Early Alert System Registration Problem

I am having problems accessing the registration page, even using the "TB2K and alert" login. After being denied access, I am then locked out. Anybody with any ideas?

Contact Kris Gandillon directly. That system lives on his server. I seem to recall some folks having trouble, but I don't remember the details.
