a totally different virus. I still am wondering if the feral pig population has been hit by PEDV? From what I understand they are thriving. If anyone knows please post.

well, the second article is unpleasantly unsettling.

not sure if the OP meant the pedv was being used as a cover up of the reston virus or what, but the reston article is frightening as it stated it IS a risk to people.
